The owner had the audacity to claim my father owed something from 11 years ago when in the recent months he had rented different types of equipment without a peep of an issue. Sorry excuse of a company with no regard for who their customer are. Without even being able to give a straight answer as to what he owed so my father could pay it all they could say is that it was to long ago which makes no sense. But he had just rented multiple things in the last few months without any issues? Keep in mind this place has a security deposit and has your credit card on file Incase of anything. So why didn’t they charge this mystery fee to the card thats in their system. That’s beyond me. As a customer you’d hope they could actually run a non biased business. Owner then claims that it wasn’t that he didn’t like my father or whatever which was completely irrelevant but he somehow felt that had relevance to the whole situation. Accusing customers of anything without a valid explanation and refusing payment of claimed fee just screams a incompetent business. A customer that has done business with you for 10+ years without any issues at all and out of the blue accusation, fees, from over 11 years ago? Yeah that’s ABC EQUIPMENT RENTAL.Thankfully the incident was recorded.

Very bad experience here, I rented a lift and when I got to the the job site, the lift was not working properly so I went back to find a solution for the problem, an old bald men in charge started yelling at me saying that his equipment always work without listening to what the problem was or give me any possible solutions. He gave a very rude and unproffesional attitude, he should not be working at the front desk.People stay away from this business!!!
They wanna talk behind your back about a state issued ID when they cant even identify a ladder style shingle lift and a material lift. Dont do business here. Very poor customer service as they want to talk behind the backs of customers for them not stating your ID HAS to be a drivers license and act like your stupid for them not stating the information clearly in the first place.

Worst experience ever! I will never step a foot in this company again or EVER recommend anyone here. My dad has been coming here for a very long time-until they falsely accused him of using a credit card that was file as fraud and not his and when we went up there this morning to correct the issue and show us proof of the card my dad had supposedly used-the owner did not want to show us anything or any record of it. Started cussing us out (calling me a bit*** etc etc) and yelling so loud and kicked us off the store-this is not how you treat customers. Im 100 percent sure the owner confused my dad with someone else. The fact that you could sit there and treat your customers like sh** when all we wanted to do is fix YOUR mistake you dont deserve to have a business. Dont ever come here!!!-or they will try to step on you--the sad part is my dad couldnt stick up for him self since he dont speak English so well. Very unprofessional place and horrible customer service.

These guys are a good group of guys and will get you in and out quickly and have a surprising selection of equipment. Support the smaller guys that can deliver big quality and still that small personal feel.
Do not rent from this place I repeat do not rent from this place Im definitely not one to complain. Order 1.75 yards of concrete only got 1.5 yards. They shorten me .quater of a yard. And tried to talk to the owner buy was a complete jerk about the whole situation.
They gave a loser like me a job because Ive made bad choices! Doing my best, but Im diabetic and have lost some toes! But Im still here!!!

Very flexible and nice that they are only a couple of blocks away. I have used them for concrete, sky lifts, forklifts, and everything you can imagine.

2022-03-28I had to to find an 8 foot ladder and normally i go to home depot but they only and 10 ft and up. Found this place and the have ladder sizes 6-12 feet for a daily rate instead of 4 hours. This was a time saving discovery. The renting process was fast and helpful from Aaron. The crew even help me strap the ladder to my car. Coming here was an unexpected surprise but so glad i know you guys are here. Thank you ABC keep up the great work!

2022-04-26Had an AMAZING experience with ABC using one of their Bobcat skidsteers. Machine was clean fully operational and available when I needed it. As a long time equipment operator, owner and renter I truly appreciate the service at ABC. Going back to rent a stump grinder later this week.

2022-02-14I rented a smal walk behind tractor and i broke on the job , and the mechanics were really good about helping me out and then we got stuck which took a chain i did not have and that cost me $300 cash and 2 men which took 30 minutes , i hope that the cash was recorded and the taxes were paid in the labor i paid for . pat

2021-11-03I ve been using this rental place for long period, In the recent times I did , I rented a bobcat for my duties and that machine had the the tracks very deteriorated, so one of them broke on the job site, so I called and they brought me another which do to the distance they did I thanked them for that , but the other one just worked 1 hour and the motor stopped again, once again I called them and Luis said they can’t come or fix that I had either fix at my cost or they will have to charge me for it . I was just confused because I couldn’t understand it was a rented machine , so anyways I had to manage it and just load it and return it back to the store . Of course I protested because I thought that was unfair from their part. So they charged me while the machine was broke. Second time In the same month I rented another machine and the belt broke and called again and they told me they would charge 150 plus 80 per hour plus what ever issues. So again I managed to fix it again I did . Again they charged me while I was fixing their own machine. I had to protest because I didn’t consider that was not fair, and just for that, the owner has putting me in red flag. This guy the owner acts like a child with his toys . He is greedy and unprofessional. You judge by yourself and judge me if I am wrong.

2021-05-24SCAM ALERT!! Rented a trencher. Returned trencher. Paid 240 to rent. Next day was charhed an additional 240 and was told it was a cleaning fee. 240$ to clean! That is highway robbery. It maybe took 30 min to power wash which means they charge 500$ an hour to clean and will charge you without consent. Theirs no set cleaning rate and they will charge your card whatever they want!

2021-01-13Poor customer service but great equipment.Had a misunderstanding about equipment rental pick up asked to speak with a manager and he just cursed me out and had no interest in resolving or hearing about the problem. Never had the problem before, as well was told by the manager they did not want nor need my business.

2017-02-20Been here a couple dozen times to rent equipment for my contracting business - tools are always in good condition/clean, and availability has been excellent in my experience. Owners are nice guys, too; they knew me by name after a few visits. Pretty quick customer service if you arent there at peak times. Best of all, pricing is better than the big box stores and you dont get the headache that goes with trying to find someone who knows what theyre doing there. Highly recommend this business.

2017-07-05Very nice staff!! Rented their 3000w generator for 24 hours for a really great price. I needed one for a boat party last minute and they were able to get me in and out within 5-10 mins. They demonstrated how to use it and loaded it into my truck for me. Will definitely rent equipment from here from now on. Thank you guys :)
