NEVER EVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY,THEY WILL ADD WHATEVER AMOUNT THEY WANT TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND SAY ITS LATE CHARGES EVERYTIME I WENT ONLINE TO PAY OFF THE ACCOUNT MORE CHARGES WERE ADDED PAYOFF WENT FROM $10- $50 WITHIN 2 WEEKS,RENTED A TWIN MATTRESS BOX SPRING AND JUST THE FRAME...IN THE END IT COST OVER A GRAND..RIPOFFS RIPOFFS RIPOFFS, DONT BE A IDIOT LIKE I WAS.IF YOU HAVE TO RENT VISIT BUDDYS,THEY ARE IN TEMPLE BUT THE DRIVE IS WORTH IT.

2019-07-18One bag apple can spoil the whole bunch 😑Over the years I have purchased and paid off a few different items through Aarons at different locations. UNTIL NOW, my experience has always been exceptionally good. The management and staff have always been awesome and very understanding. This was the first time I have ever been left with a bad taste in my mouth from any interaction with anyone from Aarons. The lady I spoke with was rude and condescending and a bit of an a$$hole. I have never not paid my bill or not paid off any of my accounts with them. She treated me like an overly aggressive collections agent trying to strong arm someone that hadnt paid their bill in months (3 days late because I was out of town on business and within the 7 day grace period) . . . And then told me it wasnt true that my bill had always been paid 😑 . . . Chelsea is the worst of the worst and if you have to deal with her I apologize because she clearly has zero customer service ability

2018-02-23The WORST experience ive had in my entire life ! The manager Paul was rude and unprofessional. Spent 725.00 cash on a bed and dresser,when i asked him to have his employees becareful and wipe there feet before entering the bedroom necause i just had carpets cleaned he became rude and then on day of delivery they never shoed up i called and he said he refused to deliver the furniture. Had to go down and have my money refunded. This guy is a joke he should not be managing anything ! He cant even manage his own emotions. He kept bragging how he was the General manager. I think corporate needs to take notice of all these negative reviews posted on this guy and this store and come and straighten things out. I will use every social media outlet and my voice to tell about my experience there. Stay away from this Arrons completely !!!!!

2016-05-27Yesterday afternoon we came home from grocery shopping to find our refrigerator pooped out. At 10 minutes til closing I called Michelle and asked if we could get a new refrigerator as soon as possible, the next day. Aarons didnt open until 10, but she called us a little after 9, made a payment and they delivered the new refrigerator by 9:30.Being a Aarons customer already and pleased, Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we got our refrigerator.We are truly greatful for her friendly and speedy service. ❤❤❤

2017-04-23Our experience in the store was pleasant. The manager we worked with, after discovering we had some common grounds, was excellent.That was the only thing pleasant about our entire experience.Upon delivery of the living room set & entertainment center we purchased, we discovered that one of the lamps was missing a mirror piece and the couch had minor scraps and the seams were beginning to pull apart. We were promised a phone call to address both issues and never received one.In the following few days, the TV we purchased began to turn itself off periodically. After addressing all possible solutions through the TV settings, I gave Aarons a call on a Wednesday afternoon. No problem, we can be out there Friday between 3 PM - 5 PM. Great, seems like theyre going to get it taken care of, right? Wrong. Not only did they not show up, they did not bother to call and let my wife or I know that they wouldnt make it. The following Thursday, they showed up unannounced to take our TV and replace it with an equal temporarily. No big deal, right? Wrong again. They didnt bother helping us set up any of our equipment to the temporary TV.Regardless of the above experience, in lue of our dryer breaking, my wife & I decided an easy solution was to lease a new set (washer/dryer) through Aarons. Dont ask me why we thought it would be different this go-round. The delivery crew showed up on the scheduled date and time to install our new washer/dryer. After completion, one of the crew members approached me to let me know he couldnt quite get the dryer vent to hook up so he kind of just left it up against the vent. It should hold for a little while, but youll probably have to fix it. And on their way they went.Yesterday, they returned with the TV I had previously had them pick up for repairs. During the set-up, one of the installers turned and asked me for the remote, to which I informed him that the last Aarons personnel had taken the remote when they picked up the TV for repairs. He proceeded to argue with me very rudely, telling me that they wouldnt take the remote because they probably wouldnt remember to return it. And again, off they went.Today, after merely a week of owning the dryer they installed, when drying a load of clothes it squeaks so load that it can be heard outside of my house.I will never do any sort of business with Aarons again, nor would I recommend their business to anyone else. I have had an awful experience, from simple customer service to the quality of the products they provide.

2017-10-30Easy rental, Update new Manager Tiffany has serious issues with empathy. Been with them for a while, when Paul was manager, she need to learn when and what to say. My mother is ill and I have to go home to Germany for an emergency, and she was worried about how that inconvenienced her. Well unfortunately I cannot make an emergency more convenient for her at this time. I was upset and yes this time I shared my feelings because she really needs to learn of she wants to become a great Manager. I have been paying alot of money to that store. Damn people.

2015-12-26No one had approached me in the store until I had waited at the counter for 10 minutes while one lady helped someone & 2 others sat in the office not paying attention. Once I received service it started off mediocre, the lady went from being rude & short to somewhat decent. I wasnt going to write a review until I received a call from a Stephanie, she was very rude on the phone. They had 3 phone numbers wrong because they couldnt read my handwriting and instead of asking me she accused me of giving them false information. I have never been treated so badly anywhere in Belton, I will not recommend Aarons in Belton due to their horrible customer service.

2019-11-21I had been a customer for 2 and a1/2 years everything was fine then I was called about a payment so I talked with them I was told I payed something off and I would pay the rest of my due on the first for the rest of my items well I check my account on the 3 Rd make sure they took it out like they were going to but they didnt I call the same time after finding out they didnt do it they told me that I didnt owe anything till my next payment turns out I was lied to about paying off that one item and not needing to make another payment till my next payment so I was told I owe late fees and owed them more money for the item I payed off .. tried calling the district manager no answer I will say after this I will be taking my money elsewhere after I pay my dues I will not be a customer again I feel very taken advantage of

2018-03-31Had a wonderful day today at Aarons! Today they had a Easter egg hunt and games. They provide drinks and pizza for the kids and their parents. They really showed how much they appreciate their customers. I hope they do this again in the future. Great job Aarons of Belton, Tx. Paul, Lucas, Casundra, And Peggy are all wonderful staff.
