They charge significantly more (2-3x) than the other HVAC technicians in town. To their credit, the work did meet expectations and they showed up the day after I called, so the service itself was good quality. However, I cannot recommend them unless its an emergency because the value for money just isnt there. I had decided to trial the different companies in town at different locations and 7M charged me over $850 for something that two other businesses would have charged < $400 for with the same result. I will avoid working with them in future.

Juan came out and took care of our AC problem quickly and professionally. Even cleaned up after himself. Was a very pleasant experience. Only negative was that we were told by Juan we would be charged 1 1/2 hours and we were billed 2 hours. But being in Marfa just having a company show up when they say they will is a win.

For back up power to our home we purchased from 7M Fabrication a Cummins Model C3N6 Quiet Connect Generator. Doing business with Juston and his professional staff at 7M is a pleasure. The generator is quiet to begin with (60 decibels @ 23 feet) and Juston installed it on the opposite side of our garage. When running it cannot be heard inside the house. We lost power last week due to ice and freezing rain, the generator kicked in perfectly. We could not be happier with the whole process working with Juston and the other folks at 7M. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend the work of 7M Fabrication. Justin did a very good job initially explaining his recommendation for updating our air conditioning/heating requirements without pushing more than we need. His taking time drive out to introduce the men doing the work demonstrated high customer service. We were impressed with the quality and care exhibited by the men who installed the unit.

We had a special thermostat installed, one we could control with our Apple devices. William the technician who installed it took the time to make sure we didnt have any unanswered questions. There was even a bit of sheetrock dust on the hall floor after the installation. He asked for a broom and dust pan to clean up. I would call this company again.

This company is very professional. When it comes to heating and air conditioning this is a go to company. The owner and his employees are very professional and fast. I highly recommend this business! The business hours are correct, this company is open 8AM-6PM.

If bait and switch is your style, these are your guys. We were told it would be a $99 trip charge and that they would arrive at 9:00. At 11:00 the technician still wasnt here and when we finally got a hold of him he said the trip charge would now be $279 instead of $99. That was before any work is done.Shady company that cant even do what they say. Watch out!
