Customer service was horrible. I wish I had a recording of the conversation, but it started something like this. Guy answers phone and lets out a big sigh. I asked for a quote for a jack hammer... another sigh. Note, I worked construction when I was 18-20 years old and have used breakers before. I wouldnt say Im an expert, but this guy had so much attitude and made me feel like I was bothering him. He would ask me stupid questions like what am I using it on and how big is the slab and then interrupt me mid sentence. I just wanted a 90 lb jack hammer package and he said it would rock you. !&#@$(% let me place my order and let me decide what I can handle or not. In the end I stopped listening and called up another company. Ive rented from them before and recieved ok service, but I hope to never talk to this guy again. Called on 6 Aug at 3 PM if management wants to send this guy to some customer service training. He was the guy on the front phone, not the rental manager in the back.

Used this company twice. Both times we waiting 1.5 - 2 hrs for the delivery. Driver left the 1st time while waiting to get processed. Unacceptable service. Do not use them.

When calling to locate dump truck rental they were very helpful in assisting me it was a pleasure to do business with ahern rental 😍
