Great service. Good parking. Well lit. New entrance to theater parking is smoother to get to due to ongoing construction. If you ask for a box and bag for your left over popcorn they will be very accommodating! Great location! Enjoy the non alcoholic drinks! Better easier access to the location now available off Loop 375. Tip the wait staff!
Hello. My Son invited me on Saturday, 2.26.22. Our theater was was almost empty, but than again, it was 10:30 p.m..Got settled in our seats(very comfy), Jonathan was our server.Service was very good, only had popcorn and drinks. Popcorn was/is delicious.Son and I, had a Great time.
First time here and I WAS BLOWN AWAY! The food is amazing, the beer selection is perfect, the never ending popcorn is well never ending and the seats.. I could not believe I was in a theater as the seats were so comfy and even tho I was seated near the front I could see the movie perfectly! As for the sound system THX never disappoints! I have not been to a theater in about 20 years and this place has me wanting to go back regularly!!
It is clean, very friendly staff, they improved a lot since they first opened. Popcorn is excellent if u like to add extra cheese. Soda is 5$, relatively expensive. If u like to have a bite while watching movie, thats a spot for u; however, I didnt enjoy my experience a lot, be ready that people will arrive late, and ordering food and drinks, so most of the movie time, u will see staff walking around taking and passing orders
Great theater with comfortable seats. Way more comfortable than the west side one. The concept of bringing food and drinks to you during the movie is genius. Only complaint is when El Pasoans buy tickets right next to other people. I get that we are all watching together, but I don’t want to hear you breathe. If there aren’t any seats available not next to people, see the movie at another time. They also boast about how if you get there late you won’t be let in. But they don’t enforce this unfortunately. If they did the rating would be better.
I absolutely LOVE this place! The environment is so welcoming. Everything is so nice and clean. The tickets are fairly priced. Each and every theater is meticulously cleaned. The chairs are so comfortable! They are fluffy people friendly. My only complaint is that the extensive menu is a bit over priced. The popcorn is made fresh and salty but not too salty. Be careful with asking for jalapenos you are charge .50 per little cup. If you are a milkshake fan the Cookie Shake is divine. The waitstaff are excellent! I do love that you can order from your seat. If you need a refill there is a button you can push that turns on a red light signaling you need your waiter/waitress to assist you. The theater in general are very serious about people on the phone, people being loud, and kids messing around or crying. These people get one warning before they are escorted out of the movie. Although Ive never experiences this happening to someone I do like that the theater does this so others can enjoy the movie. All in all this is a really great theater and worth every penny that you spend. It is my go to date night and I always leave happy. Dont forget to tip your waiter!

Very nice movie theater with extraordinary staff. I like that you sit and watch your movie and dont have to move. If you need anything, you look at the menu (conveniently located at your seat), write it on the provided notepad, and push the button. The waitress/waiter cones and fill your order. 45 minutes prior to the movie ending, you get your check. Perfect
We loved the theater with the screen and speakers that they have but that’s it! Just moved down the street so it was our first time at this location. We decided to try out their menu but didn’t like most of the food we ate. Keep in mind we’re not picky eaters.Long Island cocktail was strong but the lemonade or tea mix tasted quite awful.Pickle fries were really bad. The pickles were too thin and ended up mushy and then the breading on it was hard as a rock. We each ate one and left the dish full.Carnivore pizza was thin and floppy and the pepperoni tasted off.The food that was good were the loaded fries as well as the popcorn. $70 for these items was not worth it.
Most awesome Fathers Day. The “big show” is nice. Loved the recliners. The staff was pretty lack luster. Had to flag down my own waiter to take my order then got brought the wrong food and drinks I didn’t order.
Would not recommend for events, everything was going well until it was time to start the movie and our guest started to Order food. I ordered at 2:30 received my food over an 1 hour later. They kept my debit card for over 45 minutes. Their excuse was they were going as fast as they could. The theater wasn’t even half full. Take your business elsewhere.
Sorry but I have to say something because I am tired of the lack of quality in service here in El Paso, Texas.. First, they claimed they weren’t doing the matinee pricing for movies on a Sunday even though the movie was to start at 3pm. Second, the ribeye tacos we ordered were dry and cold.Also the truffle flavor popcorn tasted more like garlic and over seasoned, (which by the way are in fact not bottomless as claimed on the menu). Sorry but I feel like for the price you’re charging, we deserve better quality service. ☹️
This place is frickin amazing. Beer, nachos, bottomless popcorn and a movie. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! I am going to get the movie pass.
$$$ food is REALLY good, but pricey. I had the fried chicken sandwich. The fries were great. The milkshake was solid, but not worth 8$. Bring a sweater it is cold. Movie experience is great.
For my first time there I was kind of disappointed. We ordered food and drinks right before the movie started. We had to ask for our diet coke several times. Movie was basically more than half done when we finally got it. we ordered pickled fries and ordered an extra side of ranch. It took a while to get that too. 😑
First time at a Alamo Drafthouse and it definitely exceeded what I expected. The theater was clean, service was great, and the food -green chili burger- was delicious. Definitely worth going and is now one of my favorite spots.
Very nice & comfy. Enjoyed lunch while we watched movie. ONLY issue was that food table does not swivel and burger so juicey...left theater with food stains all over blouse/shirt.
The theatres are small and not overcrowded, food and drinks are brought out directly to your seats so you dont have to miss any part of the movie. I highly recommend coming here to enjoy a movie!
I love going to this movie theater. We buy the tickets online so we just walk in and go straight to our seats. I especially love that you dont have to stand in line to get popcorn or drinks before you go in to see the movie because they bring it to you once you order it. So far they have done a really good job and we are happy to go to The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema
Lovely place to watch a movie, refined seats and space to move if you need to head to the restroom. A+ on having the restrooms clean overall very happy will be coming back more to this location keep up the good work :)Easy to order from the table and everyone in theater respects the rules while watching a movie.

My phone fell in between the seats as I lowered my seat it crushed it. Didnt like that the table are not adjustable. Was very difficult to sit down and stand up Im 65. The popcorn in my opinion was ok. But the pretzel and endless bottomless soft drink service I will probably go back but keep my monthly at Cinemark.
Unique experience all aroundPlease ignore Rickstir review complaining about lack of fat friendly seating. Im 300lbs+ myself and I still had room. Check his profile and you will see numerous 1 star reviews. You can never please miserable people like him. Not fair for businesses that rely on reviews to bring in new customers.
Our firat time over! Bought our tickets online for Top Gun Maverick and it was great. 3 tickets for about 45 dlls. We were greated by a lady on the bar register, she gave us directions to our movie showing and she was very polite. We went to our seats and server took our orders, we had 2 beers, pickle fries which were great, loaded fries, order of wings, a chicken sandwich and sirloin tacos for 90 dlls. The recliner seats were great, temperature was great and we had an awesome time. The only thing that needed a bit of attention was the restrooms... theybwere out of paper on some stalls, one was soiled and there seemed to be paper on the floor here and there. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Probably the nicest theater in El Paso. Buy your tickets early, though. Showings sell out quick, especially for big time movies. The menu is pretty impressive. Give the loaded fries a try.
The theater is great and the services as well but the location is horrible. Its tough to get into this theater and all the construction 🚧 around it definitely doesnt help. I hope it makes it!

If they made the trays movable to adjust near your body it would be great. too high and hard to manuever in and out. food and drinks were great but a little pricey. beautiful place. not sure would attend again. like tinseltown seating a lot better

Today was a first time experience at the Eastside Alamo. Very cool place and very clean. It was great to just chill out at the seats and order our food and drinks. Noticed that there was a nice size lobby restaurant area and outside patio to enjoy food and drinks before or after your show. Overall great experience and we will be back.Update, been back several times and Alamo is our #1 theater now. Love getting a full lunch or dinner experience with the movie. The Big Show is great with great sound and seating. Really like that there are free refills on the popcorn and drinks.

Most clean theater Ive been too. Loved the image and sound quality in their theaters. Plus, you get your food brought to your seat. Definitely recommend getting their pizza and their endless popcorn 👌
This place was pretty cool and I was excited .. although I asked for a refill and she denied me and said she closed out my account already… in my opinion , just open up a new one if a refill is requested , just refill the drink! It’s part of customer service .. the theatre was huge and CLEAN! And that was a plus.. food is way over priced , and nothing like the description on the menu! Rarely had any flavor!
Went for the first time the other day and I can definitely say I prefer Alamo over other movie theaters. All employees we interacted with were very kind and helpful, especially our server Clarisse and the food was so tasty!
This was a great experience. It was my first time going and I dont think Ill go to a regular theater again. The seats were very comfortable, the food was awesome and the servers were very good at what they do. All of the staff was friendly.

Went to see spiderman no way home on release, it was good. Staff is attentive, drinks were on point. My family and I always enjoy seeing movies at the drafthouse. We just moved from Austin and the experience was exactly the same.

Always a pleasant experience at the Alamo Drafthouse. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They ask if its your first time and explain how it works. It is important you get there before the movie starts. This is so you dont disturb others coming in late and it gives you the opportunity to order food and/or drinks before the movie starts. There is also a restaurant area where you can eat before or after the movie. The previews are related to the movie you choose to watch. This is my favorite theater for my son and I.

Absolutely wonderful experience, short of a small distraction out of the theaters control. Food and beverages were great, and workers were polite and attentive. Someone had a medical emergency during the movie and they did their best to keep the distraction to a minimum for everyone else while attending to the situation as best they could and helping the first responders. Again completely not the theaters fault, but they handled it splendidly and even offered us free tickets for the trouble.
A little difficult to get to due to construction on Pellicano, especially at night because of no street lighting. But the theater is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean.

This theater is big, clean, and looks really good. I watched a movie in theater #1 called the big show (Im assuming its the biggest theater in the place) and the room is huge. I love going to the Alamo Drafthouse, but the thing that I feel they can improve on is the food. The popcorn is delicious, but the burgers and other menu items could be better. They taste like theyre frozen, microwaved meals.
Very nice looking location, the tables are a bit small though. Food was very good, however we ordered an appetizer that never made it to us. It was removed from our tab so no harm done but I was really looking forward to eating it
8 of us tried this movie theater yesterday.We saw Jungle Cruise.Theater was very clean...we loved the chairs ( soft and recline ).They offer a decent selection of food, drink and alcohol products. Served to you at your seat. We had the free refill popcorn bowl..( we had 2 bowls ) during the movie and 2 bottled waters...came to $15..we left the five for a tip.Nice experience!!

Went on Dec 21st it was cold inside the theater. Asked managers to turn off A/C. Theater got even colder after I said something about it. Food was cold and tasted bland. Waist of money for this experience.
The best movie experience. Every seat is great, the chairs are comfortable, the food and drink is good, and the service cant be beat.We often will go for dinner and consider the movie an added bonus.
Friendly and timely staff. The bathrooms and theater were very clean. Loved the social distancing policies which made it easy to buy you tickets online. The food and drinks are really good. Pricey but have good portion sizes. Enjoyed my visit will definitely be coming back with friends and family.

Awesome vibe inside modern with urban and cultural art throughout. Everything is so new that it smells like it, very clean as well. Quick service even though the day we went they were in training, which we got a discount for that by the way. Seating is very comfortable good padding. Seats recline plenty. Table somewhat on the small side though but usable.

This movie theater was one of the best have been to. From the comforter, to the service that the employees provided. The whole layout of how youre able to order food and drinks. Not to mention the comfortable reclining seats (phenomenal).I will be go there again.
Before, Montecillo was the only choice. Same qualities I have come to appreciate are here. Its going to be a nice venue, once more folks get out of their shells. Youre not packed in like sardines. You can have a beer. You can even get your drinks transferred into the theater. Just save your receipt for a refill!

Absolutely love watching movies here! The cinema is always clean, its convenient to my residence, and the food is delicious! Ive had the rib-eye tacos and the grilled chicken sandwich on the occasions that I visited, plus popcorn 🍿 which is incredibly delicious! Dont forget the jalapeños...

Having moved from the Westside I was excited to get an Alamo near Horizon. Although the decor and environment still has that Alamo feel I must say that the food and customers are a little different on the Eastside. They use the same meat in my ribeye taco as they did on my girlfriend’s Philly cheesesteak. Food was subpar for having come to 50 dollars with soda. I use to love those tacos. And as for the people, no one used mask and everyone was coughing. So much for mask mandate… It was pretty disgusting.At least wear your mask if you’re going to go out in public when you’re sick. I guess you just expect a different experience then you would at a Cinemark or something. Will give it another try but was disappointed.
Loved the movie (Quiet Place II), the seats were great since you can literally lie down. But the service was less than great, unfortunately. Was charged for items not ordered and received drinks after asking 3 times for them. Ate a Cobb Salad with ranch that came with wings since no dressing was provided. Asked a server for ranch and never got it. I will come back but most likely will eat before coming to the movie.
Not impressed at all... nothing different from anyone else and the prices are higher..tickets were 15 each ..paid 35 for two people . if your gonna charge me 15 dollars for 6 wings , add fries at least paid 45 bucks for my food for my daughter and I ... food was good tho.. they tried charging me for the bottomless drinks again on the theater ,I had to go back to get my receipt to prove I paid for them. The movie also stopped and we missed some of it and it wasnt for them to offer at least a free snack or something.. the popcorn was also chewy and cold ... I mean I paid a total of 80+ for that experience... I wont be going back at all... guess maybe thats why it was completely dead ... thats probably the only plus... very disappointing 😞 I dont mind paying ,if its worth it , this really wasnt
Be prepared to drop some $$$ they even charge for small little cups of jalapenos and soda refills had the grilled chicken sandwich it was good the fries as well...are server must of been new waited for the check and sense Im an honest guy told him the check was incorrect not once or twice but 3 time before he got it righ, the theater was clean sound system was on point didnt try bar maybe next time.
This place is great. It has a nice, comfortable lobby area, a bar, and reclining chairs inside the auditoriums. You can also order food and drinks from inside the auditoriums. The service is great and the prices are reasonable.
Awesome theater! Just they shut the bar down early afterwards around 9. But other than that real cool to be able to drink your favorite drink and eat inside the theater. Need to check out out again
I love how this place deals with unseen service. Straight to the movie, order taken and 10 to 12 minutes orders up. Its like watching a movie in ur living room with a huge screen. Service can sometimes lag but overall its a very pleasant experience with miniscule interaction with others except the people u came with and want to.
Went to see Antlers and it was my first time at the theater. The atmosphere was nothing less than awesome. The staff were all great as well. The food was also good. I will be going to this theater again!

My family & myself 1st experience was on 4/2/21. 1st time here & we loved it. For one its super close to home. 2. We explained to all the staff that it was our 1st time & they went beyond Customer Service. From girl in ticket window, to the ushers that help you find your seats to the guys take your orders. They have more selection than popcorn & soda. You can get pizza, nachos, phily cheese sandwiches to adult beverages.
Awesome 👌 I loved going to the one on the westside but this one on the east blew it out the park. With the art on the building and as you come in. Also with the fact that they basically combined the convenience with all the services the Alamo provides and adding those luxury recliners that you see at the normal cineamarks.

Ive been to several of their locations and this is by far the most disappointing experience out of all of them. The food wasnt as good as the other locations, Theater sound was definitely week. I could hear everything everyone was talking about, and even if they werent talking, you couldnt hear if you were eating popcorn. So the fact that you had to almost think about eating popcorn because probably that sound alone wouldve been enough for you to not hear the movie was so sad.

Just watched Godzilla vs Kong 10/10.Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Burgers/shake, pizza, pretzel, all excellent. Your vegan wings need work though sorry🤢. That being said all other theaters need to step up their game! My time of enjoying the movie theater experience has returned I shall return and you should too!
Place is amazing. In regards to sweet tea, you make your own. Nachos are not nachos, it’s more like thin wheat nachos; thin chips. Basically an abomination to the nacho world. But highly recommend

It was OK but is you are easy to distract this is not an option for you. Its very annoying the poor kids passing with the orders from the people. They dont turn off the little lights in the halls and tables which doesnt allow you to enjoy the movie. This place is super close from my house but not coming back.

Fantastic service and well managed! They provided comfortable and reasonable sitting that accounted for social distancing. The audio system was great and overall it was a fantastic experience. I definitely plan on going back there.

This place is amazing and the food is great. I suggest go early and if you need to talk to someone talk through paper because if you get 1 warning you are out. They are strict but it is a great place to watch movies.
Third was the first time I had gone since they opened. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the theater was awesome. I do wish the seats and tables were able to be moved aside, since Im a big guy and had trouble getting in and out of the seat.

Beautiful new theater! Finally dont have to drive to westside to go to Alamo drafthouse. The experience is always the best, just like the service. Only downside is menu, theres one page for food and one entire one for alcoholic drinks. At the other one theres a variety of menu items, about 3 or 4 pages worth of options for food. Still good, just very little to choose from. I dont drink so the large list of alcoholic beverages didnt do anything for me.
CONCIERGE Jeff told me he was the MANAGER over the phone which gave me the impression that he had the authority to offer me the discounts and accommodations he promised me. Just for me to arrive and everything being extraordinarily disorganized and get nothing that I was promised. Who does that?? And when I questioned him he was very apprehensive & ignored me. Waste of my time!!! Very unsatisfied. Probably never coming back. Don’t go here.

I really like this theater, I just wish the tables folded or moved out of the way, I always feel like I get up after the movie at weird angles. Also the seating position isnt optimal for eating food else you wear it.
I love this Movie theater, by far my favorite place to go for Dinner and a movie date night. They have great beers on tap and the food is always great!
Ok ima try this compliment sandwich I learned about ... I love its vintage look with the wrestling mask and past movie posters...I did not like the fact that the little dining table doesnt go down, not all of us eat or drink when we watch a show also the little light under that table doesnt turn off 😡 & the continuous walking and ducking of the servers taking orders or bringing them that has to be my biggest pet peeve kinda defeats the purpose of denying entrance if late and its super cold too cold bring a sweater lol... but I will say the seats go all the way back and wow its got the best surround sound...
You guys discriminate against me because I have a very calm 8 months baby and I can’t even sit and watch Property. I have no one to take care of my baby and I really want to watch the movie. My family and me paid online for the space and then the theater do not want to give us the entire money back. There was 3 employees that came for me to tell me that I have to go, with my baby almost sleep when I went there. They told us that the movies Have a policy that says no babies on theater and that’s a lie. I check the policies online and everything that they said was a lie.
Everybody that worked there was very nice! We talked to many workers for help and directions and they were all nice! Plus, the food was reeeaaally good. And of course the movie was amazing with a lotta bass and there was no peaking in the audio. 10/10, really good place :)
The experience was awesome, very similar to flix if you have ever been. The selection of beers and cocktails are pretty standard. The food is subpar and I would recommend skipping it out getting popcorn and drinks.

I went to watch the quite place and i had bought tickets and one of the employees kicked me out because i was texting my wife. Her excuse to kick me out was “You cant be on the phone while the movie is playing.” The text was urgent and tried explaining to her and she still argued about it and kicked me out. Other then that 1 employee it was pleasant. I hope that employee knows who she is. Not a way to treat your customers, worst part it was my first time there!
I actually think the Eastside Alamo Drafthouse is better than the Westside Alamo Drafthouse. Its a little bigger the seats are different and the food is really good! Be sure to tip your servers!

Too expensive to dine and drink. We all it the $100 movie theater. A couple will spend this much just having a couple of drinks, a pizza, and popcorn and soda.

Amazing service, the green chili burger was a little sloppy and heavy on whatever they use as a spread.
This place is not family-friendly and discriminates again people based on age and accommodation using no-posted policies as a shield. Stay away if you want to have a good time with your family. Some personnel was rude and nonprofessional. One of the most awful experiences on my life. STAY AWAY FROM.

Friendly welcoming. Comfortable reclining seats. Was in a 4 row theater and extreme spacing in-between families due to COVID19 restrictions. This place was not too cold and not too hot just mmm mmm good. Im returning to this location better than westside.

This was a very nice movie viewing experience. Very comfortable seating and air and temperature quality was excellent. Having a drink in my hand was a bonus. Come for yourself and try.

Really enjoyed the lucha libre decor! The outdoor seating for the restaurant had an urban feel. I enjoyed the reclined seating and the option to dine while watching a movie.

We love the Mexican wrestlers and old foreign movie themed lobby. Service was great food was tasty and we believe this is the first of many times that we will be there!

2022-05-01Cool theater! There is a Lucha libre theme in the wall decorations. We made our way to our theater very quickly. Everything looked clean including restrooms. Theres a small restaurant and bar near the entrance. We were not given instructions on how to place an order or how to call for service from our seats... so we were a little lost. All in all had a good time and would like to go again.

2021-12-14Awesome experience for a theatre, The Lucha Libre Theme makes it very unique. Very friendly bar staff with a great atmosphere to have a few drinks and relax.The theatre portion is just as amazing and very intriguing, lots of old movie posters line the hallways as you make your way to your theatre. Once in your theatre you will find the most relaxing recliners to sit and watch your movie.Bring a throw blanket, makes it more comfortable.The endless popcorn is just amazing, you can ask for extra butter, salt and is freshly popped, but seems the secondary popcorn dish that is brought out seems to be a bit stale, like it’s the old stuff.Getting full meals while watching your movie is just like being at home, the food choices are great and serving sizes are just right.The endless drink refills are a plus.Theatre wait staff are very friendly and fast.You can actually rent a theatre to watch your choice of movie during your very own party.The restrooms are pretty amazing, clean and comic wallpaper gives it its unique look and feel.A definite must experience!

2021-11-07Absolutely amazing venue. Im so glad El Paso got something so nuanced and amazing. Im really happy for El Paso to have nice places to go spend their money and time. What a gorgeous theater with a Lucha Libra style motif. The service and staff was exemplary. The seating in the theater was fantastic as well. Sound and video quality was impressive as well I am really pleased with my visit to Alamo Drafthouse.

2021-10-09This was our first time to Alamo Drafthouse. The decor is AMAZING! So much to see, you dont know where to look. Their hallways are decorated with classic movie posters and even their restroom was wallpapered with comic book paper! The theatre seats are really comfortable, although getting out of the seats can be trying-- the side table on each seat really limits the space to maneuver your way out. The service is pretty good, although I think a little pricey. I thought $8 for popcorn and 50¢ per small pack of jalapeños was too much. Other theaters provide complimentary jalapeños. However, other than that, this movie theatre is top notch.

2021-12-04My husband and my GO-TO Date night place!!! Gluten Free people like me, please ask before going into the dark theater about anything on the menu! I got the cauliflower buffalo bites, not till after a bite did I realize it was breaded! Tasted like it was fried, and it did not end well. But they do have an amazing Pineapple cider!!! SO GOOD!!! The chips and queso are amazing as well! It is a bit spicy, but still delicious! Went for the Ghostbusters movie, it was very interactive and was a great experience! Went our first time and watched the French Dispatch!! They have promotional things they give out for some movies! So fun!

2022-03-10Recently saw The Batman here with my dad. The art in the theater was incredible and nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I love that the seats recline and you can order food and drinks from your seat. Their angry pepperoni pizza was delicious!!!

2021-07-07This place is so cool! We’ve been to the montecillo location and it’s great too.The staff is very friendly and courteous, the theatre was nice and fresh the sound was awesome. And the food was real good! The loaded fries and the shakes are delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

2022-07-04We love the seating area and recliners. You dont have to walk up the stairs to get a good seat. All the seats are a good seat. You dont have to stand in line for food or refreshments. A server will bring food and drinks to you. We love the bottomless popcorn and drink. Its pricey but its worth it. Its so relaxing!

2022-01-14I was excited about visiting this place after it opened but then we went to see a movie and were very disappointed. First off, this place is not... Plus size people friendly. Im a big guy and the seats are definitely very uncomfortable and not designed for plus size people. The popcorn was soggy which I thought was very odd and the drinks and food are way overpriced for the quality you are expecting. I get that its a theater, but if Im going to spend that kind of money, I expect better food quality. Overall, if Im being honest, if youre plus size, good luck! I think Ill pass on Alamo. Just being honest, sorryI appreciate you reaching out and responding but theres not much left to say. I just felt that this review would help people like myself avoid an uncomfortable experience.
