Todd Bales is the real deal! He took care of me, and his customer service is unmatched. He is the most honest jeweler I have ever met. I went in with the mindset of being ripped off, in hopes of selling jewelry and the experience was polar opposite to that. Todd is an upstanding and honest guy you can surely trust, without a doubt. He is the best you can get out there in this business, he is an expert and will be up-front and honest with you. I am going to be using Todd, as well as recommending him to everyone I know that needs assistant in the jeweler business. He also custom makes jewelry and his pieces were incredible to see!! My sister and I wanted our wedding and engagement rings redesigned to incorporate diamonds from our late mothers wedding band. Todd Bales did an outstanding job. Our rings are absolutely exquisite, and we couldnt be happier. He takes delight in sharing his considerable talents to make his clients happy. Todd Bales was very helpful, well informed, and helped my son find a great ring. He never tried to sell my son a ring, he genuinely worked with him to find the right one. We were able to find a great ring at a great price. When we return a week later to pick up the ring, it was better than perfect. Todd went way above anything we could have expected. We sold some old family gold jewelry. Everything was tested and weighed in front of us. We received cash on the spot! We also had an old pearl necklace turned into a new bracelet as well as had another bracelet repaired. Finally Todd created a custom ring from the old gem stones that we kept and it turned out amazing!!! The experience was top notch! I would recommend Todd for all you jewelry needs! We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends!

I told him I would remember him if I was ever in the need of jewelry. Over 4 years later I was looking for an engagement ring. I didn’t want to mess with the hassle of big box stores, and I enjoy supporting smaller businesses. I remembered how fair and honest Todd was, and knew He was the man to see. Todd helped me design a custom engagement ring using some pieces of jewelry I had acquired being in the business years ago. That along with a stone I purchased from Gold and silver Exchange we created the perfect ring. My fiancé loves the ring so much we are now having Todd make her wedding band using her grandmas stones. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with gold and silver exchange in Allen.

2019-09-14Working with Todd is a great experience, he’s a very laid back and warm person. I just picked up a wedding band I had him make for my fiancé. The whole process was crazy simple...I sent photos to him to let him know what we were looking for, he provided a mock up and a quote (very reasonable and fair pricing), I gave him the go ahead and he told me it would be ready in about 2 weeks. One week later, he told me it was ready. We went in to pick it up and it was even more beautiful than we expected. Photos don’t do it any justice. We recommend Todd 110%...it’s just a great, no pressure experience from start to finish. Thanks Todd!
