Excellent service, refreshing to find people who treat you like they appreciate your business. I feel like family when shopping in this store. Someone posted that they follow you around. I’m a black man and doesn’t tolerate that behavior. They have never made me feel like that. I love these people and their service. Give them a try, I wouldn’t steer you wrong.
Giving two stars due to costumer service when it comes to the owners working in the environment. It doesn’t hurt to smile here and there (I understand some cultures we could be in a good mood and not smile but in this case when someone had questions no one seems to want to conversate (thank you to the black man who tried answering questions while the others just looked at me rudely) instead of helping the new costumers who are looking into the kind of material they are selling) on top of that this place is cramped up and not a friendly place to come shop with a child (stop making costumers pay near the equipment area that employees are using the heat press and other machines. Will have to find another wholesale business where they are happy to see and answer questions to new costumers!

Yall! Rachel, her family and crew are just beyond amazing!!!! They have been so extremely helpful ecru single time I have gone in and always with smiles on their faces!!! The online help is wonderful as well, if your having trouble with online purchases they will help you over the phone. 2022-03-26This was my 1st time visiting the store. I love this store, the staff is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are willing to go above and beyond to assist the customer. The products are good quality. The prices are amazing. I drive a plenty far distance just to shop here. I wish they had a store at least in the Fort Worth area at least that would be a little bit closer. I will continue doing business with this company.

2022-08-02I discovered this place by a friend telling me about the DTF printing service and I’ve been coming back consistently ever since. They do quality print work and the turnaround is pretty good too. They make it much easier for me to produce clothing items for my company and I would refer to work with them. 💸✈️

2021-07-27My husband and I go to this shop EVERY weekend just to visit the owners of the store. My husband and I are like children we play in the store, touch everything and ask the staff SO many questions about sublimation, pressing temperatures, and creating personal designs. NEVER have we been treated unkind! I saw a previous comment that stated someone was followed around the store as an African American woman I can honestly say, I go to this store regardless of their prices simply because the owners and staff are SO welcoming! No question if we will return to this location because as I stated before we will be there every weekend if its nothing more then to stop in and say hello! We LOVE these guys and prices arent bad either!
