Ha.They didnt give me my security deposit back until I actually had to call them to get it back, because they usually dont have good tenants like I was.Just as a form of reference of the type of people youll be moving in nearby.Edit: In response to management response, Ive given an additional star while the concept of being a new owner, it is still same location. With the same issues for the better half of a decade.Since 2017, this location has changed ownership at least 5 times within recent knowledge. You may notice it is 2022, that means there is a new owner every year.You cannot fundamentally change the location/culture/type of environment within 6 month of taking over the location when some current tenants are still dealing with some of the same problems since 2017.Problems include :Infestation of insects within walls. (IE Roaches)Tics/Ringworm in the grass.ACs consistently going out whenever the outside degrees go above 94. (Theyd more likely patch it then replace a 15-20 year old AC)Loose dogs that will maul tenants as of 2022.Parking lots that have deep potholes that will ruin alignment and axles on vehicles as of 2022.It is some of the cheapest apartments in College Station and I feel zero remorse for a new owner either knowing these issues and purchasing this location, or not knowing these issues, not doing research, with the idea of expecting some easy money.Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. We wont get fooled again-The Who, 1971.

It’s a nice family property. They have very nice remodeled apartments and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
