This use to be a good place to shop, but now you try to find out if they have the part you need they put you on hold and then hang up on you. Guess I need to get my products elsewhere.
Always great deals on oil changes. Rewards points come frequently. Cant complain for simple repairs.
You generally cant beat the prices, especially when you buy online and use the posted coupon code. Parts are decent quality comparable to other discount auto stores. Staff is friendly but not terribly knowledgeable and in need of training when it comes to online orders, especially online order returns.

Worst customer service ever. Made a order online at 7 p.m. the next day at 2:15 I showed up to pick it up and not only was it not together they didnt have one of the things I ordered. If they would have gotten my order together they would have been able to call me to tell me and not have total lack of respect for my time. When I approached the manager he kept shrugging his shoulders without giving any type of solution to the problem until I called him out on it
This place is really pricey. Im not a huge fan if this place. They had to order a radiator hose for me . and just had to wait over nite. So i give them 4 stars. Fast service
First I called to ask if a part was in stock. After receiving yes we have it in stock for an answer, I proceeded to the store to purchase said part. But. After I paid, believing the part would then be retrieved for me, I was told nah we gotta order it itll be here at 2. So I come back at 2 and told nah itll be here at 5. The best part is that I called the day after to see if they had the part NOW. but no. They dont. One should not come here if ones vehicle is in need. Satifation will not be achieved.
Ive visited this location several times while I lived in Bastrop. I cant think of any time where I was not given good customer service. Kishon is my favorite person there, he is funny, patient and understanding of whatever issue you might be having with your vehicle.
This store has always been the most helpful, most knowledgeable, best price and willing to go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I have been shopping here for 15 years. Never once disappointed.
Waited almost an hour to get a starter tested. They wouldnt stop to test it until no other customers where in the buiding. Finally went across the street to O reilleys and got the starter tested and a new one in 15min! I get that they were busy, no one was rude just hate wasting time.
Opened at 7:30 monday thru Friday so that i could get in fix my truck and get on with my day. Had a wide range of aftermarket parts. As well as custom lighting applications and products to keep your ride smooth.
Horrible experience! I will never shop there again. Manager thru a truck head lamp light bulb at me. So us the wrong bulb to begin with and would not refund us the money. She was way out of line
They will do electronic engine light diagnostics, and even though Im a woman, they show me respect. And so far, they have had in stock, even things like a new gas cap.

Sold me the wrong parts then had the audacity to say i didnt give them enough info. I was very specific with my details and if your computer screen says you need more info you should of said something to me. Because of this mistake i lost a customer with my contract business. Will never go here again. These guys are pathetic.

CEL light came on mid trip. Tech there read the codes and provided me a solution right away. Back on the road, no problem since.
This Auto Parts has good parts but more than that they loan tools they will help you anyway they can. They are just a bunch of hard head good guys.

2022-08-14This place is NASTY! Smells bad, had same sheets on the bed from where they checked out that morning and then checked back in later that evening because all the other motels were booked, and had the same sheets. Their sons sippy cup leaked on the fitted sheet, and was the same sheets on there when they checked back in. They notified front desk the man just laughed. They didnt have towels in the room, the pool wasnt filled and what water was in it looked like mud. They left a mattress behind the building propped against the wall. Was still there when they left. As far as I know its still there. The a/c didnt work. Told front desk, he said they have a replacement if we wanted to put it in. So we did. Now that A/C is out back with the filthy mattress. They say they have outdoor grilling area. They actually have a small covered patio size of a picnic table. With a table top BBQ pit with no legs on it bottom is burnt out. No trash cans. The ice machine nor soda machine worked. Says continental breakfast - was no breakfast not even coffee. I didnt want to leave a review because you have to give them at least 1 star to do that. But Id rather give them a star that stat silent. Maybe this will warn others to keep going if possible. This e is creepy & NASTY!!

2021-11-07Well stocked store even during the supply chain disruptions we are currently experiencing. The other guys only had one battery in stock for my diesel powered Ram truck which requires two and should be replaced in pairs. Thats in area of Texas where diesel powered trucks are very common. They were also very welcoming of my little assistant seen in the photo!

2021-12-30The last time I went here the manager was smoking a vape pen so I told myself I wouldnt go back. However, they were the only ones who had an item I needed on such short notice. When I walked in, I didnt have high hopes. No one greeted me, when I walked up to the counter for assistance three employees stood around talking and when one finally decided to assist me, the other two was still talking so loud I couldnt hear the one helping me. In the end, I ended up finding the product myself without their help.

2021-08-15Had what we needed in stock, even though everything is ridiculously marked up. I didnt appreciate pulling up to not 1 but 2 employees smoking while leaning up against the doors to hold them open. Not only did our car start filling up with the smoke, but the store also reeked of smoke as well. Can we talk about OSHA standard? As unpleasant as the experience was, my rating isnt based solely on this 1 encounter. The store did have what we needed... and Walmart did not.

2022-01-04I’m not from Bastrop, I stopped for lunch on a road trip and came back to a dead car. Being a college student I went into crisis mode. Garth was so helpful on the phone and came to me to replace my battery. I couldn’t have asked for better service and am so appreciative to the kind acts of this store!!!
