I highly recommend this place great people to deal with all around. I bought from them and a couple of days later there was a small issue that needed to be fixed and to be honest I wasn’t 100% sold on the cart from the beginning. They told me to bring it back in and let me use a rental while they found the exact cart i wanted. They went out of their way to make things right and will go to them from now on for any upgrades or future purchases. Shop with confidence these guys are the real deal! Thanks again! Kids love the cart and so do we!

They were very helpful in understanding all the options and Melanie went out of her way to get the color right on the seats. We had a few questions after delivery and she was very quick to respond. It was such a pleasure working with them and highly recommend them.
This place got my antique golf cart running, cleaned it up and did it at a lower price than anyone! Got a golf cart or one of those ones that looks like one but is over the top awesome? Collin County Carts recently did some suspension work on our custom cart, and we are very happy with the results. It is difficult to find a company who will work on a cart they did not build or sell, but Collin County Carts did just that, and in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. We will certainly return for future service!
CCG repaired my golf cart after a high school graduation party accident. They returned the cart to better-than-new and the service was excellent. I will recommend to friends.

Matt ordered some batteries for my golf cart and gave an excellent price on them. Since they needed to be ordered, I expected to go pick them up a couple days later. Matt contacted me 48 hours later letting me know he was in the area and wanted to drop off the new batteries and pick up the old cores if it was ok with me! 2021-10-27I bought a used club car from Collin county carts. They seemed very fair.Matt ( I believe owner) took $300 off without any hassle. They put new tires on , new side view mirrors and seat belts. The tires seemed ok but Matt said he would put on a new set anyway, without me even asking. It’s a family owned business that I would recommend highly. I needed a couple of minor adjustments, I live in Celina and they picked up the cart, repaired and delivered Hassey free. Nice family, nice business, I recommend.

2021-12-21We purchased a golf cart and after it was delivered, we had a couple issues. The owner, Matt called me and had a mechanic out first thing the very next day to handle them. Matt and his mechanic both mentioned my satisfaction as a customer was their priority and they proved it!

2021-10-26Collin County Golf Cars, Matt and Bobby Flynn have been my go to people for repairs to the two golf cars we own. Their service quality has always been top notch. They suffer from what all of us do during the covid time period and that is availability of parts. They some how find ways to get the parts they need so the repairs are very timely. I would also recommend them for service and sale of new or rebuild golf cars.

2021-10-26Without going into details, I had a poor experience with another local golf cart company. After I bought my cart there, I decided I would never go back. I was referred to CCGC through our neighborhood networking group. When I called, I immediately noticed the difference. They acted like they really wanted my business and would take care of my needs. And they have. They went the extra mile when an unforeseen problem with the cart appeared so I was very appreciative of that. They run their company just like we run ours. Treat your customers fairly, deliver what you promise, and communicate. Ill certainly be a customer of theirs for life.
