Best place to go to! They make you feel so comfortable. Everyone is so sweet and caring! The receptionist, the tech, the doctors are amazing! I got wisdom teeth removal and I was very nervous, but they managed to calm me down even before the medications. I appreciate the team so much!
The staff and the Drs. are super nice and really provide information you may need. My wife had an appt. the following week and when the Dr. saw me with her, he asked how I was doing after my previous visit with him. That impressed me alot. That tells me he truly cares about his customers.
Had to get an emergency tooth extraction, got there early and it only took about 10 minutes to fill out my paperwork since I was new, the dentist got right to work and The price was incredibly reasonable, would highly recommend, especially with an emergency
It has been a month since I came to this location. This place is fantastic great Dental hygienist and the dentist is super nice and explained everything to me I would recommend this dentist office to everyone!
I was very skeptical with this dentist because I had such a horrible experience with my last one, but this dentist gave me my smile back . I literally have not smiled showing my teeth in over ten years!!! I smiled today and cried. I cant thank you enough Dr. Jindal you truly have a gift and a gentle hand.

Dr. Jindal is extremely aware of pain or my sensitivity to pain. during recent tooth extraction, it was hardly noticed, other than the usual get ready etc type setup.I have tried to sign up my wife, as she is need of a new dental clinic, however the web site does not allow for automatic submission of forms, at least for me. Have printed form out after filling information as much as could prior to doing screen print, which will be carried into the office next week week of 3-22-2021.The switching of labs has proven to not be customer friendly as the wait time has been doubled! The quality of work seems to be identical by either lab.However on a good note my wife is happy with Dr Jindal as he seems to be painlesd in her bi-annual cleaning. She is very pleased.
They always make my little one feel comfortable despite the hesitation she has when you mention the dentist. We are going on 8 years old and still has never had a cavity!!! Woohoo!
Going to the dentist always makes me nervous but what a different experience I has at Alvin Smiles! The staff is so professional and welcoming. They did such a great job in making me feel calm and did such a great job explaining everything to me during my visit. Their manager even came out and made sure everything was going smoothly! They didnt keep me waiting long either and were quick to get me seen. I could tell they really valued me as a patient! Thank you Alvin Smiles!
Alvin Smiles was so great with my 1 year old! From the second we walked in, our experience was nothing less than perfect. The front desk staff greeted us immediately and put Cocomelon on for my son to watch during our extremely short wait. The nurse followed us back with toys for him and she kept him smiling and laughing the entire time! We were in and out in less than 15 minutes!
They were able to get both of my kids in together. Super friendly staff. They were able to help me with finding my insurance since I just barely got it and was able to process it al before I could finish logging in.Prices were great with what insurance didn’t cover. They had to extract a tooth from my 7yr old. They made her feel very comfortable and brave. She can’t stop smiling now that the bad tooth is gone.And the multiple reminders of appointments coming up helps me so much. My life is constantly on the go and they send calendar invites, calls and texts!My son had a great experience with the cleaning and dentist as well.Thank you all for making this “scary experience” so much easier for them both. Their fear of dentists are gone and can’t wait to go back.
I went for my teeth cleaning, as I entered I was greeted by friendly ladies. The assistant who preped me for the Doc did great job, she was friendly & professional as her preformed her job. Very pleased with Alvin Smiles
I went today with my 2 toddlers and they completely loved it. They normally cry and scream with new things but I’m so glad they loved it. From the little play area when they come in to their new tooth brushes and watching Netflix while getting their teeth clean.
I was totally impressed! Dr. Jindal is a perfect dentist! He is highly qualified, very professional and very polite. He described exactly what needed to be done and did a great job. I will be needing more procedures, and I will rest easy knowing that Dr. Jindal will take good care of my needs. The staff is excellent, too!I highly recommend Alvin Smiles!
Great staff. Helpful. Polite. Dentist gave me a choice as a patient!!! What??? That’s right! Once the dentist entered the room, it went great. He was sensitive to my pain. Good job.
Went here because the exam and cleaning was suppose to be 100.00. After the exam and almost two hours of waiting they presented me with a treatment plan, told me they werent going to do a regular cleaning and that I instead needed an over 600 dollar deep cleaning. I just wanted an exam and cleaning, and a written prescription for Invisalign because an auto accident knocked my teeth out of line. Instead I paid 80 dollars, was made late for other appointments and didnt even get a cleaning. I was quite disappointed. The staff was friendly and polite, the dentist did not listen to what I was hoping to have done.

I havent seen any dentists since 2014. I found the waiting a negative; however, waiting is a customary thing no matter where you are so, it wasnt a big deal at al l- people need to get out of the mindset of blaming staff or the doctors/dentists for any wait. The staff is pleasant; the Dentist is knowledgeable and took time to explain things that I could do to help myself in between visits. I would recommend.
I like the service i get here, there very fast at helping you very friendly and all never go anywhere else, and the ladies that work up front always have a smile the minute you walk in so awesome.
Fast and friendly staff member, I needed a tooth pulled that had been broken for over a year and had gotten infected. They were very thorough with their research and proficient in pulling the tooth. I felt absolutely no pain!! Best of all I barely paid a penny! I highly recommend going here. They got five stars in all corners in my opinion!
Called as a new patient, and took info for insurance verification. Went in for appointment to let me know what I needed done. Two days after that procedure done. Now for the visit afterwords to finish it up. GREAT TEAM!! Thank you again from the people working the front to the dentist , and assistant doing procedure.

I always get good service here. Theyre very polite. When theyve given me any advice or recommendations about what to do, not once have I been told anything in a judgemental or condescending manner. That was something I was worried about because I knew I needed a lot of work done. Ive gotten a deep cleaning, wisdom teeth extractions (all 4), and braces. I definitely recommend coming here.I also bring my daughter here. Shes had a few visits, and theyre very patient with her, considering shes just a toddler. They make sure not to overwhelm her, and thats not service you can get just anywhere.
It’s been a while since I’ve seen a dentist but Dr. Jindal and his assistant made it a really easy and comfortable process! I originally came in for a referral for my TMJ problems but I will be coming back here for my 6 month checkup and cleaning from now on!
Well the front office are awesome , the ladies in back are helpful and informative.And my daughter likes the dentist. I personally have not been seen by him , but, if he treats my daughter good. And is gentle with her on all the work he has done in her Mouth,Im very happy with everyone here. Thank you for All you all done .
Best and nicest dentist I’ve ever been too. If you have bad teeth or ashamed like me they will make you feel so good about it and are sweet and will give you real options. I had a very very great experience here and will no longer go to any other dentist. I highly recommend !!

Was on hold for over 20 minutes 2 times and then I called on another phone while I was on hold and they picked..then my son went for Orthodontist appointment was at 10am and he did not go back tell 12:30 😑 and while he was waiting people that came in after him went in and out. There front office people need to get there stuff together you cannot us every time we are short staff when you have 3 ppl in the front
Had bad wisdom tooth ache and They were able to get me in the same day on a Saturday. The Staff and Dr are very friendly. Good pricing. For those worried about pain, I personally didnt even feel the teeth come out.

My son Logan is 7years old and autistic and is absolutely terrified of dentist and the staff at Alvin smiles is absolutely AMAZING not only were they incredibly kind and patient with Logan but they were so nurturing and involved in making sure he had the best experience possible and they definitely pulled it off. Logan cant wait to go back back to whom he sees now as friends. To know that my son is so excited about going back makes me so incredibly happy I recommend this place to any one with children and people of all ages.....AHHH THEY ARE INCREDIBLY!!!
We love it here! They’re so amazing with the kids and they look forward to coming back. 🦷💕 we moved to League City from Santa Fe in December 2016 and we still make the drive all the way here because of how much we love it here. Our kids ages 7,6 and 3 LOVE it and feel so comfortable here. The staff is all so amazing.

The girls in the office have the best attitude and made my son feel so comfortable waiting to get his wisdom teeth pulled.Dr. Gandhi even came out to reassure me that his procedure went great. I really appreciate the hospitality of the office.
The place was really nice and you could tell everyone was smiling through their masks. Jackie in the front was a big help and everyone makes you feel at ease. The dentist was very kind and didn’t judge. We had an emergency walk in and he still saw us right away! Amazing place!
They have reduced the wait dramatically. It makes for a much more pleasant experience. Less than 30 minute to get both kids in today.
Great atmosphere!! I dread the dentist. However, I felt welcomed and at ease the moment I walked through the doors. All the staff is very nice and personable and ensure your comfort from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back when it’s time for my next cleaning!!
Well this was not for me, to start I was there an hour before the dr even came in and he does the cleanings. My husband had an appointment 15 minutes after mine. Why would they schedule appointments that close together if there is only one dr that does everything. Now to the cleaning there was no probing, no hand scaling, and no flossing.
This is one of the best dentist I’ve been too. Every single person we came across was helpful in some way. All smiling faces, and made my daughter feel 100% at ease whenever she was scared. The dentists/orthodontist and the assistance treated my daughter like their own. I left so impressed! The front office ladies couldn’t be more accommodating! I’m very picky about my child’s care and have a strong opinion about those who will have a lastingrelationship with us. I can honestly say that we look forward to her next appt and that this office is a place where friends are made. The assistant and dentists are educated and do every thing with precision. Would highly recommend! The staff was very friendly and professional, and all were great with my kids. Josh, the office manager was great at explaining all of our insurance questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Dr. Korat did a great job with the kids! Overall, we were highly impressed with the care & service received.
They had very friendly front desk service and were very fast getting me back. The doctor was very to the point and gave me options. The dental assistants made my X -rays very comfortable and explained the treatment plan very well. I also received a visit from the office mngr who was willing to work with me on splitting up my portion of the cost into 2 payments. I had my 3 yr old son with me, he played in the play area and was given a balloon which made my visit easier. I will be using them from here on out. GREAT OVER ALL EXPERIENCE !!!
We are fairly new to the Alvin area, and were looking for a new Dentist, also wanted someone we could rely on to do a good job, be attentive, and profesional. We found that and more at Alvin Smiles. From the front counter to the great service my husband received we are very pleased. I will go to my appointment also being that my husband talked wonders about them. So happy we found them!

Dr jindal is great doctor very thorough and always smiling! I came in here today very nervous my blood pressure was even high! My experience at Alvin Smiles was very positive. Everyone in the facility was extremely professional and caring. Unlike many other dentist offices, I was not pressured into dropping a lot of unneeded money on an unnecessary procedure. I will be returning and recommend Alvin Smiles to anyone who needs dental work done.
This office is amazing and totally laid back. Great environment. I bring all 3 of my kids here. Joshua Williams the office manager is very friendly and helpful with everything! I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Koran is the best dentist hands down!

Have had nothing but exceptional service since coming here mid July! I have had all three of my kids in and have had multiple appts over past couple months. Two root canals in two weeks! Dr is super patient, gentle and kind! Ebony and Lilliana are wonderful assistants! Have found a long term dentist, finally! The entire staff is great and their kids playroom is perfect for the little ones to pass the time! Thank you all for the outstanding service you all have provided to myself and my kids!
I brought both of my boys in today for a cleaning and I had absolutely no wait time. As soon as I checked in they called my boys right away and Dr Jindal was absolutely amazing I will definitely be coming back every 6 months for their cleaning :)
By far the best dentist around. Also the front staff are super nice and very knowledgeable about any question you might need answered. They treat you like family. I have been to several dentists in the past few weeks trying to find the dentist who best fits my familys needs. This office worked us into their schedule immediately, which isnt an easy task being that we have 4 kids that needed to be seen. The hour we drove to get to the office was well worth it. Everyone was extremely professional and their customer service exceeded my high expectations. The dential assistants were so patient with all my children, even my overly dramatic daughter who needed fillings. I am more than happy to drive an hour each way just to have my family seen by this dentist. Thank yall for making this experience as painless as possible for us all.

I absolutely love this place. They have convenient hours for us that can not get off of work early. Even when you are late they greet you with a smile. I would recommend Alvin Smiles to everyone. Great office!Front office staff was effective and professional. I loved that I didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes to been seen.The dentist, dental hygienist and Josh where all amazing. The dentist was thoughtful to not hurt me while putting multiple fillings in.The hygienist was very poliet and caring throughout the whole time i was there.Josh was just as awesome, and so helpful when offering a payment plan that would work for my budget!Definitely will be back, and would recommend this office to friends and family.
We have been to Alvin Smiles a few times now, both my fiance and myself, and they never fail to be amazing. Great prices with a kind staff. Both of us suffer from anxiety, and the staff is always so comforting and efficient. I highly recommend; we will continue to use them for all our dental needs.
The New Pediatric Specialist is amazing, sweet and great with my step daughter. No wait time at all and the front receptionist ladies are always nice. Great with kids!

My son was referred to their pediatric dentist for a baby root canal and crown at first I was very nervous about how he was going to do. As soon as he sat down in the chair Dr Male made sure she made him feel right at home. During the procedure she talked to my son and made him comfortable he didn’t complain not once! And she also made me feel at ease about the whole thing. I definitely recommend their pediatric dentist! I’m looking forward to bringing my son back :)

We love coming here. My whole family has switched to come to this dentist bc they make you feel so relaxed and do such a great job. My 9 year old had a bad experience at another dentist office and was so scared to go to any dentist but as soon as we came here all of her fears were put to rest. He explained everything as he was doing it and he waited plenty of time for the numbing medicine to work.
My son told me afterward that he LOVED this office. Even though he had to get 2 baby teeth pulled - he said he wants to go back to this office in the future. He said the staff made everything fun and enjoyed his visit!
Tonight I had an emergency with my regular dental office. The receptionist Tiffany did not hesitate to schedule me last minute, she was very nice and helpful. I had no wait time and my dental assistant Sandy helped me feel comfortable the whole time. Thank you Alvin smiles.
Update: ms. Regina spoke with me and advised me this was a lack of communication and said she would talk with the staff about the lack thereof. I am pleased with the follow up on this complaint and very thankful that they took the time to follow up with me and really listen. Although I am unhappy with the day of, I am pleased with the staff on how they handled this complaint. I am changing the stars due to the follow up of this complaint with 5 stars because I believe this will not happen again. Thank you ms Regina for taking the time to follow up and making me feel like my time matters. Much appreciated.
I am so impressed with how great this staff is! Everyone was so friendly and took care of me so well. Front the front desk to the dentist herself they were wonderful! They took my appointment because of an emergency 1 hour before closed and stayed until 7 to finish my exam. I will definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend 😊

Over all a good experience. I did feel like there could be a bit more finesse when numbing your gums with needles. That part was awe full...more so than with other dentists in the past.
I was very impressed with my experience at Alvin Smiles. Not only did the office manager go above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a place for my husband to have emergency dental surgery but they also let me take his scheduled appointment in his place AND offered options for my care that my previous dentist never offered. The dentist had a peaceful disposition and the whole staff were accommodating to my medical restrictions.
If I could give 7 stars, I would. Jessica is a hygenist who is AMAZING with my 5 year old. She set the call, kind, sweet mood of the entire visit. When you visit, I hope you get to have Jessica in your suite. Dr Jindal is super gentle, too. This is a fantastic office with a stellar staff. 10/10 will be back.
My children have been coming here for the longest, they have best staff all around, they are very friendly & very professional. They have a clean & comfortable waiting area. Play areas for the kids. And the best part is my children have maintained their cavity free status for years!
I had to give a rating if not I would pick 0 stars . First off the wait time is horrible. We waited for only a consult and it took them 3 hrs to call us. We saw 3 different dentist. Everytime we did we had to explain the concern and issue with my daughters teeth. Their equipment is never working and they have o idea what they are doing. We had 3 consults just so they can ask us what the the other told us. There was no notes so we had to explain, on top of that the dentist ended up telling me to just go somewhere else where they can actually help us. Theres a guy that seats at the front who confuses you and just stares at you knowing youve been waiting. While we were there alot of people got loud with the staff over waiting. Honestly this was the most worst experience weve ever had, and I never once gave them attitude or disrespected them. I would not recommend this office.
The location of the office is very convenient. The waiting area is very clean. Everyone was very nice and made sure my 3 year old was comfortable for his first dental appointment.
The staff and doctors were very friendly! Im a low income veteran and they worked with me on payments and are working with the VA to help cover the costs for a replacement bridge. I picked them at a whim simply because they were close to my work and home. I am so happy I found them!

This practice has been an excellent experience for myself. After. Actually working in the field it has taken me more than two years to find an all around personable dental office. I started seeing Dr Shokralla after seeing a couple of different dentists. We have a plan of treatment for my teeth and Im very satisfied with his work and his bedside manner. Everyone in the office is amazing and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

The dentist Nilesh was very friendly,very professional and accommodating he was able to explain the cause of my pain that other dentist were not able to identify. My daughter has been coming here since she was 6 months old. Dr. Shokralla is fantastic. He never makes it scary for her and is very patient with her when she doesnt want to cooperate with him. She enjoys the treasure box at the end of her visit every time. Dr. Shokralla is amazing, he really works with her very well. I love how they have later hours so it works very well with my schedule so she can get her checkups. The staff is always so pleasant and they really do take care of her.

I am very happy that I found Alvin Smiles and Dr. Jindal! Everyone at the office is very sweet and kind. They never have a problem getting me an appointing that works with my busy schedule. I took all three of my children here today and our experience was the best I have ever had at any dentist with my children. The Dentist Dr. Fakhri was amazing with my kids, and my oldest is usually a lot more nervous and unsettled but he made his experience smooth and calm as well. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. The staff Dana and Megan were great! Dana was very welcoming and made me as a mom feel at ease with the chaos of my kids and she made the kids feel comfortable, it all had a nice flow to it..Megan was very efficient and kind as well. Always clean when you walk in and live the kids play area. Never have to wait too long and the long hours for working single moms is great. The staff is so understanding and explains everything to you and can handle then insurance on the phone great. Love this place.
Fantastic experience I highly recommend this place to anyone. Ive been to the other dental offices many times and Ive never had such a great experience like I have here! My kids did great here at Alvin Smiles. The staff is really good with kids and very professional. And Fernando was the best very patient and kind. The play area is very nice and clean. Loved the doctor he is really nice and compassionate towards the kids. They work very hard to keep them comfortable and not scared at all....ok this is a repeat visit for my kids and it was amazing again the staff is always very friendly and great with kids. Heather is awesome with my baby girl 5 years old she was happy also watching babrie on Netflix. Cassandra and Mariah also very welcoming and friendly and Dr. Shokralla is the best honest and understanding with patients needs he does not push for you to do more than whats needed our family Loves this place and never afraid because we always have a great experience. Very nice and the dentist was to the point and didn’t hesitate to get the job done. Gave me a referral for a dental surgeon and now to the next step.Also I’ve never had a dentist that did such a awesome job cleaning all the nasty buildup off my teeth! Even though I have more dental problems to address I could not be more happy with how well I was treated!!
Went to Alvin Smiles today for a cleaning and check up. Cynthia who is the receptionist makes you feel very welcome!! And the dental assistant assisting me was super nice! Will definitely be coming back.

Had a consult with the surgeon to get my wisdom teeth take out and the doctor was amazing I have seen 2 dentist before them and all wanted to take out all four. This dentist was honest and told me one doesnt need to come out at all. And I was able to schedule my appoiment fast. Update I had all three pulled 2 after my consult and the 3rd today. It went well minimal swelling and little pain
The waiting area was clean and inviting with an awesome play area for my little one. The staff was friendly and helpful and the dentist was kind as well. This was a great place for my littles very first dentist visit after having a bad fall and breaking a tooth

Im super busy. Needed to get my teenager to the dentist. Called in the morning and they made it happen for me. Very nice, accommodating, besides the office being clean and everyone very professional. Mariah was helpful with it all, including my insurance. Thanks yall.
The dentist and his assistant did an amazing job with my son! He usually cries through his whole appointment but he was very calm today. I was pleasantly surprised!

I needed an apt asap. They were not only able to get me in same day, but within my schedule since I work.The office was nice, and the service was fast. The people that I saw were awesome.First Impressions are important. As this was my first visit, the X-Rays and prep by Mr. Fernando was relaxed and we went through Netflix shows (you can watch) while he made quick work of the 18 X-Rays.Dr. Shokralla was very informative, and laid out everything and made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done. It was actually very pleasant, and did not feel tooth shamed which was nice for a change.Ms. Beatriz presented the plan of attack and best way to get through the costs and times for the procedures. Super Amazing, Super Friendly!Overall 5 stars. I cant wait to get my face numbed and have root canals? ;)
Must be new owners cause last 2 visits were good. Had a 12:00 appt time signed in at 11:45. Did not get called back until 12:20. They used to talk to my 4 year old nicely but this time just sat her down and seemed like they had assistants that were not trained because my daughter was choking. While they brushed her teeth cause the dentist had to grab suction from assistant to stop her from throwing up. Was not impressed and will switch to the same dentist my sons use not naming names but it’s hard cause they are not taking new patients but will get on waiting list and take her to dr Reed in Alvin.

Kristen is not only an amazing DA she is an amazing person as well she made my visit smooth and easy I was a little Un easy about my treatment but she made me feel at ease. This is the place to go if you want great service and to feel like family
The personel is Super and the dentist is very professional. Carmelita has a very good personality for front desk she made me feel comfortable and mariah is never going to stop trying to help you out she is the jack of all trades!

Got an appointment and told Stephanie to call me and let me know how much i will be paying and never got a call back so I called them and she said it will be cover 100%. I got there and they said I will be paying $120 I have new insurance to them I knew I will pay out my pocket but it will be nice if they told me so I could be ready how much I will pay just for a check up. And the lady said isn’t there fault I took off for work and they just wasted my time. I will not recommend and I’m not going back.
Excellent first patient visit here. I saw Dr. Jindal who was incredibly nice and gentle. Jessica, the assistant to Dr. Jindal was incredibly sweet as well and helped ease my general fear of dentistry. (Im so sorry if I got your name wrong, Jessica. I was leaving and trying to get my mind right when you told me your name lol) Dr. Jindal saw me and did a full deep clean as well as two fillings. I will absolutely return for the rest of my dental needs from here on out. Kudos to the entire staff at Alvin Smiles.EDITED TO ADD:Im sorry to say, my second visit today was not a good experience. When I arrived for my first visit, I informed them I had a primary insurance and then a secondary insurance. The only billed the secondary. They didnt explain this during my initial visit. I called both insurances and they agreed I paid over 200 more than I should have for my first visit.When I arrived today I asked for the billing to be corrected. The receptionists seemed a little confused still and eventually called someone in their billing department. At that time I was finally explained that this doctor was out of network with my insurance and I have to pay up front.They should have told me this from the beginning and not let me go through a procedure and pay entirely too much. I feel like its some kind of practice that puts more money in the clinics pockets and therefore done purposely.Today I informed them that I would have to seek treatment elsewhere as The costs are entirely too high for what I now know is an out of network doctor. Before my first visit I looked for providers on my insurances website and Alvin Smiles was included, but only two of the dentists and not Dr. Jindal. I was never even offered to see a dentist that is in my network.Guys, check your billing. Every time.

The wait was terrible, I arrived on time to my appointment @ 5:30pm, I did not get a room until about 6:30pm..Now, the dentist and dentist assistant were awesome. He awnsered all my questions, and the cleanings was pretty quick and efficient. I am not happy about the wait it took to get service. I left about 7:30ish.

The substitute dentist was more rough than Ive ever experienced. Even when Ive gone several years without a cleaning, it wasnt as painful experience as this. See why I wouldnt want to take a chance getting this dentist again.

My son needed a root canal. We were scheduled and in and out quickly in one day. Everyone was friendly and my daughter wanted to come back because she had so much fun!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! My son had his bottom teeth taken out and so they had to numb his bottom gums with a gel. The doctor that saw him was not professional to me because he should have check his gums him before giving him a shot of numbing liquid. It wasnt even 10 minutes befor he gave him the shot and my son started bleeding and HE WAS FEELING IT ALL. I have never experienced nothing like that. WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! The nurse that was with us in the room noticed that what he did was wrong.

I have a tremendous fear of going to the dentist. So much so that I have not been for several years. I finally had enough dental issues pile up that I couldn’t avoid it any longer. I made it here to the office for my appointment and thought I would be fine but then burst into tears at the thought of the coming exam. The staff was fabulous and very understanding. They altered my exam to something I could tolerate and have me set up for a single appointment to get everything corrected at once to minimize my anxiety. Higy recommend!

Doc fix my teeth up right everytime, with the benefit of being fast and yet thorough. Victoria, as well as the rest of the ladies at the front, are hella nice and always helpful. It also doesnt hurt that Victoria has that crazy cute accent 🤣
I like the place and the people. The dentist was very efficient and explain everything that was going on. There was no pain which is a great thing because every time I go to the dentist I usually experience pain. Love there facility they have Netflix the only thing theyre missing is open Wi-Fi for their customers. Came in as a new patient with my autistic 7 year old who has severe anxiety about dentists and they made sure to take the time even tho we came 20 mins before they closed. His cap had fallin of at school and our regular dentist was already closed so thankful they took the time and the dentist was patient the entire time did not even seem frustrated or rushed. I’d give you NO stars. After making 2 appointments, you cancelled one of them 2 hours beforehand. And the LAST 1 hour beforehand. Due to your surgeon feeling “ under the weather “ which took up 4 days of my time, that I could have found a suitable oral surgeon.( BTW HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL ) Now my birthday is days away, and I’m still in pain, and still looking for someone to remove my tooth and relieve my pain. Not at all professional, nor convenient! I regret giving this place a chance at all!

I was very hesitant to make a visit to the dentist office as i have a fear of needles as it has been some time since i had got a complete exam done. I was very pleased to visit Alvin Smiles as the staff and Dr. Korat were very helpful and through in going over my treatment and the stuff i needed to take care of to make my smile look even better.Dr Korat was very gentle and i did not feel any discomfort during my treatment. 2022-05-31I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist because I hadnt been in way too many years, but Dr. Jindal was so kind and his calm demeanor was so comforting that my fears went away. Honestly, everyone was so sweet from the front desk to the hygienist. They got me in super quick too, which was a huge plus. My kids have gone to another dentist in town for a few years, but after seeing how great this place is, I will be moving them over here as well. Definitely recommend that you give Alvin Smiles a try!

2022-07-27TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My son was referred to them to have his wisdom teeth removed. He needed to be put under full anesthesia and his regular dentist doesn’t do that. I had to call several times and each time they said they’d call me back and never did. When I finally got a call back and got my son scheduled—they called a couple days later and said they needed to reschedule. Mind you at this point I’ve already rearranged my schedule and taken off work. I adjust to his NEW appointment. An hour later they called back and changed it back to his original appointment date. I once again adjusted my schedule. When I showed up today for his appointment they told me I missed it!! My son has drivers Ed and school starting and now this surgery will affect both in addition to more time missed at work. Zero consideration for their patients time. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Completely unprofessional behavior.

2022-01-12My first time here and I was hurting and had every fear of dentists. They were able to get me in for same-day treatment. The dental assistants and dentist were very good (I used to be a treatment mgr so I know). I was impressed. My first dental assistant was so kind, personable, and empathetic. It helps when youre a big chicken! My dentist was honest, professional, very fast, and patient with my questions. I didnt feel a thing after the numbing shots. Thank you very very much!
