We used this place for warranty service on our Durango Gold. We also asked ro have our steps changed to the fold-up kind. On the paper when we left the fifth wheel, was a list of our complaints. When we picked the unit up, only one of our warranty issues had been addressed (wont know if it is REPAIRED until we hook up to water). The other 2 were not even listed on our receipt. The owner/manager told me nobody authorized a Saturday pick-up even though Rachael did and took my payment on Friday so I could do so. When I asked about why repairs werent done, his response was find another service center which was a given at this point.The only 2 things we know they did were replace our steps (because they could charge for that) and mess up our Anderson hitch (which I will be asking them to pay for)!Drive a little farther, find a reputable service center!
Amazing!! Our RV door got stuck in the lock position while we were driving from Florida to Colorado. We happened to pass a GO RV center and they were such a blessing. They managed to crawl in through the outside cabinet, get our RV unlocked and the door locks changed, and we were pulling out exactly one hour later. They charged us for 30 minutes of labor even though it took a little longer. Very fair pricing, amazing customer service. Very kind people. We had some nice small talk where they recommend some cool sights to see on our trip. This was one of those times that makes you think the Lord stepped in. 100% Recommend.
Great place! About 3 hours and had a deal done. Don knows his product and is very easy to deal with. I have been looking for a RV for about a year and this was the dealership that had the best deals.

Buying an RV from Don is like buying one from your dad, if your dad is caring, encouraging and has your best interests at heart. Heart is what this place has. Don went above my experience with RV dealerships. Easy to work with and even went as far to donate to my Alzheimer’s fund raiser in honor of my mom and dad. Truly a good person. Service Dept. Is outstanding as well. Can’t wait to start using our new toy hauler!
Be careful when you buy, before you leave Great Outdoor, make sure you have all the right equipment that is suppose to come with your camper,Might be in a mess and ruin your first camping trip.(wasnt fun) As soon as we could we called, talked to Don told him our situtation, he said he would get us the right part & take care of it, but 4 days later they call to tell us the cost & shipping, it should be their expense not ours, should have been provided with the trailer. Definitely wont deal with them again. Try to call & talk to them, but always put on hold.

The sales pitch before buying the RV & Customer service is great all the way through to the purchase point. After that it’s all down hill! From the sales pitch, the top of the line RV I purchase is now on its 2nd trip back to the service department! I was told at the time of purchase that the dealership goes through every camper to make sure everything is working properly. Apparently that didn’t happen on my Rig. Exterior LED light did not function properly from day one as well as the refrigerator. Now the interior led fixture does not work, the shower doors were never caulked, and the kitchen drawer do not shut. Since I live in the camper it is not feasible to bring it to there shop for the warranty repairs on items that should have been checked from day one. Now for them to come out to me there changing me $125 service call. I’m not unreasonable but when you spend $30,000 on something you want it working and I shouldn’t be inconvenienced when the dealership did do their job to begin with. Just a lot of hot air!
I have purchased two travel trailers from Great Outdoor RV. I have always been treated like I was special.They have always taken care of any little problem I have had. Like many RV dealers you can see that they have a shortage of inventory but they have some very good deals and if looking for a travel trailer they have a nice selection friendly staff.

Truly the worst expiriance ever, never buy a rv from this place. You may like the price and the b.s they give you! but they will leave you in the streets when it comes to there service and quality of thier product they suck! They take weeks to fix a simple problem! Not to mention to keep trying to fix the same problem! Hey great rv! time to love your customers, not just the money and high interest rates!

Sadly disappointed. Paid for repairs were not completed. AC still has very annoying loud rattle and cannot be used. Replaced toilet leaks and had to pay someone else to repair it.
Their service department told me it would take a week to repair my 6 month old 2018 camper........ its been 7 weeks and they still wont give me any idea of when it will be ready. Horrible service!!!!!!!

2022-04-11After visiting 4 other RV Centers looking for our fifth wheel, we were directed to look at a unit at Great Outdoor. I wish I had known about them before I visited any other place. This is a smaller dealership but dont let that stop you because they have what youre looking for and are friendly local guys that treated us with respect. We found what we wanted, got a great price and more then I expected for my trade in. The whole buying process was so laid back compared to theBig dealerships who only cared about how much money they could get out of me. After the sale we got the most thorough PDI I could imagine, literally top down, corner to corner and inside was explained in a way that was understandable and very useful. If youre looking for a new or used RV you should give these guys a visit.

No pressure sales and follows up with you to make sure we are taken care of! I understand their service department is good as well and this is important in the RV business. 2022-07-01We were on the road and called looking for an outdoor rug for our RV. The gentlemen was very polite and helpful. He asked for my information and said he would find out and give me a call back. He sent me a picture of the rug to show me what he had in stock. When we arrived, he took us to the service department and had it ready for us to pick up. Great customer service!

2022-07-20Rapid and conscientious communication within hours. We have yet to complete the final purchase and prep for the rig, but I am very optimistic based on the complete dialog and coordination to date.As a followup, we picked up the RV and everything was 100% as represented. They did an incredible job of detailing the previously owned slide and gave us a thorough review of all the elements and watch outs Mike and his team from the shop to parts all all the supporting cast were all just wonderful (and speedy).If you are looking for a RV unit of any type I would talk with them first as you wont be disappointed. I cant say enough positive about the experience despite driving from new mexico to pickit up. I would do it again if we ever have the need to trade up.

2022-05-29This is being revised since we bought our first camper here. Seemed like a great place but as time has proceeded customer service is lacking. Don is a nice guy but seems the people working for him have no understanding of cusomer service. We took our camper in for repairs last year, when we pulled in a woman greeted us, not with a may I help you but with and I quote What do you want?very rudely. After paying for the repairs we had to find our camper ourselves. No one, told us where it was or walked out to explain the repairs. This was the second camper we bought here and was told since we bought there we could bring it down to be inspected any time. This worked for us because of the hours we worked. Husband called about getting it inspected He talked to one person and was told he could bring it in on a Friday. We missed because we had to work. He called again, a woman told him they only inspect on Tuesdays between 1 and 4 pm. Our camper is sitting in our yard, we are making payments on something we cannot use because we cannnot get it inspected.

2021-04-20We had a fabulous experience buying our travel trailer at GO RV. Clint did a great job helping us find the perfect floor plan, and Tony was great to work with in the finance department. Finally Dave really was great to work with during checkout and provided valuable technical information on the camper.
