Good customer service from staff, but manager was rude and unhelpful last year. Didnt go back. Oreillys staff is much more helpful.

2022-08-09A great auto parts store to shop at. They have everything I need for my vehicles and some items they don’t have on hand they can usually order them for me from one of their warehouses or from one of their suppliers

2018-09-23Worst experience ever. Bought a new battery ($145) from this location. 20 minutes later I found it for half price with twice as much warranty at another store($74). Battery was never installed. Tried to return 30 minutes later, was told I couldnt return the battery. The receipt they gave me didnt say I could not return. Employee claimed this was store policy. Behind this one poster is their policy on battery returns. Youre supposed to read this and know their policies when purchasing a battery. Below are the pictures of their hidden policies were supposed to know. Policy doesnt state that you cannot get a cash refund on an unused uninstalled battery. Called corporate and I was told that I could get my cash back. Employee would only give me store credit not my original cash back. No real managers on site. Now Im stuck with store credit and no battery for my truck. Total rip off. Never shopping here again. Ive spend thousands here throughout the years, no more! BUYERS BEWARE!!

2021-02-03I honestly like some of the workers here. But they just dont take pickup orders seriously. Twice now Ive placed an order, never received a confirmation, and showed up to the location with the store completely empty. The worker will then start preparing the order when I mention it.One worker also always has her nose sticking out of her mask.Happy to update this review if things change.

2020-10-29This store is conveniently located and usually has enough car parts and supplies without having to wait. The prices are ok too, although I think somethings from most auto parts stores are way over priced, like light bulbs, cleaners. But, aside from that this store is open during good hours and its clean.

2019-08-01Great hardworking knowledgeable staff with a friendly home town service experience! A gentleman replaced my RAV4 battery this morning and reminded me so much of my dad with how smooth and seamless it was. Great prices and great service. Thank you Clemente!

2021-08-12I went to an advanced auto parts in Maryland and it didnt go well at all.. they gave me the wrong parts 🤦♂️I had to return almost everything they sold me.
