This is a generic auto parts store that stocks Auto parts for your vehicle. you can get parts of all different price points. Sometimes they have what you want in stock, sometimes they do not. employees that work there are generally helpful but may not be very knowledgeable about the parts that you need. Supposedly, they will replace your battery for you, but theyre not always available to do that. They did loan me their equipment so I can replace the battery myself though, so that was nice. their advance auto batteries may not be the highest quality batteries in the world but there is a warranty on them.
Awesome service! My car died in the car rider line at my sons school. After a kind man jumped the car, I drove to Advanced Auto Parts to have my battery checked. A young lady on her break, offered to help. She determined that the battery was on its last leg and we could either recharge it or replace it. Within 20minutes this efficient and highly competant manager had us taken care of and back on the road!!! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

Pretty awful, considering I ran in with my kids to pick up a few things, including some all-weather floor mats. I stood in line for several minutes while there were 4 cashiers that would not acknowledge my existence as I waited, child in tow, to check out and leave already. One cashier was on the phone, 2 others looked confused at their computers and one was going the speed molasses with the customer before me. We kindly put the things we intended to purchase back and left. Nobody stopped us or asked if they could help. With the majority of the people at the store being employees at that time, its simply unacceptable and theres no way Id consider stopping at this location again. Go to OReilly instead.
Very helpful & professional. Employees were curtious & friendly, to both customers & each other..One employee, Clifton was extremely helpful and quickly found that I had purchased a H6 size battery the size H7 AGM battery was the correct fit for my 2012 Mercedes E350. In spite of the comment at Advace Auto Online - that the H6 was an exact fit. Since the price for the H7 & H6 was the same, Clifton graciously processed a return credit for the H6 and a new sales order for the H7. Then he installed the H7 easily. He obviously has a lot of practical experience with auto service & mechanics. Also he was very pleasant, efficient and provided me several important hints on how to retard corrosion at the battery terminals. He checked to determine that my Mercedes did not need to be re-programmed after changing the battery.He even took a few minutes to verify that AA carries the small.reserve- ECO battery that fits in my trunk. So now I know to check that battery so I can order a replacement when I need one.This store is small, but has a good inventory and has good management. The employees are very pleasant & work well to help each other. Over the last 4 years I have observed that customers are serviced promptly and efficiently. This store does not enforce mandatory face covering of its employees! Went to this location today and the man that checked us out did not wear a mask, instead it sat around his neck the whole time and he never covered his face. He also was sneezing in the store without a mask on. Please for the safety of your customers and the other employees cover your face...
I continually receive the wrong parts because the store manager has the inability to listen to his customer and just assume hes right very poor management. Unfortunately this was not a one-time occurrence its happened at least five times Advanced Auto has lost my business I recommend the nearby OReillys on 518 just passed Highway 3
Website says they are open until 9 pm weeknights so needing a new truck battery I planned my evening around that information. When I stopped by at 8 two nights ago, the doors were locked and no one was in sight though the lights were on and 3 cars were in the parking lot. Will not be shopping here any more.
Arturos mobile mechanic was at Advance Auto Parts getting some parts for a customer and the customer decide to go to the auto parts so that we can I fix them there in the spot the repair was done within 2 minutes. We highly recommend our customers to purchase parts from Advance Auto Parts due to their high quality
Our truck battery keeps dieing. Went to auto zone, they tested battery as okay but with a transient drain. Hmmm, found squirrel injured by truck, wounded if it chewed on wiring. The employee helped jump start and sold us a jump starter thing, it has worked 3 times without being charged again. Monday to the mechanic, he can play chase down the electrical leak.
Ordered online and they tried to pawn off an open package with used contents on me. When I said I wasnt going to take it they swapped it. They need to learn how to do a return. If its used, take the item back damaged & take the part out of inventory, if returned new, take it off the rack, discount it with a tag & move to the clearance section.
Went there and asked for Clifton and they trash talked about him he was the best person there but I found him at Autozone on the other side of i45 next to the small Walmart go there if you want the best person to help you with your carAdvanced auto parts you need to bring him back if you want the best person there

2022-05-03Great place with a friendly staff that had exactly the parts we needed when we needed them. I felt that their prices were reasonable and anything that they did not stock they knew where to send you to get it.

2022-04-14Employees not very interested in servicing the customer. I waited over 10 minutes, passed by 3 employees and never asked if I needed assistance. There were no other customers in the store at the time.

2021-11-01Excellent customer service-- and I wasnt even buying anything- I was recycling! The associate even carried the battery from my car to the store. Will definitely use their services in the near future and recommend.

2022-03-18Phones are always messed up and having to call 3-4 times at least to get threw the line of ringing for 30 secs each. Phone lines always hanging up. The company needs to fix that.

2021-08-30They recently raised all their prices, especially on auto detail products. You can get 95% of the same products they sell for much, much cheaper at any Walmart. For example, chemical guys VRP: $13/ bottle at Advance Auto Parts. $9/bottle at walmart. Cristal Untouchable tire shine:$6 at advance auto parts. $3.88 at walmart. So, you can buy stuff here and collect points , which will eventually give you a $5 discount, which will make their overpriced items go down to retail price. Sounds like a cleverly marketed scam to me:-)

2020-08-31Leaving Krogers across the street today and my car wont start. It is 104 degrees outside. I walk across the street to Advanced auto to see Kerry (my hero for the day). He did not bat an eye.... drove me to my car, jumped by very difficult Acura MDX. I went back to Advance Auto to purchase a new battery and this wonderful man installed it for me in minutes. This is not the first time I have received great service there - they are amazing people - extremely helpful but today was above and beyond - THANK YOU KERRI!!!!!!!!

2018-06-05Thank you so much Clifton for making sure I had the correct brake parts. I ordered the wrong brake rotor but Clifton made sure I got the right one. He was very helpful kind and professional towards my wife when she went to pick up the correct part. Next time you need something ask for Clifton he will help out.
