Waldo was fantastic! Very pleasant safe ride to the airport. The cab was one of the cleanest I had ever been in and smelled pleasantly of air freshener without being over powering. Came to the hotel early but didnt try to rush me or anything like that. One of the best cab experiences I have ever had.
I had a bad experience with this company about a week ago and recently called again on 6/28 because I had to be somewhere very important. I called several other companies before them and they were not available something told me to give them another shot. Not only were they on time, they sent a text message about 5 minutes before to let me know they were arriving.The driver was very friendly and nice and got me to my destination on time. After he took my information and realized who I was he apologized for the mistake and didnt charge me for my trip!!!! I dont know how many companies would do that. I was very grateful and still offered to pay but he said No!!! I definitely saved this number in my phone and will use their service again!!!! Thanks for the awesome experience!!

We were very fortunate to find 7 Days Taxi Service last week. We live in California. My Dad was admitted to the hospital in Houston, and it was difficult for my Mom to drive to visit him. Sandy at 7 Days Taxi was there for us: picking Mom up on time and arranging to drive her home when she needed it. The first car they sent was too small for Moms walker, so they quickly sent another car that could. Our family is enormously grateful for the reliable and courteous service when it really counted. Absolutely wonderful service. I felt stranded at my last minute hotel I booked in Humble for a 10 hour layover as there was no taxi in sight, let alone any car or foot traffic. I stumbled upon this company and gave them a call. A woman answered and let me know she could have a car here in 15 minutes. The gentleman who arrived was very prompt, polite, and friendly. It was such a breath of fresh air after having a terrible airport taxi experience just a few hours prior. I would highly recommend utilizing this service for its pleasantness, efficiency, and affordability!
The first time I used them,the dispatcher was real polite and asked to confirm what time and where to pick me up. When ever I give them a time, they show up at the given time. They even have the courtesy of calling you when they are there to pick you up. Mrs. Sandy and the other drivers always get me to my destination safely and we have nice small talk on the way to my destination. Ever since then, whenever I need a taxi they are the ones I call! You should too!
This company is really awesome they show on time (5:00 min early ) then I receive text massage 1/2 hour confirm taxi is on the way . We needed a ride from the Deerbrook Mall to IAH airport ASAP. 7 Days Taxi was first on our list of search results, with very good reviews, so we decided to try them. The dispatcher was very responsive and helped us figure out the best place to meet the driver outside the mall. Our driver arrived in about 15 minutes, exactly as the dispatcher estimated. Our driver was very friendly and also helped load our luggage. The airport was only a short drive away, but we were very impressed with the service and manner. Would highly recommend!!
They dont return calls, the drivers are rude when you try to explain to them that no you cant walk up into an SUV and so you want to lower cab, you dont get it. At this point, for my latest attempt to get service, I have been waiting for a call back for 2 days. That is why Im finally making this review. I have tried to use them for about a year and each time its been a bad experience.
Wow! what a great taxi service. 7 Day Taxi is the TOPS! They have very courteous and professional dispatch service and their driver is quite punctual. I use them frequently for trips to the airport from Kingwood and back again. Theyre rates are very reasonable as well.
Great service,Very punctual,nice cars and drivers are extremely friendly. They take credit card,(they use a nifty cellphone app called square) which emails your receipts and it remember your email address so you dont have to enter it every time. They always send a text 5 to 15 mins before your pick up to let you now taxi is on its way. Very dependable service that I will continue using as long as Im in the humble Kingwood area.

I am giving this a one star not because the driver Sandy was rude or bad, also, not because it didn’t come on time, nor because her car was not clean.... But because she over charged me.... I cannot believe the nerve of charging $15 for a 2.2miles radios, a 7 minutes drive! I called Uber on my way back and paid $5.....!!!! My advice CALL UBER instead. A friendly lady picked us up, on time, clean car and reasonably priced.

Quick and on time for pick up, easy to get ahold of on the phone, and very personable! Were from North Dakota and know what nice is!!! We used this cab service twice and had different drivers each time.
Money not matters always.....sometimes some soul matches with your behaves, your attitude.... Had a great time with waldo, his smile, his helping attitude.....everything..... Though the taxi expense was little bit higher than uber but still we decided to take the ride for 14 days....just because of waldo and sandys great behave.Will miss waldo, specially his happy smile. It was a true pleasure to use 7days taxi, my friends and i were heading to Houston Premium Outlet from Ramada airport east hotel and were served with best care from the driver. when coming back from the outlet to the hotel after all the shopping spree, we were supposed to meet up with him at 7 but we were late due to tax free process + were mistaken with the meet up point. we finally found the correct spot at around 7:20 but he was kindly waitng for us. He must have waited for around 30 mins as he usually arrives 5-10mins earlier according to the reviews below, but it was so nice of him to be waiting for us and without any annoyed face. Always a smily face and has a sense of humor, loves his job and he excellents at it. Thank you again!! You made the whole journey so pleasant.

I have been using this cab company for about a year now... During this year if i had an emergency , a need for a food run for my pregnant wonderful wife....no problem we will be there. Perfect is the word i use to describe is the word i use to describe this husband and wife power house of a team. I depend on them for many trips, and let me tell you.... we were calling so much that by the 2nd day of my wife and myself calling them to book a ride our names were remembered as well as names. I asked (Google) for info on a taxi service near me, I was in Humble, TX that week and I needed to get to work fast but I only had cash that day so Lyft was not able to get me there (New Caney, TX), 11 .5 miles from me. Two others (drivers, maybe?) put me on hold just to hang up on me. So I cant say why they wouldnt tell me they had to decline my ride due to... whatever, and hang up instead but I thought it was rude and mildly degenerate. Im being gracious with three stars because Im sure they can be better. Ill never know myself, though.

2021-07-17We had an early morning flight and was very pleased with their service. They contacted me 30 min prior to their arrival and arrived on time. Driving was exceptionally safe and he got us to the airport exactly on time as we wanted. Very nice and professional. Clean and safe. I traveled with my two kids and it was great ! I will be using this company every time I come to Houston .

2016-05-07Its been years since I last rode in a taxi and I must say I was pleasantly surprised & I plan to recommend them to everyone!The cab driver arrived at the specified time frame and quickly phoned me to let me know it was outside my house. As soon as I stepped out and waved I was warmly received and we set off for the location.With past cab drivers it was an ordeal because they wasted time trying to FIGURE OUT where I needed to go & I am horrible with directions, so its a bit stressful trying to do something I just wish they would do automatically. Then there was the nagging feeling they where messing with me to make the trip take longer than needed. These guys just re-confirmed the address and set off with no more questions, just speed. I was so grateful!!An interesting thing I learned is that this company likes its operators to know the area as well as the drivers do. So when you call in you are not just talking to someone who can only punch in information, they have a pretty good idea of where you are and want to go. I imagine this helps them connect you to the best driver for your trip and answer questions if you are not familiar with the area (bonus points!).Driving was smooth and I felt safe the whole trip. I arrived at my destination relaxed and on a positive note.THANK YOU SO MUCH for obliterating my bad expectations of taxi rides, jeep up the great work!

2013-07-09This company is the only taxi service that I rely on completely in North East Houston. Other taxi services have made me wait hours to be picked up, or not even show up at all. When you need a guarantee ride to make sure you get somewhere important, 7 Days is the only taxi service to use!! Not only are they reliable, they are friendly, and very reasonable with their fees. Dont hesitate to call them!!

I have used them a couple of times when Ive had issues with my car, and they are timely, professional, have a great knowledge of Northeast Houston, always make you feel welcome and comfortable, have immaculately clean cabs, and are very reasonably priced! 2017-03-05Excellent Company!!! Very courteous and understanding. Prices were reasonable and they were on time. My daughter was needing a ride to the Houston Bus Station from Humble, TX because she was ditched by her friends at the last minute. We are not from the area so I was really worried about her getting there safely and on time. These guys were awesome, i talked to them over the phone and they reassured me that they would take good care of her and made sure she got inside the bus station. They called her when they were on their way to get her, they called her when they arrived and they even sent me a text message when she was safely inside the bus station. I highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.
