I have used this business to wash my vehicle for many years and as always they do a very good job and their prices are reasonably affordable at the same time.The employees are very courteous and are keen to details at the cleaning they do especially the last one who did the finishing did a very good job 👏 👍 👌 🙌!!!
Price is good. Service is as it should be. They do a darn decent hand wash. Youll be here at least 20-30min with no one in line for those of you in a real rush. But its a nice place to chill. Will come again.
Honest and friendly staffs 🗽. $10 off on any type of oil change with coupon n free car wash n vac inside w tire shire. Best price n service we all can never ask for. Technician check everything on my car n report to me if any issue. Either show me pictures or point out where the issues may be. Up to me to make decision of the repair if need. Other shop mechanic told me my belt bad n need tune up. Not sure if other shop look into it. However, I ask AJ manager if their staff or mechanic can look into those issues. AJ staff report to me that my car need not service those items at this time since it still new n car only 60k n belt is in good condition n ask if I would like consult it with the ME. Good to know Mechanical Engineering is on board 🚙. What a good back up n free consulting. The service is fast in n out, weekend may take little more time n how busy is it. All I can do was enjoy free cookies 🍪 n coffee ☕, tea ☕ n popcorn n candy 🍬 ☺. Like this place, one stop shop for all services for car 🚙 n run by smart n honesty people. Honesty go a long way. Will return n will refer friends n family. I rarely leave reviews, but this is the first car wash I’ve been to since I lived in NJ. The guy who vacuumed my car was very thorough, it looked good but the guy who was supposed to shampoo my car was terrible. I told them to shampoo the whole back seat and he was in the car for like 2 minutes with a little spray bottle didn’t even get all my dog’s slobber spots. It’s like he only cleaned one seat and the glove area still had mud from where my dog stood. Also, on the front passenger seat and the back of driver seat window there were still streaks of my dog’s slobber. The outside of my car looks good, but the inside is another story...besides the vacuuming job. That guy did a damn good job. The shampoo guy needs to get it together.
My go-to car wash whenever the inside is also pretty dirty! Even though it’s a 40 minute drive, the way they leave my car super clean is definitely worth it. I went once to get my tires checked since the tire pressure light was on and they fixed it for me for free! Only one of the tires needed air.
The car wash is fine but I think Im being taken advantage of for the lube service. The last two times Ive gone there they have suggested an engine flush which I have agreed to and paid for. I dont remember what it was last time, but this time I was 10 miles over the suggested return mileage.
Ive been coming to this place for two years for oil changes. Be weary of them asking you to do extra stuff to your vehicle, at least look it up on Google then make your decision. Their oil changes needs to be $20 but now its $30 but they do a dang good job in cleaning your car. Just make sure you have time, my longest wait was almost 3 hours. All in all a friendly place to go.
This place has new owner!Strongly recommended.Fair Price,Very honest .Car Wash and hand dry These guys do a wonderful job.Good and Quick oil change and TEXAS state inspection. ( Much faster than Supper W.M couple blocks away ).Staffs are friendly and helpful. They also do medium levels services such as brake jobs, timing belts or chains replacements, AC or preventative maintenance and some body works at very fair pricesI saw one bad rating from another Reviewer... after 30 times using this car wash Something is wrong here !The reviewer gave bad rating after 30 th services in two years ... If they are as bad as he said,, He should not come back this car wash after the 1st time but not at 30 th times in two years. Hope he can work with the owner to iron out the problems.
I strongly recommend that you do not go to them for any services. I took my pathfinder to them on last week Tuesday for my reverse on my truck to be fixed. 2 days later I was told it was the camshaft, crankshaft and transmission gasket. I allowed them to repair because I was told that this would fix it. a phone call later my reverse is not fixed. $700 + later. Completely uneccessary work done that did not resolve my problem!!!! I had to take my car to someone else. And when I got there they informed me that my transmission work wasnt even done. I wouldnt let these people touch your car. They will lie to you and get your money. The manager James told me he would talk to the owner about making this right. I never heard from him. The rating is no stars. I will never use them for anything again concerning my vehicle. I suggest you dont either.
Today was the last time for me to visit this place!I have given them numerous chances over the last 6 months, but the inconsistency in their work is too much to take.Last time I met the new manager and the poor guy really did try and the work was impeccable...but he said that all the changes he wanted to bring about were not approved by the owners because they cost money, so he was stuck and frustrated.Do these owners not realize that it takes money to make money?!Besides the fact the place it very outdated and in need of repairs and renewal, the atmosphere overall is cold and unwelcoming.I was speaking with three other customers, as we waited, and we all said the same thing...never again!Apparently they have cut back on employees yet again (or all of them quit) so today the guy that cleaned my car was actually the oil change technician and NOT at all happy to have to do this.It showed, the job was rushed and terrible, I think my interior was cleaned with a dirty rag, streaks on my dashboard and leather seats.Never again. Ill be looking for another car wash in this area.
Great carwash they clean my car nicely every time.Lube place is not greatest, they didnt have hex socket to do an oil change on my VW. There is as most of other lube places some up-sale going on.
My oil change was quick. The gentleman that cleaned my car was thorough and very polite.

I came here many years ago during the time.of its first owners. Now I believe they are on their 3d or 4th, not sure, but its not the same place and the quality is heavily diminished due to the people running it. For one anytime you pick a package, they throw in a few for larger vehicles such as $2. No big deal as you can see it on the signs, in writing. However, they dont and wont tell you and slip a few of these fees so you end up paying $5-6 and since you assume thats just tax and etc, youll pay it. I asked them why my ticket was 6 dollars more than I know Im supposed to pay (yes I did include the $2 large vehicle fee) the register lady, real smug about it, told me it was an EXTRA large vehicle fee. Now mind you, look at ANYYYY sign, there is absolutely NO EXTRA large vehicle fee anywhere, just the $2 large vehicle fee which includes trucks and SUVS. She attempted to justify by charging me 3 times for $2 and I was forced to shut her down and explain how illegal it was for them to do that. Look, if it was in WRITING, I would totally understand what I signed up for, but it wasnt. It wasnt stated anywhere, and it wasnt even disclosed to me. Eventually after telling that they cant charge me $6 when the sign says $2, they changed it back to $2, even when she told me, I know it says $2, but its $3...... Perhaps if thats the case you should change all signage to reflect that, no? Or perhaps its fear they will lose to the competition across the road if they start charging $5-6 for SUVS which rule in this area. Other than that, the people that did the cleaning do a good job, nothing against them. So I wont tell you to go or not go, just what you should be prepared for when you do go. Look at your receipt and question the price of it doesnt seem right. Its price plus tax, thats it. If it seems higher than normal, its likely that hidden pocket money fee theyre hitting you with.Update- while I sat in the lounge waiting for my vehicle to be ready, the TVs were showing a rated R movie with an explicit s** scene in a lounge full of kids. No one but them have the remote, so you cant blame the customer for changing the channels.
Terrible car wash. They dont vacuum properly unless you keep an eye on them. After shampoo there were still dirty spots on the car. Interior cleaning is terrible. Save yourself time and money and go to some other place.
If there was anything like minus star I would have put. Waste of time, money and resources. Please dont near this place but if you dont want value for your money then you can go. I went for car wash, they did not do there job well and all the guy could tell me is I have been abusing my car so that is why they couldnt do clean the car properly. Please will I stop my kids from eating chips and cookies? This is what I got after cleaning.
I had my oil changed and headlight switched out. They cleaned my vehicle free. They always do a great job!
Ive brought my new camaro there to get old change twice before. But this time the service was bad . One guy told me to wait until he finished talking with a lady then walked off and never came back. I didnt realize two other guys were working there until another lady drove up & they immediately walked out to talk to her. I got upset and left after the guy tried to tell me I was after a lady I watched drive up. I will never go back again .

I have taken my car to get cleaned there for several years and they have always done a very decent job.Try to avoid the busiest days and times though as workers get tired and more sloppy.

Good service, but you cant add a tip to your credit card transactions. They let me do cash back, but charged .50 cents for the convenience. Seems kind of silly in this day and age.
Have been taking our family cars here to do State Inspection for 8yrs. Quick fast and friendly service.
Asked me what I was looking for when I pulled up and actually did it. 35 bucks and my car looks beautiful. They cleaned my car how I would, very thoroughly.
Went in for an oil change and ended up paying $82 because there were more things that I Needed. Got a second opinion and realized that I was overcharged and was quoted something that I didnt even need. Never coming back here!!!!

I took my car here to get a oil change & my boyfriend check my oil 2 days later & said its no oil in your car, he said where did you get your oil change, I blew it off as if my car just had a leak or something so I go get a oil change from them early this time & a week later no oil in my car please don’t take your car here
If you like your car, dont take it here. Have of the crew dont speak English, and they did a horrible job on my truck. $30 and it looked better dirty.
Employees pleasant and fairly quick sometimes need to do a little checking after vehicle has been wiped but they always fix it when brought to their attention.

I was there this morning/afternoon and got the detail wash/shampoo...... OMG ROBERT DID AN AMAZING JOB.. I WAS REALLY REALLY IMPRESSED! I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE THAT COMES HERE OR EVEN FIRST TIMERS!! HE REALLY TOOK HIS TIME AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM!

DONT GO THERE!!!!!Called them to talk with manager!!! Drive there again and he told me I should not expect to get a clean car when Im going to express wash! For scratch on my car he told me because Im driving 60 mileage per hour! Typical run of the mill thieves, stay far far away. Gave me the run around for days saying they could fix my window and of course $200 and weeks later, same problem I had when I came in. Rude, dishonest people. STAY AWAY!
The worst service ever !!They charged me 150$ got waxing and cleaningBut the car had all the stains in it and they didnt do proper waxing ...Dont ever waste your money at this place

2022-08-18I have been going to AJ Mr.Clean for 10 yrs.I have always have a pleasant experience.The atmosphere is welcoming. Things are done in a timely manner. . I get my oil changed, car inspections done, car wash and if anything and I mean thats wrong with my car they can fix it or refer me to a place that can take car of the problem. The prices are reasonable and fair

2022-03-02First time I use this car wash since it’s minutes from my job came during lunch time. After waiting almost 40mins I had to leave & come back because they weren’t finish still I assumed they would rewatch the car since it had so many water marks I came back after work so they can clean the inside & they took another 30-40mins I literally fell asleep in their couch waiting the workers are slow I’m sorry & the worst part was I was the only car their was no other car before me. I also bought a coke it was expired it had no gas in it & it said expired January 2021 I’m sorry but worst service ever two starts for the workers that spoke Spanish & we’re apologizing to me on how it was taking forever. My car isn’t cleaned paid $25 assuming it will be cleaned because I have paid less at other locations & it came out super cleaned at this location it did not I’m very disappointed with the service & do not recommend.

2020-07-13So Here it is. I took a road trip to California and when I got back my car was a wreck so i was really ready to get my baby cleaned all the way out! So I looked up the best places around and this was supposedly the best one. I pulled up and had a really good feeling about this place. I left the car there for about 30-35 mins. They called to pick it up and I was ready and excited. I get there and I see her parked outside and Im happy so far with what I see. I go in and pay for everything. The lady who cleaned my car was there when I cashed out. She seemed like she was having a long day or something. The cashier also. Anyway I pay and grab my keys to go look at the car and the outside looked really nice 👌 despite some bugs cramed in the grill of the car. It was clean like I wanted. So I was like okay kool but then i got inside and well that was a different story. I didnt really notice til I pulled off and got home but there was just so many spots you possibly couldnt have missed. Obviously in the pictures you can see she was just like having one of tbose days at work and im the one who had to be effected by it. Not that I have a problem cleaning what she didnt but its the principle. I paid for a service and I got half a** service.Now heres the icing. Your problem wondering why I put a picture of my penny in my door. Well thats easy to answer. Obviously on a road trip you just kinda put stuff where ever and clean when you get home. Well I put my change in that door and I know it was there when I left it there. Not that Im surprised by the consequences of me leaving loose change around. Its not even that I needed. Again its the principle that when you entrust your personal belongs to a company and you have some steal something no matter how big or small its still should be seen as a problem. Stealing is stealing. She didnt ask. Now am I going to call and get her fired over a few cents! No! But if her manager or someone sees this and decides to take action then fine by me. Its just why did she leave the penny its like insult to injury. Ill take everything but the cheapest coin as if she was too good to steal pennies from her job at the car wash! Im sorry not to sound rude but she even a half a** thief smh! I guess that makes her whole half way wash your car and then half way steal from you. While Im on the topic of being robbed blind or atleast feeling that way. They have a charge of $5 for oversized vehicles (Ex. Trucks, Suv, ETC) I drive a 2016 jeep compass. If you dont know what it is look it up. It is about the size of a average car if not smaller than some.Just a recap If you want a good car wash and nothing else for a reasonable price I would recommend it but if you want anything more. Im not saying dont go there because I would never take service from a business especially during these times. Just make sure you check everything twice before you leave and address the problem including Receipts. I hope you have a better experience than I had all around but I cant say it was the worst.

2018-08-06Thats the place I always bring my car for car wash, auto inspection and oil change. Customer service is excellent. Manager always reminds me about rain check in case if its rain I can bring my car to re-wash it for free. I love nice people and great customer service. These days its hard to find a place where people will treat you and your car well.
