All employees we have interacted with have great customer service. Scheduling is always a breeze and flexible. As far as services, they are always great too. We moved into an old home and noticed roaches immediately. After one treatment from Alamo the roaches were gone (knock on wood), they have also significantly helped control spiders, and ants. All around excellent service.
You can tell a lot about a company based on their employees. And the amazingly polite, and kind young man that handled our service today tells me everything I needed to know about Alamo Termite & Pest Control. Rudy G. came to do a whole house spray and started off immediately with a politeness and pleasantness that you rarely see anymore. He answered my questions with ease, smiled easily and even graciously put up with my random chit chat that I have a habit of spouting! Lol. Whoever raised this man must be extremely proud, and this company was genius for hiring him. I’m glad I made the switch from my old company because there was a lot of grumpy employees there that I felt like I needed to follow around to make sure they actually did their jobs. I will happily keep Alamo as our service provider in the future. And I hope they give this young man a raise cause he’s a keeper.
We had John Acosta come to our home mulitple times. Each time he was very thorough and kept us informed about what was going on and what was needed to be done. He was upbeat and very understanding especially since I have anxiety. We called a couple of times and each time he came back with no problems at all.We will be using this company a lot more in the future if need be!

My wife and I just moved into our first home. Our first night we saw a cockroach and then another a few days later. Were reached out to Alamo and they were amazing! On time, professional, and my technician JAY ROBINSON was very nice, well educated, and brought me peace of mind knowing that Alamo was going to be protecting my home. He was in and out in less than an hour and now we are happy to know that our house is safe from rodents insects and all the other intruders out there! Thank you Alamo!
I called Alamo for a free inspection since I’ve been having trouble with sugar ants and I just started noticing a few baby roaches. Austin and Jay were on-time and very informative when they came to my home for the inspection. I ended up signing up for the yearly plan, which gives me peace of mind to know that I can call them out at any point throughout the year to treat bugs when I see them. I’ve only seen a few bugs since the treatment and they’ve all been dead, so I think we are moving in the right direction!

Had someone come 2 months ago for gnats and he was absolutely amazing , took about 20 minutes on the service and had a great result of not seeing gnats for about a month and a half! Then not even a week and a half ago I had another service and the guy comes in sprays for not even 5 minutes and only goes in my living room and kitchen leaving the bathroom , bedroom and laundry room un sprayed …. Long story short I called 3 days after my service to let them know the service they provide was a wash and I would like someone to come back out and redo it ! They said call back Monday if I was still having problems! I call back Monday and they want me to pay another $106 payment to have someone actually come do it right ! Don’t waste your money here other placed offer guarantees towards apartments for half the price !
This is my second time using them, last March I called about a roach problem my tech John Acosta was super friendly and informative about the type of roach that invaded our home what ever he used did the job the first week anytime I would see a roach they would be on their backs dead! This time around I have cockroaches so I called Alamo back and got the same tech, he was very pleasant again and made me feel confident that he would do the job and if I see anymore he would come back out and spray again.
Alamo came out promptly the next morning. I had a cicada-killer (I’d never heard of this bug) infestation on my property. Jay evaluated and treated my front and backyard, explained my problem clearly and offered a solution. They couldn’t guarantee because it was a flying insect infestation. I was pleased with the service I received from Alamo and time will tell if what they did solved my problem. So far the activity has slowed way down. I’ll amend this review in a few days.
Have used Alamo for years and they are extremely responsive, professional and efficient. Aaron did a great job of explaining the services and listening to the needs of the home as well as being friendly and polite.
Daniel was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough job in a short amount of time. He was thoughtful and even made sure I was able to move our herbs away from the area he was spraying.
Rudy came out today for a one year inspection after having termites in 2021. Disturbingly enough, one of the baits on the opposite side of the house from where we found the original problem was pretty chewed up so they replace that and Im definitely happy with their service, professionalism, etc. Im keeping the termite protection for another year. Weve had no problems whatsoever after the initial treatment.
I have used Alamo pest control with 3 different houses. I like the company but strongly dislike the current service plan. I was told it was a monthly service plan. In actually it is an 12 month plan with reoccurring monthly charge that auto renews. I moved mid contract and they started a new contract on the new house. Never was told that the contract auto renewed or that the new house would start the cycle over again. I will say the Alamo is always very professional when you talk to them or they when they come out. The 1 star reflects how much I dislike auto renew contracts and just plane sours me on any company that uses them.
Daniel Wiegref was my tech throughout the process, and he did a great job. their products used deem to be very effective thus far. Whenever I got home, I saw no ants active and swept up the other bugs. I would highly recommend Alamo to anyone who is having problems with pest.
Rudy G has been to our house twice now and has always been so polite and kind. When he sprayed inside our house he offered to take off his shoes (which a lot of service techs dont) so dirt wouldnt track into our house. He was very thorough and you can see he takes a lot of pride in his work. He definitely deserves a raise and very lucky to have him on your team!
We have a wasp problem which they have addressed before for us unsuccessfully. They do not warranty their wasp extermination service, which I think is ridiculous. And it’s expensive ($200+ for each treatment). Added when they came to do the general spraying, the tech didn’t have enough time to do the wasp treatment, even though we notified them ahead of time that we wanted it done. So they are going to have to separately schedule that.
Very impressed with the technician Aaron, his calm demeanor, his knowledge of how to take care of the carpenter ant issue, his friendliness and his ability to explain what happened to cause the issue. Will definitely call again if another pest problem rears it’s ugly head. James A. Fort Worth, TX.

As far as pest control businesses go, this place is really good. The customer service is really fantastic, and they’re really responsive and helpful when it comes to any issues around the house. The technicians are really friendly and helpful and will explain anything that you have questions for.
A technician came out 3 weeks ago to treat our home. We just have random bugs that come in and nothing serious. But we are still seeing bugs so I called to let them know and they said they don’t have a warranty to cover a retreatment. I would understand if I was calling a couple months later but it’s only been 3 weeks. I don’t recommend their service and will go somewhere else in the future.
Alamo helped with disinfecting a house that was vacant for several years, terrible critter problem and smell. The flea extermination and disinfecting process / removal of smell service they provided has had excellent results. I highly recommend this company.
I just had Rudy come out and treat the house for some wasps in the front bushes. He hit the whole house inside and out including the attic. Excellent work!. Very thorough.

I have been using Alamo for 4 years they are a great value considering the cost of just one flea or roach infestation. They come quarterly but I can call them if I notice anything between treatments such as bees and they will respond promptly to treat the problem.I

They charge my card $50 a month every month and i’ve only used the service once. I’ve called them and told them i want to cancel and to stop charging but they won’t give me this option and said i’m bound by the contract i signed. Unbelievable considering i’ve moved out of the house and i’ll be paying for service till the end of the year. Wouldn’t recommend.

We got a quote for pest control last month from a different company and felt that they were pushy and the price they were charging was outrageous. We called Alamo, and they were able to come out within 2 days of our phone call. They were on time for the appointment, and they gave us an amazing price. Aaron was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable, and I didnt feel pressured to purchase services I didnt need. He did the inspection and service the same day, and it was all quick and easy! Wish I had called them first and avoided the other guys!

Aaron C. did an awesome job in spraying for insects around the house! He was very thorough in spraying not only the ground level around the house but also the eaves area as well. He also walked me through the termite service the company offers and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything. He will be asked to spray our home again!

John A was our pest control expert and he did a fantastic job quickly diagnosing and eliminating the few wasp nests that popped up. We even had one inside our gas fireplace and he was extremely helpful in taking care of this, despite the unique placement. All their products are safe for kids and pets. Also their regular pest control service was more affordable than the company we were using, so we ended up switching that over as well. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of our house being serviced by Aaron. He was extremely professional, very polite, and on time. He answered all my questions with pose and grace and was very efficient, methodical and meticulous in his work. Once all the necessary paperwork had been signed, Aaron spring to action and completed the appointment quickly and smoothly. While working from home the only thing I heard from him was a knock on the door to let me know he was finished. Would rate him a 10 if Google allowed. We have used other exterminators in the past with much regret. Very glad and excited to have found Aaron and Alamo Pest Control.
I had great black wasps infesting my house… inside… and I called Alamo Pest Management yesterday and they sent Aaron Culver out first thing this morning for a free estimate which was VERY affordable. He was great and professional and explained my options. I called the company back later this afternoon to book him and they had him back at my house within the hour and he got right to work and did a great job. I have not seen one wasp since he left. If you’re comparing companies, this is definitely the one to choose. Thank you Aaron and thank you Alamo Pest Management!
Rudy arrived on time as expected and was courteous and attentive to our needs. He got me good details on the issue and cost and got right to work with our service. Had to leave the site for the indoor treatment and he was extra attentive to leave out in a way that left our home secure, with instructions on how to clean up after (bombs).
I had the pleasure of interacting with Aaron Culver. He was very professional, very polite, and very on time. He patiently answered all my questions, and was efficient and methodical in his work. Once I had signed all the necessary paperwork, the appointment went quickly and smoothly. 20 or so bait stations were installed around the perimeter of my house, and while working from home the only thing I heard from him was a knock on the door to let me know he was finished.Only real critique I have (and this is 100% for the company and in no way a reflection of Aarons work) is to maybe offer wearing shoe covers for the interior inspection, especially on a rainy day like today.Other than that, it was a positive experience, and I am confident in my decision to go with a locally owned business, rather than a big chain like Orkin.Stay safe peeps at Alamo!
Our technician, John, was very kind and responsive. He took care of the unusual odor that we rightly suspected was a rodent in my parents’ attic and even found a wasps nest that we had no idea about. Through all of this, he worked very well with my parents’ needs and made us feel at ease.
Mike came out and did a thorough inspection and gave us a free estimate. We decided to use Alamo based on our experience with Mike and he did a wonderful job. I had been extremely hesitant to have pesticides in the house but Mike answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.
Our technician was very professional and explained everything in detail. He was on time to the estimate appointment and almost 2 hours earlier than treatment appointment time. The chemicals that are used show rapid results. I highly recommend Alamo to everyone. Well worth the money

Embarrassingly enough this would be our first time having bed bugs and I didn’t plan to share but given how the service went I had to. We’ve had Alamo pest control for about 5 years now and we’ve stayed loyal not due to convenience but service. We had them in only one bed thank goodness but the quality of service was impeccable and helping through our bed big situation was as pleasurable as it could be giving the situation. Our technician was so nice and personable to where he just made me trust in his abilities and have a peace of mind on the situation. So far the bed bugs haven’t returned and we’ve followed the pre and post instructions they provided to a tee.
My experience with Alamo was not good. I found Alamo on google and decided to book an appointment online as it had VERY good reviews. I booked an appointment online. They showed up on time. I explained to the gentlemen that we had a rodent problem. I showed him out back and he went into the attic. He came down and showed me proof of the rodent control in the attic. He stated he did not know how they were getting through my house, he has to look (he never looked or advised in the end). He offered me the different packages. I asked what each involved and he explained. We decided to go with one time package of $300. I was told that we had a 60day warranty and to call them if the problem does not go away or if there are any dead rats. He placed the boxes and left.This was Friday. Today we found a dead rat and called Alamo to please come help us. They want another $150 to come out....and collect one dead rat. Im very upset with this as this was not mentioned or pointed out to me. I was told the 60day warranty includes me calling them back if the problem does not go away or you find dead rats. I would have considered a monthly package if I knew a one time visit would or could cost me almost $500. Very poor communication and for this reason I will not use Alamo again.
Just moved to are new home in Fort Worth and had ants, mice and bug issues in the yard.Called to get service done and they squeeze me in on a Saturday. Great service and happy with the game plan for are house to get ride of all bugs. The Tech John was fast and did a great job getting all of are property sprayed. He was first - on time. Then he walked thru the full process and explained every item in detail. I did not have any questions after he was done. He then completed the work as he had explained. It was a pleasure speaking with him as he is knowledgeable in what he does.

Since moving to Fort Worth, Alamo has been my go-to pest control service. They’ve never tried to sell me anything I did not want. As one would expect, the actual pest control specialists are very knowledgeable when it comes to which pest control is best for your house and so far they’ve been spot on with that. The best part of Alamo are it’s people. The office reps are always friendly and the specialists too. I’ve never had a rude or “creepy” Alamo guy come to my house. Great service and great people.

Troy came out for our initial treatment and was a great guy. He explained everything he was doing and everything he found. He was polite and hilarious. My 3 year old loved talking to him. I have used Alamo in the past and was fully satisfied with their work. We decided to start up again as it had been a few years since we had any pest control and had started to notice some critters again. Would definitely recommend!
After returning from a recent trip with my wife to a rental cabin I noticed some bites on my ankles that had not been there before. I was very concerned they might be bed bugs so I immediately called Alamo pest control and was scheduled a technician visit for the very next day. John arrived at my home on time, was very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. After an inspection of the rooms John determined there was no bed bug infestation and to put my mind at ease he placed glue traps in strategic locations to rule out or confirm a problem. He asked me to call them in two weeks and report if the traps had captured any pests. Two weeks passed and no sign of any pests to report. I received a call from their office that morning. I want to thank John and the office staff at Alamo for the professional service I received from the first phone call to the last call after two weeks. Customer service is what it’s all about and the folks at Alamo instills the trust we need from today’s service companies. Any further issues with any pests and Alamo will be my go to company. Troy came out to our home to address some concerns we had about rodents in our attic. We had previously had a consultation with another service, but felt unsatisfied and wanted another opinion. Troy arrived right on time and was incredibly thorough, spending the entire two-hour window examining our property and answering all of my questions. Troy was professional, but even more importantly, he just seems like a good person. He was kind, compassionate and good-natured. He never tried to push me to buy their services and even gave me some advice on how to avoid paying too much if we ever wanted to have our attic sanitized by another company. We were so impressed by Troy, that we chose to pay the cancellation fee with our other pest control service so that we could get started with Alamo right away.
Daniel and Rudy came out today for the initial treatment of my home. They were the definition of professional! We built a home in an area where they are still building and this drives all kinds of creatures towards our home. I have no doubt Daniel and Rudy will protect our home from unwanted visitors. So far this is a great company and the value and services provided are fantastic. Im glad I made the choice to go with Alamo. And no, Im not related to the owner or anyone in the company. Im not hyping up the company for any reason other than the fact they are great. Even the office staff was polite, professional, and communicative.

I usually dont write reviews UNLESS the service is exceptional...today I experienced exceptional service with Alamo. What made it so was working with my technician Jay. He is knowledgeable, on-time, and most importantly he is personable.Alamo should hire 50 more of him or try to clone him. 😊I will be recommending Alamo to family and friends...I will also tell them to ask for Jay to be their tech.
From the first call until the job was done they were very good about communicating schedule, terms, and exactly what would be done. No pressure for more services. The service tech answered all my questions about the treatment and safety for my pets and family. The yellow jackets seem to be gone after 2 days but the service is guaranteed for 30.
We had a great experience with Alamo Pest Control! I called and the next day they sent someone to our facility to do a full overview of the property. Aaron Culver was our service rep and he was great! He went over all the possible scenarios to treat our facility and offered his expertise on what would be best. I had contact Alamo via their chat on their website, and they were quick and very responsive. I was able to request their pricing quote and schedule an inspection next day. I believe the chat stated his name was John, very professional! He said they can have a tech come out and do an inspection, and if I was okay with it, they could treat right then and there. Next morning Mike P came out. I got a text that my tech was on the way, and about 20 minutes later, Mike arrived. He inspected the interior, attic, garage, and exterior all within about 15 minutes. I was impressed with his knowledge and I told him he could go ahead with the first service. He took his time, went through the entire house, and sprayed quietly while my 4 dogs were barking through the crates during the visit. It took roughly 1.5 hours for the full inspection and service. Would recommend! Thank you!

Aaron came and checked out my garage for a rat that I spotted the other day, he was very friendly and professional and did a great job on informing how rodents can get in to my home and how the bait that he used will get them out. I was very happy to hear the price too because I called a few other pest control services and many of them told me to expect to pay around $150 to $200, but with Alamo, I was able to have them take care of my rat issue for only $125!
Extremely pleased with Alamo and especially Mike Piekos, the Service Manager who worked with us. He was prompt, did an assessment, told us what was needed and how to prepare, and we set up a time for spraying, which was done today. Mike answered all our many questions when he arrived, and I know he will be there if we have any follow up issues or questions.

Aaron was our technician and he came out on a rainy day, knowing he was unable to spray but wanted us to have a real person to speak with. Answered all of my 100 questions. Explained which plan would give me the most bang for my buck. When he came back to do the service, he was professional, nice, considerate of our pets and flowers we have growing. He even hooked us up with a full yard spray instead of just the fire ant mounds. He definitely made us a customer of Alamo!
Rudy Garcia was every professional kind and explain what he was about to do asked permission before opening doors. He sprayed base boards and window base boards behind curtains. Even though he wasn’t able to finish spraying the yard with flea treatment because his was having trouble with rig he apologize and explained what happened and had me reschedule for flea treatment. I’m an existing customer but last tech came in and out and I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth but the service I received from Rudy was exceptional.

He was personable, explained everything in detail, and was meticulous in meeting my needs. If Ryan is a reflection of the quality of Alamo Pest Control which I strongly suspect he is, I offer an unqualified recommendation of Ryan A. in particular, and Alamo Pest Control specifically for ones residential pest control needs.
Jay was our Technician that came out and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, personable, kind, and efficient. He did not just give us a pushy sales outing like you often get in sales, but gave us clear good information and then gave us space to make the decision.
Troy helped us rid our attic of a very persistent and resourceful nest of squirrels. From the phone dispatchers to our technician, Troy, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Alamo. I would highly recommend Alamo for squirrel removal, and will not hesitate to call them if we have other pest control needs.
We are new customers with Alamo. We were able to schedule within 2 days of calling. Our technician Troy came out and did our first treatment. Our main concern was ants in the house. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. After about a month, we were still seeing ants in our master bathroom. I called and Troy came back out the next day. He re-sprayed the master bathroom and all of the exterior of the house and yard. Each time he has come out, he has been on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I picked them because of their great reviews and boy am I glad I did. Mike was very professional and informative. He was able to teach me about what to look for and what insects/rodentS may or may not be in the area. He answered all my questions with a smile and was honest. Thats about all you can ask for. I picked up the defender plan, but go with what he recommends. I will definitely contact them for all my pest control needs.
I inquired about some pest control services to be done on my new home I bought recently. The office staff was pleasant, attentive, and able to schedule a consultation the very next day. Aaron the technician who came out even called ahead to let me know he could come a little earlier which was no problem. When he showed up, he was very professional and knowledgeable about what I was inquiring about. We went over some possible options, and once I decided, he was able to complete the initial services on the home immediately. Overall, Aaron was great with everything. Great service!
They come out I think every 3 months, if I do see bugs within the time I call and they come out sooner. There responsive, I believe affordable if you hate bugs lol.

I made an appt on the phone and it started with the phone call where they were really professional and responsive. Then when John A arrived he was very attentive to my situation. Then he explained options. He went above and beyond to get a good start on my wasp issue. He was knowledgeable polite and professional.
Ive been using their services for over a year now, and Ive been more than satisfied with their services. Today, however, I had a few questions, specific questions, regarding the products used and the services provided for the technician who serviced our office. I have only had great experiences with Alamo. Professional, prompt and takes care of the need. Ive used them for wolf spiders, regular treatment and sugar ants. Once they come out and treat it, I dont see the insects anymore. I am pleased!
Excellent company. The technicians that come out are very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Troy Reiter their senior technician has a lot of experience and is easy to communicate with. They are punctual and do their work with attention to detail. The rates they charge are very reasonable and they are VERY HONEST with what needs to be done without trying to do extra work that is not needed . I recommend highly.
UPDATE: 2 months later and the spiders are still GONE!! Our house was a straight up Halloween theme park until this service and I’m never going back.This was my first time using a professional pest control service. Being able to try out a one-time service before deciding to sign up for a longer term contract is nice. Scheduling a service date was easy. Troy, our tech, was extremely friendly and professional. Arrived on time, explained what the days service included, and suggestions for future options specific to the property. He was very welcoming to our curious fur babies too. Will have to wait and see about the critters but great customer service all around.
We are extremely impressed with Alamo, especially our tech Aaron. I was able to book an appointment with less than 12 hours notice, and Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything to us. We are new home owners and have very little knowledge on anything pest related. He went through all of their options with us, and even sprayed our home the same day. After getting an expensive quote for rodent removal from Terminx, my husband called Alamo and Troy came out. After an initial inspection he saved us a large chunk of money on unnecessary work Terminx had quoted us for. After that, we canceled our services with Terminx and switched over to Alamo to start handling pests and mosquitoes. Alamo is great! Aaron, our representative was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a quick thorough inspection and treatment of my home. I have experience using 2 other “larger” companies for pest control and was not satisfied with their customer service. I’m glad I found Alamo, they are now my annual pest control service.
Where to start, oh yea. This company is NOT what you are seeing in these reviews and to me seems to be having family and friends pumping up their feedback status. We have voice recordings of how you will get actually get treated AFTER you start service with them. Lies, manipulation, aggressive, threatening, rude, obnoxious and deceitful people work at Alamo. If you pay for a service, say for “Common bugs” then I should not being seeing an spider here, an ant there, or a silver fish….all very active and alive roaming around inside the house. The owner will come on this post and will go one of two routes…seem to be apologetic or will more than likely take the low road and call us liars. Let’s be forthright here, I would not be wasting my time saying all of this if as a pest control brand you were spraying more than watered down “All Natural” pesticides outside around my property. I have better things to do with my time and energy than to call in and have an “Office Manager” call us liars and threaten us and say “No matter what, you have to pay.” I don’t know what world you live in, but I do not pay for a service that is poorly performed nor for attitudes and arrogance from a Pest Control company that under deliver but certainly will oversell and boast as being the very best. I could go grab a bottle of raid and produce a better output than what this company provides when it comes to pest control. Enough said, here comes the owner to act tough and threaten to take us to court. We will gladly meet you there, because how does that saying go….oh yea…a picture is worth a thousand words…so if that is the case then I wonder how much a voice recording of the rude office manager and video recording of “common bugs” roaming very alive in and around my house is worth….hmmm…well I guess we shall see. Paid $130 for two visits, I think we have more than paid for this poor service that was provided.See pictures provided. Silverfish, Spider, Earwig, all of which were moving and very much alive well over the 21 days after service was provided.

Ryan came out today, and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful with any questions that I had. I also appreciate the customer service that I received from those answering calls. The person I talked to on the phone actually lives in my same area and we chatted some about the area. Plus, she was able to get Ryan to come out the next day. Overall, Alamo provides great service and I am glad to be their customer.

Jay did an awesome job! We live near a very open field as well as right next to a stream, so there’s a fair amount of insect and animal activity. Because of this, we decided to go with the defender package where they perform monthly services. We had an issue with ants inside the house and baby spiders around my daughter’s window. Alamo Pest control was highly recommended by others in our neighborhood, so I gave them a call when we started seeing more and more insect activity in our new home. Jay was sent out to explain the whole process and break down the cost. I didn’t feel like we were being pressured into services at all. Weve been using Alamo Pest for a few years now. Theyve always been super efficient and effective. Recently, weve been assigned a new technician, John A., and were really happy with his customer service. He goes above and beyond when explaining our best options - our house is old, built in 1920, and we have a water bug problem from time to time, but hes really taken control of the situation, and I havent seen any in the last few months, which is fantastic because they terrify me. Anyway, I recommend him and Alamo Pest to anyone who needs good consistent service. Theyre really the best at what they do and wont break your pocket book.
Highly recommend!!! Alamo gave me my home back!I called Alamo after Terminix woefully failed to treat my severe flea infestation. Alamo was able to schedule me for an appointment within a day. John Acosta came out and spent an hour with me...answering all of my many questions and thoroughly addressing all of my concerns. At that point, I had been fighting the fleas for about 2 months and vacated my home during that time period.John found the cause of the problem, which was rodents. He treated for rodents that same day and promptly returned to treat the flea problem. I now have my home back now and am so thankful for Alamo and John Acosta!

Ryan only went the first appointment, after that it was a new person every time, they didn’t spray where we had agreed on and they would “spray” even if I wasn’t home even though they said they’d never do that.Way too overpriced and the contract can’t be broken even though they’re not doing their job as they should.
Loved the service we got here today with Alamo! We have been having a difficult wasp problem in our attic, yikes! They have been coming in every so often through our recessed lighting in the living room. Our tech advised us truthfully of our options and we settled on a solution, also they are much cheaper for wasp control than some other companies I have used previously! We had Chris Pena as our tech, everyone needs to ask for him. He is the nicest guy and such a pleasure to work with, he was honest, thorough, and gave me a really nice deal to handle our problem and get us on a monthly schedule which is extremely reasonably priced with the company. I dont do creepy crawlies or flying stinging things and I feel so much better about it now that I have a maintenance plan set up. This was not an easy job, it is burning up outside and he was up in our attic spraying powder, and then sprayed around our interior and perimeter as well, he always had a smile on his face through it all and was extremely courteous. I will be asking for Chris Pena again for my monthly maintenance! Thanks again Alamo for the professional service!

He explained everything well including which services were available for my home. Alamo has been very responsive, and not just when it immediately benefits them (ie sales) but also when we had a concern. Someone is always available to take our phone call during business hours too. Our bug issue decreased dramatically after the first visit.
Rudy Garcia with Alamo pest was just incredible. We had been experiencing a wasp infestation for months, with dozens of home and professional remedies applied- all to no avail. Until Rudy came along. He correctly identified the community and tunnels the pests had built and was able to successfully eradicate the problem. Thankfully we can now enjoy our back yard! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have dealt with Kristen, Crystal and Shawna when calling their office and each of them has been extremely nice and helpful every time I have needed to call them. They are a real pleasure to talk with. I dont leave many reviews praising companies, but I just had to this time. This company should not go unnoticed the way it treats people. If you have a pest control need, do not hesitate to call these people and give them a chance at treating you like they treat me. He explained in full detail what he was going to do , and asked me if i had any questions. He then sprayed the house for us. Next time you get sprayed, ask for Robert! We have been really lucky to have such awesome work. If you are looking for pest control, go with Alamo. The girls that work inside are really friendly and go out of their way to help you.

We were very pleased with our first Alamo Pest Treatment. We chose Alamo because they had great reviews and are a local business. Aaron was great at explaining our treatment plan and was very friendly. He even discovered we had a bee hive and very active bees in the eave of our roof and got it taken care of immediately.
Communication with everyone at Alamo, has been easy and efficient. Troy was friendly, thorough, and honest. They were accommodating with my crazy schedule and best of all no more bugs or rodents so far! Will update in a few months if anything changes :)
We were lucky enough to have been serviced by Troy. He was like an old friend and we had some great conversation. He was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not that Id like more squirrels in the attic but at least it would be great to see Troy. My wife and I will be happy to refer everyone to Alamo and tell them to request Troy!
When I moved from one home to another home I asked for my service to be terminated at my old home in March. It’s June and I am still be charged for services that are not being done at my home. Though I have repeatedly asked them to stop they simply continue the monthly charge. They are not being used at my new home and because of this I would never ever use them or recommend their services. I will once again try to get them to stop billing me for services they are not doing. They don’t even have my new address. What a scam. Buyer be ware
Alamo pest has been our go-to for the last year. They take care of the mosquitos in our yard so we can enjoy the pool. And they keep the ants outside so we can be comfortable inside. Every time weve needed help, they respond immediately and get someone to us in a timely fashion. Proud that they are our neighbors and help us enjoy our yard & house year-round.
What a wonderful experience I had with this company. First of all I spoke with Shawna, who was very professional and very knowledgeable. She explained termites to me! Very impressive. Next she, set up an appointment time for me, that I could do, I was setting this up for my moms ( who has Dementia/Alzheimers) home. I am one of her care givers, so I had to have a time that I was at her home,. not a problem. I had my next wonderful experience with Jay that was sent to my moms home to inspect what was going on. He was so nice and courteous, such a gentleman too. He set up the traps, got the contract done and told me to call if we needed him to come back after we do the bathroom renovation. I knew he was a good one because my sisters two pugs didnt even bark at him after they got to know him! Great company, great prices and great people.
Alamo came out the very next day after me calling, the lady made me feel very assured that our issue would get resolved.Robert Tomlin was the technician that came to our home today. Needless to say, I would never guess in a million years that someone working for a company would make you feel like a family member. Robert did a phenomenal job, it was obvious of his experience but even more that he cared!We used to use Terminix for years and never had a technician spend so much time in every single area of our home inside and out like Robert did. Robert got down every single spiderweb and even in the attic he did a lot of work in this heat. I’m sure he was extremely hot but I knew he was fixing our issue.We could not believe the amount of time and effort that Robert put in and I say this personally because we have had other pest control here as I mentioned one above and neither one did anything at all near as to what Robert did.I know that my husband and I will rest better tonight knowing our situation is and will be completely resolved! Thank you so much Robert Tomlin, you treated us like family and we personally want only you to come back because you made us feel like family. What an amazing company and AMAZING technician.
Alamo pest is a great company, Aaron came out and assessed our home inside and out. He gave us a couple different options and competitive pricing. Aaron was very polite, and concerned with our needs. I would absolutely recommend him and Alamo to anyone looking for affordable pest solutions!

2022-07-29Jay and Austin visited today for a free no-obligation termite and other pest inspection and to give an estimate for treatment and prevention. They were very thorough, professional, kind, on-time and masked for Covid safety. I’d like to take them up on their offer for service. I’m still researching though. I appreciated their honesty that they didn’t see any infestation and they didn’t pressure us in any way. As a matter of fact, they complimented that we are in research mode and they departed with thanks and left us a very nice packet of information for consideration. This is a first rate business.

He completed our treatment very diligently and swiftly and even dropped our initial quote due to no visible live activity. 2022-06-06Rudy serviced my home today and was awesome! I had another contractor out previously from a different company and didn’t display the knowledge and professionalism of Rudy! He treated places the prior tech didn’t and was very knowledgeable of the products and type of bugs he was treating. After he left , I immediately recommend him and the company to a colleague! 2022-04-22Alamo Is my ongoing pest provider. We get come out regularly to spray my home and bait traps for pests. They are constant professionals and I value the quality of the service they provide.This month our cat somehow picked up fleas. We called Alamo after our amateur attempts at dealing with the problem weren’t working. They were able to send Daniel out two days later, which gave us just enough time to prep for the service and get everything up off the floor. Daniel was excellent. He arrived early, worked quickly, and answered all my questions. Looking forward to a flea-free home!

He explained the service very thoroughly, as well as gave me solid recommendations and advice, and was very patient when I asked a million and one questions. Highly recommend them!
