Great customer service and products. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was buying. They were able to answer all my questions.
The Appliance Tech saved me buying a $150.00 part. My range was not working and would and the only way the clock would even light up was id any burner was turned on. The light for the burner came on but no heat on anything at all. I had reset the breaker 1st thing, but did not seem to help. I took the control panel by the shop and the appliance tech told me it was not the control panel but a voltage issue. I came back installed the panel and checked the voltage. He was right! Only 120 volts. I went back outside and reset breaker firmly two or three times and came back inside. That was it all back to normal. Thank God! had I ordered a new board online of from a new parts house I would have been in the same situation, only out $150 bucks or so. The ladies in the office were also vey nice and very helpful. Would have given a better review if they had done their job better. Called to buy a set, they told me it would be $45 for delivery. Told the lady I would call her later to make the payment. On the next phone call the delivery charge goes up by $30. Now Im looking at $75 for delivery. When the guy delivers he forgot to leave the vent hose.... I called cuz obviously its part if the dryer. Now I need to go pick it up. You guys got paid, now finish the job.
My husband and I bought a used LG fridge from A Plus. Their customer service is good and the ladies in the office are friendly and respectful! We liked our experience shopping in the store. We were disappointed that when the fridge was delivered, it had not been cleaned well, and I needed to clean the entire fridge again. Wed recommend them based on customer service, though we were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of info on the fridge filters, which we asked about in the store and through the delivery men.
We needed a washer and dryer fast and at a reasonable price. We found this little shop on Google and stopped in to see what they had to offer. The woman we worked with was extremely nice and helped us find just the combo for us. For less than the price of a new, low-end washing machine, we scored a matching full-sized Kenmore washer and dryer set. The pair was delivered and installed for an additional 45 dollars. We have had the set for about a week now and they work better than any machines weve used in the past. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.
Good service. Roger in the back is doing a great job with customer service. Bought a stove from them and he made sure everything was ready for me to pick up. Also tested it before he helped me load it on to me truck. This store is a little farther than I am use to, but I will return again.
I received a great deal and had an even better customer service experience. I bought a washer and dryer set with a one year warranty. They also offer delivery and installation which was a tremendous help to me. The kind lady at the front desk took us around showing us how the take apart, clean and sanitize ALL of their appliances. Naturally we all have suspensions about buying used items. I was blown away how she took time to show us everything.

Paid to have our washer looked at the person came out turned it on looked at it for 10 min then told me to keep an eye on it and let him know what it did in a week charged me. A week later I text, called and got no answer never heard back from anyone. Nothing was fixed, I basically paid someone to look at it for 10 minutes.
Bought a washer and dryer. Needed a repair called on Friday they came out Monday. Delivery went great. Later bought a fridge. Deliver excellent Customer sevice excellent. Great prices. Highly recommend!! Staff is great.
They have decent appliances but horrible customer service. The fridge and freezer I bought 2 years ago still work great. But they lie. They do not deliver same day. Not even close. My delivery was nearly a week late. They dont seem to care. No apology.I purchased a stove first and was going to pick up. Then my washer went out and I bought a washer.Asked for both to be delivered at the same time. They said ok and told me setup was included.Got my washer yesterday 5 days late. Asked about Stove and Stove was supposed to be here first thing this morning. No apology for not delivering it yesterday. Still not here. Melissa just called me and told me installation would cost me $90. Really its late twice over and yall wont install it. Guess Im installing it myself.The installation issue is the final straw. I will not purchase from them again. Nor will my brother. Seriously thinking about thinking about going there and holding up a sign that says say no to A Plus or buyer beware or something.
UPDATE : I purchased my own dryer and washer from them 3 years ago. We had to change the dryer belt last year but our machines are still going strong. Would buy from them again.ORIGINAL: So I am writing this review after purchasing a used Maytag HE-washer for my mom over 6 months ago. The service was prompt and friendly. The price was fair (we compared prices at several other liquidators, department stores and online prices) and the machine is working great still. The store offers a warranty which was better than other places and they also picked up and hauled away the old broken washer. My mother is older and she said the delivery guys were courteous and set up the new washer for her too. They also gave us a discount for liking them on Facebook (which I admit I still havent gotten around too, sorry A-plus). We would go back to their store and also recommend to family and friends.
I was desperately in need of a Relay for my refrigerator and Alyssa and a team of professionals made sure I got exactly what I needed. Staff was extremely friendly and their prices extremely competitive on appliances for sale I noticed as I was browsing the store. Overall a great experience and I will 1000% come back and tell friends and family!
* RUN* Awful!!! Would not recommend this company to any body. Recently bought a washer and dryer set, and the amount of regret is unfathomable. Washer is CONSTANTLY breaking. Dryer came with missing pieces. Washer is under their warrant still...thankfully?? Mechanic cannot seem to fix the issue either. Mechanic always tells me it is something else broken/wrong with the washer each time he comes, and is extremely rude! Can not explain the annoyance it is to wash something you need and need cleaned between days, just to have the washer stop working mid cycle, with clothes soaked, and soap filled. If you value a single hard earned dollar, RUN!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have just spent a little more money, a bought the brand new washer/dryer, instead of dealing with his never ended hellish cycle. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!!
Pretty great customer service from the Manager at this location. She understood our issue, did what she could to solve the issue. Moved up our repair date on our refrigerator. She then called us personally to let us know that she would be replacing our fridge tonight.. it’s 7:40p right now. She went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied!Thank you for you speedy great service!
Great customer service. The day I went in, it was a little busy but the sales lady was very professional and patient. She took her time to show me different washer/dryer models until I found what I was looking for. Delivery time was fast and the delivery team were very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Great store... not so great delivery service. The employees in the store were very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The only issue I had was with the delivery. My items were to be delivered at 9:00am. They were not delivered until 1:00pm. There was ZERO communication from the store and delivery drivers. I had to call the store multiple times to find out what was going on. At 10:00, I was told the drivers would call me when they had my items on the trailer. At 12:00, I was told the store would reach out to the driver....
I love that this place offers affordable appliances along with repair. I bought a washer/dryer set from them 5 yrs ago and only recently needed a repair for my dryer. They were quick And affordable which was great considering how much other companies charge. I just used them again to change out the power cord for my moms dryer that didnt fit to my outlet and again they were fast and affordable. A job others quoted me for 150, they did for 65. I really appreciate finding a good business thats reliable, affordable, and there when you need them. Id recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them when I need it.

We walked in and were immediately greeted! Alyssa was very helpful, asked us our price range, and what we were looking for in appliances. She then took us to several different options that fit into our specifications! We were in and out super fast with exactly what we needed and in our price range! My sister bought a set from this company over a year ago and her washer/dryer appliances have worked perfectly fine.
Do not waste your money here! I purchased a dryer, washer and refrigerator from here and havent had them a year and they have all already given out. 2 months after my purchase my dryer went out , 3 months later my washer and freezer went out having to throw away hundreds of dollars in meat and this happened again last week. Getting new appliances so I dont have to keep getting scammed by these people! Save yourself the headache if having to deal with these people
I will never buy from this place again they are unprofessional I was quoted one price and given another upon arrival.. I purchased a refrigerator on Nov 10th they were suppose to deliver it on Nov 23rd. If I hadnt called I wouldnt have ever gotten it then they put me on hold 2 different times and never came back to the phone.. I had to hang up and call back and fuss to get something done, then when delivered I was quoted 45 for delivery when the guy called he said Im delivering for free but when, got there it was 55 for delivery when I called the manager she was unprofessional and disconnected the phone in my face.. never again will they get my money from me.. they deserve no stars..
We had an awesome experience. The free one year warranty is the only reason we chose to buy used but we saved so much by doing so. The sales representative was very nice and easy to work with. Delivery was a little late but when I called to ask about it, the woman who answered called the delivery guy right then and found out exactly how long it would be before our appliances were delivered. Once delivered, he checked to make sure everything worked. Everyone that we dealt from walking into the store to when our appliances were delivered was very friendly. I could definitely see us buying from there again if we ever need to.

This place exceeded my expectations. Last July 2018 I had just bought a house nearby and needed a washer/dryer, as I didnt have a set. (I moved from an apartment). I looked at prices for new units and they were out of my budget, as I spend a lot buying the house with the repairs and move-in expenses.A+ Appliance had units that were in my price range with reasonable delivery and set up costs. My concern was about what type of quality a refurbished appliance would offer. The price was good. Was the equipment reliable?The staff was very understanding about that issue. They gave me a tour of the facilty. They took me to the back to the workshop where they showed me how they take apart the incoming used appliances all the way to bare bones. They clean, test, and lubricate all the compenents. Parts that are worn out are refurbished or replaced.I got a good price on a washer/dryer set, and delivery and install was prompt and professional.Any follow-up questions they politely answered.Months later when I noticed the washer drum seem to have an excessively noise spin cycle, they came over, and took apart the washer and adjusted the balance on the unit. No charge, even though I think I was at the fringe end of the service warranty.Its been a little over a year, and I can say I am very happy with purchase!
I cant say nothing but good things about this place! During hard times both my washer and dryer went out and I called ( A Plus Appliance ) and I told them what I needed and they were able to help me without a doubt! They didnt give me the run around or tried to increase the price to make a sale! And to add to this great experience, they came the next day to install my washer and dryer and waited to make sure they worked and even gave me a warranty! Couldnt have asked for a better Christmas! I went to A Plus Appliance looking for a fridge compressor overload replacement and could not be happier with the service I received. The staff is very professional. I purchased a washer and dryer set before arriving to TX. The appliances were just as described. Mrs. Erika took extra pictures of the appliances, so I didnt need to come in. Once I arrived to Texas, the appliances where delivered right away. The dryer needed replacement part, so Mrs. Alessa offered me to wait for the part or chose a different set. I went ahead and picked another set. Im extremely satisfied with how they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I definitely recommend them.
I am so, so glad I found their ads on Craigslist and decided to check them out. I never expected to be able to find such a nice washer/dryer set for such an affordable price! Amber was so helpful and knowledgable (and patient) while I looked through their inventory. I ended up buying a front load set (with a pedestal included) for $599, which feels like an amazing deal especially with the included 1 year warranty. Their guy delivered the machines the same day and installed them for me--he even stuck around to make sure they worked. Delivery fee was also very reasonable. Even though the machines are used, they have been cleaned so well that I dont feel like I am dealing with other peoples dirt. They work great! Overall an extremely positive experience! Thank you!!!
Excellent! I purchased an upright freezer from them after I had another freezer not work properly. They understood my immediate need for the freezer and worked hard to make it happen for me. Great pricing. Great warranty. Very friendly and helpful group of people! Would certainly recommend and go back to them for any future needs.
Horrible Communication from Manager to me as a customer and to her staff.Not able to meet established delivery schedule even after rescheduling. If you are going to be late, call your customer let them know, give them an opportunity to determine what is best for them.Returned Appliances, and now they wont return my money for 10 to 12 days.
When I first walked into their store, I was impressed by how many washers and dryers they had available. Then we met a young lady who informed us that they had more in the back! We told her our budget and she pointed a used washer and dryer. I liked it and said I would take it! She went on to inform me that I could not take it that day because they were going to sand it down for me and repaint it! Wow! Excellent service!- Inaky
We were looking for a washing machine and i found A plus on the web and since it was close to the house we decided to go and check them out. i told the sales person i was looking for a cheap washer $200 or less so she showed me the only one in my price range and seemed to small so we looked at the front end loaders and decided against them so she showed us a top loader that had come in and was practically brand new and basically i got about a $600 washer for $300. our salesperson was extremely nice and took the time to answer all our questions and show us several models. she was very patient with us and even waved our delivery fee because our house was so close to the shop. all in all it was a great experience. they have quality used appliances and even have a 1 year warranty on them. new appliances are very expensive and to me this is your best bet for buying any used appliance due to the friendly service, and warranty. Next we need to replace our refrigerator and i will definitely be going to A Plus Appliance first and i will be recommending them to any friend who needs to replace an appliance. GREAT JOB A PLUS APPLIANCE STAFF!!!

Once we found this place, we dont shop anywhere else for appliances. Weve purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove range, and built-in microwave. Great deals and even better service. The owners are awesome and always willing to help us find exactly what we are looking for. The women who work there are exceptionally professional.Staff is very knowledgeable. The products all come with warranties and the warranty work we ended up needing on the fridge was over and above.
Horrible experience. Do not recommend. When I first went to the store, the staff was friendly and negotiable on a fair price for an LG washer and dryer set. The delivery team was professional and installed everything correctly and took care not to damage walls during installation. However, that is where the customer service ended. The delivery staff member ran the washer and noticed that it had a slight leak. He advised me that he would write a work order and have a technician come out to fix it. After 2 weeks, I never received a phone call from the office to set up an appointment. When I called to inquire, they were completely unaware of the situation. The man on the phone said he was busy and if he could return my call back within an hour... he did not call back that day! Once again, I called the store and complained about the broken washer and they set up a time and date to get it fixed.On the day of the appointment, I waited and waited. As time passed the schedule time frame, I continued to wait as I understood that other appointments may take longer than expected. No one showed up or called to update me. I called the next day to complain again and another time was set up.The second appointment the technician arrived as scheduled. He did not speak English (not a huge deal but he was unable to communicate what was going on). He told me, broken and left. I did receive call from the office this time and was advised that a replacement gasket was needed and set up another appointment.Third appointment was fine and the same technician repaired the washer.About 2 months later the washer began to leak again. I called the office to make another appointment. The time and date was set. On the day of the appointment, I called before the set time to make sure they would show up and was advised that they had moved back the time frame without notifying me! I was upset that I was not contacted about the change and complained. I waited and waited; once again: no call, no show.Highly irritated at the lack of customer service of this company. I ended up buying a new washer to avoid having any further interaction with A-PLUS Appliance. Save your money and go elsewhere.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR A&S APPLIANCES.I thought the Blanco location was the same name, but is a partner store. I apologize for the discrepancy. The manager from A Plus has been the one reaching out and trying to help to be nice... Its now 2/1/20 and my dryer still isnt working, even after doing everything the store has asked us to do with the vents. And the techs changing out several parts and saying its this or that. The manager from A Plus reached out again offering a different solution. Which I am glad she has done. I am very disatisfied with my experience buying from the Blanco location. It is terrible customer service.Update: Its now officially past an entire month (purchased on 12/18/19) and my dryer still isnt working. Tech has come out, yet again since my last post, and is supposed to come again today... the last time he was here, he confirmed it wasnt the vents or an electrical outlet issue on our end, like the other tech kept trying to blame.. If you can, avoid purchasing from here. Not worth it...You are probably better off purchasing items on Craigslist. I purchased a washer and dryer unit almost one month ago, and the dryer has not been working this entire time. The dryer was also installed with a non flexible vent, and was basically squashed during installation, and did not fit properly. It would not stay in place and kept falling off. A tech has come by twice to switch the vent, as well as fix the dryer. But the dryer still doesnt work. The store then told me that my apt complex had to clean the vents, and that was why the dryer isnt working. My apt complex was nice enough to hire a contractor to come out and clean the vents. The contractor cleaned out all the vents, and stated there was no build up or debris that would prevent the dryer from working. I relayed this information to the store clo erk and store manager (Blanco location) and told the tech would come back today between 5-7. I requested he not come later than 7 because the past two times I was given the same time frame, and he showed up close to 9pm! I was assured he would come during that window. It is now 730pm and no word and no show from the tech. The store has a 60 day warranty, but what good is that if the item I paid for has not even been working for the entire first 30 days?? This is really ridiculous. If you buy from here, have no expectations that what you buy will actually work, and may just be a waste of money!
I recently purchased my first washer and dryer and I had many questions . Thankfully the service was great here I learned a lot and was able to find the perfect washer and dryer that was best for myself and family. Any question one may have the people here have the answer for you ! Great customer service I highly recommend. Also when you purchase anything from here it comes with warranty.
Went over during the quarantine to look for a narrow side by side refrigerator. There were 2 to look at. Neither were in very good condition (I’d say fair to moderately good), but I looked closely and the saleswoman was nice. I wasn’t impressed with the 2 I saw, but I went ahead and asked how much. They were WAY over priced $600 and no offer to negotiate. I went to the scratch and dent store and found new stainless refrigerators for what they were asking. Make sure you do your research before going.
We bought a washer, dryer, stove, and dishwasher. The washer and dryer work great although they broke the front glass on the dryer during delivery and have yet to repair two months later. The dishwasher is HORRIBLE! Whirlpool and is worse than any dishwasher I have ever owned. Stove was brought to our house with missing pieces we are still trying to fix. This company is good upfront but if you want any repairs or to return forget it!

Do yourselves a favor. buy your washing machines from best buy or from a retail company.They gave me a Discount which still came up to be the same as an open box at lowes(yes i checked.oh did i mention theres no free shipping?They take your washing machine if you want, but dont pay you even in working condition, if they pay you, expect $20 for it.Oh yeah, and the washer i originally picked was not working so they called to go get another one, which took 5 days to get back to me.Ill update in a few months once it breaks down(after the warranty is out.

I had just moved to San Antonio and found A Plus Appliance on line. The staff was very helpful and even told me about their warranty. My buying experience was above and beyond. Their customer service was so good I will be back next month to buy a white refrigerator to match the white oven I just bought. I recommend A Plus to any one in need of appliances and looking for good customer service!
You can trust this place! I bought a dryer about a month ago and am completely satisfied. It may be used but it works perfectly. If you are looking to save HUNDREDS of dollars AND get a ONE YEAR WARRANTY I definitely recommend A+ Appliances. I don’t think I’ll buy new again LOL!
I was in a need a stove and refrigerator since my family moved in to a new place and we were on a super tight budget ,I was afraid of not finding one in time for our needs. Luckly after so many searches, A Plus Applicance seem to be the only ones with what I needed and on my type of budget. I was 20 miles away and I was not going to make on time but the ladies there took pictures of all the appliances that fell under my cost and send them over for me to browse.They had so many that I drove there way knowing I only at 20 mins to get there, fortunately they waited for me and I was able to get my appliances. The delivery was even soon then what was expected. Im happy with my stove and refrigerator. I recommend this place.

Needed a washer and dryer but didnt want to purchase a new one for a crazy price. Probably should’ve just spent the extra money to purchase new. This place fixes washers and dryers to only work for a few months. STAY AWAY AND BE CAREFUL THEY WILL POKE YOUR EYES OUT. I purchased in Feb 2017 and now my washer is fried doesn’t even go into rinse or spin. Will never buy from this place again especially considering the year warranty only covers labor and not parts. Great way to continue taking from hard working people..

The salesman was very helpful! We found the exact color and size of fridge for the right price I needed in just a few minutes and he helped me load it into the truck! When I got it home and plugged it in it cooled quickly and runs like a champ! Plus it feels good knowing that I have a 1 year warrenty to fall back on just in case!
Ethically questionable warranty repair service. All their appliances come with a one year warranty, which is why I bought here. Not that the sign outside mentions it, but the warranty only covers labor (no parts). Fair enough so far. I called to schedule service, and a tech (Juan) was there the next day. All I needed was a thermal fuse (whew!). Juan repairs the dryer, and then hands me a bill for $40. That seemed a little steep. When questioned, Juan tells me its the price they charge. I pay him and send him on his way. I found the same part online for $4.49 shipped, or $8.94 for a genuine Whirlpool replacement. I call the store, and they direct me to their suppliers website. Its $15 on that website. I would suspect they chose their supplier based on their high prices to the public and high discounts to stores such as A+ Appliance. The A+ representative tells me I can drive to the store to pick up the $25 I was overcharged.A+? Talk about grade inflation!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at APlus Appliance. We needed washer & dryer set, and a refrigerator. Jennifer helped us and directed us to exactly what we needed! She was informative and explained the warranty in great detail.We will be recommending A Plus in the future for sure, and if we find ourselves in need again, we will certainly be back!

This is one of those businesses where you wish there was an option for no stars or negative stars. They are a -5 in my experience. We brought a washer and dryer to them to look over and test. They had been in our warehouse unused for nearly 7 years. We really had no high hopes that they would work but wanted to find out before purchasing new ones for a family member. When I initially called them, I was given a fair price of $45/each for looking over and a promise of a call if they needed any parts or were worth salvaging. I was also given an estimated turn around time of 2-4 days. After a week passed, I called to ask for an update. Not only was the person rude, they refused to give even a ballpark date. When I continued to ask if it would be a few days or a few weeks, that person handed the phone off to someone else. That person actually laughed and said after sitting that long, no way would they be salvageable. I disclosed that information before bringing them in, and again when they were brought in. So why even take them in? After this discussion, we received a call the next day that they were ready and working just fine and to pick them up. Again, working just fine. However, when they were set up, not only did the washer leak rusty water all over a brand new laundry room (home was just built), the dryer did not even have a working knob to turn it on. That would have been essential to actually inspecting and testing the machine. There was blatantly no time put in to this service. I am following up with the BBB as well as filing a claim for deceptive trade practice. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. These people are rude, lying thieves who should not be encouraged or rewarded by receiving your money and business.
I cant believe i had to give one Star. Im almost sure that most of these reviews came from their friends. The two ladys working on this particular day was extremely lazy about helping and most of the items that we were interested in she told us that they werent for sale and belonged to the owner after driving across town for nothing. The rest of the items were pretty much trash. Handles missing or just filthy inside out.. Dont waste your time here..
I purchased a used side by side refrigerator and got a great price, and great delivery and set-up, however, the ice maker was not working, so, they took care of it, and sent out their repair man, and promptly installed a new ice maker and its working great. Bought a fridge from there. Freezer stopped working. All the food went bad, because they couldnt get someone out for three days. When he finally came he didnt say anything and just left without telling us what was gonna happen. We assumed he was getting a part but he never came back and we never got a call. When we reached out they said it was out of warranty and needed a new fridge. Horrible communication and the guy broke the fridge so not even that is working. So all the food went bad. So overall, horrible communication, customer service, and they broke our fridge even more.definitely not going back to this place.

They do not only have washers and dryers but refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc..While there Alessa really helped me out, we talked about my budget and price range. She then told me she would help me out and drop the price 50 dollars to fit my budget. I was very surprised and grateful she did that. They also offer warranties on the set of washers and dryers.After we decided on the washer and dryer, I then spoke to Renne to get my payment taken. Renne was also very nice and helpful with the pricing as well as the delivery fee. They also give you an exact time frame of when they will deliver. The delivery charge is fairly cheap also. STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR A FEW DOLLARS.I don’t even know where to begin… let’s just say this purchase has been a terrible nightmare. They have a 2 month full coverage and 1 year labor warranty. I figured if there were any issues, they would be covered. Well, that is true (they do appear to follow thru on repairs), but there are WAY too many issues to make this warranty worthwhile. I strongly suggest avoiding this company. They do NOT ALLOW RETURNS (which I was not told until weeks later) when we tried to get our money back. It appears they don’t do more than plug things in to test them- 2 OF OUR PURCHASES STOPPED WORKING THE FIRST NIGHT. And they count on the warranty to fix problems as they break in your house, while you are trying to use items. They do NOT sell quality items.All this has happened in the first 6 WEEKS of purchase:1-They forgot to deliver our stuff. I had to call and reschedule delivery.2-They are slow to come out and always late (no calls or notifications that repairman was running late-happened 5 times, and I’m talking hours late).3-The stove didn’t work for 18 out of 25 days; then I had to get a different, cheaper one that I didn’t want.4-Charged extra to switch refrigerator door5-Freezer and ice maker broke multiple times (finally replaced refrigerator again with a cheaper, less expensive model I didn’t want and I had to pay another delivery fee )6-Washing machine broke7-Microwave blew a fuse the first night (clearly never had been tested)8-Dishwasher was crap (sent it back immediately and got no money back)9-Microwave didn’t come with glass plate or plastic ring to rotate food (I was never told that)10-Took 5 days to get a working microwave

Loading dude was rude screaming and yelling he kinda has long hair he has no manners and lady in front desk is rude too not to mention we are paying over 500 for stove and refrigerator.... I was in the market for a washer & dryer. I found A Plus Appliances website easily and got the directions to go view the store and pick out what I needed. When I arrived and entered the store, I was greeted politely and with a smile. The manager that assisted me was Montrena. The store was definitely busy and she kept her attention on me and asked benchmark questions in order to match me up with the washer & dryer I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the appliances and I chose the pair within minutes. After calculating the final cost, Montrena informed me of the value in the cost and especially about the 1 year warranty. Purchase a refrigerator here. Brought it home to find out that the freezer wasnt working. Called in a repair order, tech came out and fiddled with the temperature knobs and then left. Told me to call again if they doesnt fix it.Needless to say, it didnt fix it. Called again - another tech came out, said that there was an issue with the copper piping and it was low on refrigerant. Said hed let the office know and buy some and call to come back - never did.Called again when it wasnt working and had another tech come out. At this point they had taken it away and had it for almost 3 weeks. Called a few times and they told me that they were working on it and verifying that it would work fine.Got it back again and surprise, the freezer wasnt working. At this point Id probably have thrown away $100 worth of food. Decided it wasnt worth my time and effort anymore and I went to Lowes and just bought a brand new fridge.The only reason Im giving it two stars instead of 1 is they gave me a loaner fridge that worked fine (except for the one that seemingly had a roach issue) and the techs/people were nice.
Everyone is always so friendly and their appliances are good quality despite being used. We have now bought 3 appliances and we havent had any issues and are always happy when we leave. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Purchased a washer and dryer from them. The next day after they delivered it they had to come out because the washer was making a weird noise. Not even 90 days later the dryer stopped heating and after 60 days they no longer cover parts. Could not find the receipt so they wont cover labor. They probably get these appliances for free or cheap, if they are repairing them with new parts, why not give a 1 year parts AND labor warranty. What kind of modern company doesnt keep copies of purchases and receipts or at least a simple excel spreadsheet to log purchases. I know they have copies of receipt because they gave me copies. Scam, get your appliances else where.

I drive past the store all the time and just on the spur of the moment i stopped in just to see what they have and WOW they have LOTS!!! Refrigerators, stoves, washer/dryers. freezers not just one or two beat up, smelly machines buts LOTS of nice looking appliances. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ended up getting a refrigerator, upright freezer, and a washer and dryer at what I think is a more than fair price. Everything is cleaned and checked....and when Im ready for a stove and/or dishwasher Im going there first!!
Repeat customer... bought a glass top stove 4 years ago and havent had any problems with it, just bought a French door refrigerator today, great customer service!!UPDATE: Not happy, just kept doing quick fixes to the fridge, its had many issues, now its out of warrantee and needs more freon, I know for a fact that a fridge doesnt need freon every couple of months!!
I ultimately ended up with an awful experience here. After our primary fridge died, we needed a replacement. It was a rental home and the lease agreement stipulated fridge repairs were the responsibility of the tenant. Seeing fairly respectable reviews here on google, I purchased a $400 used fridge. Upon delivery, it did not work...at all. Totally dead. They sent a repairman out to fix it. He changed out a few widgets on the unit and it worked...for a couple weeks. It then died again. Being within the 30 day parts and labor guarantee, they again sent out a repairman. He once again made some repairs. Fridge worked again...Temporarily. Fridge died again. By this point, Im seriously regretting purchasing this lemon. I call them again and they apologetically inform me that the repairman that has been sent to fix our unit has been let go because of his horrible work. Great. So they send out a new guy who says the unit needs to go back to the store for repair. By this point were well past the 30 day guarantee, but they wisely are still trying to fix their glaring mistakes. So they take the unit back to the store. At this point, were a couple weeks away from a military move to Florida. Im promised this will be the ultimate repair and will fix the unit for sure. Being skeptical based on previous results, I ask for a personal guarantee from a manager. Im told Ill have a fridge that works. They return it days before we move and the unit does in fact seem to work. We pack up and head to Florida. Plug it in in Florida, and you can probably guess the outcome...a dead fridge. Zero cooling. Call up and get the run around. I paid $70 to have a local repairman tell me the unit is a mess, will cost $500 to fix and that he recommended scraping the unit. Upon conveying this result, Im told this repairman is ignorant of fridge repair. They offer $100 toward a repair. Right. At this point Im outside their warranty period, so I legally probably didnt have much ability to push back. At this point I threw in the towel and called it a total loss. The unit never worked for more than a few days, its been through multiple attempted repairs and I still dont have a fridge. My expectation in a disastrous situation like this would be a full refund. I was burned here, recommend you steer clear. Id have been better off to buy a budget new fridge. Lesson learned. But their unwillingness to fully stand behind their sale is unacceptable.
They have a great selection on many different types appliances according to your price range. The sales staff is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Timely delivery and in house techs to repair appliances are a couple of other reasons to stop in and let A+ take care of your needs!
The prices are cheap, but they sell a lot of lemons. They will work with you to get a working product, but honestly not worth the trouble. Hours on the phone, multiple switches of replacement and repair, deep gouges in my kitchen floor from their moving dollies. It has taken about five months to get a functioning fridge, which now has a leak. Go figure. Buying from here is cheap, but a hell of a gamble. Only proceed if you have the time and patience to work through all the issues.

Called this guys the first time becouse my washer was leaking, they came out and 1 hour later they supposedly fix my washer. Day after washer is leaking again , so I called them and they came out few days later and they said I need a new part but they have to order it and they will come out in 2 day to fix it again. Never heard back ,so after a few days I called and the lady on the phone said that she didnt know anything about my part and she would call me back so we can order the part and schedule a third appointment. Now its almost 2 weeks and havent heard anything. Very unprofessional ,very sad service and zero communication, save your money folks.

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY USED APPLIANCES ! ! Purchased a side by side have had a technician out 3 times to service and yet here we are yet again and having the same problem.. Not Cooling, last time I had to argue for them to fix and wanted me to pay for same parts again. So basically I just spent $600 on a fridge that Barely lasted a yr. Will Never go there again and buyers beware the discount price and worthless warranty doesnt mean that after a few months your appliance wont give out and your out your money in the end !!Update:bought brand new one and passed the refrigerator on to the inlaws since FIL is handy able to fix things he opened it up to find that it was used parts they has been putting in, they charge you for parts (since parts warrenty is 2 mos & labor is a yr) only to use old used parts they have on hand thats why we kept having soo many problems. had they used new parts they charged me for the first time it wouldnt have kept breaking on us :(

They advertised a dishwasher on letgo for $199, wanted to sell us the exact same one for $225. Since its a business not an individual you must pay tax of course. If you try to pick it up yourself to save the delivery fee, they tell you the only one they had is sold. I stepped one foot inside their disgustingly dirty store anf knew I wouldnt pay so much as a quarter for anything in their store. Old molding food sits in their refrigerators that are on display for you to purchase.

I purchased a GE refrigerator December 2016. This is the worst purchase ever! The thermostat for the freezer went out several times!!! Ive thrown away hundreds of dollars of food. Then when you have to keep calling for service repairs, the staff act like its a bother to them! They gave me a loner refrigerator which worked fine. So, they picked mine up to check it out and, the freezer worked perfectly empty there! Today as of May 23, 2017 Im having the same issue!

The young lady that I dealt with was very awesome and friendly, she seemed very genuine in trying to get me a good set of appliances. However I have yet to see them they were supposed to be delivered yesterday between 10&12 after I didnt hear anything at 3 I called and was told it was because the paint was messed up on the dryer and it would be ready in about an hour needless to say that never happened either. Fast forward I called back (they never reached out to me) and was asked could we reschedule for today I said yes they gave me a time I asked for a later time 6&8 and was told it would be here! It is now 10:23 and yeah still no washer or dryer smh. There is a NO REFUND POLICY so therefore looks like Im on their time NO MATTER WHAT. Im so annoyed and that is horrible customer service at least reach out to your customers and let them know something people work hard for their money. OH AND CAN I PLEASE GET MY APPLIANCES AND I HOPE THEY ARE WORKING PROPERLY.I have been very nice but Im really over it and then I have to pay 45 dollars for late stuff ugggggghhhh.....😠😠😠😠

Now Im having to stay up to wait for him to fix my washer when I have work in the morning.**update from a week later**The dryer is no longer getting hot. This place sells absolute junk, dont waste your money. Just save for a little longer and get something that will work.

***UPDATE** THE YOUNG LADY THAT WORKS THERE IS VERY SWEET AND GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND GET IT FIXED. Horrible! Bought a washer and dryer tried to save a little money by opting out of delivery. When we hook up the washer it flooded ou moor bathroom and bedroom from the drum that fills up. Called because we have a warrenty and find out they charge for a technician to come and fix it even under a wsrrenty but we can bring it to them to fix for free. My husband fixed it, they had rigged it by putting a hose to fill it and it would move out of place causing water to go everywhere so we attached it. Now 3 months later the entire washer stopped working and is full of water and clothes and will not even drain. I call once again furious and im told they will charge for someone to come fix it in a couple days because theyre booked (gee I wonder why), i can take the water out by hand (my wife is disabled so it will be extremely hard) and bring it in to have it fixed that day or by the next day, or have someone come out in a couple days to fix for free but I would not have any warranty on it anymore. I would have had better luck buying a cheaper used set off someone on craigslist. Oh and they paint their appliances and it peels off and sticks to everything. Totally disgusted with this business use extreme caution in purchasing from them!

Its an appliance scam, they tell you cost for delivery is one price and call you day of delivery and double the price, then charge you to haul off old stuff so they can fix it and resell it. Dont fall for it.
Found the selection ok. Price ok , however the main thing that made me not want to purchase anything from this place was the fact they use the merchandise for their own items. We opened mutiple fridges that were not clear and two of them had workers personal lunch in them . Highly unprofessional . If you want to use a fridge get one near the desk for personal use . Poor business practices.
This place is very good appliance store and very good prices, the customer service was great they were helping me with more info then I asked for and wanted to make sure what I was buying was what I needed and fits. I was running late to pick up my double oven and they waited over an hour past closing time so I can get there, they are awesome very professional and would recommend them to anyone.

I found the store on craigslist I went in during my one hour lunch break and asked if the had a washer/dryer set for $300 She said yes they did. It was whirlpool and I bought it we got it all loaded up and the dryer cords chaned in hour super eay and fast. :)

Had to send a fridge back because the temp. was too high and the girl answering the phone (daughter of owner) can talk to you how ever she pleases......She was very rude and should not be answering phone calls and calling customers with that kind of attitude! What is she 15?! Very inappropriate!I should mention, they were nice enough to give me a loaner fridge while mine was being fixed. Smelled horribly like urine and was FILTHY! I had to clean it with bleach just so I could put my food in it without being grossed out! Now my fridge is back and 3 days later, guess what??? ALL OF MY FOOD IS GOING BAD, because the temp is rising! AGAIN!!!! I will tell everyone I know, NOT to go to them! I asked to speak to a manager or owner and the snotty little girl refused to let me. Freezer broke they came out 3 times and you have to call them.still didnt get it back now there saying they cant fix it but when they get another they will call me. Dont buy from there they are ripping people out of money. I am also calling ksat 12 wants to know and reporting them to small Businesses Better Bureau.

BUYER BEWARE. I bought all my appliances from here its hasnt been a year yet and they all broke down. Save your time and money! THESES PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
I had them come out to repair an icemaker they have had to make 3 trips to fix the issue and it is still not fixed. I have contact with the repair company and the individual that came to my home . and get mixed stories. And now that i want want someone to come out again they have given me the run around and have to wait close enough to week which i find absurb.

Purchased a side by side and it was supposed to be delivered between 6-8pm. It arrived at 8:45pm and after the installer left we discovered the freezer didnt work. A technician came out the following day and said something was knocked loose during delivery and he tightened it. The next day it still wasnt working. We were sold a broken appliance!!They are supposed to be coming back out tomorrow to try to fix it again.There goes my new groceries.STAY AWAY FROM A PLUS Appliance it needs to be called F MINUS Appliance!!

Its okay. They didnt want to trade a brand-new never been used black oven stovetop for a used stainless model. Even though Ive purchased 5 other appliances from here

NOT happy. The lady that I spoke with said that she would call me back with information and she didnt. Instead of getting me an answer to what I asked for, she was going to make a decision for me which was wrong. Only because I called back after waiting over an hour did I find out what she was doing. In the beginning I was very dissatisfied, but the customer service came through in the end. Our products are in working condition and the techs did their best to solve any problem that came up.

I called to try and schedule an appointment, was given a different number to call. I then called the other number and tried to make an appointment but could not because there was some idiot yelling in the background while I was trying to hear the lady speak. Needless to say, they arent getting my business.

2022-01-15I was missing a small part of my refrigerator (the screw to the door handle) and was having a hard time trying to finds a place to get it replaced. I called to ask if this place had screws… the assistance was great. Not only did that make sure they understood which part of the refrigerator I need, they went out of their way to find it and hold it for me for when I got there. This save me a whole lot of running around San Antonio time. I highly appreciate the help and the simplicity it was to just call and get an answer.

2022-03-19Do NOT hire! I hired this company to pick up a fridge and deliver it to a different location. The employee said he would be there in an hour, then later said in one and a half hours, and finally after all that time of waiting he says he will be there in three hours. Fernando was so rude and made it a very unpleasant situation. I am disappointed that he had to behave so unprofessionally to me. Not only did he keep me waiting for an entire day but he also was rude on the phone.

2021-08-10They were very nice, Vanessa and Erika showed me the sets that I was looking for and the prices for the sets were like a buy one get one free! I was very happy with their offers and I bought an LG set for $811 total. I definitely recommend this place too anyone looking for a set out even just one or the other.
