When our new washing machine arrived the installers were not able to connect it due to extremely bad hot and cold faucet connections. What to do? We called a local plumbing company (big name) and they told us we would be placed on a 10 day waiting list. NOT an option. I knew there was a plumbing company in the Fords Landing strip center so I rolled the dice and gave them a call. Best decision we made. The receptionist was amazing and worked us in the very same day. The two plumbers that came to our house (Steve and Mark) were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient they has us connected in under an hour (as opposed to ten days) and the total, out the door, was less than $200. If I could give a higher star rating I would. We have used 210 Plumber since they were a one-man operation years ago. While their services are not less expensive than others, they usually find the problem is not as extensive as others, so they end up saving you money. Their work is professional and comes with many years of experience behind it. We have referred them to friends who have saved a lot of money compared to estimates from other companies. Recently, Steve worked what I would consider miracles and avoided me having to spend more than $650 I had been quoted from another company. The latest visit was to install a new water heater, and the work was done professionally and on time. I have no reservation on recommendation them for any of your plumbing needs.
Great service all around. I had a clogged washing machine drain and ended up needing a clean out installed. They were quick to come out and able to complete the job in a timely manner. Answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again in the future.
I had another plumber start a job but then ghosted me. I called 210 Plumber. I got an appointment the next day. They called me to notify me when they were on the way. The problem was quickly identified, repaired appropriately and an explanation of what my plumbing issue was. They were very professional and also cleaned up any dirt and water left behind. I plan on using them to replace a water heater in the fall.
Steve was on time and very knowledgeable about his work. He replaced the kitchen faucet in a short time and restore water service to that outlet better than it was before the problem started. The water pressure is so much better now and we will definitely keep 210 Plumber on our list for reliable, friendly and expert service.
If youre looking for a reliable and very fair priced plumber, look no further. Whether youre a contractor or home-owner, 210 plumbing is ready to make a good deal. I had a couple of jobs that needed to be done with the plumbing and I was so satisfied with their work the first time around, that I did not hesitate to call them for all other work needed. Russel (owner) came by the first time around and he was very friendly and very very knowledgeable. His associate Steven was also friendly and knowledgeable.
I received service from my favorite plumber today. I love these guys! They are great keeping you informed in addition to being competent at their work. Russell Walker, the owner and Master Plumber has been doing this work for over 40 years and he knows his stuff! Hes easy to work with and explains what hes doing and can turn your plumbing problem into a learning experience, if you like. Pricing is very reasonable. He and his team fixed 3 plumbing problems today, and Im so happy with his service!
210 Plumber was AMAZING! They came to locate an underground leak and were relentless in digging until they found it. Both owners joined the master plumber and his partner, and we all worked together to locate this hard to find water main leak. Once it was found, they repaired it quickly and guided us to finish the task on our own to help save us some money. The owner, Russell even called later that evening to follow up and give further instructions over the phone to help us finish up and figure out another unrelated issue! They seemed genuinely concerned about our situation and were very knowledgeable in finding the solution. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!
210Plumber was recommended to me by a neighbor. Russell and his assistant were very knowledgeable and kept me informed as to what they were doing to fix my leaking pipe . I personally feel they are a very honest company. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for an honest and a GREAT plumbing company!

Steve and Tabitha were very professional. They replaced the valve and a broken bolt under the toilet that was causing a leak. They were done in a hour. I received great customer service. They are now my go to plumbers.

Very satisfied customer. Like most, I hate plumbing issues because it always feels like a 50/50 chance you are going to get ripped off. I couldnt be happier with the what I paid for. They worked quickly meaning no wasted time charged by the hour. I dont know if they are the cheapest, but I genuinely felt they were fair and honest which is the most important thing anyways. I however was very pleased with the price for the knowledge and experience between the two gentlemen was worth more then the fee. These are actual plumbers and not some vaugly trained newbie calling someone for the answers every 5 min. will recommend and use 210 Plumber moving forward. I strongly suggest you do too!
Received referral to 210 Plumber, and glad we did. Steeve and helper went to expedite mode and replace water heater. We had contacted Home Depot/WillFixIT for service 3 days earlier and no response. We do not recommend WillFixIt or ARS Service in San Antonio, TX.Bottom line, 210 Plumber will be out plumber from now on.
Russell, Steve, Gloria and Ginger checked all the boxes for the best plumber in town. I had an emergency leak in my yard. The water was running and bubbling. I didnt know where it was coming from. I called 20 companies literally to see if I could get someone out that day. Gloria from the office said she would see. I was thrilled when she called back and said some one was on the way. Steve arrived and started the job but the job turned out to be bigger than expected. Russell soon came to help and together they handled their business!! They had to pull out a big bush to get to the leak but not without communicating to us every step of the way why they were doing what they were doing. They did not want to do more damage. They were extremely careful and conservative.When we decided the bush had to go, Russell got rope, hooked it up to his truck and pulled it out. They used various tools to cut through roots to get to the leak. They repaired the busted pipe quickly and talked to us about what they did. The greater news is the price was so fair!!! Best rates in town. Gloria and Ginger took care of my payment and gave me compassionate customer service. Super sweet ladies.All of this going on at the height of the covid19. I dont how to express my sincere gratitude to 210 plumber except to say, THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK.
A minor water heater connection leak got really bad within a week. Considered replacing 10 yr+ working heater. It took a major service provider 5 days to give us an estimate exceeding $3000.After much review of our needs with Ginger &, Gloria of 210 Plumber, offered to make needed repairs to our existing water heater connections at very reasonable cost. Steven and David did an excellent job fixing our problem, highly recommend.

Super affordable, professional and super friendly! They were able to come the same day we called them. Its so hard to get an estimate out of a plumbing company now they always want to send someone out before they give you an idea of what it will cost, but not here I called asked, and they gave me an estimate of how much it will cost. Will now use them for all my plumbing needs.
I was very pleased with 210 Plumber company. Gloria, was very kind and patient with me while scheduling the appointment. Good quality of work that was done, no one rush the work. The plumber even gave me tips on maintenance for the future.
This is the second time I have used 210 Plumber. I really appreciated the way that Steven educated us on the problem as well as several solutions. While it appears that we need a new water softener, he never once pressured us into anything, instead, saying that it would be wise to do our research. We had another problem that went along with that which he did fix. He had to dig up a little part of our yard, but he put it back very neatly. I wouldnt hesitate to call this company again!
Ive used 210 Plumber for many years. They bet to overpriced big name companies you see on TV. They come in go straight to the problem, fix it correctly, clean up after wards and no more plumbing problems. Ive told all my friends about this company. Thanks for being honest with your customers. I was prepared for the worst cause I thought I had 3 major plumbing issues, the outside faucet, the guest shower, and master bath sink. Steven came and resolved all 3 hard water issues with declogging and cleaning instead of replacing those parts. Saved this senior some money! I have used 210 Plumber before and am always pleased with how prompt, friendly, and efficient they are. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to scheduled appointment misunderstanding but I will continue to use.
When my water heater went out Sunday morning I called another plumber who said they will fix it but they could not give me an estimate over the phone. When they showed up the next day their estimate was ridiculously high. I then discovered 210 Plumber just by googling for a plumber in my area and was impressed by all the positive feedback. I called them and they gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and told me they could be there a couple hours later that afternoon. They showed up on time and went right to work. Russell Walker came out personally to start the job and Jonathan finished up. They were both very polite I am quite happy with my new hot water heater. .
My name is Eric, and my wife and I needed some work done immediately in one of our bathrooms. We needed work done in the other one too. However, as much as plumbers can charge, we financially could only get 1 done. We called 210 Plumber and we discovered they are half as much as every one else, but probably more professional by 10 fold. Russel Walker showed up his self with a helper named Jonathan. They got right to work and not only fixed the problem in one bathroom but repaired the other one too. They were both very nice guys, who truly went above and beyond for my wife and I. They were affordable and both these men showed lots of heart, in really wanting to help us. That is a character quality, that you do not come across everyday. They really do care about their customers and doing an excellent job. This company 210 Plumber, takes a lot of pride in their work. My wife and I are very greatful to this company, and to Russel, Jonathan and Gloria for really helping us out of a bind at a price we could afford. The work done replacing my sprinkler system pressure valve was done in record time. They were friendly and courteous and quite reasonable. I recommend them to all new comers to the city as I am.

Russell Walker is a Master Plumber with 40 years of experience, and any problem you give him, he has experience solving. I highly recommend this plumber and his company, which he and his spouse, Gloria, operate. They arrive on time and keep you informed of their progress. Steven was awesome! Did a great job & was honest. He pulled out HUGE roots out & let me know what would need to be done sometime in the future to correct the problem. He explained everything to where even I could understand. Also, I’ve never had a plumber that was as neat & clean. He installed a new toilet & left the bathroom immaculate.

After reading the other reviews I decided to hire 210 Plumber for work I had been putting off because I knew it was going to be expensive. Russell came out almost the same day to give an estimate and I was surprised at how reasonable he was for what the job entailed. Russell has been our plumber for years. His knowledge of plumbing is far beyond any others we have used in the past, and always tell us what is needed NOW, what can be done that saves us money, and what to watch for in the future. His bills are always reasonable. Best of all is that he is a small company so is nearly always the one who comes himself, and he knows us and our home.
Excelente service and reasonable price!The company we consulted before gave us the wrong diagnosis . They open a little hole in the ceiling and they said that we had to redo our shower and gave us an estimate of 6000$. We were shocked, frustrated and overwhelmed for the estimate .They definitely wanted our money.We decided to tear down the sheetrock from the ceiling and found two nails holding the pipe .We thought that was the problem but not until we decided to look for reasonable estimates and honest companies , we found 210 plumbing. The plumber that came, was very professional and knowledgeable . He was able to go deeper and found another nail that was embedded in the pipe causing the leak . We paid 400$ and it was solved! Thank you 210 plumbing for your honest and professional job! I will highly recommend their services! Also Gloria is an excellent receptionist! she will help you to find a solution! :)
Steven and Russell did a fantastic job at an honest price. They were very straight forward and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone, they are not like the big guys who charge outrageous prices for a simple job.

Last year I needed help with a DYI gone wrong. I looked at Next Door for suggestions and many people mentioned Russell Walker and 210-Plumber. I didn’t know they were one in the same. Anyway he did a great job replacing the Fill Valve. This summer I had my guest bathroom with same issue but couldn’t remember the name of the plumber. I went back on Next Door and read reviews, lucky Russell Walker sounded familiar. Russell and his assistant Jonathan came and we have working toilets and all is good. Thank you for your professionalism and now I will remember 210-plumber.

Had a clogged drain in the laundry room. After getting estimates from 300 to 3000 and spending hours on the phone I found 210. Very professional and straight forward. He was in and out in a half hour and very fair. will definitely use them again.
Awesome service and great communication. I found them online and read the great reviews so called 1st thing in the morning and they had the job done that day. They gave me a quote over the phone and they stuck to their price with no surprise charges at the end. Their prices are fair for the quality of work and products they use. I was very happy with their service overall and would definitely recommend them.

Russel had prompt service in that he arrived a day after my call and had a good attitude.However, after being unable to unstick a clog in my drain, he still charged me $150/hr despite previously agreeing to unstick the clog for that price.I would like to say something better about 210-PLUMBERs service, but no GOOD tradesman would take $150 from a customer without resolving the issue.

They came out on a Saturday and fixed my main line leak quickly, and then later installed a pressure regulator at a fair price, as well as solving another issue for free.

2022-01-31I called 210 plumber after being notified by Grey Forest I had a gas leak at the fireplace. The gas was turned off and the plumber was out in a timely manner. The repair was easily fixed and I have peace of mind knowing my family is safe. I did decide to go with them after seeing a friend’s review on this page and I’m so happy I went with them. I’ll be using them for any future repair needs.

2022-02-09On a recent evening we noticed that a section of our living room carpet was wet and discovered a water leak under our kitchen sink. The hand cutoff was frozen tight, so I had to shut off the water at the water meter. The next morning, I called 210-Plumber, as recommended by a neighbor/friend. The plumber, Russell Walker, showed up at the correct time and promptly found and repaired the leaking problem and also replaced my old and inoperable hand cutoff. Mr. Walker was courteous, very knowledgeable, and customer friendly fellow. Good job and thanks 210 Plumber!

2020-08-11Steve & Russell were awesome. They provided a courtesy call when they were on their way and we’re very polite and professional when they arrived. They installed a new toilet in about an hour and hauled away my old one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a toilet replaced.

2020-01-29I called these nice folks out to figure out why my shower has no water pressure when the rest of my house seems fine., they said my pressure to the house was low and wasnt consistent. I had SAWS come out and tell me thats not true and nothing is wrong. The plumber was called to find the problem but only replaced the shower cartridge because that was my suggestion. The guy broke the plastic knob and said if I replaced it, that should fix my problem. After seeing the finished job and inquiring about other possibilities it cost me about $350 and I never got what I asked for fixed.Updating my review because I found it unsettling that the owner says I wasnt charged at all. The point of this review was to inform others like myself who have no idea what plumbers cost. And to express my concerns of not finding the issue of the water pressure after paying this amount of money.Updating again. For some reason my statement showing I was charged $442 for that cartridge replacement.

2021-08-18I have nothing other than HIGHLY RECOMMENDATION for this business.My 2 water heaters go bad and need their heating elements replaced.I tried to contact multiple plumbing companies, all of them took more than 24 hours to come over and then quote me a ridiculously price. Believe it or not, the heating elements only cost around $30-$50 each, but all of those companies charge $500-600 to replace each heating elements, so $1000- 1200 in total for 2 heating elements.I tried my luck with 210plumber. Steve and his staff showed up at my house in less than 1 hour after my call. They immediately jump in to diagnose the water heaters, and finish everything within an hour. When waiting for the water heater to drain, they even replace my expansion tank for FREE. They also go the extra mile and check the water pressure and other valves in the meantime.In the end, my bills for parts and labor to get 2 heating elements replaced and 1 expansion tank replaced is only $280! That is less than 1/4 of what other companies charge.What an awesome business with awesome people. Fast, quality work, extremely honest, and most importantly, extremely fair pricing.

Arrived within an hour of calling and had it fixed quickly. Super friendly and explained everything he was doing. Incredible price! I’m sold... customer for life.
