I do not recommend renting here.Damaged the most expensive from Arhaus I had in storage and did not reimburse me for it. Instead he wanted to reframe it as if he could have the exact frame on my picture. He told me he was not reimbursing me for it. Even though I told him I would find the receipt and did not believe me on how much I had paid for the art.

Best storage around and they are very polite and helpful with no hidden fees that gain up on you. Well maintained gated grounds all around great place to have my belonging in the hands of for safety.

Made a reservation for a 10x20 on August 9 for an August 18 move in. Confirmed the reservation with an email. Called to pay for it and begin the rental on August 16 only to find out the unit had been given to someone else.

I went there with friends that got a storage unit very safe customer oriented i security cameras everywhere and its climate controls its on the main Street so the risk any kind of theft is minimal the lady that was running the operation was very knowledgeable and helpful
