Allison sold our house in Leander when we where living in Dallas. First-class service was the best and she was amazing in guiding us thru the process of listing and selling. She helped us renting the house prior to selling it!
My wife and I worked with Allison for renting and then eventually selling our first house when we moved out of state. Allison was detailed oriented, quick call to action and very easy to talk to. She explained to us all the details during each step of the process. She was able to sell our house in a tough seller market conditions and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell in Austin area.
We recently sold our house with Allison, and I have to say, she is simply the best! Her real estate personality is the perfect combination of determination, compassion, know-how, and patience. She was an absolute blessing while we were selling our house. I cannot recommend her enough!

BUT what really solidified my relationship is that she bent over to help me with my commercial space. Helped me decipher technical jargon, gave me pointers, and even referred me to her lawyer to draft my membership agreement. Cant recommend more highly!!!

2021-09-05I almost don’t know where to begin with how amazing Allison is. My mother in law finally decided it was time to sell the home she had been in for over 3 decades. It was a delicate sale because after my father in law passed 7 years ago it was fill with the memories and life she shared with him that she had not been prepared to walk away from. Allison walked us through every step of the way. She was realistic, positive and a wealth of knowledge. As we got the home ready she had a Rolodex of people for us to help that were all amazing and fair. After months of getting the house ready, Allison had the most wonderful pictures taken of the home. What impressed our family was how thoughtful her words were in the actual listing itself. She was sensitive to the fact that this was not easy for my mother in law to be listing the home. We referred to Allison as our Angel realtor because she was for us. She championed for us and made the entire process a positive one. I’ll never be able to thank her enough for helping us with this chapter. Allison helped us heal and move forward in a beautiful way.

2021-12-11Allison was a lifesaver! She swooped in and made extremely quick work of selling my home in a situation in which family emotions were high surrounding its sale. She was very kind and down to earth, ready to start sweeping the floors, remind me of things that I kept forgetting in a high pressure situation, be a buffer, make calls and run paperwork around for us. 2020-10-14We just completed our first home purchase ever, and the process was made so pleasant with the knowledge and attentiveness of Allison Salmon. It is always a relief to hear an answer to any question you may have or to be told “I will find out.” Allison made herself available to us day and night –always ready to answer any critical, or silly questions.Allison scheduled us to sit down the same or next day after we reached out to her to better establish our wants and our needs. We provided Allison with our non-negotiables and our furthest reaches on features and layout. It was a journey narrowing in on the exact property we wanted. Between Allison’s filtered MLS listings and my browsing on Zillow, we were able to find more than a few options. Like many buyers, we found our dream home and made an aggressive offer just to see ourselves come in second place.On Allison’s advice we began to look at new builds in the area, in part, to forego the bidding process. Ultimately, I was able to locate a relisted new build from Ashton Woods (also great!) that was being completed a mere few weeks out from the day we toured.Allison really showed her expertise when it came to what I imagine would be standard questions for the builder. But as a first-time buyer, it is hard to know what you don’t know! She was able to ask all sorts of questions I would not have thought about such as grading in backyard, fixtures blocked for fans, and irrigation.We are now in our brand-new house and were extremely satisfied with Allison’s dedication both in the process of purchasing and for answering questions after closing. In the future I look forward to working with her again on my next home purchase.
