0 star if I could. Living there is OK, but leaving, they are crooks. After paying for the last month, I agreed to pay the 250.00 for them to clean, and also when I moved in a year ago the apartment was very dirty. I had to clean it stove dishwasher carpet flooring, etc. Any way I got a bill for 1000.00 dollars because I didnt vacuum the carpet and was told that it had to be replaced. Because it was flat, by the door, where you had to walk in and out, go figure. Im at the point where I asked for the carpet after they removed it because I am in talks with a lawyer, and was told that they threw it away. But I talked with the maintenance guys and they said that the apartment had not been cleaned or carpet removed 🤔, if you have been taken advantage of by this apartment complex, contact us and lets sue them for all the wrong doing..I have read plenty of reviews about the same thing happening here. Please if youre looking for an apartment dont get one here. If you already live there, when you move out, take many pictures of everything from flooring to ceiling. Ps make sure you record all conversations and contacts. These people will change things around to make sure they get more money out of you 😒..

I feel taken advantage of before we even got to sign our lease. We were doing as much as we could online cause we were moving from two hours away. Paid the 60 dollar application fee and almost immediately after 250 was taken from our account without permission. I guess that was to put it on hold. We got to San Antonio, our first time viewing the apartment was a couple days after the withdrawal of 250 from our account. 1500 dollars was our quote on paper the day of viewing for an apartment that was somewhat lackluster, carpet throughout, laminate counters no stainless steel appliances. The day after we saw it we told them we wanted to back out. They kept the 250 and wanted 60 more for the application fee. So that amounts to 370 for not moving in? Also, another kicker the leasing agent said 750 to move in is non refundable 1500 if its refundable over the phone.. got to San Antonio that story changed on paper 1500 to move in non refundable and 2500 refundable. We found a better apartment and moved in for 850 out the door, no game playing. These people are crooked. They are highly staffed and thats where most of the residents money seems to go, is towards fishing more unsuspecting people into this borderline ponzi scheme. My take away from all this is just because you can take advantage of someone doesnt mean you should. On a good note, I am loving San Antonio as a whole. Alamo Ranch was just a little bump in the road as far as Im concerned. Happy trails guys.

I lived here for a year and a half. My first building was badly hit during Snowpocalypse 2021/flooded and had to relocate to a different building. They were accommodating and handled it the best they could. It was a crazy Texas storm after all. The walls are thin, so sometimes you can hear your neighbors. Floors are thin, so if you have stomping ogres above you, you will hear them and their dogs sliding and stomping around. Most of the staff is alright, some way more helpful than others. Gates are constantly broken or being maintained, so sometimes that was a drag to wait on someone to exit so you can get inside the complex. But maintenance is super nice and helpful and great. I had a small roach problem but they came and sprayed but little critters will get in if you’re on the first floor. These apartments served their purpose for me, though. I had nice views from my porch on both buildings, and I like the kitchen and bath tubs. Traffic is bad during bad traffic times on Alamo parkway but wild pine is easier to get out of. That’s all I can think of, if you are considering this location, just consider these relatively normal/common probs of apartment living and I don’t think you’ll be hugely disappointed. They will move you in fast. Just know what you want before you sign anything or put any money down.

Nick at the front office was always professional and very helpful! I lived here for 10 months and it was a great experience. For it being my first apartment after moving out of my parents, Nick made the moving in and moving out process very smooth.

If I could give half a star gates are always out of order leading to cars getting stolen or broken in to. Cameras dont work. When maintenance employees come to check out problems theyre mean and vague in replying and solving problems (never fix anything correctly) if youre from a Latino Spanish speaking household. People get robbed of their money for what for administration not to care if your vehicle got stolen or broken into cause if they did care about the safety of their residents cameras would work as well as gates always closed and up running.

The online application was very user friendly and the wait time was extremely efficient as was and is the office staff!! They’re all sooooo phenomenal and not once have ever not been able to answer a question or complete a request!! When I moved my apartment was immaculate all though I had some AC issues after hours the maintenance man was there as promised and didn’t leave till the issue was resolved! Our apartment feels like a home it’s comfortable, peaceful and we feel safe!! Thank you for our wonderful home. It’s been an amazing 3 months, office staff makes me feel important and my neighbors are friendly yet to the selves!!Sincerely yours, Gabriella Hernandez

If you didn’t feel like you had a 5-star experience it’s because you didn’t have Nicholas (Nick) as your leasing consultant. My experience overall would have probably have been 4-stars but Nick’s customer service and drive for excellence really pushed it over the edge. This place definitely deserves more than a 3-star rating and it isn’t a place you should be weary to move into. Some people just can’t be pleased and it seems like most of the complaints are from people who don’t like living in an apartment complex in general. I never see pests, my neighbors don’t make a sound (can’t hear any noise at night), the maintenance staff are respectful, courteous, and resolve matters promptly. The Alamo Ranch area is a growing so the main road can be a bit loud through night but that’s living in a city.I see a lot of people have issues with being charged when moving out. You are responsible for your lease contract and it is your responsibility to document things so you’re not charged when leaving. My only advise to you is to document everything before moving in and have it addressed before signing your lease. I will update my review in a few months if things change.

The front staff is amazing, any issue and they always take care of it. The best crew always so friendly and willing to get to know you and make your apartment a home. I’ve enjoyed living here.

I love the apartment features (huge closets, garden tub, large patio) and the grounds are beautiful. Staff is always friendly and quick to help. My only complaint is that people dont pick up after their dogs and the dog park is sad and small. On the positive note, it forces me to walk my dog longer. Im really glad I found these apartments.

I love the location. I love the staff. Denise was really helpful to me when I first got here, the entire staff is great though. I had a few issues during my stay with all of the craziness of 2020 going on, but they did work with me and I do appreciate that. I like the way that the leasing office communicates issues with the tenants and the measures that theyve taken in response to everything thats happened this year. I didnt really take advantage of all of the amenities that this place has as much as I couldve, but there are plenty for those that will. Overall good stay, good experience.
