Dr. Graves and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are super professional and extremely kind. I 10/10 recommend! I have severe dental anxiety after having my jaw broke when I was 18 when I had my wisdom teeth cut out by another dentist, and they 100% make me feel at ease. They truly care about their patients.
My son had molar surgery and everything with the surgery went good! Everyone from the staff to the initial consult with the surgeon was great, but I only gave 4 stars here due to this reason: So my son’s oral surgeon moved and we were assigned a new one of course… but on the day of surgery, I never got to meet the new doctor! I personally feel this would have been something the office staff (and the new doc who had to have reviewed my son’s chart) should have noted and at least someone should have asked if I wanted to meet him. So to others this may not be a big deal, but to me it kinda was because another surgeon, who I never met, was going to be doing surgery on his 3rds. I asked when we checked in if I would meet him… I was just told no. :( Just FYI on the above incident so that something like this never happens to anyone in the future… please have the patient/family meet the new doctor! ;)But overall their services provided were great… so thank you!
I was in need of an emergency extraction and AOMS took care of me. Everyone involved made sure I had the most comfortable experience possible and I feel blessed that I found these people to take care of me. I highly recommend these fine people if you ever need dental and oral care!
Everything thing went well during, and after the surgery Dr Wilkerson is the best. Look forward to finish in 4 months.

My experience with an emergency extraction was excellent! The office is clean and ALL employees were wearing masks properly and taking precautions to make patients feel safe. My temperature was taken before they even started the paperwork. These kinds of safety measures go a long way in making me feel assured that the environment is safe and clean, even in places and with procedures that are out of sight to me. They are excellent models of safety, cleanliness and customer service. Everyone was friendly and I was well taken care of. Whitley, at the front desk, was kind and helpful. Eveline and Gloria were really good at their jobs. They made me feel comfortable and they took GREAT care of me. I was nervous and in pain and they were both very caring and understanding. Dr. Gonzales did a great job of getting the tooth out quickly, with relatively little pain. I am glad I was referred here and I will return for an implant. Thank you to everyone for a job well done!

Very impressed with her surgery and the people that work there they have excellent bedside manners. The only thing I was disappointed with was due to the nature of her surgery they sent her home with a very low grade type of pain medication. She suffered really bad the first couple days. That is to be expected and I dont expect large amounts of pain medication for my child but even a little to get through the first couple days would have been great. Yes I realized toradol and ibuprofen type products work well with inflammation but that was not enough in my mind. However I want to stress the surgery was great, the people that work there are great, even the lady at the front desk is sweet as can be. So really its an excellent place for your children I just had to stress why I was only unhappy with that one issue. However everything is fine and she is doing well now so its all good. Oh yeah LOL on the flip side they give really cute t-shirts to the patient. They need to give them to the parents also. I am actually kidding about the t-shirts but are really cute. They say I want to be sedated. As a parent in the recovery room I certainly felt the same way. Overall I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
I went there Friday because I had made an appointment to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted,, had to do an X-ray even tho I had already done X-rays, then to find out my appointment was only to have X-rays done and be told I need to have my wisdom teeth taken out. Then I tried to make another appointment after asking the doctor if payments were available to which he said yes, only to go to the front to make an appointment and be told it was cash upfront only no payments and that I had to pay 100 out of pocket for the X-ray. Wasting my day from taking off of work to get my teeth taken out.
We were very impressed with this place! My 16 year old son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 1 time and several weeks later I am amazed at how well it has went. He has not had huge gaping holes to deal with. Just small slits where the teeth were taken out and it has not taken long to heal. Very impressed with Dr. Graves work. Highly recommend this place!
It was a great experience. My posts were implanted in my mouth without any pain at all. I would have liked to have met Dr. Graves, and the nurse who administered my anesthesia told me that he would come in to meet me before he began the procedure, but I guess he did not have time. So, I did NOT get to meet the doctor who worked on me. I’ve heard he is a nice person, and maybe I will get to meet him at my next appointment. Thank you-Margret Wood
The entire staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They all made sure we had every question answered and understood how to care for the teeth removal before we left. Some people you see just want to be business and done; but AOMS staff actually talked to us like we were people. This was my 15 year olds first surgery of any kind, and they made him comfortable through the entire process. I definitely would recommend AOMS at any of their locations,
Got 4 wisdom teeth out at the same time. It was quick. The staffs were very nice. Doctor was cool. They all tried their best to make me not nervous and experience least pain. Still healing now, but thankful for their help.

I got 3 teeth pulled yesterday. The sound they made coming out was the scariest part of the entire process. I took the rest of the day off. But to be honest I could have gone back to work the same day. This is day 2, there’s minimal swelling and very little discomfort in my mouth. I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism this is an all around class operation. THANK Y’ALL
I recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed. I waited to post a review as I didn’t want to jump the gun. My experience with AOMS was nothing less than exceptional. The staff was friendly and warm, I asked so many questions and they answered every one of them with kindness and patience. I was very scared about the procedure but the staff and Doctor Wilkinson put my worries to rest. I had NO pain, the only discomfort I experienced was a very sore jaw but it was manageable. I did get as much rest as I could. When it was time to use the flushing syringe I called the office with more questions and my questions were immediately answered. THANK YOU AOMS YOU GUYS ARE THE DEFINITION OF QUALITY IN PATIENT CARE!!! 10/10
Went in because I was referred by my dentist in Borger. Didn’t know the first thing about wisdom teeth and these ladies really stepped up to the plate and handled business. Dr came in and did an amazing job. One week to the day and I feeling amazing. Thank you

I had a great experience at AOMS. I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out and the staff and dr Wilkinson were wonderful! I am always really nervous at the dentist but they were attentive and made me feel comfortable. Which is hard lol I would highly recommend this amazing practice for anyone in need of oral needs!
Dr. Diego Gonzalez and AOMS staff are amazing! Had to get 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Went in on Monday asking for an appointment because I had some pain and they had a consultation/surgery available next day! Highly recommend them for any dental service you may need.
My daughter was extremely nervous. The nurses and doctor were super kind and understanding. They comforted her before and after. She had minimal swelling, minor discomfort on day 3 only. No complications. We highly recommend Dr. Gonzales and the staff.

Im not a fan of going to the dentist, and honestly dreaded having my wisdom teeth pulled, but Dr. Gonzalez and his team did great. It only took them about 30 minutes and I slept thru the whole thing. while Im sore the next day, its not near as bad as I thought it would be. If you have to get it done I would recommend AOMS and Dr Gonzalez.

AOMS is a very well kept facility. The employees were welcoming. All my questions were answered and even the “dumb” ones. They were hospitable with making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, and most importantly the dental work I received from this practice.The receptionist went out of her way to ensure I was accomodated. She was very kind and very patient.I then met Gloria, an outstanding dental assistant who was proficient at her job and very professional. She ensured I understood what was going on. She was very assuring and asked if I had any questions.I then met my dentist, Dr. Gonzales. Dr. Gonzales was very kind and professional as well. He immediately deduced the issue I had going on and successfully removed my tooth in a matter of only a couple of minutes. He applied the numbing agent well and I did not feel any pain.After the work was done, they happily answered all the questions I had and I left very satisfied with the services I received from this practice.Just today (8/3/2020) a coworker stated he had a dental issue and I highly recommended he visit Amarillo Oral & Maxillofacial surgery.-Lionel Butler
The overall experience was great there. My daughter had a frenectomy. The staff was very nice and professional as well as comforting for my daughter who is 3 and was nervous about the whole ordeal. They gave her a weighted microwavable therapy bunny or comfort afterwards which she loves, she takes it everywhere now .The only issue is that after the procedure they left a electrode patch stuck on her belly which has been very difficult to get off without hurting her skin.
My daughter was very anxious about getting anesthesia and having a broken tooth removed. Everyone was so nice and she was all smiles when we left.
I have to say that Dr. Wilkinson has changed my life. The staff is so awesome and they care about how the patient is doing. This is a great #TEAM and highly recommend them! :)
I love the environment they where so kind and caring about the patient. They made sure you were comfortable and well taken care of before leaving the building. I sure do recommend them to anybody. They where very clean and they made sure their employees were wearing mask and also everyone else walking into their building.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. I came in because I had an infected that another dentist was suppose to pull and they didnt they just broke my tooth even worse so they had to send me to AMOS and I wish I couldve went there in the first place. Dr. Diego Gonzales was so help and made sure I didnt feel any pain. Im so grateful for him and the payment lady that helped me out with a payment plan because I didnt have any money and was suppose to be using an in-house financing plan at the other dentist but they screwed me. Everyone is so friendly, and comforting because I was crying a lot due to the fact that Im SCARED of dentist. So many people there that were willing to help me, too bad I dont remember their names otherwise Id put them all.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. We had a great experience. They got her into the office within 4 days of me calling to make the appointment and took the teeth out that same day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of the instructions were confusing such as: being told she can have eggs/milkshakes (the paper they sent home said she was NOT to have these), being told to use the syringe with salt water within 2-3 days (insert and paper says not to use syringe until 5 days after surgery). Otherwise, they were amazing! I would definitely recommend using them.
They Helped my pregnant wife. She ORIGINALLY went [somewhere else first] who tried to pull out a tooth with no numbing meds and felt everything. Cried the whole time. They were so mean to her. And made her leave because she wouldn’t stop sobbing.We were recommended through a family friend to go to AOMS- Thanks to Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Wilkinson they were able to take my wife in the following morning and numb her well and extract the tooth without her sobbing or feeling a thing. leaving mom and baby in much better health! It was a really bad tooth she had been trying to get out for a while now with no help. Definitely recommend these people. Thanks for taking care of my family.
From the second I walked in the door I was treated with kindness. The staff, nurses and Dr. were so sweet and understand with me. When it comes to going to the dentist, I am a big chicken and everyone I came into contact with was kind and caring. I will recommend Amarillo Oral to everyone. I was nervous at first then next thing i know i woke up in the recovery room in no pain at all... Was the fastest Ive ever been in an out of a surgery.
I had oral surgery just yesterday 6/19/20 and This place is amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and caring and knowledgable. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted and 1 broken tooth that had to come out so a total of 5 teeth and it took about 45 min - 1 hour. Dr. Wilkinson did an amazing job and this is my second day and there is hardly any swelling and minimal controllable pain. I definitely recomend AOMS to every. They are absolutely amazing!!!!
The facility was very clean. The staff was very personable and caring. They prepared me for a tooth extraction and that was the last time I remember anything before they walked me to my car!!!! Hallelujah for that. I really didn’t want the know anything else. The nurse that started my IV was spot on and I didn’t even feel the needle going in. I would recommend them in a heart beat
All staff made us feel at home, each and everyone treated us with kindness and respect. Staff also check on my teenagers after surgery. No problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommen to anyone who may need oral surgery.

Dr. Graces and the staff that aa with him at the Farewell location today (7-9-20) were amazing !! Got four wisdom teeth pulled and I have had no pain. I was super nervous but they made the whole experience amazing! Not to mention Dr. only poked me ONCE for the IV!!Thank ya sooo much I appreciate all of you, you have no idea how great ya made me feel ♥️☺️
Had a amazing experience here. As nervous as anybody can get or atleast I know I completely was. These people will take great care of you! They explain everything to you and make you feel so comfortable! The surgical receptionist Kellie!! You are amazing!! She made me feel soo calm and comfortable throughout it all! I don’t know about this place. Took my boyfriend here to get 3 teeth removed. 2 top and one on the bottom that required surgical cutting. He was already scared to death. We waited for over an hour before he went back and then it took them over an hour for the work. He came out in tears and said he was in pain the whole time and felt everything. He did say he feels they did what they could and gave him a lot of numbing anesthetic but said the procedure still hurt a lot. Then they said they were sending him prescriptions to his pharmacy. There was nothing ready by the time we got there. I had to call them and then they informed me that there was a problem with the computer and that they would send the nurse to call it in now. I waited in there for over an hour for them medicines to get straightened out and he was out in the car suffering. He said that the pain during procedure wasn’t their fault but idk I just feel like he needed better treatment than he got
I went to get my wisdom teeth removed at their Farwell office. The WHOLE team was extremely nice and comforting, truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. So much so that I almost wish I could get my wisdom teeth removed a second time 😂
My son had his wisdom teeth out a week ago, upper teeth were going to be hard. Dr. Graves did an amazing job he had to post operative pain what so ever! He has healed up amazing Dr Graves does awesome work.

We had such an awesome experience here, I had a series of unfortunate events cause me to be really late and it was a two hr drive so the staff ( I really wish I could remember names) did everything they could to get us fit into their schedule. They were so awesome for dealing with me and my difficult problems and through it all they were always so so caring and so nice. Thanks for all your help, patience with me, and kindness!!
I got my 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed at this location after my normal dentist did not want to put me under. My bottom teeth were impacted by bone and completely sideways. I was very worried about the procedure and the recovery but everything went very smooth! The procedure only took 45 minutes. Afterwards, I was not swollen, bruised or in a big amount of pain! I was completely surprised by how unnoticeable my pain was; on a scale of 1-10 my pain was at a smooth 3 from the day I left the office until I could no longer feel the pain a week later. I recommend this location to everyone I can now!
Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in about 30 minutes. I was really nervous going in, but they were extremely friendly and accommodating. It all felt like a nice nap, and afterwards I had no complications in recovering.
I loved the nurses and the dr they were amazing :)however the receptionist I spoke to on the phone wasn’t as friendly as the rest of the staff . But other than that it was great experience . I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted.
This is a professional and caring business. Everyone went out of their way to calm my nerves. I have had minimal pain with major oral surgery and I would recommend AOMS to anyone who needs oral surgery.

Very bad experience with Dr Gonzalez. Went in to get 2 wisdom teeth removed, came home to find pieces of my tooth still in there. On top of that the tooth next to the extraction is also chipped. Very disappointed in everything, especially for the price. Will definitely not be going back.

Ive been here for 3 hours to have tooth extracted and still waiting. They took $500 from me ( my cost after insurance which is also ridiculous. Insurance pays 80% of allowable cost so their actual cost is soooooo much more than allowable cost. ) so I cant walk out.

Everytime I go into this office, the staff makes me feel welcome. Dr. Gonzalez was an awesome Dr. my procedure went very smoothly and pain free. Emily was also an awesome assistant.
They listen to me when I told him I knew what tooth it was all the other dentists that I was being sent to before I got sent to them nobody would do anything but these people as soon as he took the tooth out I wasnt feeling nothing and its been days since the tooth was taken out and I still dont feel no pain I dont have to take Tylenol like every 5 hours just to keep the pain from coming back I can eat now with no problems dr. Gonzalez is a really good person and dentist and he knows what hes doing if I could give him a reading of 100 I would he was really purple eye and respectful and I really appreciate that good job mr. Gonzales

All was very professional and thorough! Only hicup was the prescription was not at the pharmacy at the time it was supposed to be. I don’t know for sure who dropped the ball, the AOSM staff or the pharmacy. Anyway it also got straightened out pretty quick.
Everything went absolutely smooth. The staff was wonderful with me aswell as the dentist. 30 minutes went by in a blink of an eye. Will definitely be coming back next time I need any work done.

Dr. Graves is very kind and asked how i was doing several times during the procedure and keeps me informed on what to expect before, during and after.Recovery process is great! i had a follow up contact a couple of days afterward. Very caring staff! would definitely recommend them for any oral procedure needed.

Graves is a GREAT surgeon! The office would not file our insurance electronically for us; we had to file manually. 2 years later we are stil trying to get reimbursed because nobody files MANUALLY by paper. So in the end I guess we just kiss goodbye to $20k.

I was so scared and everyone went out of there way to make me feel safe and comfortable. The only problem I had was with my prescription I am allergic to penicillin and was sent home with a prescription of penicillin my pharmacy caught it thankfully.
Absolutely the most pleasant experience I’ve had for a dental visit. Dr Wilkinson was awesome and I had complete trust in him. I am on blood thinner and was nervous over a back tooth extraction. No problems whatsoever. And his assistant was awesome also. Very thankful for them.

I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed, it wasn’t too long of a wait, thankfully! I got called to the back, and immediately I was taken to a room, the lady that took me was super nice and accommodating, even gave me a blanket even though I wasn’t going to be aware of how cold I was soon. I was nervous, but she kept me talking, till it was time. From what I can remember, they did they’re job, and I’d definitely recommend others to go there. Great staff, very friendly!

I’m stationed at Cannon Afb and had to come here to get my wisdom teeth out due to the clinic on base being too full. I couldn’t be happier to drive the extra half hour to get them done here. This place amazes me. I have been here twice for emergencies. Both times, they knew what needed to be done and how to do it. The staff was incredibly encouraging and patient, even when I was difficult. After these 2 experiences, it is very unlikely that I will go anywhere else. I feel so confident in their abilities, and I was really struck by the caring support I received from staff members. Should I require anymore oral surgery, I will not hesitate to call them again.

Very good experience. Their offices are nice and comfortable. The staff is very organized and friendly. They took care of insurance early and we knew ahead of time what to pay when we arrived. The recovery staff is friendly and took time to answer all our questions.
I had a wisdom tooth extracted in the Farwell office. Dr. Graves and all of the staff were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend AOMS and will be back if I ever need any surgical procedures done.
Dr. Graves made a mistake with a tooth and instead of backing off or denying it he owned it and has gone above and beyond to make it right. Everything he has done to not only fix it but even make it better than before has been at no charge. Every one makes a mistake now and then. How they handle it just shows what character they have; he has a lot. I have no reservations about using him in the future. He is a stand up guy.

Where do I begin? I was suppose to go in for a regular procedure at SmileWorkshop to get a couple of teeth pulled. As a kid, my upper right canine (Cuspid) never fully grew in. It was always a baby tooth. Well eventually, it broke off. But the upper part was still in my gums. So today, I went in to get it removed. Which that went fairly well. So now to my lower bottom eating tooth on the right side. And this folks is where the nightmare began! I wont call his name because he actually tried. But he could not for the life of me get the tooth out! He drilled, tugged, pulled, and twisted to no avail. It got so painful that I asked him if we could stop the procedure all together! I was done! At that point, him and his assistant told me to hold on and left the room with concern visibly written on their faces. I called my wife in a panic and told her what was going on. The left side of my jaw was swollen. Blood and saliva was coming from my mouth. I was absolutely frantic! By that time, the doctor came back into the room and told me that he was sending me to the Amarillo Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. And that Paul S. Wilkinson DMD, MD would do what he couldnt do! So I gathered my belongings and left the building. At that time, my wife pulled up outside in the parking lot. I told her the situation and we rushed out to MD Wilkinson. Arriving, I was in a panic! I didnt know what to expect considering what I just went through. But the experience here was different as night and day! The whole entire staff was friendly. And a lot of them were younger. But they were VERY professional! Something you wouldnt expect from young people. I actually begin to calm down. Fast forwarding, I was taken to the surgery room. After some prepping, in walks Mr. Paul Wilkinson! I told him a little bit of what was going on. After that, he reassured me that my experience over here would not be like what happened over there. After numbing my mouth, he and his assistant (she was wonderful too!) talked to me while pulling my tooth. It wasnt painful at all! And the whole procedure took less than 15 minutes! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAUL S. WILKINSON! The man was a Godsend! He knew exactly what he was doing and did it! The whole entire staff was friendly and genuinely caring! I cant praise them enough! 🙌🏿🙏🏿💯💯💯👊🏿♥
Everything was good except the reception I received the morning of the surgery. Lady told me I had to pay in full before I was admitted. I told her my insurance was going to pay . She said she would check on it. After a half hour I went back to the desk and she was gone and the lady then at the desk checked and said I was fully covered by my Insurance and promply admitted me. Doctor nurses and surgery was great.

Filled out paperwork before arriving but still waited 23 minutes to be seen. This wasnt so bad because it probably would have been longer. Doctor was great! He basically told me I didn’t need to be elevated to his level of care. I completely agree.I had a not so good experience with billing but Julie (the practice administrator) called me and offered an apology and really worked to sort everything out. This is a testament to how they value their customers. I was really impressed by her devotion to making sure I was a completely satisfied customer. She made sure that I was not only happy with the doctor, but happy with my entire experience. Never once did she speak as if she was on the defense, her only goal was to make sure I was happy first. I got the feeling that no amount of money was worth me being a dissatisfied customer. This is what customer service looks like! Putting the customer before the money and seeing the big picture! That’s exactly what Julie did.

The doctor was super nice. The nurses were great. The lady determining cost was rude. When I asked her a question about the financing pamphlet saying 100% financing and she telling me I had to have 10% down payment, she snapped at me. What she told me did not match the printed pamphlet. Pardon me for reading the pamphlet that she gave me. She was super nice until I asked that question. No apology, no explanation. So no thank you. Not while she still works there.

The staff were really nice and professional. They said ill be in pain after surgery after having 3 wisdom teeth pulled well i guess they did a very good job...i wasnt in pain, less swelling, no bleeding after a few hours of surgery even without taking the pain meds...good job!

Thanks to their cooperation through heal the city, they were able to help me get a very annoying tooth pulled.I was unable to tolerate the pain and at times was unable to tend to my children because of the pain. All my questions and concerns were treated with professional courtesy . Made me feel so much Compassion and concerns. Im not just like another file, but gave me compassion made me feel like a human bean. Who was just going through hard times. I did not feel a thing, it was so fast and quick. My experience with Dr Wilkinson was great. I just had a couple of teeth extracted with local numbing of the area. Extraction was simple and I know that this was due to the expertise of the doctor, because one of the teeth came out in 3 pieces. Also no problems with recovery.

Dr. Gonzalez was incredible! I wish I could rate their team 10 stars. Everyone at this facility was so kind and knowledgeable. The nurses were kind and approachable and Dr. Gonzalez was thorough in what he was telling me about my wisdom teeth. The transition into being sedated went well. Unfortunately I woke up from the anesthesia having panic attacks and crying. The nurses and Dr. Gonzalez were so kind and comforting in calming me down. They provided me with a stuffed animal that smelled of lavender, and it was the best thing ever. The nurse helping me calm down did something called “five senses” which helps people who have anxiety or panic attacks calm down and become grounded. I’ll never forget what she did. They explained to me that sometimes after sedation patients wake up this way and that they do all they can to help you ease back to your normal self. I suffer from major depression and anxiety and I have panic attacks occasionally and I’m very impressed by how this was handled.My mouth kept bleeding really bad a couple minutes after the extraction, so Dr. Gonzalez put sutures in my mouth and that helped so much. He provided me with great care that I can say this visit has been one of the best experiences of going to the teeth work that I’ve ever had. They accepted care credit and both of my insurances and I paid less than $500 for four teeth to be extracted. I would recommend Dr. Gonzalez to anyone needing wisdom teeth removed. He was a great man and his staff was so caring. I feel really blessed to have found this company and to be seen on such short notice! All the gratitude in the world for Dr. Gonzalez and the staff at AOMS!❤️

We first visited AOMS pediatric department in March and again last week! We were in awe of the amazing facility and friendly and professional staff. Everything was very clean and up to date. They were quick to answer questions and explained all procedures in detail before and after treatment. Dr. Lorra was incredible and I can’t wait to bring all three of my kids back!
I took my 9 yr old daughter to Amarillo Oral, for the first time, when she fail and knocked out her teeth. We were panicked and tried the emergancy, and were referred there by the hospital. 2022-06-04Love the staff!! Came in for an emergency consultation. The nurse was BEYOND patient and listened to my ordeal. The doctor (Paul) was AMAZING!! They all understood I had bad anxiety. Walked through it all and told me what they were doing it so I knew. They took care of me. Don’t recall being this taken care of. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Thank y’all so much!!! Paul basically saved my life. Time to tackle to road of recovery!!! God blessed me with laying everything out like he did from waking up till now. Can’t thank y’all enough!!! Keep doing what y’all are doing.

2022-05-04I’ve had work done from both Dr. Graves and Dr. Wilkinson. They are both amazing doctors with incredible bedside manner. Coming from someone who doesn’t exactly love dental work- it’s important to make the patient feel at ease and comfortable. They do just that. Highly recommend them! AOMS is a great company and Amarillo is lucky to have them!

2022-05-19On Tuesday May 10th I went in for a consultation to remove a wisdom tooth. It just happened that they went ahead and removed it then, which was great to not have to make another trip. Dr. Lake did a great job extracting the tooth. Around 9:30 p.m. that evening I called the 24 hour number to get some answers as to why I was still bleeding pretty good. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and finally hung up and called a friend that is a dentist. I never received a call back showing any type of concern. I then called the office during business hours the next couple of days to get answers to some questions which your staff answering the phone is not very familiar with the questions. I then had to make another call after the 5th day to see if I was suppose to receive a syringe to flush out the area. Of course, I was told yes and was told that I could go back and get a free one or go buy one. This was by far the worst experience I have every run into with a post procedure. At that time, I mentioned to the young lady that I spoke with about my experience, She put me on hold and said she was going to let me speak to her manager. When she came back she informed me that her manager Edwina would get back with me as she was in a meeting. This call was made on Monday May 16th. As of today May 18th I have yet to receive that call from Edwina(the manager). In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. I would of liked to share a good review but this wasnt the case for me.

She kept me informed on my cost, the process of the procedure, and any questions I asked she promptly replied to my text. Great office. Staff up front also very kind believe his name was Brandon. Would highly recommend this office.

2022-04-20Referred for wisdom teeth removal. They were able to quickly fit me in for a consultation and schedule the procedure. After the procedure I was still groggy from anesthesia and the explained everything about my post-op care thoroughly to my husband. Friendly staff!

2022-01-05My oral surgery endeavor began on a Monday afternoon with an extensive and friendly consultation.I scheduled my appointment by phone that same day and they squeezed me in.I checked in at the front desk and filled out a few forms about my dental and overall health.I wasnt overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork so that is good.I didnt have to wait long at all before I was called back to being my appointment.The consultation was done very thoroughly and straightforward with X-rays and CT scans in which some very high tech equipment was implemented, followed by an extensive mouth examination and lastly the options regarding treatment were discussed.I agreed to put my trust in the AOMS staff and follow trough with my surgery.They did a conformation phone call a few days later to confirm my surgery appointment and answered a few more of my questions.7 days later was my scheduled day for surgery.I arrived about 15 minutes early and upon entering the facility I was treated like royalty and was placed in a seating area.I was called back faster than I expected and was escorted to the operating room.I was nervous and they completely understood.I climbed onto the operating table where an IV was placed into my arm and I was administered some calm mixture of gas trough a mask over my face while blankets were placed on my upper body close to my head.I had always wanted to count down how long it takes to go to sleep from the anesthesia and I started from 10,9,8,7,6,5 and one slight glimpse of the light that was above the operating table on the ceiling and I was asleep.The next thing I remember was waking up and hearing music Take it to the Limit by the EaglesI was mesmerized by the music and thats all I could think about because I like that song!!Then I remember a nurse helping me into a chair in a nicely equipped recovery room.I began regaining my cognitive recognition of reality once I nestled in the recovery chair and my ride home was brought in the room with me which made it comfortable and relaxing.My IV was gently removed and my surgery debriefing and post operation procedures were explained.I was sent home with a care package and detailed instructions for post operation care and emergency information.The nurse then helped me out of the chair and assisted me all the way to the vehicle and even helped me buckle up. That deserves appreciation in itself.I had 11 Teeth including my Wisdom teeth removed in less than 1 hour and I didnt feel or remember anything about the surgery.The recovery wasnt particularly terribly painful, but more like uncomfortable for about 5 days which was to be expected given the extent of my operation.I have extreme Dental Anxiety and I can tell you that I am not afraid anymore.Dr. Graves and the AOMS Staff highly exceeded my expectations!!!8 days after my operation and I am free of the toothaches, headaches and my sinuses have improved tremendously!!!Just talk to them about your oral health and concerns and you will have the best experience!Thank you AOMS you really are Great!!! 👍👍🤘🤘Corey

2022-02-23My experience was great. The nurse and DA were very sweet. Doctor came in, was friendly and got me taken care of. They called to check on me the day following my surgery. Would definitely recommend!

2021-08-28Had to get my wisdom teeth removed yesterday absolutely in love with the facility and everyone in it. Theyre an amazing team that make sure you feel right at home and make everything as comfortable as possible for you. Everyone there was willing to answer any of the questions I had and was very detailed when giving discharge instructions and even giving a 24/7 number if I had any furthur questions. If the opportunity arises when you need to go there please do and know your in amazing hands.
