I would not recommend this place. Always rude customer service from the eyeglass counter. Paid over $300 and was sent home with contacts that I had to remove to drive. Said that they ordered 3 sets of contacts and would be in next day which was Tuesday. Called Friday still not in, but they could put me in a trial until the trials come in. I told them I just wanted my money back since they didnt order my contacts and was told noREFUND! Im done! DO NOT LET THEM STRING YOU ALONG LIKE THEY DID ME!!! Im done.
This office is so awesome! Kind, and exceptional service a attention. The process are very reasonable, and the quality that I received is more than satisfactory.
Even though they did not have glasses for us(a 4 years old and a 2 years old boy) that we liked, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and very sweet. Very good business. Thank yall for being such amazing people. ❤

2022-03-08This was my first time visiting the Wills Point 20/20 Vision Center. I was very impressed from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful through the whole process.

2021-05-24Violated my HIPAA rights. Worst customer service ever. Didnt receive a copy of the contract that I signed that said no refunds. Didnt receive a warranty with the glasses as they told me it had a 2-year warranty. Sent my glasses through the mail instead of letting me come and pick them up so they could be adjusted for my face. Dont come here It is the most expensive pair of glasses Ive ever bought and the worst pair Ive ever received. Run fast run far do not come here...

2020-09-24My husband and I have been getting glasses and contacts from here for years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have a very limited schedule that they are always able to work around. I had insurance issues on my last visit and Brenda took the time to resolve them for me. I purchased contacts for the first time in my life 4 years ago and Gena stayed after closing to make sure I could use them properly. Lindsey helps me pick out the perfect frames every time. If something is wrong I have had no issue bringing my glasses back and they have solved my problem. Dr. Malouf and Jennifer have both been very patient and friendly with me during my exam! I have had no issue getting my husbands prescription or records from them when it was more convenient for him to go to Dallas. They also do a lot of outreach in our small town community especially with the school. Small businesses like 20/20 vision are exactly what our town needs!

2021-05-24This office is so awesome at having the worst professionals, that arent friendly or personable and not a trustworthy place. Extremely over priced. They try to give me glass I couldnt see clearly then proceeded to argue that they would clear up in a couple of days when didnt. Jonah then suggested they get me lined bifocals free upgrade when I prescribed no line bifocals by Dr. Malouff. Extremely over priced and will never back nor referring them to nobody.

2019-06-10I absolutely love the doctor and staff. The doctor is great and does great job of getting my prescription right. The staff goes the extra mile in assisting you in getting the right frame. After going to other discount places and ending up with glasses that werent right I finally went to 20/20 vision. Mostly because of the convenience. I continue to go back because of the service.

2019-01-18Worst eye place I have ever been to!This office has some of the rudest staff I have ever met in a doctors office. They are are so over priced for the products and quality you receive. My glasses broke 2 months after I bought them and I spent well over $300 on them after insurance. They did not offer a replacement pair due to a old balance on the account which was unpaid from insurance not me! And I paid the $300 for my glasses so why not offer my replace pair since I had a 1 year warranty anyways!I requested my Medical records and they refused to give them to me since I yet again have a balance on my account! Well turns out it is illigal to withhold a patients medical records even with a remaining balance!I will never come back here and I absolutely do not recommend this place at all! Save yourself and drive the extra miles to a better doctor and better knowledgeable staff!!!!!!!!

2019-10-04I’m so grateful for this wonderful, professional, friendly, personable, beautiful and trustworthy place. We are so blessed to have such a gem in Wills Point! Dr. Malouff is exceptional and has been such a blessing to our family over the years; not only with her knowledge, but also with her personal care towards each of our specific needs. Her staff, as well, go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

2020-08-12I called for a appointment and was told to arrive at 2pm on Wednesday the 12th. We arrived and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have a appointment on 8/12/20 it is on 8/24/20 and stated she called and left me a voicemail this morning. Obviously if I wasn’t scheduled for the 12th there should have been no reason for her to call me on the 12th to tell me not to come in because the doctor was not going to be in. She never left a voicemail because she never had my phone number.She was rude and snotty and should not be in any position to deal with customers. This is the 2nd time this office staff has acted like this. We will not be returning.

2019-08-05I really dont understand all of the comments about how they have rude customer service. I have been using this office for about 8 years and have never received anything but kind and courteous service from the staff. Dr. Malouf is always on time and very patient during the exam. Ive never had anything but positive experiences at this office. Highly Recommend.

2019-08-20Extremely over priced, always running behind and every time they order glasses for my kids they either order the wrong frames or lenses and take 2 weeks to get them in. They ordered my daughter the wrong lenses 2 times in a row the last time i was there and this time i was 6 minutes late... 6 MINUTES!! After i took off work early amd drove from canton. Unfortunately I hit construction. Nevertheless they told me they could not see my daughter and that we would have to reshcedule... Over 6 minutes...
