Had a vein ablation completed a few months back. The results were AMAZING. Dr. Jarrous and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and they made me feel comfortable. I came to Dr. Jarrous after I had my third baby. I had developed uncomfortable and ugly varicose veins in my legs during my pregnancies and he and his wonderful staff treated them. His facility was top-notch and very clean. His staff was friendly and made the procedure painless and quick. I would definitely refer friends or family to him.
My primary physician referred me to Dr, Jarrous to look at why i was having pain and swelling in my leg months after an injury. I am often apprehensive to see a new doctor. I have several chronic illnesses that have and do require many visits to numerous doctors, some experiences have been good and others not so good. I was very impressed with Dr Jarrous and his staff. The environment was professional, friendly and relaxed. Wait times were minimal and the appointments were thorough and efficient. As a teacher and mother I have a very busy schedule. ALAV made me feel that my time and health were important to them. During the appointment I appreciated the way that my needs and treatment options were explained in a way that allowed me to make a treatment decision. I am very happy with my results, my pain and swelling are gone.
I love Dr. Jarrous, he is energetic and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend ALVC. I had no idea I had vascular problems. He explains everything about the procedures and I am receiving excellent care. He really cares about his patients, and it also reflects in the staff he chosen.

I had vein surgery in both legs and they look and feel much better. The clinic is a very clean environment. It helped that the staff was bilingual and were organized in setting up my appointments. As a result from the procedure I have been able to return to the treadmill after 20 years. The healing process has been quick and I dont feel any burning sensation. I had the ELVT treatment on both of my legs. The heaviness, cramping and swelling I was experiencing before treatment, have all faded away. The procedure itself was very quick and painless. Dr. J and his assistant were constantly making sure I was okay during the procedure. I didnt have to use any pain medication at all...ice packs worked wonderfully. The entire staff was amazing and Dr. J explained in detail all my questions and concerns.

This place changed the way I see myself. I am a single mom of 2 and let me tell you my body did not handle my pregnancy well. I started getting cellulite and a stubborn belly and regardless of working out it was still hanging on and that really lowered my self esteem I hated the way I looked.My focus has always been my kids, I forgot to take care of me and all it took was that one phone call . I was very hesitant until I went in and it was the best decision I made.This process has changed me mentally and physically. Had a follow up appt with Dr Jarrous today. We decided I need another procedure and his office is going to clear it with my insurance. Dr. Jarrous and his whole staff have treated me with the utmost kindness. But most importantly their treatment has truly saved both of my legs. I have chronic blodd clotting issues which was causing ulcers in my ankles and with their treatment I am already cleared up. All I have left is a tiny scar. I go to ALVC for my acne /dark spots and Alyx has been AMAZING. She really cares and tries to find the best treatments for whatever it is that you are wanting. I came to ALVC a few years ago in 2011, because I had a Groupon to get a free consultation regarding the Visa Complexion skin analysis using digital technology. I did not get a procedure done at that time. However, I came back in 2018 to look into getting a free hair restoration consultation due to hair loss I had and ended up getting a hair transplant, 3 PRP hair restoration treatments, and 3 PRP Micro needling procedures for my face.When I went to do my skin analysis the one I had done in 2011 was still in the computer system, and I was able to compare my skin from 2011 to 2018. I was very impressed that my 2011 skin analysis was still in their system. I could tell how much my skin had changed over the years for the worse and it motivated me to want to take care of it better.Alva is the lady who did my micro needling for my face with my PRP. She is very perfessional and made me feel very calm and relaxed during my skin care procedures. She took her time, did not rush, and was very thorough while she treated my skin. She is very friendly and made the process more enjoyable during my treatment.Also, Dr. Ammar Jarrous, who is a Board Certified Surgeon, and Machelle Reeder, a Hair Restoration Specialist, spent a lot of time with me one-on-one answering a lot of my questions. They were very patient and gave me a lot of good information to help me make a more informed decision on what would be best for me concerning my hair loss. They discussed a lot of new technology treatment plans to help with different body care enhancement issues, which were more affordable than some places I had compared prices to. Also, I did not feel pressured into doing anything.When I had my hair transplant done, I was very nervous in the beginning. Dr. And staff are so friendly and helpful. I had the vein ablasion procedure in both legs They were very concerned for comfort during the procedure. There was very little discomfort. The Dr was very good at explaining the procedure and why it was necessary.I did not realize how dangerous it was if left untreated. A bonus for me was I never could wear even wide calved boots before this procedure. The swelling went down after this procedure allowing me to finally be able to wear boots! Women u know how important that is! I would definitely recommend dr Jarrous!
I had a vein ablation performed in my leg on a large varicose vein that I had for 30 years. It had gotten much worse and I had leg aches and was having trouble walking normally. I was very scared that it would be painful but it was a great experience and i am so thankful I had it taken care of at Amarillo laser and vein. It truly did not hurt at all. I have had several procedures at ALVC. The staff is always friendly and professional. My latest procedure was sclerotheraphy for varicose vein treatment. They use only FDA approved medications on you. I have heard stories of facilities that did not use FDA medications and the results we’re not good. My legs look so much better and the pain I had in my legs is gone! Thanks to the staff at ALVC.KB

Dr Jarrous performed two vein ablutions on my right leg. The procedures were virtually painless and didnt take much time. I am pleased with the results. It felt like I was dollar signs and that was it. He never offered to show me ultrasound and then just said I needed surgery and they would call with a date. It took multiple contacts with them to cancel surgery. And they told me before appointment that I would not owe anything other than what I paid that day and I have a bill for 400. Probably a good place for people to get lipo and such but I will never ever go to him for veins
After receiving botox from several other practices, I have discovered the best in Amarillo. The entire staff is professional and always very helpful. . Dr Jarrous is amazing. His explanations are easily understandable and he takes the time to listen and answer all your questions. Another reason why ALVC will continue to have my future business is I am in and out always within an hour but still have the feeling that my concerns mattered and didnt feel rushed. The skincare line is doing great things for my face. I also like the monthly specials I receive by email.
The doctor has had conversations about my procedures before and after they take place so that I know exactly what to expect. The doctor has worked with my insurance company so that I am able to pay the lowest price. They are very considerate of my time and I never have to wait longer than 15 minute to see the doctor.

I have had vein ablation on each leg due to varicose veins. This is the result of standing at work. I was fearful of the procedure at first and want to thank the entire team for an awesome job. I never had to take anything more than the over the counter ibuprofen. I had prescription pain pills available but never needed to take one. I recommend you get this done ASAP as there is no cure and the sooner the better. I am a health professional myself and recommend ALVC !!

I had a vein ablation on my left leg on September 5, and a vein ablation on September 27 on the right leg. Both procedures went very well with no pain and no down time. Dr. Jarrous and his staff were very competent and courteous, from prior instructions about what to expect, to keeping me well informed during both procedures. I was able to drive myself the 100 miles home after the procedures with no problem at all. I went in for micro-needling with prp (platelet rich plasma). From Dr. Jarrous drawing my blood to Alva doing the actual procedure, everything was very professional, sanitary and comfortable. The actual procedure itself did not hurt at all, they made sure my face was numb and checked to make sure I felt ok throughout. I left only slightly red and today is just the day after and it just feels like I have a sunburn. But my skin already feels tighter and smoother. I look forward to seeing how it looks when completely healed, but so far Im loving it and couldnt recommend the facility and staff at ALVC enough! Wonderful experience!

There appears to have been a complete turn around in staff, perhaps due to the COVID situation (this was my sixth trip to ALVC). Before the turn around, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Now, I cant in good conscience recommend them. I hope they will improve to the level of client care they were so known for. Im sad about this happening.

Dr. Jarrous is great and my favorite thing about him is that he’s honest. I previously had a bad experience in Clovis, NM and he corrected everything with his expert injecting knowledge and skills. I will use ALVC again and again.
I first came to Dr Jarrous in 2004 with varicose veigns and they were hurting especially in my right leg. I was teaching in Canyon and doing a lot of walking on the concrete floors and of course standing most of the time. The leg hurt so bad it was very hard to complete each day. I was referred to Dr Jarrous. He has worked with me thro the years. I am now retired from teaching but I have really been blessed because every time I started having swelling and sometimes redness and sores I would go back in and Dr Jarrous would eliminate another veign that was not doing what it needed to do. Terrible customer service. Dr. Jarrous is always in too big of a hurry to talk to patients. I felt like only his time was valuable. My appointment was rescheduled for a later time and I still had to wait longer than expected. I felt like I inconvenienced him with my questions, he rushed out without answering them...then I had to wait even longer for him to come back around and he never did. He didnt even listen to what I had to ask, before replying and cutting me off. I left and I have no plans to return, despite paying a co-pay. In fact, they didnt even try to contact me or return my money after wasting my time. Customer service should be ranked higher on his priority list. I guess he thinks he has monopolized his services, but there are many other doctors in town who are eager to please their clients.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Jarrous is friendly and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain your problem and how he can help you. The day of the procedure was easier than I thought. All in all a great experience.

I have had multiple procedures done on my legs due to blood clots and poor circulation following a pulmonary embolism. ALVC has used a laser guided by ultrasound to take various veins out of circulation due to them supplying only non-oxygenated blood to sores that were not healing. After burning & shrinking those veins which took them out of service, then the other veins in the area that had oxygenated blood began feeding the sores and were healed as a result. Ive been very pleased with the care Dr. Jarrous and his staff have given me as these procedures have been necessary for the healing of open sores and veinous ulcers.
After suffering for many years with tired achy legs I opted to have the venous ablation procedure done. Being a medical professional it was important to me to find the most qualified surgeon for the procedure. I am very pleased with the results thanks to Dr Jarrous.

My procedure from cost, to exactly what was needed, to ordering me lunch for a break was all handled with ease by everyone. 2021-06-07I visited ALVC for an ablation. The procedure took only minutes and recovery was fast and simple. It was a great experience. At first, I was apprehensive as I had an ablation done before at Texas Tech, where they somehow burn my leg and recovery took months. I wish I had known about Dr. Jarrous the first time around. Dr. Jarrous and staff are really top notch!

2018-10-03Dr. Jarrous and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had several procedures completed by them over the past year to address painful, large, and ugly bulging varicose veins in both of my legs. My legs no longer hurt and the veins are not as noticeable as they once were. I have appreciated their explanations of my options and their guidance in helping me choose the best way to treat these issues. Also, they have been great with scheduling multiple procedures in the appropriate time frame in order to be able to bill my insurance correctly.

2021-04-26ALVC has made a huge difference in my skin. After neglecting myself for years I came here to start a skin care regime. They took plenty of time to help me find what products would work best for me and I am very happy with the results. I have never felt pressured to buy anything, in fact there have been times I have asked about certain products or services and they told me that it would not benefit me and to wait till I was a few years older for them.The staff is very friendly and Dr. Jarrous is personable and professional.
