I went on a holiday weekend and got the treatment needed to begin feeling better. Normal doctors would not have had the expertise, equipment, nor the initiative to fix the problem (eye infection). However the professionals at Urgent Care did and at a reasonable price.
Always have a great experience unless it’s one certain nurse practitioner but I won’t say which one she is. But the other three or two or three other doctors are amazing. Very helpful staff very friendly the receptionist could smile and be a little more personable but other than that everyone’s great thank you
The appointment was made online. Upon arrival my wait was about 15 minutes. Everyone was courteous from the front desk to Mr.Bergeron. We have used Urgent Care previously and continue to be very satisfied with the professional care that we received.
It’s seems like each time I bring my children here they never get the proper care! The most recent time was this passed Monday, we brought my toddler in for what was clearly a sinus infection, and we told that we believed it was, but they would not test her for anything and gave a prescription to help reduce mucus then sent us in your way. Of course it didn’t help AT ALL and my baby girl suffered until we got into her pcp on Friday! They do have one very helpful female doctor but she’s the only one!
I have been going to AFC Urgent Care since the days when it was a Doctors Express many years ago. The treatment has never changed even though the front office staff does have turnover. Its always as prompt as possible, though COVID complicated their intake quite a bit. I like their hours, the fact they cover Workers Comp, that they are open weekends, and the price is more clinic cost than major hospital emergency room cost. They are able to address more than you would expect at a strip mall emergency center and are worth trying out before you go to a larger more expensive facility.
The entire process of getting checked in until I left was 5 minutes. The staff was great. It was a pleasant positive experience. Hope they are just as fast and professional when I return to get my test read.
AFC is fast and convenient. Great and knowledgeable staff. AFC is my go-to urgent care facility when I need to see a provider quickly. Highly recommend!
We had a very pleasant thanksgiving experience. They really worked with my daughter who felt bad and was nervous. I will definitely go back for any urgent care needs.
First time visiting AFC! My daughters Pedi is on vacation and can’t get her in for another week + and this is the only urgent care I found from Hardin County to Mid County that would take her insurance. All the staff was very friendly, Dr was too! The place was very clean and got us in and out within 40mins!!
Excellent service, fast attention and empathetic staff. This is the place to go when you have an emergency. I hope I dont have to go back there never again, but it were necessary, I know I will be in good hands, thank you very much!
Really greats and fast service, the definition of urgen-care most definitely. One thing I’m going to pick out is that they had some how they didn’t send in my prescription. I was hoping to get my prescription the same day as I left afc around 1:45pm usually take around 2 hours to fill a prescription at HEB so I can start the healing process right away since I have a the flu, 100.1 fever and have a new born at home need to heal asap so it does not spread to my wife and child. Why didn’t I call and ask the very same day, well yes I did called at 4:30 pm asked if they were supposed to send in my prescription they said Yes than hang up kinda awkwardly(also call HEB pharmacy everytime before calling AFC). As I waited patiently Around 5:30pm I didn’t bother to call them back due my condition had worsting, didn’t feel safe driving. The next day slept in all day until 430pm I manage to get up and give AFC a called to only be asked “did I call the pharmacy?” Of course I did since the day before, HEB pharmacy info me that they did not receive or get anything written send in for me, so now she said their resending my prescription. Now I have no ideas what have happened there weather it humans or computers but this stuff need to be taken seriously, in my case I needed my prescription to start my healing process ASAP. I completely understand mistakes happens. AFC is doing a wonderful job This is just my feed back for improvements.
Took my son in to get X-rays of his foot as he could hardly walk on it, couldn’t straighten it out or move it side to side. Along with swelling. The Dr came in and felt around on his foot asked him to move it up and down, which he did and then side to side, which he couldn’t. She PULLED it to straighten it out after we had told her it was hurting him and he COULD not straighten it. She replies with “he’s holding his foot sideways on purpose whether he says so or not”. And says it’s not broken or fractured so an X-ray was pointless. I demanded an X-ray. 10-15 minutes master I hear her coming down the hall loudly saying “oh my goodness there is a fracture there, I can’t believe it”. 😒 She showed me the X-ray and there’s definitely a fracture. Puts him in a boot. Then comes back and says the radiologist says nothings broken or fractured. I won’t go back.
Super friendly staff, didnt have to wait long to be seen, treated by knowledgeable medical team and recovered quickly due to appropriate meds prescribed. Continues to be my familys urgent care center of choice.
I was admitted in a timely manner and triaged by a courteous and efficient nurse aide. The Nurse Practitioner Mr Bergeron accessed my symptoms and results. He provided a solution to my concerns in a professional and understanding manner. I would definitely return should another problem arise.
This is my third visit to AFC and my experiences have been positive. The facility is clean and the staff always very friendly and helpful.I give AFC an A+
The provider and the staff were all amazing and very prompt. Being that I was a walk in, I was in and out in less than an hour. Without being rushed, and they were all very attentive.
First great experience. Made an appointment online and was called in minutes when I came in. Very professional and overall satisfied with the care provided to my daughter.

AFC Urgent care clean and the nurse and practitioner was very friendly. i didnt have to wait long to be seen.
I arrived 7/28 around 6:50pm with a pain level 8/10. I have an outer ear infection that is so swollen, it is visibly down my face and jaw line. The RN that came in was attentive in planning for an antibiotic that she had looked up what they previously had given me months past. I was warned there was only one PA and it may be awhile. The PA came in rather quickly, looked in both ears, spent all of at most 3 mins in my room and told me he would just call in ear drops. I was a self pay patient so there was a receipt attached to the outside of my door showing I paid the $99 to be seen. I kind of questioned if that was it, a bit confused, and he said “yeah, you already paid, you can head out.” As he pointed to the receipt on the door. I left in the same pain, no steroid shot, no antibiotics called in… just to arrive at CVS to the ear drop he called in being $209. The PA knew I was self pay, called in something expensive and got me nowhere in regards to healing or relief. I had to decline the ear drop due to price. I paid $99 to be seen all of 3 mins and my pain level not to be considered. When I mentioned how much pain I was in he told me “take ibuprofen” with no urgency to help rid of the infection that has my face swollen. Now, I am up at 3am in tears had went for help and am in more intense pain. The tears are partially frustration from this experience leaving me in the state I am in.
Excellent care. I registered online and they met my appointment time. I like fact that they recommended supplements as well as prescription meds

The receptionist could smile and be a little friendlier, but other than that, everyone is fantastic and Im grateful.
From the moment I walked in until I left, the whole staff was wonderful to me. They showed me great concern for my health and made sure that I was ok. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care to my family and friends. I didnt have to wait long to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner. If I ever need medical attention without having to go to a traditional ER, Im definitely going back to AFC Urgent Care 😊😊
Every time I’ve gone to this business I’ve always received good care. The staff are kind & helpful.
Weve been using AFC for all of our minor sniffels and fever for about 8 years. They apologize for their wait time and frankly, even when theres standing room only the wait has never been more than an hour and a half. Most times we walk in and out in 40 minutes total. They are very courteous and never rush us through. Always always always happy with the care we receive.

I was a little reluctant I. Going just because I just had a not so good experience somewhere else a few weeks prior. But I’m so glad I chose to come there. I was very worried about what was wrong with me. Everyone was so nice and comfortable but professional from the front desk clerks to the nurse checking your vitals to the dr to the X-ray tech . Dr. Jemez was so good he tested me to find out what was wrong before he just gave me meds and sent me on then he ordered the. Days which did confirm I had an infiltrate on my ride lung he was just what the dr ordered with out me going to see him and him juicing me up with antibiotics and steroids I probably would have ended up I. The hospital with a collapsed lung had it not been for him and is actions, I went weeks feeling bad and I can’t Eli e how much better I feel right now and it’s only been a day. I will be going back there if I need anything else. I’m more than pleased with everyone I. Thst office and they were busy yet didn’t rush me and get the waits were not as either .I have Lready told people about y’all and I will o if he to do so. I’m very very pleased

Ive had many trips to this facility due to recurring infections. They are not only professional but they take my previous visits into consideration for current treatment. My infections love to flare up on the weekends. Im very glad theyre available.

I went to the AFC Urgent Care Beaumont facility for a knee injury today. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with the efficiency of the office staff - from the receptionist to the lab tech to the Doctor (or NP or PA). I was in and out in an hour including insurance paperwork and X-rays and a very satisfying and helpful visit with the doctor. And now I am on my way to recovery! 😃

The place was very clean and the receptionist is very cordial. The air wasn’t working in the lobby, but the receptionist opened the doors to allow air to come through which was so welcoming.
The staff was courteous. The facility was extremely clean and the medical staff were thorough and efficient. I didn’t have a long wait time in the waiting room and when I was called in to the exam room, the medical staff was present immediately and moved me right along. Will definitely use their services again.
My toddler had been sick for a few days and our PCP couldnt see her so I took her to AFC first thing on a Saturday morning. We got checked in right away and didnt have to wait for long. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were really good with kids too. Im so glad my friend recommended this place, and I will definitely go again next time I need urgent care.

Great place to come if you need medical attention. I came because I could not get through to my PCP, and I am so glad. Check in was efficient. Facilitites were clean. Staff was kind, courteous and professional. There were a few patients in the wait room, yet wait time was minimal and I was seen quickly. The doctor was caring and took time to answer my questions. I did not feel at all like just a number. The nirse was amazing. I hope I dont have a need, but if a need arises, I will return to AFC Urgent Care.

A few months ago, my mom had signs of a stroke we went to AFC and she was turned away. We were fearful because shes had a stroke in the past and was comatose for over a week. I asked if they could call an ambulance, they declined that as well. I went back there (against my better judgment) today at 4:57p. I was told they were no longer accepting any more patients. The sign on the door and Google quote they close at 8pm. This place has more than once proven to me that they clearly do not care about the well being of patients. I would advise any and everyone to visit any other urgent care; its normally a waste of time stopping here.
They listened to my husband lungs and said they sounded horrible and that he had pneumonia didn’t do no X-ray just gave him a steroid shot and sent him on his way with no instructions on what to do ,,no discharge papers so that being said the services was very horrible

I showed up to AFC Urgent Care Beaumont last night right at 7:11pm. I was coming in due to an earache. I walked in and wasn’t even asked why I wanted to see the Dr. I was simply told that all rooms were full and The Dr was ready to go so the receptionist couldn’t let anyone else in. I went down the street to Beaumont Medical Center and was seen and released by 8pm. Which is AFC’s closing time. I understand if the rooms were full, but I was still there within office hours and I knew my situation wouldn’t take long to diagnose. I just needed antibiotics and ear drops. And Because they denied to see me, I had to come out of pocket for an ER copay vs my urgent care copay. I was really upset with how fast the receptionist turned me around to leave. I will never recommend this location to anyone.
The doctors and nurses there were very caring and knowledgeable. They diagnosed me and ordered a shot. After I left a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to feel better and just knowing they are there makes all the difference. A great experience all around.

Ive been to most urgent care facilities around Beaumont, TX area and my most reliable is still AFC... This is the cleanest place Ive been. Rooms and waiting room are always spotless. They have taken above and beyond measures since covid-19 and I felt protected while waiting to be seen. The wait time has never been an issue for me here.. They have always gotten me in and out the fastest compared to any other place I have gone. They are able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical concerns (at least for me personally) and they have the sweetest staff!! I always feel comfortable and well taken care of at AFC. Five stars for this fantastic group!

We did the a Covid test for family of 4. They have submitted it wrong for 3 of us. Only my husband got paid through our insurance. And we got a bill about $600 hundred just for the Covid test! When I call them back they try to explain me that they did everything right and they not willing to resubmit the claim. They said that I have contact my insurance to figure it out. Very bad experience we will not use this urgent care again.

As someone who has a lot of anxiety around medical offices, AFC took great care of me, even though I was a walk-in. Additionally, I was thinking that because I walked in 30 minutes before them closing that they would not be in the best mood, but quite the opposite happened. They were friendly, quick, and gave me the information I needed in a friendly way.
The care we received was amazing. My only recommendation would be to be given a heads up on how long the wait could be. We had to wait for a half hour after being taken into the room and another half hour before someone came to give us more directions. But all in all, we had a very positive experience.
I took my son in for an ear infection right before closing time , we had been seen elsewhere the day before and given some medicine that just wasnt improving his condition at all. The staff was great and the provider Roman Carpenter was gentle and sympathetic to my sons fear and pain during examination, he gave him oral antibiotics and a much better ear drop & withing 36 hours my son had virtually no pain remaining. Thank you so much for helping him have the best birthday weekend instead of the disaster we were heading for with so much pain.
This place takes walk in, but I dont recommend that. Everyone who has an appointment goes first, even if they came in after you, hours after you. I came in for a physical for my kids and have waited here for hours. Had I known, I would have gone somewhere else. Front desk did not bother to mention this might happen when I checked in, nor that there was only one doctor today. I waited for three hours for a physical. Had I gone to Minute Clinic,wed have been done at least two hours ago.

The facility was clean, the receptionist was very nice, but overall my experience here was upsetting. I brought in my one year old daughter with complaints of sinus congestion and a developing cough. Nothing major but I wanted to have her checked out as we were planning on traveling on a plane within the next few days and I wanted to make sure it would be safe for her and that she didn’t have anything contagious.The NP who saw us performed an assessment that was negligent at best. He hardly listened to her lungs and heart. He stuck an otoscope in her ears and it seemed didn’t even really look before declaring she had a double ear infection. That was the extent of his examination. He then walked out the door. A nurse/tech came in a few moments later telling us we were “good to go”. I asked her to confirm this with the NP who I saw sitting outside the examination room on his phone as he hadn’t really performed an assessment or spoken with me at all. He dismissed us without looking up from his phone with a wave of his hand.I took my daughter to another urgent care the following day where she received a proper examination, was tested for contagious illnesses, and where the doctor took time to speak with me and address my concerns. The most alarming part to me (and why I chose to leave this review) is that she did not have a ear infection. Her ears were fine! Her actual diagnosis was completely different!!I feel as though I paid a copay at AFC to essentially be told by the practitioner through his actions, “Yea, so I don’t care about your baby. Maybe give her some antibiotics or whatever. Just leave me alone”.The staff did reach out the next day to offer me a chance to see another provider there at no cost, but I had already gotten her medical care elsewhere.
Staff were very nice and professional, and I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. They were able tomeet my needs for my ailment and even called to check on me. I personally recommend.
I’ve been using AFC Urgent care for a few years now, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of care and speed that they can get you helped. This is my go-to place if I’m having an issue and my regular doctor isn’t able to see me. All of the doctors, nurses and staff and super kind and helpful. And I will normally get a call the next day from one of the nurses to check on me which is just really thoughtful. Overall this is where I tell my friends and family to go if they’re having a problem and need help.
Everytime I go the entire staff is constantly up moving and actively working. Regardless of the amount of people in line they keep things moving. The staff is also very great at explaining things in detail in understandable ways and always willing to explain differently or answer questions. The docs always present me with recommendations and options when possible as well and not just one answer which is usually the case in doctors offices. Im always treated like the most important person to them in that building at the time when in some cases I am clearly not. I have gone their for small things like drug screening and I have gone there for emergencies and regardless of nature or severity of my circumstances I am treated with the same level of attention, care, and importance. I highly recommend them to everyone.
The only urgent care in this area I use for my children and myself. Never a long wait and always in and out.
It was fairly cheap and quick for just a sick visit for someone with no insurance I was able to get antibiotics , the provider man I think Chris was his name was quick and easy , I will definitely go there again. The only complaint is I had problems with medicine cause it was sent to wrong pharmacy but being in medical field I know that happens with misunderstanding other than that it was clean and easy and was in and out within a hour

They were packed due to flu season but still got us in very quickly. The young lady at the front desk was super nice and got my insurance verified quickly. The ladies in the back were super sweet. My daughter wasn’t nervous like she normally is at a different doctors office. They have a super clean facility and amazing staff. Will be back for our urgent care needs.
The worst doctor. I had a sore throat and congestion and ears stopped up. He said nothing was wrong.

Great customer service, fast and very accommodating. I arrived 45 minutes early because I was passing through and they seen me early and had my results back in 15 minutes. Helped me get the correct test I needed even though I reserved the wrong one. This saved me $120. Would definitely return if I need to go back.
The last few visits to urgent care have been fantastic. There was a time they kept billing my insurance incorrectly (insurance told me they were filing wrong) and requiring me to give them more money the next time, but Im paying cash now and its been fantastic. Very nice and down to earth providers. Brought the wife in last night and they gave us a prescription. Needed something more effective so called back today and they took care of us and even helped us by looking up the cost of the medication and giving us the best place to go. Really great group they have now.
There is nothing urgent about this place. Took my 4yr old in for a non-covid related issue and waited 2 hours to be brought back to a room and another 45 in the room before a nurse came in the take vitals and finally another 15 mins for the Dr to come in and spend less than 5 mins with us. Im only giving the two stars because the Dr had a very good bedside manner with my little one.
I’ve been going to AFC urgent care for years and will continue to go back for every need. All of the providers are kind and knowledgeable, and the nursing staff is always friendly and attentive. I have recommended them to many friends and family, and they’ve all had good experiences. I will continue bringing my family members here for urgent care needs.
I brought my 4 year old in bc she was sick! The nurse was awesome, the dr was awesome.. both very easy to talk to and explained things to my daughter so that she understood! Amazing.
I really didnt have to wait too long on any of my visits to this wonderful facility. I was welcomed with a smiling face on four visits. I was seen by three different NP, but they all made me feel comfortable with their actions. They were very knowledgeable, professional but yet very compassionate which made me have all the confidence in them, one especially but I am probably not suppose to say her name. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care for any problem you may have.
Throughout the years Ive had many trips to AFC Urgent Care and each one has been a quick and pleasant experience. The staff has always been courteous, helpful and accommodating. The facility always looks well cleaned and maintained. The extended hours and walk-in policy make this clinic very easy to visit whether you work a 9-5 job or shift work. I mean, why wait two more weeks for that scheduled appointment with your doctor to talk about your back while it continues to hurt...just walk in to AFC Urgent Care! I highly recommend them!
Excellent service!!!!First timer, filled out paperwork andwas called back promptly.I even had lab work completed andwas out in less than two hours.The office visit was $106,the lab tests $30.The nurse practitioner and nurse werevery nice. I received my prescriptions and a discount card to use when picking up my prescriptions at the pharmacy.The discount card saved me $42.I greatly appreciate this place and have recommended it to others in need of medical attention.
My experience at AFC was very welcoming and very professional. From the receptionist to the lady that took my blood pressure and the PA. They did an awesome job taking care of me. I only waited probably 15 minutes and was out in 30 minutes. Excellent service. I will inform all my Veterans comrades to make sure they come to AFC.

First visit for my high functioning autistic son. Everything went well and didnt had to wait long probably because I went early. Lol The NP and nurse were nice and patient with my son when he was having a meltdown for not wanting to get a throat swab.
Very pleased with the professional staff in handling my visit. My time was short there and they answered all questions I had. I would give rank them 5 star as that “being superior”. Thanks!
I cannot say enough great things about AFC, the administrator, nurses and staff. It was my first visit to AFC and I will use them in the future. They were all very attentive. The Administrator Heather was so caring that day and I could not thank her enough. She has even followed up several times since checking on me. Thank you AFC.

Great and speedy care. They took very good care of me and made me feel comfortable in their facilities. Check-in was fast and simple and I hardly waited at all. They also explained to me, in detail, how to treat my wound to insure no infection occurs. With every question I asked they answered with a great attitude. It is very apparent they love to serve people and I really appreciate that.
The nurses were all very friendly and helpful. They tried really hard to make my daughter as comfortable as possible. We were in and out in less than an hour. Front desk staff could be a little more welcoming but all in all they weren’t mean or rude. I would definitely use this facility again
The PA was very friendly and gave me what I needed. Had it not been for the hour and a half wait and a rude employee, I would have given them 5 stars. They were not busy, but they were shorthanded, like everyone else right now.
Dirty facility. Never saw anyone wipe anything down or clean anything in the place was full of people testing positive for Covid. Thats the other thing the receptionist was asking peoples result at the counter in front of everyone. totally unprofessional. This place never addressed the fact that I was running a fever. I cannot say enough about the lack of care produced at this facility.
AFC is the BEST! I set up a flu shot clinic every year for our employees. Everything runs PERFECTLY. They get almost 100 people through in no time. We will use them EVERY year! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have had to visit AFC on a couple of occasions,. Once for myself and once for my husband. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always very helpful. I was having flu like symptoms and needed to be seen. This place was recommended by my daughter who had been there recently. She was happy with the care she received, she said they were people friendly and the facility was clean.When I got there the the young lady (Tammy, I think her name was) was very pleasant, although there was 3 others before me I was seen in to time.
AFC is amazing. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The service is prompt and the atmosphere is inviting. While living in Southeast TX, my allergies are usually out of control and I know when I visit AFC they will get me feeling better in no time. I also love that they call the next day to check on you as a patient. I highly recommend AFC for your health needs.
I can not say enough good things about AFC Urgent Care. From the moment that we walk in we are greeted by the front desk. There isnt a lot of paper work to fill out (its so easy even my husband can fill it out). Wait time is very minimal unlike at our family doctor or emergency room. Once we are in the back area the nurses are proficient with asking the reason for our visit and our symptoms. The NP listens to our concerns and answers any questions we may have. (They treat you like family and put you at ease especially when you have a small child who is worried that he may have to get a shot.) They even follow up to check on you the next day. In my opinion AFC is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.At our last visit on Monday we were seen, treated and in and out in no time. They did follow up call on Tuesday and today I felt like my son wasnt any better so I called and they told me to bring him back in. They treated him the exact same way from start to finish as I mentioned in above statement.
9/28/2021 - came in for dot physical. Was truthful on all questions and said i took blood pressure medication for 30 days one time but dr took me off said i didnt need it. Blood pressure good today but physician only gave me a 1 year card. Have not taken blood pressure med since aug 2020. Guess i should have lied. Come home make sime calls guess what i could have got a 2 year card. I am angry bout this definitely not right. Should get my money back.
Doctors and nurses are great but the prices are not affordable and way too high. I can’t afford a $400 visit to the doctor so I don’t know how other people feel. I also have insurance just haven’t met my deductible. Like I said doctors and nurses were great but prices are way too high. I am feeling much better so thank God they know what they are doing. I unfortunately will not be able to afford to go back. I want to thank the doctors and nurses that took care of me. They are great.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only critique I have is the wait time. On a Saturday when most people need an urgent care since their doctors offices are closed, AFC should staff an extra physician or nurse practitioner to help see patients. Yesterday there were very few patients in the waiting room and my wait was still almost 2 hours.
I love AFC Urgent Care on Dowlen! First time there, and I’ll definitely use them again! I was in and out quickly. They give great, friendly service from Tammy at the front desk, to Megan who took down my information and vitals, to Barri who examined me taking time to be thorough to determine what was going on, and then to Ashleigh who gave me a quick shot. Excellent care in a warm, friendly place!
Brought my mother and my brother in the same day. We had a pleasant experience, the staff & doctors offer exceptional customer service. Everyone treated my family like they would treat their own family. Its hard to find a place that makes you feel so welcome & comfortable when you feel your worst. Our experience at AFC Urgent Care in Beaumont was good. I have taken my son there twice and both times left pleased. All the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Our wait time has always been short. I highly recommend using them.
From the time I checked in to the time I was quickly seen by a provider, I was always treated with a friendly smile and undivided attention. The cost was just a normal co-pay, but they had all the equipment necessary for diagnosis including EKGs and x-ray. The provider was attentive and professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. I was in and out without having to set up an appointment like I would with my regular doctors office.
I was extremely ill and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful to me also very prompt.It was a very short wait time .The Dr came in again Very friendly and helpful she made you feel like a person Not a number! She gave me the best care for what I needed . I feel 100% better after going to see them . They even called and checked up on me the next day.It was a great experience under the circumstances.And I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone !
I had a great experience at AFC! The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor was not in a rush and took extra care to answer my questions about different treatments. As a self pay patient, AFC is very cost efficient. The doctor even took that into account when helping me decide on the best treatment. This is my second experience here and I highly recommend them!
I have been to AFC Doctors Express on several occasions and I have nothing but good to say about the facility and the staff. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful . The wait time was minimal and the doctors are always willing to diagnose the problem and get me the needed help to cure my illness. Jennifer Speed is knowledgeable and is able to answer any question I might have. I will be back when the need arises.
Everyone at AFC urgent care is friendly and professional. The wait time can be quite lengthy, but this is not the fault of the providers, I believe that they could use additional providers, especially during flu season. I have been extremely pleased with the care I received each time I have visited, and have recommended them to friends.

Brought my youngest son in yesterday running 101.6 fever and coughing uncontrollably. The staff was was great and our wait was minimal. The RN that assessed him was very nice and helpful and within a few minutes had a diagnosis and treatment. I even received a call this morning to check on him which I thought was great!! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to everyone!
The doctor was good about explaining what was going on and what was going to happen
We showed up at 7:30 when they close at 8 with our 3 yr old daughter and everyone was so nice. Not once did anyone make us feel like we were an inconvenience! We were also in an out with medicine in less than 30 minutes. It was a wonderful experience! Also the staff took the time to talk to my daughter as well and ask her questions about herself!
Everyone is friendly and shows concern with your situation. The waiting area, bathroom and rooms are always so clean. You don’t have to ever worry about waiting hours to be seen by a dr! My families favorite after hours medical clinic!! Keep up the good work AFC!!
Our family had to get covid tested for travel. All of the staff were very kind and helpful in our specific needs for documentation. Sandra especially was very kind and helpful in working with me.
I went to AFC after an unexpected fall. I was in severe pain and certain that I had fractured a bone. They got me in very quickly, x-rayed my foot, and made sure that I was comfortable as I waited for results. Everyone was super friendly! They referred me to an orthopedic doctor immediately and gave me crutches and a boot. I could not have asked for better service! I will continue to use AFC URGENT CARE and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!
I have been to this clinic a couple of times. The staff is super nice and the wait time is not long. I rather go here than the emergency room, where you sit for hours. And also its really clean.
My Mom had an accident she was seen and treated very quickly at AFC. Very professional and knowledgeable staff in front office and we encountered the same while she was being treated. Was stitches and had X-rays and was out and on our way home quickly. I would highly recommend AFC.

Horrible Service. Called around noon asking about sports physicals, asked if there were appointments or if it were on walk in basis, told walk in and they close at 8. I come around 4pm from 40 min away for this and only this bc I’m a working mom and obviously kids are at school during the week too and we don’t live close. We just moved out to SE Texas but Beaumont is the closest city. Either way, we walked in at 4 and were told “sorry we aren’t taking walk ins anymore JUST cut it off. ?!?! I inform her that I called earlier and was not told this and do not live close, could she ask the Dr for an exception. (Mind you there is one person in the lobby) She said no, appointments only and her next one is at 6:30. I’m obviously irked enough to write a review bc I am usually into praise reviews but this really rubbed me wrong bc now I have to find somewhere else during the week in an area I know no one and hope my kid doesn’t get removed from athletics since school has already started and this was an urgent issue.
Was feeling terrible and my doctors office is closed on Saturdays and of course no one wants to go to the emergency room, so I search online for a clinic on on Saturdays and found Urgent Care. They were absolutely outstanding, I was seen within 15 minutes, diagnosed in another 15 minutes and out the door 10 minutes later. That was at 9am by 10:30am I was at the pharmacy picking up my prescription and by 4pm I was feeling 100% better. Thanks for the great experience.

We have used this clinic numerous times. They have treated a broken foot, the flu, given stitches and referred us to specialists. My work uses this clinic for occupational injuries. They are great. The staff is friendly, professional and can get you in and out quickly. We will continue to use them in the future for all of our healthcare issues. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve never been in and out of an urgent care, or any medical office so quickly. When in town visiting family- myself, husband and toddler suddenly got ill. They were quick to check us in, but thorough when assessing our symptoms and condition. There’s nothing worse than having to leave your house when you have a stomach virus, but AFC made it as painless and quick as possible. The doctor was extremely personable and knowledgeable, gave us meds to make us comfortable and told us to call him if we needed anything. While I hope we never need urgent care while in town again, I would definitely return to AFC.
Friendly staff, clean offices and great care. I always use and recommend AFC Urgent Care. Knowing they are a no appointment facility, I am always prepared and expect to wait, and I am okay with that given their format. Today, I walked in at 10:38 and walked out with a shot and a prescription, and having received A+ care in in 45 minutes! I have also been on a Friday afternoon with a waiting room FULL of patients, and only had to wait an hour, which I consider a huge success. Thanks so much for your professionalism and for helping me feel better sooner.
As a mom I love this urgent care. Ive taken all of my kids there when we cant get in with her PCP for whatever reason. Weve gone in for everything from strep throat to stitches. They are fast courteous and competent. all the nurses and doctors weve worked with have all had a great bedside manner. And the front desk staff is very efficient and polite. Would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

No other can top them. I just went back yesterday unable to walk,sit, or bend my elbow and I was treated quickly and kindly. Absolutely amazing place the staff is wonderful, sweet and very polite and they always have a smile.This is our go to place. Took my daughter in for a possible broke leg and they were quick to get her back and evaluated and as it turns out my daughters leg was broken they got her all fixed and we were on our way home in no time. We wouldnt go anywhere else.
I walked in 30 minutes before close and apologized profusely for coming in last minute. All the ladies reassured me that it was not a problem in the least. I filled out my paperwork and wad in a room talking to a nurse within minutes. The doctor was super sweet and even gave as good as she got when it came to my silly sarcastic husband. She even added to my discharge papers that he needed to give me a foot rub. All in all a great experience when I was feeling less than stellar!

I have used this urgent care regularly over the last few years and they always amaze me at their compassion and efficiency. Doesn’t matter if you need an X-ray, an antibiotic or just a general check up. They are always there to help.
We had a very good experience. It was very prompt and the staff were very good with my daughter. With my daughter having the flu the doctor didn’t take any chances and actually sent us to the ER for further care. We definitely go there again and recommend others to do so also.
The staff of AFC Urgent Care were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and wasted no time in taking care of me. The wait time was quick and their attitudes were very warm on my Sunday afternoon visit. I will definitely be returning in the case of any urgencies.
Usually love AFC Urgent Care, but our last visit was not the best. My three year old son was burning up with fever and we had to wait forever!!! Then they forgot to call in our prescription, so we were not able to get his medicine until hours later. It was not terrible, but not great.
The staff was very polite & professional, you can tell they actually care about their patients. The paperwork as well as the wait time was very short which is always a plus. I would definitely go back here they provided me with the care & information needed to recover properly.

He helped put me at ease through what could have been a very frightening procedure & explained everything very clearly in a way that I could understand. I was seen quickly by receptionist, nursing staff and Medical Professional named “Fred”. Came in with earache and generally not feeling well. Diagnosed quickly and appropriate treatment prescribed. Total length of time of visit was about 15-20 min.The entire staff were also very pleasant.I have been going to this site for at least four or five years and have always received excellent care!Rebecca Tate
Everyone was nice and fine. But it took 3 hours to get an X-ray and a rona test to be told “take some over the counters”. Clearly not the place to go for all illnesses. On to a specialist.
I came in rather late in the evening , close to closing time. However, I was still treated with the utmost courtesy as if the people there had all the time in the world. Everyone was so kind, and I was so happy.I’ve come to urgent care several times. On those times, I’ve never had to wait long, always had the best care, and a follow up call to check to see how I am doing . I’ll not go anywhere else.I came in again yesterday and, again, was treated quickly, kindly, and courteously. I’m very happy with the care I received.

I was sent there to have a blood TB test by my employer. I wanted 2 hours and can not believe what I saw. While all the employees were friendly and working hard the way the patients were screened was awful. They have no separation of urgent care from Occupational Health at all in any way. Employees see both patients. They let patients being screened for COVID come in and lay all over the counter and then send them back to their cars to wait. Really what is the point after that ? No sterilizing of pens they send out with them and bring back. One family was not wearing a mask and they didn’t ask them to. I believe the employees were doing the best they could. This is a process problem. A corporation problem. All I can say is if you have the choice of going to an occupational health office that isn’t associated with an urgent care it’s probably a better choice. I am hoping my company mandated TB test doesn’t give me COVID because there were plenty of people come in for tests and some of those were sick with something. Come on clinicians a little basic infection controls measure would be good to see. AFC shame on you for not giving the employees what they need.
The staff is wonderful.I just love doctor Irene Trzupek she is very concern about her patience. And tells you if you need anything else call us I will be here all day.Megan Jones gives the best shots and she is wonderful too.
This place is a life saver! They took very good care of me. I was checked in, called into the back, received an examination, along with consultion all in 35 minutes.!! The staff was great and very timely, by the time I left and arrived at the Pharmacy my medication was was ready for pick up! Plus I recieved a follow up call the next day just to check on me..Wow!
Every visit we have ever had to make to this facility has been a pleasant experience. The staff is always welcoming and the rooms are clean. The best part is the hours. We were able to bypass the ER because Urgent Care was still open.
Showed up at 4:15 or so with my daughter who had caught one of her fingers in my truck door (it actually latched with her finger still in it). I thought for sure it was broken and she was in a lot of pain. I checked in, filled out the patient questionnaire, and took a seat. There were only two people ahead of us. I noticed, after about 45 minutes, that those people had been brought back for exams along with about 3 or 4 other patients that showed up AFTER us (complaining of flu-like symptoms, etc.). They were fast-tracking the other patients and holding my daughter up because they were waiting on our benefits package to be faxed over from our insurer. My daughter sat patiently, in pain, while the office staff was sure to not take her back until they were PAID IN FULL. I paid our portion/co-pay an HOUR after we walked in for help. They apparently werent going to treat her until they received payment. How is this URGENT care?! I will NOT be going back to this supposed Urgent Care provider ever again. They were more worried about IMMEDIATE payment than they were URGENTLY treating my kid. I advise folks to seek treatment somewhere else that hopefully values patients more than this.
I have been here for treatment of various ailments over the last couple of years. The clinic is very clean. The reception area is large and comfortable. The staff is friendly. And most importantly, the staff and medical professionals are competent and available. I would recommend to anyone.
Even tho my daughter refused to be tested and gave everyone hell about strep test! They ladies at AFC took the best care of her and did a wonderful job! Also would like to give a shout out to Emily Forsmo for recommending me to AFC! Great Place
They took care of me very quickly but with complete professionalism. It was not like they were rushing me out, only getting me to a room promptly and having the nurse practitioner follow closely behind. Turned out I had a bad allergic reaction, they treated me with a shot and some oral meds. Was feeling better the next day. I would highly recommend!!!
All staff members took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. They were also very patient with my 5 year old son and listened to what he wanted to tell them (even though it had absolutely nothing to do with our visit!) We will definitely use the facility again if needed and would highly recommend them to friends and family!
This is somewhere my entire family goes a lot when we get sick. I just brought my daughter in a few weeks ago. The entire staff is always really nice and they have always taken great care of us. Weve never had to wait long. Its nice to have a place we can go when we cant get in to see our regular doctor.

2022-07-04Yesterday was my first time going to AFC urgent care. I interacted with 3 different staff members while I was there, and they were ALL extremely friendly! I really appreciated that the nurse asked first if I wanted to do any testing on my 10 month old. I declined once they determined that he had an ear infection. The doctor that came in had great bedside manner as well. My son wasn’t feeling well and had fallen asleep in his stroller. The doctor did his best to check his ears and listen to his breathing, while trying not to wake him. We did end up putting him on the bed so that it would be easier for Doc to check what he needed, but I thought it was so sweet that he tried the latter first. Overall it was a fantastic experience. AFC urgent care will definitely be my go-to from now on when I can’t get in to my son’s pediatrician!Also: The doc sent my sons prescription info to the pharmacy IMMEDIATELY. We also weren’t there for very long at all, but it didn’t appear that they were very busy on that Sunday morning, either. But awesome that they still took great care while getting their patients in and out as quickly as possible.

2022-08-27I am so happy with my experience here I went in with a migraine and cold symptoms, they got me back so quickly. They brought me in the room and tested me quickly, while waiting for the results my nurse crystal set the bed up comfortably for me and turned the lights off gave me some water. The nurse practitioner examined me while I was laying back so I could be comfortable and treated me so well. They did not needlessly prescribe antibiotics like a lot of places want to do claiming “sinus infection” when it’s just a virus. Which is a huge plus for me as I do not like taking any medication unless it’s absolutely necessary. I will only ever go back to this facility when I need to. They are exceptional!! The whole staff the facility is nice and clean. I absolutely recommend them!!

2022-05-28The staff was friendly and caring. They were expedient in getting me in and out in a time-conscious way. The clinic was clean and safety precautions in place as far as staff wearing masks, gloves,etc. Im feeling much better now as I follow the doctors orders. Thank you AFC Urgent Care staff! 2022-08-18We took our son here at AFC on Dowlen for a school physical, did a walk-in and it went quicker than expected. I know it doesn’t happen like that all the time but that was nice today since we had other errands to run. Everyone was kind. Positive experience. We’ve also taken a few of our other kids here and myself before. All great experiences. Thank you AFC!

2022-09-07So this was my first time going to AFC and I must say that the staff there is very pleasant, Helpful, and understanding I had a couple issues that came up that wasn’t pertaining to the company but yet they still understood and I was able to complete my main goal with them before time was over. The ladies in the front we’re very welcoming and polite and made me feel like everything was going To be OK. The lady that assisted me in the back was also very welcoming polite and understanding of my situation. So If there is ever another time where I have to go to an urgent care I will definitely attend AFC and I think you guys you too!

2022-09-05I came in to get checked for COVID, and the staff & providers were great! They treated me like they cared about me asa patient and not a number. I will definitely recommending AFC to my family and friends. Keep up the good work you all are doing a great job! Thanks 😊 yall!!

2022-08-05Yes all the staff was amazing! Both receptionist greet everyone that walk in. Very fast with everything. The Doctor was very helpful and made sure I knew how to take my medicine. 10 stars all around.

2022-06-06Lady at the front was really friendly and helpful. The older lady we saw (doctor) was very impatient with my questions and concerns. She was snappy when I asked her something and all I was wanting was information for my babies sake. I came in with two of my boys. Wish she had better bedside manner and treated me like the good mother I am instead of like I’m stupid.

2022-05-15The folks here are very professional & helpfulI had not been feeling well for several days. Was referred here by a friend and went after work. They have extended hours of operation and after beginning the meds & getting an injection I look & feel way better today! Definitely recommend this place and I am now a forever patient.

2022-08-15Easy to schedule appointment. Great price for school physical. Did have to wait for a bit which is why I only gave 4 stars. Otherwise the process was easy and nice to be able to take care of school physical on the weekend!
