First off, I never post reviews but this one has really frustrated me. I used All My Sons to move a few days before our baby was due. Everyone had recommended them so I felt like I was in good hands. I was very disappointed in the care they used in our items. Potterybarn WHITE glider was not wrapped and got ripped and was dirty all over. Our nice all wood dresser must have been dropped cause the corner got busted/ broken. A book shelf they said they would pack for me because I was so pregnant they packed with the books STILL on the shelf and of course it broke and our side table was so scuffed up. When I filed a claim for over $1700 (I knew I wouldn’t get that all back) I only was offered $210 On furniture THEY ruined for us. My sister had just used them and was given a full amount for a queen bed they broke (we both used the exact same insurance policy) yet I was barely given more than the cheaper book shelf they broke! When I called to talk about this I was told they would call me back. NO ONE has called back and the $210 has expired. I’ve never felt more unimportant. Do not recommend!
Michael Harrell as Team Lead made my move stress free! The attention to detail in wrapping my furniture and consistently updating me on the process of loading/unloading meant a lot! This showed how much not only Michael but the company itself cares about the work they do. Can’t express how awesome they were!
I cannot recommend Cedric and Xavion enough! They are the friendliest movers I’ve ever hired in my life. I’ve moved 7 times these past 8 years and these guys were by far the best in terms of value, quality, and speed. They even came back a second time to help me carry some heavy furnisher I bought later in the day! I will continue giving these guys my business as I no doubt move again.
Michael Harrell and his guys were extremely quick, careful, and efficient with my move! They wrapped everything up in thick protective blankets and plastic wrap to ensure that all of my items made it to my new home in perfect condition. They were a joy to have around, and I would definitely recommend them (and all my sons) to friends! :)
The company was very professional, punctual, and efficient with my move. I appreciated them accommodating a request I had regarding moving a difficult bowflex machine through a tight corner, which required critical thinking and a relatively difficult disassembly. Based on comparative analysis I feel that the value and quality of service was great and would gladly use All My Sons again for my next move.
Their concern for my belongings was excellent. Quick, on time and on task. The job that I received very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend All My Sons Moving in the future. Well done guys!

By far, the most professional movers I’ve ever used. They were prompt, courteous, and worked with a smile, even in this extreme heat. Our family has used them several times in the past, and they have still maintained their professionalism.
Gary Hogan and his crew did a great job!They were courteous to call ahead of time; were ready to work right on time; and got the job done way before the end of our allotted time!Will use All My Sons again for sure!
The teams were extremely personable, 4 stars for them. My issue was that I had teams rather than a team. There was no overlap and no pre-delivery communication between the team that loaded and the team that unloaded. Furniture was unloaded last and that seem to cause the crew to have to do a lot of rework to move the moving crates/boxes to get the furniture in. Boxes were stacked so high I had to buy a ladder to unpack them and the moving things around meant boxes were no longer in the room they were meant for.A lot more breakage that I would have expected. Most upset about the tv, especially when I asked if I should wrap it/pack it, there was bubble wrap and other packing supplies available. Cardboard was not enough.
Missed a drawer and curtain in in my Kitchen and some items weren’t pack with the greatest of care I found during the unpacking (just got a call from my previous apartment). I regret tipping Ricky Maldonado $300. When I move out of state in the next years I will definitely be looking into other moving companies. I can no longer recommend them.
They were very punctual and diligent to make sure everything was safely packed and unloaded. They were polite and friendly and easygoing which made the process easy and far less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone who has the money to save themselves the hassle of moving their own stuff.
This place is top notch! Excellent service from the very first time I called and throughout my entire moving experience. Huge shout out to my moving team, Matthew Andersen. He was first class, very professional and went above and beyond. Ask for him!
Fantastic service from the very beginning. Very responsive, easy to contact customer service, followed up with me consistently. They were up front about how their pricing worked. The guys who came out were fantastic! They stayed on task the entire time and were easy to communicate with.
Doron and his team were phenomenal. Not only were they so respectful and punctual, but they finished my move so quickly and efficiently. I dont normally recommend moving companies, but I will absolutely recommend Doron and his team to anyone looking to move!
All My Sons helped me with my move to Dallas this past weekend.. 5 stars all around. Thanks to the 3 movers that took extra care of my items and Gerardo for vigilantly calling me to make sure everything was going as planned. Will most definitely be using All My Sons again.
I just used AMS for a move. In the 100+ degree heat on an August afternoon from a third floor to a second floor, Michael and his team were kind, fast, professional, and it was such a good experience. I have some flimsy bookshelves and an all white couch that I was worried about and they went above and beyond without me saying anything to make sure they were covered and not a single thing was broken or scuffed. Highly recommend and Ill definitely use them again for my next move.
This company was able to move up my move date. Jeffrey and his team where fast and nothing was broken. This was the fastest move I have ever done. Will use again and ask for Jeffrey’s team they are amazing.
Bottom line is warning to consider booking elsewhere. This move was set up a couple weeks in advance and then after NOT hearing from them like 2hrs after they were due to arrive on day of I finally got ahold of Mike who said “yeah, we were about to call you, we can’t make it today”. They offered to reschedule for 2 weeks later instead of trying to make arrangements for next day. Then they came back and said they could do it in 1 week? Huh? Wth? Who schedules a move and can push back a week when it day of? And it’s not even like they’re the cheapest and we should’ve known better—they weren’t. Mover be ware!
I would like to thank All my sons for an awesomemove, quick and fast. Three men crew, thank you Larry so much for the laughs lol. A special thank you to the manger Gerardo that took care of me over the phone and understood my meeds and the move., beforehand. I will definitely recommend All my sons a 100% for everyone.
Despite being late, which I let slide and didn’t give them a hard time, the guys worked fast and efficient. Very happy with the service. They were all polite. I will definitely consider using this company in a future move and recommend them to others.
Your team did a wonderful job and finished up earlier than I expected. Lucas, Doron Weimar, and the others on the team, whos names we unfortunately dont remember, were very professional and took great care with our belongings.

Justin and his team were very helpful and thorough. He answered all my questions before I even asked them when he came to our place to give us an estimate, and I had done a lot of research on which questions to ask beforehand. Everything went smoothly.
Quick and easy! I had everything packed and ready for them and it took 2 hours for them to pick everything up, pack the truck, drive to my new place, and drop it off. Lee was amazing and made sure that everything ran smoothly.

Broke several items, the movers stole cash and the company won’t admit it. That total cost was over 2000 dollars and they took over 8 hours. I had the same amount of furniture and things moved 3 months prior by a different company for 600 bucks in 5 hours. I called them first and when they weren’t available I went with a more well known mover. HUGE MISTAKE.
Micheal Harrell and crew were extremely friendly and worked hard through the day. The situation was fluid and I was not as prepared as I could have been and they gracefully handled getting my things out of my home and into storage.
Deliberately slow moving movers by the hour. Packaging fees added that on sales call was told all included unless special packaging required. No special packaged but charged anyways. Whole move cost double of what it should have. Agreed fake reviews no doubt. Check Yelp
The three guys that came were so nice, so efficient, and great guys all around. They took care of anything I asked for without even sweating, and made sure everything was handled with care. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Since weve moved in, weve had two beds break as a result of shoddy reassembly of the beds. Some screws were replaced by screws that are the wrong size and the assembly of the beds took a really long time (of the total cost of our move bed assembly and reassembly cost at least 1/4th of the $3000 we spent) Im shocked they werent assembled correctly and we have to replace at least one bed bc of poor attention to detail.
All My Sons is an absolute disaster. Every piece of furniture is damaged - everything. They literally dumped things in boxes. They half filled boxes so they could charge me more. They didn’t send enough people to unload so I did it. The response? Pay us full price or we will not deliver the items we left behind.
Definitely will recommend. Larry and Lee worked non stop from time they arrived at my storage, until all items were in my home. Great guys.
This review is not even about my move. My neighbors hired this company and they are blasting loud music while parked in front of my house all day. This is a quiet neighborhood. So unprofessional and annoying.

We had a great experience with Ronnie and Lucas’ crews last week! They were on time, professional, asked us questions when they needed to, worked quickly and efficiently, and were super respectful of the property and our belongings. They made quick work of our house and it was 2 very full trucks! We got it done in a day. The price was on par for what I thought it would be and beat the competitors. Amy came out and did a walk through of our house to provide the estimate and the actual price came out to be about $100 under the estimate. Nothing broke on the move and I’m super happy with the company. Will definitely use them again…..if I ever move again. Lol! Moving is a LOT of work.
Wow. First time using a professional move and this is the only way I will ever move again. Crew was super careful with my belongings and I have a lot of breakable stuff and there was not one broken or scratched item! They were fast and efficient wrapping all my furniture and making sure everything arrived safely. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received and well worth the money spent (which is less than I was expecting). Thanks y’all truly a 5 Star experience.
I would highly recommend this company. Corin and the team were awesome. They worked hard and at a quick pace. They all had a great attitude and made the move so easy for me. All my questions were answered. Nothing was a surprise. They took great care of my things. I will definitely use them again. Keep up the great work.
My wife and I are expecting a baby very soon, so we upgraded to a larger size home. We are on a short timeline to move before the baby arrives. I called on Monday to set up the move, we scheduled the appointment, and paid the $250 deposit. I was very adamant about needing this done on time (considering we are having our baby next week), and the salesman was very reassuring. I received a call this morning informing me that they would not be able to provide the moving service. They had no problem taking my money, but didn’t mind waiting until 4 days later to cancel. Now I can’t find any moving companies on such short notice. This was certainly a stress my poor wife doesn’t need. Thanks a lot guys.Update:We were able to get moved….no thanks to these clowns. Also just got my money back, a full week later. Great customer service….lie to you, take your money, drag out telling the truth, put you in a time crunch, and then hold on to your money! You might have a better experience if you use these guys, but mine was terrible.

I reached out to All My Sons Moving for a quick and unexpected move, and they responded by setting me up with a reservation and sending out a crew of Joseph, Matt and Jose. My roommate had used another moving company a few days earlier and it went horribly wrong, so I was a bit on edge not knowing what to expect. Well, within minutes of their on-time arrival i knew i had made the right choice in hiring All My Sons to help me move from a third floor apartment onto my moving truck, including some very heavy pieces. No complaining, no grumbling, just a friendly smile and a how can we help attitude. They took great care of all my prized belongings, and Joseph orchestrated the packing of my truck in such a way that not a single item had shifted after a five plus hour move. I was super impressed by their friendly attitude, teamwork and professionalism. It made what is normally an extremely stressful event so much better. Thank you Joseph, Matt, Jose and the team at All My Sons for all of your amazing hard work and help. I truly appreciate you guys!
Gerardo, who I spoke with on the phone was professional, we discussed pricing and time needed for me for the move and delivery. They were able to accommodate my needs and time sensitive delivery options to get me to my new home and get established. If I had to relocate again I know I can count on All My Sons Moving to execute the transition.

David and his team were great. This was my first time hiring a moving company in all my years of moving from place to place, and they were professional, fast, and friendly. A bag of bed frame hardware and mirror slats for my dresser were misplaced, and David was very responsive when I called about them - they were found in the truck and he kindly stayed behind a little after closing time at their south office so I could swing by and retrieve the items.The cost might seem a bit much but it was worth it over the time I would have spent renting a truck and trying to pull together a group of friends to do it myself. I will definitely consider All My Sons moving again in the future when it comes time to have to move again, and I will recommend them to friends and family who are in need of movers.

David and Jonathan were a great crew! All my sons answered on short notice and had the crew meet us at our storage unit within a couple of hours of our initial phone call. They are quick, professional, and kind. we are definitely using them again if we ever need to.
Joe and his crew Dominque and Juan were fantastic !! My mom had them moving furniture upstairs and downstairs and all around the house until she had it just like she wanted. They were so patient with all the changes . I will have them back for phase 2 of our move

Throughout the process, I spoke to 6+ employees via email, text, phone, and face-to-face. All of them were polite, helpful, and made sure I was informed/updated every step of the way.Even *if* I wasnt satisfied with their services, I would still be here acknowledging & appreciating their emphasis I saw on thorough communication.Luckily, I can report I am also VERY satisfied with their services:I had Joseph Ibarra and his crew from the Ben White location helping me out today and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. I was charged for moving an extra item & complained so they reimbursed me. Great. Next problem- the guys were rushing because they couldn’t wait “to get out of here” (told my daughter so) and I have a futon that was damaged during the move. Gerard, the manager, was given pictures and said most likely he could fix it. He planned to come the next day to do so. He changed it to the next day. The day came and went. I reached out multiple times but he has not responded nor come to fix the futon. I have requested paperwork to put in a claim twice and I’m still waiting. Worst experience in every way.
All My Sons Moving sent 3 men. They did a fantastic job. Joshua Carter was the lead man and he did great as well as his guys Trey and Q. They all 3 went over and above on this job. Not only was the work awesome but they were all very professional. They did what was asked of them and always replied with Ma’am and Sir. The job went much longer than expected due to elevator issues but they never slowed down. Again....it was a fantastic experience. I will recommend All My Sons Moving to absolutely anyone hands down. Thank you guys. You turned a potentially bad move into a great experience.

Extremely disappointed in All My Sons Moving after our experience with them. The movers were unprofessional as was the customer service team we dealt with after the fact. We had a fairly simple move - 1 BR apartment with minimal furniture into a storage unit, and they went over the “estimated time” by 3.5 hours (we were told to estimate 3 hours, and it somehow took 6.5), and broke some of our most expensive pieces of furniture. When I first contacted All My Sons Moving about our move, I said multiple times that I had fairly expensive pieces of fragile furniture that I would pay extra to ensure it wasn’t damaged, yet the movers broke both pieces. I understand that mistakes can happen with moves, but this was simply careless because the mover stacked them on top of each other on a dolly. I’m also very concerned about the professionalism of the movers hired by All My Sons as one mover was caught urninating in a drinking water fountain at our storage unit facility. The movers did not listen to me when I asked them not to take the time to wrap our couch because it was to be donated, yet they did so anyway and we were charged for the supplies and this took additional time that we paid for. My husband and I ended up moving about 50% of our boxes ourselves (we had about 25 boxes total) because the movers were taking so long in between loads and we did not want to keep racking up the hours. Then, the way the movers packed our storage unit was absolutely unbelievable. Furniture in the middle, boxes stacked on top of each other to the point that the fell, and empty spaces in the back where no one was able to access. Overall, the movers were unprofessional and the service from All My Sons after the move absolutely did not match the service we received prior to move, which is very disappointing. I would absolutely not recommend hiring this company for any upcoming moves.

The three guys broke several of our stuff. When confronted, we were SCREAMED at and CUSSED at in front of our children. I would never ever ever ever recommend this company. Unless you love getting screamed at by overweight huge scary dudes and love your fragile sentimental items to be broken!
Went to their website, entered my number for a quote, immediately got a robocall that connected me to a person who had no idea why I was on the line and who needed to connect me to a different person in order to get the quote the robocall told me was ready. And instead of being connected to that person, I was hung up on. Thats all the first impression I need.
I would give you guys a 2 because they broke some of my kitchen glasses. Didnt really put anything in place just dropped it at the living room. They stopped at the store in route which pushed my time back. At the end I really felt robbed over charged with what should of been no longer than a 2 hour move ended up being 700 dollars!
Everything was wrapped and professionally handled. Staff was punctual and ready to work. Would recommend working with them if you need to move your home or business!
The movers were nice and got a lot of our stuff moved in the allotted time, but 4 of our belongings were broken in the process. One of the times that was broken is hindering me from being able to complete work.
My consultation and scheduling process was incredible. Amy was super friendly and accommodating, working with me on a tight deadline to make our move possible. And, the actual movers, Miguel and Jorge were fantastic - they were super nice, thorough, and very quick but careful. These three people saved my experience.The reason for the 3 star review is the same thing that makes me dread hiring movers, there always seems to be someone that is assigned to play “hardball” the day of the move. No matter how careful you are to point out everything you want moved and what things they should know for moving day, that person assigned to “manage” the job will inevitably act completely shocked at the circumstances of the move. They send fewer people than the quote spelled out because the job “seemed completely doable with less people” but then act caught off guard by the scope of the work. Pointing out the narrow hallways, vacuum sealed clothing (that was discussed in the consultation) not being boxed up, or furniture that is “in the way” (even though it’s all going on the truck anyways) are all reasons why the estimate that they originally provided is “void.” You are in a vulnerable position and almost no one is in a place to call it off and reschedule on such short notice. Now you are left with the prospect of the cost of your move potentially doubling and you just have to deal with it.After all that, after adding a ton of stress, disappointment and frustration, the final cost of the move was LESS than what I was quoted for. In summary, their prices are fair and Amy, Miguel, and Jorge are absolutely incredible assets to the company (I cannot overstate this). But, in the end, most moving companies seem to operate in a similar fashion and you just hope that you have an Amy, Miguel, or Jorge involved to save your experience.

I hired All My Sons for my local move. While the guys who moved my belongings we friendly they clearly were very young and inexperienced movers. I’ve used many movers in my time and these were by far the slowest. I was previously moved into that apartment with more boxes in half the time. Not sure if they were slow to draw out the timing to get paid more or what. The manager even called and told me it shouldn’t take more than 1.5 hours in total, it took 3+ which when I’m paying an hourly rate that is a lot.I went to the new house while my boyfriend stayed back with them to make sure everything went smoothly. The movers told my boyfriend wrapping items such as the couch and the tv were “included” in my package/purchase. That was false. I did not ask for that and I specifically told them when I booked the move I don’t need any packing and I was assured if I don’t want it I don’t have to pay. Needless to say when I got my bill at the end I was charged for packing materials. When I originally booked the service I was told I don’t pay for “drive time” because it’s included in the hourly cost… I was charged $179 for drive time when the company is located a few miles from my place. Overall I was not impressed by the misleading charges and would never book All My Sons again. I recommend you don’t either!

Joseph L and Gary (maybe Jerry, sorry I cant remember) were fantastic! They were efficient and made the most out of the time they were with us. Worked very quickly and were polite. I was nervous based on previous mover experience with a different company but these guys are great! I had options for cheaper but Colt on the phone sold us with his personality and we are so happy we went with them! Ill recommend them to anyone asking for movers!

Clayton and Joseph were so very helpful. They helped us get our stuff across town without any incidents. They moved us fast and efficiently and also helped us rearrange some items once in our new place. I definitely recommend them and would 10/10 use them again. Always very responsive and very helpful. In home Estimate was fair, and we were able to pack a good bit ourselves to lower that price. During the move the guys were super professional. Although we had a few small decorations breaks or furniture pieces chipped (why we gave 4 stars instead of 5), that’s generally expected of any move, especially if I was to do it myself. Overall very satisfied.
All my sons made this move so much easier. David was so helpful. He went out if his way to help to make sure everything was handled with care. He even tighten the screws on my desk. I would highly recommend the all my sons on Ben white in Austin!

Due to extenuating circumstances I was not available to see the move to the end. However, Corvin Smith and his crew were professional throughout. I can’t recommend them enough. My daughter who oversaw the entire move had only positive things to say. I’ll be moving back in after renovations are complete and I will definitely book All My Sons when I know the date! Worst experience with movers in my entire life. Broke my furniture and held it hostage from my mother cause she was alone during the move. They forced her to pay an extra 700 dollars not agreed upon beforehand or else they were not gonna release the furniture. It’s ridiculous and criminal. Never choose this company especially if you are a girl they will mistreat you.
We are going to be between houses, so I called All My Sons to move us into storage. Finding a moving company in July was a challenge. All My Sons had an opening on the date I needed. Justin came out the same day to do an estimate and get us scheduled. The follow up leading to the move was excellent.Joseph Loera and his team showed up on time and ready to move. They were very efficient, respectful and friendly. They were all a pleasure to work with.They got us moved into storage with no issues. Ill ask for them again when its time to move from storage to the new home!

Hired these guys for a move on Sunday and they were fantastic. Was my first time hiring movers but Robert and his team were quick and efficient. They managed to move my IKEA kallax shelf from the third floor! It did require them to disassemble but I genuinely didnt expect my to make it out at all. Cant recommend them enough. Look forward to working with them again.
I had a really positive experience right from getting a quote during which the agent who helped me answered a bunch of questions and was really warm and patient. There was lots of good communication and checking in via phone and email between the time I scheduled my move and the day of.On moving day Jace and Luke were communicative, showed up right on time and were friendly and professional. They were extremely conscientious and careful with my things. We had done a pretty good job packing but anything they were nervous about they further padded, wrapped and secured. I was amazed how quickly they loaded everything and I’ve yet to see any signs of damage. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

These guys gave false information of how they charge for services and took my deposit. They stated they charge $199 per hour!! The day before my move I had to call them to get times for the move at which point the guys told me they now have a minimum of charge of 1hr drive time with 2 hours of moving time. At this time I explained to the gentleman that I was never informed of the minimum hours required and I wasn’t gonna pay them $600 dollars for 30 mins worth of work!! So I canceled the move and was told I would receive my deposit back and here I am with no refund and nothing but run a rounds from this company. Do not do business with these guys. They are in truthful and do this in order to get ur money. None of the other companies I talked to take deposits so that explains a lot!!

Not only were they on time, but I received multiple courtesy calls from the Andrew at the office checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Zeppelin and Alex were the movers and such a pleasure to work with. Quick, attentive, and got the job done perfectly. They were VERY cautious in making sure that all of my pieces of furniture were moved delicately through doorways, up and down stairs, padded and not damaged in anyway throughout the entirety of the move. 100% recommend!

These guys were amazing and worth the money, I have always moved myself or with bellhops but they were well worth it. Showed up on time, worked really hard, cost a reasonable price for all their hard work. I would hire them again in a heart beat, thank you for making my move better. They even took apart and reassembled our beds. Thank you!!!!! I am on half penny, tell your boss I am very pleased.

My primary mover was Zeppelin Ball along with one other. Both were great. They unpacked only (truck to apartment). They were on time. They communicated in advance. They were very careful with my items and followed instructions. They unpacked the truck in about 30 minutes.Each person I spoke to to schedule and coordinate the service was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I scheduled this while out of state and they made it very easy. I cant recommend them enough!
These guys did awesome. I called to have 2 guys to come help me unload a truck. They were very polite and very efficient. It took me all day to load and they unloaded it and help set up in just a short amount of time. I dont know what I. Would have done without them.

This company goes above the ask and brings their A game.I paid for a long distance full service (pack, load, unload). Not one of my items was damaged. Unbelievable. That’s never happened to me before and I’ve moved a lot. This was my first time using All My Sons but not my last.If you want a move service that does things right, call All My Sons.My point of contacts were Mathew Harbor, Daniel Frank, Noah, Robert, And two other amazing guys who are part of the A team. Ask for these employees if you want it done right.I’m a very particular individual with high standards for myself and I hold others to high standards as well. My motto in life is get it done and do it right. Don’t cut corners. Be honest. Be generous and hire the best in every service you purchase whether it be a surgeon or a moving company. Hire the best. Ive moved 7 times in the past 10-years so I feel like I have a pretty good read on movers. This company talks a really good game but unfortunately doesnt back it up with action. The crew had major issues finding my existing location and new location despite clear direction before and during the move. I had a brand new mattress wrapped in a plastic covering that they ripped while they were moving it. After watching them sweat all over it and looking like they never moved one before, it took me requesting them to wrap it again. At which the mover replied thats a good idea. Midway through the move the lead pulled me aside to request a tip at the end. Unprofessional and something Ive never been solicited for during a move. Especially for substandard service. Items were left unassembled after the move. I called the crew 30 minutes later and they told me they would talk to their manager but were on their way to another job. I called & emailed their office 6 times over the course of a week and was met with unfulfilled promises, not a single apology, and poor communication at their office. Sounds like an exaggeration but sadly its not. No one should have to chase problem resolution in the middle of a move when you already have so much going on. Its a real shame that their services dont live up to the family values they trumpet on their website or the commitments they make.

After moving my self frequently in the past I opted to hire some movers. All My Sons sent Dan and John for my move and they were great. They were personable and careful with my belongings. All My Sons made the move much less tedious for an appropriate rate. I appreciated the regular check-ins from mangers to ensure the move is going smoothly. Maybe this company is good for moving between houses, but from one apartment to another they took more than twice the time initially estimated. When confronted to management later, I was yelled at and argued with heavily. After multiple discussions, a portion of the total amount was supposed to be returned to me, but I never was followed up by management and I wasnt able to reach back out. I would definitely would not recommend this company.

Called to get a quote and apparently moving a one bedroom to a one bedroom in the same complex is too insignificant to get great customer service. I asked for a quote and Mason said like over $600. Okay, so Im still interested at this point...Im certainly not moving my son myself...When I asked if he had a more specific price, he said he cant give out that information and then silence. Apparently he didnt want my business so hes not getting it. If price for movers was an issue, I wouldnt be calling. Its convenience and service I am looking for...apparently All My Sons Moving & Storage doesnt provide that.

BE AWARE. They DO NOT pay for ALL damages. I hired them in Austin, they completely destroyed a brand new refrigerator with scratches and dents. The movers said “call the office.” After calling I had to file a claim which I did. I sent pictures and got estimates to repair or replace. Damages would’ve cost them $1649 they offered me $300. The following was their excuse.All licensed movers in the state of Texas have a standard liability of .60 cents per pound article. For example, if a 50–pound television is damaged as a result of a move, the mover is only required to reimburse you $30 (50 lbs. X 0.60 = $30). Keep in mind that all the movers limits are not the same as insurance.

I had two experiences with All My Sons. The first was a flawless move, very professional movers who got the done well and quickly.My second experience started out much the same, very friendly staff over the phone helped me schedule my move. However, I was told that I would receive a call the Wednesday before my move to let me know the arrival time for Saturday. When I called on Wednesday, they informed me that they would not be able to tell me the time of arrival and that I would receive a call Thursday or Friday.I received no call on Thursday. Friday I received a call at noon informing me that they would not be able to complete my move on Saturday due to their trucks not returning on time from an out of town move and that they would be refunding my $100 deposit. They were very polite and apologized but I am frustrated. I understand that things happen, but I wish they would have attempted to make an effort to correct the situation by perhaps offering to rent a truck and still complete the move or to do the move on Sunday instead.At the end of the day I do believe that they are a good company, and capable of doing a good job but I feel like they really dropped the ball and have left me in a really tough situation.
I hired and paid them to move my whole house from South Austin to North Austin. What I got was 90% of my house moved and not moved perfectly. The crew moved quickly to get the truck loaded and tried to load the truck as full as possible at the expense of my furniture. They destroyed/broke my 2 book shelves (both of which had no damage from multiple cross country moves), they chipped my new dinning room chairs, they put a hole in the back of my dresser, they stained my couch cushion (cushion was not wrapped in plastic as they used it to fill voids in the truck), they only moved 2/3rds of my garage leaving multiple large items behind and they did not touch my back yard items (patio furniture, BBQ, toy box, etc).After the crew was done loading (not at the end of the job) the primary guy asked for a tip ($75 to $100 per guy) and then he offered to come back with a uhaul and move the rest of my stuff if I pay him under the table. When they delivered my items they assumed they could not wear masks (thanks for putting my immune compromised child at risk). Towards the end of the off load they just started put boxes where ever, I still have boxes in random rooms and I am playing where is that box.Now when I call customer support I get a voicemail or phone that just rings and no one answers.I would not recommend this company to anyone. This branch needs to be renamed to All my Crooks
I wish I could go back in time and get my husband to look at a different moving company. Our lease was up and we decided to move to the east side of Killeen. He contacted this sad excuse for a moving company and they started off with being very communicative- calling us to thank us for ‘trusting’ them and choosing them. Day of the move they called within the first 30 min-1hr to see how everything was going which for the most part it was fine. When we got to our new rental one of the 2 movers accidentally pulled out a wooden plank from the floor and let me know. I made my husband aware and he let the other mover know and wanted to know how he could file a claim. This guy had a MAJOR attitude claiming it was going to come out of his paycheck. My husband and I still remained polite as he rushed to give him the claim number. My husband attempted to contact the company who proceeded to let him know if he had had an issue he should have said something when they called to check the services. When my husband didn’t get any more responses I decided to email them and of course, I haven’t heard back from them. To make matters worse the mover with the attitude ‘put together’ our bed and upon inspection we realized he didn’t ever screw in the screws all the way and now we have a broken bed. Oh and they also quoted us the ‘worst case scenario’ and charged us about $30 less than that despite the fact that they didn’t move everything they were supposed to. If you choose this company obviously you may have a different experience but be aware they will try to scam you.
The movers (Doron Weimer and others) we’re friendly and courteous. They worked quickly and we’re careful with my things and my home. I’d give the Doron and the other movers FIVE STARS. The reason that I’m giving 3 1/2 stars overall is because I received a lower quote from the customer service rep a week before my move then I did from the operations manager two days before my move. I was thankful that the operations manager worked with me on the cost of the move so that I could move as scheduled, but that caused some undue stress at an already hectic time. I recommend that you get your quote in writing, if possible, before you make your final plans.
Overcharged from what my initial quote was by 1k. Multiple broken items. Care was not taken in moving my items whatsoever. Found personal items all over the street when the movers left. Movers took multiple breaks on the clock to go smoke in their truck. Would not recommend to anyone.
I used this company last April (2020) and had a phenomenal experience. They moved my items in less than 2 hours, which is what was estimated to me in the quote. I felt i payed a reasonable price for good service and tipped very well.However, I was present today when All My Sons moved my neighbors two buildings down to a different unit in the same complex. They were allegedly charged almost 1000 bucks TO MOVE TWO BUILDINGS DOWN. They started at around 10am and finished at 4pm (I was present at the new place intermittently and in general, at home all day during the move so I can attest this timeframe is correct). Everything was labeled where it should be moved to and items still didn’t make it to the right spot. I saw the sticker labels, my neighbors put in a lot of work beforehand to organize and make sure it was clear what needed to be moved to where. The movers allegedly insisted on disassembling things that, in my opinion, didn’t need to be disassembled to move. They didn’t finish reassembling one of the couches. I am at their place now and their upstairs couch has an arm that’s not secured and is hanging loose.THEY DIDN’T USE THE MOVING TRUCK AT ALL!! They instead made small trips carrying things by hand which is probably why it took them all day. I witnessed them making many, many trips on foot to and from the old place, carrying small items and boxes. What exactly did they pay for if not a moving truck!???They also allegedly showed up late and they only brought 2 guys instead of 3. One mover was allegedly having some kind of meltdown during the move, shouting profanities. I witnessed the other mover apologize to my neighbors for the conduct of the other one on the way out. He also said he was sorry about the property damage they caused but gave them absolutely no instructions or steps they could take to file a claim..they literally broke a board on the stairs in the new place, popped a ceiling light out at the old place, and scratched paint on the hallways and doors of the new and old units. I am looking at this damage now and it is horrendous. I also heard several bangs and thuds from them dropping items upstairs while I was here.My neighbors were so uncomfortable and ready to get them out they finally called it off in the late afternoon with things still needing to be moved (after allegedly receiving encouragement by the movers who were allegedly stating they were running out of time).I witnessed two phone calls to the company afterwards to formally make a complaint about the quality of service and the property damage. They allegedly received no guarantee on any sort of refund or a timeframe on the needed repairs, instead being told to fill out forms.I don’t know what the hell happened in a years time but do not use this company.
I hired them to help me move because my other company wasn’t available, I regret not waiting and using the other company. They were an hour late from the window given. When told they would be on their way it took over an hour for them to get there when I was told they were about 20 minutes away. When I booked with this company I was told they would assemble my furniture once inside, this did not happen. I planned for a 2 man team but was basically told it would be longer until they made it to me if I wouldn’t use the 3 man team they had in the area and the price was going to be “about the same”. Since it was already 4pm I agreed because I can’t move my furniture by myself. I ended up paying a lot more for the services than planned because of this change and don’t feel I got what I should have for my money. In addition, when leaving my complex I discovered they had left some of my items in the parking lot. Thankfully, my neighbors didn’t steal my stuff but wow... over $400 (after my $100 deposit) and you’re late, don’t get all my stuff inside, and (in my opinion) pressure me into accepting a larger crew at a higher price. The staff on the phone was friendly and so were the movers but I felt forced into accepting a 3 man crew at a higher price and not getting everything that was told would be included. They didn’t even have to move my stuff from one living place to another, just empty my storage POD. I will not be using All My Sons Moving and Storage again.
Lucas, Gary and Dylan are energetic, careful, dependable, respectful and timely movers. They did such a great job moving us from downtown Austin to Bee Cave. Everything was organized, carefully packed and moved, and the team hustled. They made our lives easier with such a pleasant experience.

We used All My Sons to move into our new house during the Covid pandemic. They assured us many times that they would be taking all safety precautions (wearing gloves, masks, disinfecting, etc) but when the movers got there none of them were wearing gloves or masks. Also, when getting our quote they quoted a MUCH lower price than we ended up having to pay day of. They hooked us in with a low quote and promise of safety and didn’t deliver on either. The movers did a good job of the actual move though, but just a warning to those looking for movers during this time.

We had these people set up to move us on Monday 6-28-21. We had paid a deposit in advance. We called the morning of the move to see what time to expect them, and was told they couldnt make it. Unbelievable! I ended up having to scramble to find a Uhaul truck and move myself.
PLEASE, do not use this company.The movers were very nice. However, the company is seriously lacking in customer service and honesty. They tried to charge me over 3x what I was quoted.Knowing they had used immoral tactics (lying), I fought the charge. They attempted to gas light me.I was still charged $418 more than the quoted price per hour (I used less than 1.5 hours). They will charge you a $100 “deposit” that doesn’t go towards your payment and that you do not receive back. “Deposit” is not the correct vernacular and is purposely misleading. “Fee” would be the appropriate term.I only had them move a one bed room apartment, had everything packed before they arrived, and moved a 14 minute drive down the street and they tried to charge me a total amount of $627.63.BEWARE.
I moved onto the 3rd floor in an apartment and these men did such a great job! I’m so glad I chose to get movers and used All My Sons. Stratton was so great to work with! Definitely will use again.

This was my first time hiring movers and I’ll never do it anyother way again! My crew was awesome! Not only did they quickly and carefully load everything, they helped me wrap all glass, pack the last minute things and reassured me I could stop panicking!The guys were funny while also getting the job done fast! They helped me get some basics like the bed and TV stand, etc set up in my new place. And keeping a positive attitude with a 3rd floor place is no easy thing!The staff called multiple times during the move just to check in, I was happy to report everyone was going swimmingly but customer service like that makes all the difference!I absolutely recommend them for any move! They go over all the pricing upfront, there are no hidden fees and if your ready when they get there, it’ll be the fastest move ever!Thanks again y’all!
Ive been trying to get in touch with someone since the day after the move to no avail. I moved 09/30/20 with my boyfriend. We both separately called on separate days to inquire about a quote. Neither of us were told the details we should have. We were both told, were strictly hourly. Which was why we went with All My Sons. We finally got a call the day before with the time range for when the movers would arrive. Hours before the scheduled time frame, I get a call from a manager stating how its basically now or never because their first job cancelled. I immediately had to stop my last minute packing and drive over to my new complex to grab the keys. The movers beat me by a couple minutes. The movers started apologizing for the time crunch and went on to say how they went to their first job and the tenant said oh no I was told you guys were coming in the afternoon.So, why didnt I get that option? Anyway, the move goes underway. The movers, Albert and another (never got his name) were really cool and polite. They werent the best with wearing their masks, but I digress. We finally are at the end and Albert is showing me and my boyfriend the total. We were both taken aback. $15 for two cardboard boxes?! I had SO many lying around that I couldve used IF I had my original time slot and IF I knew it wasnt strictly hourly. $30 for shrink wrap? Again, I wouldve done it myself if I knew. 6 rolls of tape?! Where? For what? Fuel surcharge? Never mentioned. Lastly, a mattress bag. Which I had but again didnt have time because they movers beat me to my old place.I was counting each hour and doing the math as we went to make sure it fits our budget. Then when we expressed to Albert what we were told, he wasnt surprised at all. He mentioned the name of a woman and asked if it was her that said these things. My boyfriend said yea, that he spoke with her (apparently she works in the north area). Both movers go on to say, yea shes been getting us into trouble saying these things. So Albert calls his boss. Boss says nothing they can do. The movers did nothing wrong so we still tipped them cash and let them go about their day but Im seething. Im not just posting this to complain but to let potential customers know: be prepared to ask every single thing they charge for because strictly hourly is a lie. Also ask how the time slots work and if theres some policy because we got screwed. All in all, we paid a couple hundred more than expected and havent gotten a single response from anyone. Next time, I will go to a company thats way more transparent.
The team from All My Sons Moving did a terrific job for us this week! They sent a team of 4, Chris, Albert, Douglas and Robert, to move our first floor furniture out while we have our floors refurbished. In addition to the baby grand piano, we have some very heavy and unwieldy pieces that the team moved gently and efficiently. They were done ahead of schedule. Once the floors are done, we’re looking forward to seeing the same team to move it all back in again.
4 weeks later and no one has followed up post-move, as promised by manager. I would recommend not allowing this company, or any moving company at that, to quote you over the phone. Request an in-person consultation for a quote, as I was over-charged for a tiny, 520 square foot move (half of the labor which I did myself. Just needed help w/ heavy stuff). I requested one roll of tape, but was charged for 4-5 rolls that were left by the movers. I was not aware of gas taxes. Zero expectations for price on supplies were set during the initial consultation. The only expectations set were the hourly and then the 15 minute surcharged increments (that weren’t set until the second person I talked to after the receptionist ). My move here fromHouston with my car getting towed in the back was cheaper than this in-town move from south to north Austin. Ridiculous. The movers worked hard and no damage done. However, I caught one of them smoking a cigarette instead of meeting me to check out, therefore adding more time after the hourly minimum was exceeded. Zero communication between the front desk and the movers.

I rarely write any reviews but this company made me write one. I would sum up my experience with this company in two words, NEVER AGAIN.Allow me to explain my experience with this company. I call them up a month before my move and they seem very professional over the phone. We discuss the rate and they take a deposit from me. A day before the move, I get a call from them to check up on me and explaining how the next day is going to go. The appointment was set to 8AM.I had packed everything before hand and all they had to do is move it to the apartment 1 min drive away from my current one. I thought they were running late so I waited till about 8:45AM and gave them a call.The guy over the phone tells me some sob story about how his drivers had high temperatures so they wont be able to make it to my place today. He said that for the last 45 minutes he was trying to figure out what to do. Yeah, he started figuring out what to do at the time I was supposed to be moving. Now I completely understand we are living in difficult times due to COVID, so I suggested I still have a weeks time on my lease and if they can help me out sometime over the next week, then it should be fine. His response was Well, all dates are booked by other jobs, so if I have to accommodate you then I will have to cancel someone else, So I might as well cancel yours.THIS IS ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE, where I HAD TO CALL THEM because they SIMPLY DIDNT SHOW UP.His story wasnt adding up because if the drivers were sick, then that means they wont be able to complete any other job for the next few weeks. But he mentioned over the phone that they are busy with other jobs so they cant squeeze me in for the entire week.At this point I was a little frustrated because1. They took a deposit, usually that means the move is guaranteed. This was explained to me by other movers that once the customer pays a deposit, we guarantee the move.2. When they realized that they couldnt come, they made no attempt in informing me.3. The person on the phone said, contact other businesses. There are a lot of companies in Austin that can help you move. I asked him, can you suggest me a few so I can reach out to them. His response was - umm.. uhhh.. just google, there are many companies.The challenge was most companies require at-least a couple of days notice in order to guarantee the move. Luckily we found another company called Three Men Movers that took care of us on the same day.In short, if you want someone to take your money as deposit and leave you high and dry on the day of your move then please go ahead with this company. I had to come write this review even thought it has been a couple of weeks so that someone who is planning a move doesnt make the same mistake as I did. This company isnt dependable.
Lamont, Monty and Juan did an awesome job! They showed up on time, packed everything with care, and moved at a professional pace. Very friendly and professional. Less then 3 hours start to finish moving a 3 bedroom house to the new home. This is my second time using All My Sons and I will always use them for all my moves. Thanks again!
We had a ground floor to ground floor move. It went over 20 minutes. But we were charged for a full half hour on top of the 2 hour minimum.This wouldnt typically be a problem, but we left from the first location at the same time and it took them 20 more minutes to get to the 2nd location that it took us. Then once we get to the new location, one of the movers decided to have a conversation with us without having anything in his hands or on his dolly. While hes sitting there talking I decided to start moving things myself to give him the hint as to not let him know how much I did not care about what he was talking about.Also, we got a $30 charge for shrink wrap after only 2 couches were wrapped. 1. I didnt care for the items to be wrapped honestly. 2. We didnt get to keep the roll, when we were clearly charged for the whole roll.None of this is to say all of our items didnt make it to the new location safely and unbroken.Just be aware of your time & make sure you know there are fees that arent really mentioned when booking. Also, make sure you make the movers aware of the time when the move is complete and not when they go on to the truck to call the boss to see whats going on for another 10+ minutes and come back to tell you the move is over at 11:30 when the time is still clearly 11:20
Do not believe that you have the move confirmed- I talked with a representative on Saturday to book an office move the following Thursday. They said everything was confirmed for me and I had movers. They took my deposit from my card. I called again on Tuesday to make sure everything was confirmed, and they said I had movers and was confirmed I even added a packing service. Finally I got a missed call from them and they put me on hold, switched me to another rep who told me then- two days before my confirmed move- that I did not have movers and they were overbooked.
Had a great experience with All My Sons. The two movers were on time and very careful and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Having had bad experiences with movers in the past, All My Sons were personable and professional. Thanks Alamo the and Mahdee for making a stressful time much easier !

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. The negative reviews are correct. The pricing is intentionally misleading, they will charge you much more than the initial quote, and the movers will beg you for tips.I moved a 45 minute distance with a small one bedroom’s amount of stuff. I had no super heavy furniture. When I first called All My Sons, the guy I spoke to told me about their hourly rate ($179) and estimated that the work would take about 3 hours. So, I thought the total cost would be under $500. I paid the $100 deposit and booked.On the next call, I spoke to a different man. He told me that I misunderstood the quote and that it would actually be between $800 - $900. I was obviously unhappy with this, but I recognize that I did not understand the pricing and that since this was my first time ever using a moving company, the misunderstanding was probably my fault. So I agreed to move forward with them. They told me the movers would be there between 8:30 - 9:30am. He also reminds me that it’s customary to tip.The day of the move, the movers arrived at about 9:50. I get no call letting me know they are running late. They finally arrive, and leader guy reminds me that it is customary to tip.The movers get everything loaded in less than an hour. They tell me that they’re gonna stop for a drink, but will be right behind me. They show up at the destination almost two hours after I do, and they seem like they are high. They unload in about twenty minutes. I am then given a bill for $1200 and reminded, once again, that they will take a tip. I say that this is way more than I was quoted for, and the leader guys says he can call his boss.The boss tells me that it was just a quote, and that “oh wait, he forgot to take off their lunch break,” (the one I wasn’t even told about); that’s right! Tried to charge me for their BREAK. He says he can give me a $50 discount more, but that’s all he can do. All in all, I pay about $1150 with the deposit.Then, I give the movers $60. At this point, I have been WAY OVERCHARGED, and the three guys did maybe 1.5 hours of actual work. The mover in charge says to me, “I don’t meant to sound ungrateful but people usually tip way more than this.” I tell him that is all I have. He says, “You can venmo me.”At this point, I was intensely uncomfortable. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman moving by myself and obviously I am new to this. I tell him I can’t give him anymore money, and finally they leave after making me incredibly uncomfortable.If you are a woman alone, don’t use them! They will try to take advantage of you. If you are really anyone else, don’t use them! Terrible experience. I have to imagine some of these good reviews are padded by friends and family, cause good lord - this was awful.

All my sons went above and beyond. They sent out Albert, Chris. Both well mannered, worked non stop, very fit bodies, and handsome. These guys made me feel so comfortable. They finished the job two hours ahead of the estimate which saved me money. My only complaint is Albert stood me up on our dinner date a week later wink wink* haha I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional moving company that gets the job done the way it should be done. My estimated quote was not accurate at all. I was quoted a hourly rate and the estimated amount of time to load & unload. I was not quoted for packing materials that they used ( to shrink wrap my furniture) which I never asked for .The fuel charge and travel time was overated...We only moved twelve miles away. The movers arrival time was about thirty minutes later. The two movers worked quickly and we provided them a very clear path as they only moved furniture items as we had moved everything else. In spite of the clear path, detailed list of items to be moved, and everything disconnected and dis assembled the moveout time took longer than the estimate. My estimate from the other moving company would have been a solid $250)-300 cheaper, but I trusted the first companies lower estimate. Never again. The most appalling thing was the main mover blatantly said to us that he wanted to let me know the customary tip they usually get is $50 to $100 per mover. Supposedly the mover thought the problem with the estimate was that its done by a salesperson not a actual mover.
I’m really not sure why they think it’s ok to block a neighbor in. They could have parked facing the other direction and been in front of the house they are moving stuff out of.

Very disappointed on this company. I sold my house and Reserved my moving date with them the day I had to be out of my house. They told me they would call me two days prior to confirm and never heard from them, so I called them to confirm and was told they will be at my house in morning. Morning came no call from them, so I called them just to be told they couldnt come, that they had to cancell me because driver came down with covid. No back up plan just cancelled on me. Good luck if you hire them.
Felt like we needed to take a minute to post a review about AMS Moving and Storage and what a fantastic job they did. After returning home from a business trip we found our home flooded due to a burst water heater. Needing to get our contents out of the house as soon as possible I reached out to AMS and spoke with Erin, explained our circumstances and she simply made it happen and scheduled us movers and packers for the next morning.That afternoon Brian called a few times to make sure they had all the information correct and to make sure they were not missing anything. The following morning the crew of Albert, Chris, Juan, & Doug showed up on time, walked through the house with us to make sure what needed to go and where and then got to work. These guys were AWESOME. They were very careful with all of our fragile items and packed everything up with care, were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed.The day of the move Brian called again just to see how things were going and make sure we were happy with the work being done there.In my business customer service is key and All My Sons has it in spades. They hire great people, care about what they are doing and most of the professionals that moved us had been with the company for years. Honestly could not be any happier or feel the whole experience could have gone any better! Thank you guys for caring about what you do - it shows!Special thanks to Albert, Chris, Juan, & Doug. I used all my sons about two weeks ago. Brian told me hed be sending out his best crew. I was weary because I hired Apache movers and had an horrible experience. Albert, Chris, and Juans up on time and were super careful, fast and I was amazed how quickly the move went. At one point I asked Albert if there was anything I could do to help he replied Ill get you a chair so you can just watch us knock this out real quick . Haha amazing company, they do background checks on all these guys. Very professional. Good job Albert Chris and Juan.
After confirming my move date and taking a deposit, these guys were completely non-responsive. I called several times and kept getting the run around that they would call me back in five minutes. Finally, on the morning of my scheduled move, I called AGAIN, and this time they told me my driver had been an accident and that they wouldnt be able to complete the move at all. Dont waste your time with this company.
Jace, Stratton, John, Joseph helped me move all my stuff from my apartment and they broke down all my furniture and rebuilt it in my new place. They moved all my boxes and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly, effectively, and professionally.
We were lucky enough to have the A-Team (SHAWN, TEDDY AND JR) they were extremely professional , courteous, considerate and respectful of our things. Their work ethic is amazing they did not stop working and seriously had only a 30 minute break for lunch. Our move was not an easy one and they were able to get our huge couch up our narrow stairway with barely a scratch! Thank you again. Awesome job!

Since the first call to schedule movers, Anthony took the lead and was very helpful and gave me so much information. I set my move and paid my $100 deposit that they said goes twowards the final fees during my move. I had a slight panic when my financials did not work out to do my move in fees so I had to call back a few days later to reschedule. They tried their hardest to work with me on the reschedule date and we came to a good middle. Unfortunately I did have to cancel my services because my finances came through last minute on my original move date and I knew I had already missed my window for the movers and/or they already got booked for my first original date amd time. So since then I did not need their services and just used my friends truck. When I asked Gerardo if I was going to get my deposit back, he stated that there was a 48 hour window that it needed to be cancelled before hand and I thought I was still in thst window since when I cancelled, I still had about 2 days. Gerardo spoke to someone in another department who handles those and he came back with good news saying their will refund it. So thank you for all your help. Sorry I couldnt use the actual services, but would recommend just from the customer service alone.

I cant imagine having a better experience with moving. The team at All My Sons Moving did a stellar job from start to finish. Our movers were meticulous with our items. Albert, Chris, and John were great hardworking men. If we ever move I know exactly who Im going to call.
These guys are a great choice for your next move. They were fast in their service, did everything they said they would do, and the office follow up to make sure your needs are met is the highest I’ve seen and working with movers. They were very cautious and did a great job protecting my property, and I would definitely use them again!
Called and was super excited because they could help in an emergency, they took deposit...but when I called to ask a question, was told their call center should not have booked me. They said would refund deposit, but when I checked 24 hrs later, refund not processed. I called and was told that it was done, but wasnt their problem how long it takes for my bank to out back... funny thing? their call center too the deposit right away, that should be their problem. Do not recommend only for the lack of professionalism.
I was so overwhelmed by the numerous options for moving companies. All My Sons had a great track record, and for all of the quotes I received, AMS was either comparable or better. What stood out at first was the fact that it did not feel like they were trying to sell me anything, and there was no pressure. In fact, they told me to take my time and do research so that I make the best decision for me. Other companies were telling me to hurry because there were few spots left...in the dead of winter and an entire month out. I just had this good feeling about All My Sons, and when I called back to make the reservation, I felt truly appreciated as an individual, and not just another source of income for the company. When a couple friends reached out to see who I chose for my move, and I told them AMS, one of them said he heard only good things about the company, and the other one said he and his wife used them, and they were the best moving company. Now that I have had my own experience, I could not agree more! My moving guys, Terrick and Mike, were very warm, helpful, and reassuring as to the care that would be taken with my belongings. All My Sons management contacted me by phone twice during the move, to make sure the guys showed up and were working to my satisfaction, and again to ensure that things were still going well. I could speak this company’s praises for much longer. I highly recommend them, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Further, my parents came into town to help me pack up my home, and once they had the moving experience along with me, they said they would recommend All My Sons to others, and they would use them as well if they should need to move. Thank you, All My Sons! You have well exceeded any expectations I had for my move. I am a happy gal!! I will definitely use your company again when a move is in order. Thank you so much!!
After packing up all our things with no problems, it took them almost 3 hours to get to our new house. I understand it was in Georgetown but they took almost an hour break before leaving South Austin on a FRIDAY at 3:30 ! They lied and said they had been in traffic but their GPS told another story. They did not put our bed or our kitchen table back correctly and before leaving Austin one of the movers made it clear that they expected a tip. I’m so sorry I tipped them before I realized our items were not put together correctly. Now I have to pay someone to finish something I already paid for. I would never recommend this company- mainly because nobody has contacted us from the main office to even apologize.

I WAS OFFERED $25 FOR A $300 BROKEN TV. I have never felt the need to write a google review up until now.. the movers were nice and friendly, but when making their first trip out of the apartment and a recliner is dropped... I should have known better than to let them wrap my TV in one old beat up blanket. Once again, the movers were nice, but when hearing, “we’ll take care of you if you take care of us,” (insinuating additional tipping) it definitely discredited the professionalism. Not to mention they kept the credited $80 tip and the $25 dollars offered to recompense (barely covering sales tax of my TV) was a slap in the face. I paid $485 dollars and a TV for move that was done in 2 hours time.

I do not recommend all my sons moving company, they hit my garage door and front door frame. It has been almost a month since I moved and the “customer care” department hasn’t replied to my claim yet.
I was supposed to leave this review last week,but better late than never. I wasnt there but my wife had nothing but great things to say about the crew from all my sons. The driver Albert and his two helpers Chris and Juan came in and handled business. We went from a 4th floor apartment to our new home and they treated our things so carefully. Also Shawn I think my wife said his name was called multiple times to check on the move. Good job Albert and the crew. Illl recommend yall to friends and family . I was very pleased with my move, I hired all my sons, they sent Albert, Chris , to help me move my grandmothers, grandfather clock and even a disassembled pool table. I was amazed on how careful Albert was with the clock, he even set it back up for me, set the clock etc.. I tipped them well, because of the great job they did. I move a lot and Ive experienced some bad moves. These guys are pros. Ask for Albert and Chris, yall wont be dissapointed. Also the customer service was great they called me atleast four times throughout the move. Sorry for the late review Ive been Soo busy. Thanks again all my sons

2022-03-28We are so grateful for our recent experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage. We recently moved from Oregon to Texas, and we were fortunate to get this five man crew to unload four 26 foot U-Hauls for us. The Operations Manager, Gerardo, sent his best to do our job. The Lead, Larry, and each of the crew were amazing, caring, kind, and most of all professional. We highly recommend them to do the job. We will be using them again to move all of our things out of storage into our home when the time comes. We give them five stars without hesitation. Great Job to All My Sons Moving & Moving.

2021-12-30Love these guys. Devan Johnson and another guy (didn’t catch his name) are be far the best movers I’ve ever hired. The two of them moved my entire apartments worth of furniture in TWO hours! That includes transportation and unloading my stuff at the new destination.They were incredibly professional and really took the time to wrap and cover each individual item when necessary. The delicate items were moved with care and the heavy stuff was transported effortlessly. They treated my stuff like it was their own and I really appreciated it. I’ll be moving again this coming year and will definitely be hiring them for that move as well.

2022-06-12We hired movers for this weekend to move a 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom house. The move was estimated to take 4 hours but ended up taking 7. The crew consisted of 3 movers. 1, who I assume was the supervisor, stayed at the truck while the other 2 moved items down. The 2 who moved the items spent a lot of time standing around, trying to chat and check their phones. The crew told us how helpful we were in preparing for them, as we took apart the beds and had all of the furniture and boxes neatly organized for them to take down and load. After the last load was taken out of the unit and put into an elevator we left to go to our new place to meet the movers (7 minutes away), after an hour we called the main office to see where the movers were and were told they had taken a break for lunch. Which is fine but this was not communicated to us. Once they arrived they let us know they threw out one of the beds we did not need, which we appreciated. However after the truck was 90% moved into the house, we realized the other bed was missing. We asked the crew if they remembered taking the bed off of the elevator, as it was part of the final load, they said yes, but that it must still be in the lobby because it blended in. After calling our leasing office and a few neighbors, we found out the movers had left it on the elevator at the apartment complex, and it had been riding up and down the elevator for 3 hours. We had to go back to the apartments and wait with the bed until the movers could go back and pick it up. We also realized once we returned that the bed they threw out was left outside of the complex. We were lied to multiple times by the crew when they couldve just been honest. We understand moving takes time but a 7 hour move down the street along with a missing bed and a broken table was ridiculous. Not to mention how many times the crew talked about wanting to go drink an entire case of beer and smoke weed. I would not recommend using this company for your move. For the price and unprofessional service, Id recommend going else where. I also never received a copy of my receipt.

2022-02-08Some of these 5 star reviews must be fake. I dont imagine what I experienced being the outlying experience this combating offers.The movers did their job well despite lacking in professionalism. However, the prices I was quoted at changed once the movers finish packing up my place. I let the mover know, he called his boss and that was resolved. Then they proceeded to show me fees I was never told about. Given the time stress, I made no fuss and proceeded to have them move my furniture. 4 hours of work at their hourly rate ended being about the same amount as the total of all the hidden fees. To top it off the movers decided to stop by the store to get something to drink on their way to the second location, after being given plenty water. All of this while running the clock. They left the first location well before I did, and reached the second one about 30 minutes later.They did a great job moving and wrapping everything up, but I wish I went with another company who was more forthcoming with all of their fees.

2022-04-09Gary, and the 2 others on this move, were absolutely phenomenal. Ive moved before and these blew the others out of the water. A move I thought would take all day took half the time. They were kind, attentive, and friendly. If/when I move again, I will 100% use this service again. The money was worth the leave of mind that my stuff was in fantastic hands.I am incredibly grateful for how smooth the move went.

2022-07-31Steven Henry and his team are amazing! They were on time, very professional and super fast! They took special care of my white furniture by wrapping it well to avoid getting it dirty. They were also very careful not to leave a mark on a wall or scratch the floors in my new home. I highly recommend All My Sons. Thank you for making a stressful time so much easier!

2022-04-21These guys were amazing. They called us to let us know they were on the way and the got started promptly. They wrapped everything with care and had our apartment done in no time. Once we got to the new place they had everything off the truck quickly. They made sure to ask where we wanted everything before moving it into the apartment, and made sure to set it up how we wanted it. They made moving day so much easier for us and they have no idea how helpful it was to just have a straightforward moving process during a busy week. 2022-08-18Wow! We had an inter-state move and Justin and Gerardo hooked us up with their A-Team -- Corin, Doug, Trey, and Gabe. These guys have clearly done quite a few moves together - once they get going, its all business and each person knows their role. What an insanely efficient and friendly team.I dont know about the rest of All My Sons crews, but these guys were top-notch. They took very good care of the important stuff but were still able to stack things so well in our garage that it saved us from getting a separate storage unit. Well worth it. Thanks Corin and guys!!!
