Food was bussin here. We got blackened tilapia and fried tilapia. My mom - who is the pickiest eater - devoured everything. Even the corn on the cob that she side eyed suspiciously from a distance was gone!I appreciate that the fish was fresh and the taste was superb. It wasn’t punching in spiciness but the flavor was all there. I got the hot sauce they offered and that was yummy too.Fried fish was done in cornmeal which I usually don’t like but they did a great job of it. I’ll definitely be back and getting a lot more food.Also the girls at the counter very friendly!
So happy and grateful you guys are open today it was really busy When I got there but the cashiers were very friendly and patiently very professional me and my family got our food we’re here eating it at home and it’s delicious I had to write a review y’all came through highly recommend this place
This girl spent 5 minutes rubbing on her weave then use her bare hands to pass out food and handle going in and out the kitchen with her 49 inches swinging all over the place.It is very easy to get hair in food nobody want to eat with hair in their food.No girl in this place have their head covered.Next time I see this in calling the health department.I had people who had hair in their food before at this place and now I see where it came from.Suggestion to management: You cant let young girls run your business and keep it successful. This place need some order and control before it turns into a Instagram thot camp.
Was told wait time was 15 to 20 minutes but it doubled... was told 3 times coming up. At the end the guys offered a drink for our wait time but we said no thanks (I dont like Pepsi products) food was really delicious and spicy. First time for my husband and daughter and they ate all their food.
I came Wednesday it was pretty packed but I still got my food in time hot and delicious good customer service I’m here again on Saturday I got my family deal and they are happy thank you so much love this location I’ll be back soon Keep up with the great food and great prices I love all the cashiers
Oscar the MANAGER Jessica and Giovanni and a few other teens that work there (can’t remember their names) AWESOME!!!!! I don’t know the screening process that they go through to hire but I swear I’ve been to this location for over 2 1/2 three years and each time I come or call I always get great customer service and you would think with teens workin there that you would get a lot of rudeness but it is exactly the opposite and the food is always amazing and they never mind giving you enough spices or sauces for your order! like most places they give you a hard time to get sauce for your order they’ll give you a family meal and give you two sauces with this location they never have an issue with giving you enough sauces for your your meal there always kind I’ve met a couple of the managers always so sweet so respectful they’ll come out from the back just to speak with you so go to this location food amazing! amazing! AMAZING!!!!
I recently placed an order at 7spice on Texas Pkwy in Missouri City and i must say, the service and food were AWESOME! My order came out quick and the flavor of the food was OUTSTANDING!! The young cashier by the name of Giovanny looked fairly new, but his customer service skills were that of an experienced server. He was courteous and multitasked extremely well. I would like his supervisors to know that he is doing a very good job! Every time i order from 7spice in Mocity, im NEVER disappointed. All mangers, severs, and cooks, are top notch! I was looking for Southern fried fish when I stumbled across this place.I ordered fish and shrimp which were seasoned to perfection. I had the cajun rice as a side. Everything was hot and fresh. The meal also comes with garlic bread. Its better if you call in your order instead of placing it there. Like many restaurants, right now there is no dine-in service. Great food, fast and friendly service.
The only reason why I gave this location 3 stars is because of the customer service. The food was excellent. It was fresh, hot and tasted great however the front counter wasnt that attentive. It was my first time there so I had a few questions and had to repeat one of my questions 2 - 3 times simply because the cashiers focus was on one of her friends. All in all I will be back because the food was good. In my opinion they need a few more mature folks at the register.
Great great great food! I love the online ordering process. They made my food perfect! My expectations were met and it was better than I thought it would be. The gentleman in there were nice and made sure I had everything I needed. They seem to enjoy their jobs. This will be the only location I will dine in. Y’all need to help the Pearland location.The employees at this location need a raise!
Visit today for take out order. Restaurant very clean. The cashier Lucia Chan greeted me as I entered. She was very attentive to my order. She repeated the order and it was ready to go within 10 minutes. I visit this place at least 3 or more times per month and this was some of the best service Ive had.
The food is good but the girls in the front taking orders are rude AF. It’s one young lady with thick fake eyelashes and long weave that always have an attitude and act as though she don’t want to take your order. They are very unprofessional arguing and cussing another worker out in front of the customers. I live in Missouri City about 2 minutes away and prefer to drive to the 7 Spice in Pearland for better food and friendlier service. I refer all my friends to Pearland as well so they don’t have to deal with rude ghetto children.
Great staff and nice small atmosphere. This place is my go-to for everything seafood! They have such delicious seasonings and the crab is to die for! I really wish it stayed open a little later so I could enjoy it more often. This place has grown so much since the first time I visited 8-months ago, but the food is so worth the wait! I wish we had one that is just as good in Katy!I had one employee be rude and roll his eyes at me when I asked for a crab cracker, but I was not going to let his attitude ruin my great food. This place has too good of food to have a sour attitude working the front!
I go to 7Spices for a lb of shrimp every Friday. Last week they were so rude I went down the street. This week I called and a very articulate, professional young man man, named Caleb Carter answer the phone. I was pleasantly surprised. He took my order, clarified it for corrections and I picked it up. There was another young man who was dealing with impatient customers. He handled them with nothing but professionalism. These two young men should always be up front. Great 👍 job fellas.
The food was tasty ,but the place was nasty. The floor needed sweeping and mopping. Someone spilled a drink. I told cashier. She repeated what I said. Ladder standing leaning against wall. People touching your utensils trying to get their own. Wall look nasty. Construction going on. Windows dirty .You can see where they cook your food. It needed steam cleaning. They are a busy place they can do better.
I received subpar service from an employee at the front. She forgot to put in my call in order, then when I came and reordered, she told me i made the mistake and called the wrong number. I verified and called the right number and even went back through the conversation we had on the phone. After being there for an hour I recieved my food and didnt think to check the bag. They gave me the wrong order. I called and spoke with their manager Cynthia who completely changed my mood around. She herself took blame for her employees and even upgraded my order. She was exceptionally friendly and she is a perfect reflection of the great service in this restaurant, not the other employee. Thanks Cynthia....
I always come here but for the last 3 visits they get my order wrong, fill up my bag with hella potatoes than shrimp and just as of today i bit into a potato that was BLACK ANd HARD INSIDE. i do not know how to post the picture but i have the evidence. That is a health hazard serving rotten potatoes when they know they can see that it is bad. i will not be returning
It hurts my heart to give them a 1. I moved from Miami two years ago and this was the first place I ate at when I got here and fell in love with them. I loved their boiled shrimp omg and the sauce and seasoning amazing...until the last four times so like the all last month. Not just the service but the food. What have you done with the taste. My last couple of orders the shrimp was mushy the sauce is watered down now and twice it was cold. A friend of mines brought mild and it was extremely spicy so we called and told them over the phone the guy said bring the receipt and they would fix the order. We do not live close so we did and long story short after going back and forth nothing was resolved they didnt fix anything denied we ever had the conversation on the phone. We end up having to buy another order. Not acceptable. I had to say bye forever to a place I really loved. I cannot go back ever....employeees were always rude but the food trumped now I dont want anything. Food doesnt even taste the same. The owner need to come and pay attention they are dragging the place down
The food is not the issue at this place. The horrible service is the issue... I have tried because the food is great but its service is just awful. I attempted to call in my order once and the young lady placed me on hold twice. Something said stay on hold and just drive up there to see which one gets you serviced. I walk in the store and she is running around shuffling papers. When I ask why she never came back to the phone she said man I forgotThey have an open trash can sitting right next to the counter where they hand you your food. Thats nasty.I just not even 5 min ago tried one more time and the young man was about to give me the same run around...... go there if you have patience. Its obvious they dont care about service i am taking my business and time some where else
Workers not using gloves and they will use an older order to fill a new one which is just disgusting! The owners pay their workers barely above minimum wage and they charge the customers huge prices! Food is never “same-tasting” cause they’re always having to rehire cooks. The company pays employees by check only and post dates it a day after you get them so don’t think you’ll get paid on the day you get your check! The owners are not American owners they are Asian just saying and make people feel unreasonably nervous because of who they are. Flies are constantly being battled and air conditions leak everywhere only for the owner to come look and say “it will fix itself”. Don’t just check the order please check the taste!!!! This place to pay better and maybe than all of their locations will get better ratings. They don’t even check the bathroom like they should and it can’t be denied just look at the time sheets on the clipboard in the restrooms.
Service was superb. Friendly and team work orientated staff. Food was seasoned authentically CAJUN. Their fries, similarly seasoned, are 10 times better WINGSTOP. I like that the FOH are hands on with the assisting of food orders but it takes them away from being readily available if a customer has a concern, as I witnessed on my first visit.Friendliness of Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Quality of Food:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Cleanliness of Establishment:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall: 4.5 Star Rating, because of the lack of a person being readily available, but GOOGLE doesnt allow 1/2 stars.
I’m just happy that I can count on this company for my seafood craving. I was scared that this location wasn’t going to be same-tasting as the location near my home but it was great. I got the EZ Peel Combo as always, and everything was fresh! Will be returning soon for more deliciousness and spicy!
I have patronized this restaurant for many years. Over the years, I have tried several of their boiled, blackened & fried dishes as well as their gumbo. I have never tasted anything that I did not like. Their food is absolutely delicious, their prices are fair, and their customer service is good. This restaurant is definitely a Missouri City gem!
I was craving seafood and saw 7spice i saw good reviews and went in had a really good dinner for the first time in months the cashier was friendly and helpful the short lady with glasses very friendly she sed her name was lucia? 10/10 will come back!!! For the amazing food and service
The food here is hands down some of the best food you can get around here. The prices are pretty reasonable also. Dining room is usually clean too. But you may be wondering why the review of only 1 star. Although the food is good the service here is some of the worst Ive seen in the nation. I have eaten here several times. The service is always been bad. Inattentive staff. Very slow service. The girl at the counter Will turn her back to the customers so that she can chit chat with the other staff. That might be understandable if it were about an order or something to do with working there. But its always something about a boyfriend or car or what theyre doing next weekend. They act as if you are the one that is being rude and imposing upon them if you wish to be served. On my last visit, I did not have a lid to the soft drink and when I asked the staff they simply yelled at me to look around the corner where there were no lids. After asking the counter girl for a lid to my soft drink three times and having her call another employee over to yell at me also that the lids were just around the corner out of sight to them which they were not. I left angry without a lid.If this review only considered the quality of food I would give it 5 stars. But in order to get that food you must deal with that rude inattentive staff.In closing I must say that the food here is good enough to keep me coming back yet again knowing how bad the almost non-existent service is.
Chaise brooks is one of the best employees that I ever had the service me he was a polite he was just on point with his job and I love the way he manages his coworkers he was very nice and polite to the everyone in the store at the time (chaise brooks) ask for him when ever you go and he will help you to the best of his ability
Horrible customer service. Prices don’t match the food. This been going on since they opened. They barely even pick up the phone to pace an order. Idk how they still going because I know I’m not the only one. I’ll never look they way for something to eat. If anyone left a good review they was lucky or paid.
The food here is amazing and there General manager is amazing and as well as all the workers there. There one cashier that had glasses who customer service is out of this world. Plus the cooks here cook the food very good and very juicy I love my shrimp very juciy and I’m giving this place 5 stars and I be back everyday if I can lmao 👍🏽
Be prepared to wait (30mins) if you arent dining in. I placed a simple order (fries and cajun fried rice) then watched a customer order 4 meals 2 with fries, 1 with rice and the other was boiled a purchase that was made after mine get all his food before me. Then a second customer dining in of course ordered 2 meals and just like the other diner they received their food before me. The food is good but I refuse to be placed on the back burner because Im ordering to go.
My coworker took me here, first time was fantastic. I have not had such great craw fish since the times I have traveled to Lafayette for the festival. The third time however was not so great as the counter people seemed to think their conversation, texting and surfing were more important than the customers. Turns out they got my order wrong, their attempt to fix it seemed to leave me less food than I had on my previous times I visited. Hope they have fixed that issue as I do crave that craw fish.
Horrible place to eat at the food was bland, tasted frozen. By the way my fish was falling apart it was obvious it was poor quality. The catfish is most definitely swai. A fish that is used in place of catfish due to how cheap it is, it is massed produced in a farm and cost little to nothing who knows what could be in it. If they really cared about their customers well being they would serve actual catfish. Dont waste your time here customer service was horrible.
I visited 7 spices yesterday and have several times. I really has a taste for craw-fish, they were very soft and smashed. Its seemed like they had been sitting in water all day with no flavor. I understand small, being the season just started. The staff can be short rude and preoccupied. This place is in very close proximity to my home. As of yesterday it will the last time I ever spend my money there.
My first time here and it was terrible. I ordered the fried catfish and some boudin balls and it was terrible. My rice was cold my boudin was burned. I went to tell joy so I can order something else and she had the WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Just real aggressive and when I asked for my money back she said loudly “WHY” smh terrible and real unprofessional. First and last time eating here.
Food = Great. Employees/Staff = TRASH & DISRESPECTFUL! I arrive home from ordering with 7 Spice for my family dinner. I ordered 3 of the shrimp and tenders meal. I arrived home and everyone’s plate was made correctly and I opened my order and I was missing ALLLLL the shrimp in my plate. I called to inform them and they stated that I would have to bring the plates back to their location (uneaten) to receive my 6 Shrimp. I do not stay near this location at all so just leaving wasn’t an option. Also, they didn’t try to work with me on anything and the staff was completely rude. I am apart of Management in Retail and I am very well aware of how customer service works along with a business. With that being said, I will NO LONGER purchase from this business and will make it my priority that I inform my family and friends to not purchase from this establishment as well. Thank you for your business but No Thank You. Food is Great, but the Customer Service is trash!
Cynthia is very professional. The general manager or owner needs to fix the menu on their DoorDash app. There aren’t ways to modify a few things like the salad without having cheese on it and such.Cynthia and the crew held it together when a rowdy DoorDash employee was being ignorant with them.
Food is great! I placed a to-go order and my order was a grilled chicken salad, the man I spoke with said that it would take 10-15 minutes. I get there to pick up my food, I leave and notice that my chicken is cold and blackened, when I asked for grilled. I called the man back and told him and told him they messed up my order, he said he assumed that I wanted it blackened. So, now I am upset and I asked to speak with a manager, he placed me on hold for 5 minutes to see if the manager was in the restaurant. The place isnt that big, so I knew he was trying to avoid me. I hung up and called back and before he can place me on hold again I asked when the manager will be there, but he gave me attitude. I ordered a grilled chicken salad before, not blackened, so I was very dissatisfied.I just saw the response from the owner. My only question is WHY CANT YOU DO GRILLED CHICKEN! BLACKENED CHICKEN IS A GRILLED PEICE OF MEAT WITH BLACKENED SEASONING! YOU ALL NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY! IT MAKES ME UPSET BECAUSE IVE HAD GRILLED CHICKEN BEFORE ON MY SALAD. BUT THANKS!
I pre-ordered via phone 3 pounds of crawfish from the Missouri City, TX location. Upon my arrival, I observed that the staff were not that friendly and the restaurant was extremely dirty. I should have walked out then, but against my better judgment paid for my order anyway. Once I got home and tasted the crawfish, It had a sour taste which indicates that the food thats served at this restaurant is not fresh. I was so disgusted, I threw the remainder of my food in the trash. This place needs to be shut down by the health department before the staff serves future patrons spoiled food that will make someone extremely ill. I will NEVER come to this restaurant again. So disappointed!!!
I wanted to give no star but That wasn’t an option. So I had to give this place one star. I’ve been here several times before and the staff is ALWAYS rude. If you hate you job find another one. But the crawfish was good until I went there today!! The crawfish tasted spoil along with the juice it sat in. I will NEVER EVER go back there again. The staff is rude and the crawfish spoil! Nope I don’t and will not spend my money there again. Good thing is, they gave me my money back with no problem.
My daughters favorite seafood spot at this time. We have moved to Alief now and we still drive over here to eat shrimp. Way better than Lotus !Update... been eating here for a couple of years and this is the first time they have disappointed me . Check your bags before you leave. I live in Alief too far to drive back .
I was placing an online order between 9:30pm and 1030pm on a Saturday night. The order was rejected twice so I changed my order and it was accepted. While I was waiting for confirmation I received a call stating that they were not accepting online orders in a very unfriendly and unhelpful tone.
I came here with my sister for the first time a few days ago.... and I really liked it. I ordered the shrimp poboy meal with Cajun seasoning. The meal came with a nice amount of fries and I loved the poboy; good flavor and filled me up. I just wish that the meal wouldve came with a drink for the price. Besides that, it was pretty good.
Never again! I called my order in at 7:45 was told it would be ready in 15 minutes I only orders ez peel shrimp combo! I get there at 8:15 and pay but my order still wasn’t ready! It’s now 8:41 and I’m just now getting my half pound ez peel shrimp! It only takes about 5-7 minutes to boil shrimp and the young staff was very unprofessional and didn’t care the Hispanic girl simply said “you want a refund or you wanna wait it’s your food” when I asked several times how long was it going to take! If the kitchen is backed up let your customers know it’s going to be an extended wait time! The food here isn’t that good to be waiting no hour for shrimp!
Never gets old that EVERY time I call to make an order I’m ALWAYS on hold!!! And after I am asked if I can be on hold, they WILL either hang up or leave you hanging on hold and eventually hang up. What’s the point of giving out a phone number to order ahead and not take an advantage of it? Ridiculous phone service. Do better 7spice. How bad can a phone call (order) be?And if you’re wondering if I had either called back or went in the store after I was rudely hunged up on, I didn’t. I never tried to do any of that knowing if I had called I’ll end up at the same place I had started with. And if I had went inside the store I’d probably wait an hour or a year to get my food (sarcasmly speaking).To at least sugar coat about 7spice, yes their food is pretty good but their phone service is horrific.
Food is good 3 stars . But the cashier are not sanitary.. between answering the phones and talking on personal phone, taking customers orders and preparing condiments. Not once did they put on gloves or wash their hands. The female cashier talked on her personal phone over an open bowl of sauce. Plus she rushes customers though their orders. Sanitation with cashier 1.
This place is in DESPERATE need of some employees who understand Customer Service. I think they have some of the best boiled shrimp in town, but it makes no sense that the people they hire have no personalities and have no clue about what it means to be in the SERVICE industry! Smh
Fish is great, service is terribleMenu posted in store reads Family deals. With 3 large sides, under that they have fish (6 piece). Was told it only came with 1 side. Which was different from the menu. Only had dirty rice, 2nd time I have come and they had no Cajun rice.
The food here is pretty good but the service is horrible. I usually order to go but even doing that is painful. You are kept on hold for long periods of time and when they finally get to you, they seem distracted and I have to continually repeat my order because they keep getting it wrong. My suggestion is to hire individuals who can answer the phone and get your order right
One of the worst!! Called in a large order over the phone, stated it would be ready in thirty mins. show up and Did Not start the order. Was informed by Trevon that a lot of people call in orders and don’t pick the up.. I told them over the phone I would give my Credit card to make sure the order was ready when I got there.. Wow!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! i called this evening to place an order and was placed on hold for 10 minutes ans someone picked up the phone and hung it up.. I immediately called back and the young lady said were no longer taking phone orders. Explained to the young lady what had previously happened. Instead of her apologizing she begins to speak with another young man who told her to just hang the phone up.. She muted the phone and hung up.. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!
Craving seafood I decided to order online from this establishment for the first time. Ordering on line was simple. I decided on blackened tilapia w/dirty rice AWA 1/2 lb head-on shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage—the hot version. The tilapia and rice were spot on; cooked properly and very tasty. The tilapia, a good and decent serving, came with a piece of toast which was well received. The shrimp were big and well cooked. The heat packed a punch but not enough to incinerate my taste buds. The corn and potatoes were also cooked well. They were bagged with the shrimp, crawfish style and were also spicy. Overall I’d say I found my new go-to when I’m craving fish and shrimp. You won’t be disappointed.
Went to the Northside location and ordered 6 lbs of crawfish to get home and find out they are way over cooked. To the point where the meat kept breaking up and by the time we actually got the meat out it was about the size of a dime. Unacceptable when paying 49.00 for some crawfish. So we had to go all the way back up there and was offered a refund or more crawfish, we took the refund. Never again.
I’d give a 1 star for the experience due to the fact that one employee told the other employee at the counter not to take our order until we started asking for names to make a complaint. Couldn’t enjoy the food thinking someone would do something to it out of frustration.
We (2) had 3lbs each boiled crawfish. We realize crawfish season is over and its frozen crawfish now. Ordered cajun medium. It was very dry and tasted frozen (like freezer) and not flavorable. Was not seasoned. The service was good. Young lady that rung us up was polite and smile. Thats what the 2 stars are for. Otherwise it would be 1. Barker

Its ok, I had the boiled crawfish which I told them I didnt want any flavoring on them and I still got it anyway which made the crawfish all greasy now the flavoring didnt taste bad but its not what I ordered. I also got the cajun fried catfish and shrimp. The shrimp were very bland and the catfish was just ok.
The cashier Korrina is the name she gave (02.19.2018 visit ) had a HORRIBLE demeanor and attitude!!!! If she spent as much time with getting food to customers when its placed on the counter as she does on her cellphone, things would be better. I saw food being placed on the counter and asked was it our order-she said no it was for someone seated in the back. She never called a name. After taking an order from a customer that walked in, she walked back to her cell phone, thought a min. (I assume) and said you had cream corn my friend said yes...she said oh this for you. I tried giving her constructive criticism (by asking her would she like for customers and employees to talk over your food sitting out on the counter getting cold), she shrugged her shoulders and said its only been sitting there a little while and I dont eat the food here and my paycheck will still be the same. After I saw she didnt care, neither did I. We got our money back and drove around the corner to BAYTOWN SEAFOOD. AWWWWFUL employee to have. That very response show she dont give a danggone about her job, the owner, or his/her business.
As much as I love this place. Im so disappointed. It says they open at 11am. So we get there at 11:15am. The little cashier was next door at wing stop. I guess she saw us and went into 7 spice. We are asking what time are you opening she acts as if she cant understand so I call and she answers with YEAH I say wow um what time do you open she says In 15.mins So we wait.... after mins go by we go in get a menu Ready to order. The boy says Um we wont have anything ready for another 40 -45 mins. WHAT IN THE WHAT! IM SO DISAPPOINTED!
I dont know who was cooking on March 7, 2018 but the crawfish was horrible. They were overcooked to the point that they were soggy and unable to peel. The crawfish was suppose to be seasoned with the 7spices flavor and garlic on them but it had no flavor. So I basically threw away 6 pounds of crawfish. Not happy at all 😕😐😕

2022-06-29My family and I attended one Friday night and the place was empty but clean...the take out line was jumping though. My family felt very comfortable, the food was good the corn was just buttery with lack of seasoning, but the chicken strips was OFF THE RAQ MAYNE!! THEY ALSO have a nice selection of dips! Very clean

2022-03-26OMG, Im here at 7Spice in Missouri City and Im highly impressed. The restaurant is clean, bathroom is clean, and the food is delicious. I ordered the blackened chicken with dirty rice. The chicken is grilled to perfection. Its moist and seasoned just right. And best of all Oscar the cashier was soooo friendly. His hospitality was ON POINT!I definitely recommend and will be back next week.

2021-08-19Picked up some 7 spice for my friend and I for lunch today, it was great and the potatoes where big until i found some hair in my corn. I have long curly extensions right now so i highly doubt that’s mine. YUCK! that’s my #1 pet peeve. I 100% guarantee you , you will see it if you look close enough or your phone screen on bright.

2020-11-11I had 7 Spice for the first time on a Friday and ordered the shrimp and snow crab with corn and potatoes. I enjoyed it so much that when we were trying to figure out what to eat on Saturday I decided to try it again but went with the Shrimp Po Boy. The baguette was soft and lightly toasted, fresh crisp lettuce, uniformly sliced tomatoes and a delicious sauce that complimented everything. As I bit into the sandwich, I was expecting the party in my mouth to continue on from the day before and it did, however my expectation was slightly missed. The shrimp I was expecting were larger in my head but not quite bite sized on the Po Boy. I would recommend 7 Spice consider using a larger shrimp size and it would really make this sandwich the jewel that it is. I also enjoyed the side salad as an option but my carryout lacked utensils to enjoy it on the go. Overall I am still a newbie fan of 7 Spice and look forward to trying other menu items.

2022-03-02They Turn the phones off at 930 so u cant call in a order or talk to anyone to be told they arent taking orders past 930 In store. When you have the open sign on and store hours saying youre open until 10, you should tell people online you cant place an order in store past 930 or at least have the phones on and tell people. Dont have people trying to hurry to get to you 20 minutes before closing just to be told youre not taking orders.

2022-01-10Called in the intermittent order! I say this because between each ordered item, I continued to be placed on hold. First time trying so said ok. It was ready on time as stated. Walked in, walked up to cashier and greeted her but no greeting in return! Strike 2. She grabbed my food and drink, handed it to me…no thank you, enjoy your food, come back or NOTHING! Bad customer service! What saved them from me not visiting again is I am enjoying the food. Simple- fried rice (4 protein)…and it’s kicking with ALL 7 spices! I will try again but please show some friendly appreciation for business! It helps spread the ‘spices’
