I wanted to get my car detailed before I returned it to the dealership, as its coming off a 39-month lease. I like returning things in good or better condition than when I received them. Apple Car Wash did a very good job. Im very pleased and appreciative of the job they did.100% Satisfied. 👍👍👍Richmond TX Area.
Ive been coming to this neighborhood car wash for about 6 months & the wait time has progressively gotten longer & longer. This last time I waited over 35 mins in line just for my vehicle to be vacuumed. So Ill have to wait at least another 45 mins for the wash & dry. They do good work & Im mostly satisfied with the condition of my car once the long wait is over. Im in a monthly membership plan, so I feel obligated to come since Ive already prepaid. They are clearly under-staffed. I did cancel my membership & voiced my concerns with management, who could only comment that they are doing the best they can with the employees/resources they have.
This place has gone downhill. Limited services available. I asked for platinum package but they could only offer the gold package. My truck came out with dirty windows, vacuuming was rushed and missed quite a bit on the interior. I would expect my rims to be at least be wiped down but they weren’t even touched. They did put tire shine on the tires but it ended up being counter productive since the product they used was sprayed on my truck once I left. I had to wipe down both sides of my truck once I got home to get the tire shine product off. It’s very evident owners are only concerned with getting as many cars through regardless of the poor quality of work being put out.
Worst customer service I have had a car wash extremely disappointed. When I arrived, I parked my vehicle in line to be serviced. I waited inside my car there were about 6 to 7 employees standing around talking not one of them came to my vehicle. After waiting for a long period of time I decided to leave. It wasn’t like they were shorthanded or because they were overwhelmed with vehicles . there were two cars in front of me seven employees standing around. To have just one employee come to my car and acknowledge the fact that I have been waiting for a long time to say I’m sorry for the wait we’re gonna be right with you to service vehicle would’ve made a huge difference. today was the day I was going to join the membership I’m so glad I did not and I would not recommend it to any of my friends

I have been using Apple Car Wash for a long time. I purchased the monthly membership and I love it. The staff is friendly and hardworking. The manager Safi is great. The exterior detail is excellent. The clay bar is top-notch. It’s good for two years! Highly recommended!

Went in for a car wash and was told It would take 30 minutes max....it took a little over an hour. The truck was far from clean with water spots and dirt streaks everywhere. Wont be going back! This wad after two employees circled the car inspecting it before telling me it was ready.
Quicker than I expected considering I went on a Saturday after 10am. The job was done as I expected for what I ordered. I love that they gave me air fresheners. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to leave my car. Thanks, guys!
Got a car wash here several times and they have the worst service. We went through express and the guys were drying the car. Another guy comes out and makes them stop drying even after we tipped them. We also waited 20 minutes for someone to come guide us into the car wash and when someone finally did, he came over and he told us that the person just left without telling them and just apologized. Wouldn’t even add on free tires and rims out of courtesy for waiting
Took my car to get washed and was so impressed with the work done. My car was super dirty, full of pollen, and got it back clean as a whistle. Highly recommend this place!
I took my car to this car wash to have it cleaned on the inside I paid $65 and when I got there to pick it up it was still dirty on the inside. And I went back to have it cleaned again. And in the end I had to finish cleaning it myself with my hands. I do not RECOMMEND this car wash for anyone
I used to love bring my car here but not so much anymore. I lived near there and brought my car there consistently for 2.5 years. This past weekend I was in the area and they disappointed me for the last time. I got the Bronze Apple and even paid the extra $5 for the tire shine and that was a waste. I didnt even bother taking pics of my inside but its still dirty as well. I wont be back
Changing my review after getting the car back. Ill start by saying that these guys are very professional and polite when you drive up. They give you all the information about what services that are included in the price, despite the large banners. Also had a pleasant conversation with the manager, Safi, while I was there.I went in to get the interior shampoo for my wifes are and the shampoo job is amazing! Clean carpets, floor mats, and seats. I did however ask them to shampoo the spare tire cover after everything was done since there had been a spill there and the detailer initially said it would be done.The thing that bothers me the most is that every interior panel is extremely shiny. As detailers they should know shiny doesnt mean its clean. Its supposed to be a matte finish. It was a pain driving back with a glossy, oily steering wheel, center console shiny and greasy, driver side arm rest greasy so now both my arms sticky from touching it. A small puddle of the stuff left in the shift boot, entire infotainment system is shiny and just annoying touching anything now.Now Ill have to spend quite a bit of time cleaning off all the mess that they made and it really doesnt make it worth the money that was spent along with the 2.5hrs I was there.Another thing I noticed while I was waiting outside, most people had to point out that the bugs werent cleaned off their front bumpers and hoods. I also ended up having to point it out but Safi was quick to take care of that so thats something I appreciate.Overall I dont really know if I want them touching my interior again if thats the only way they know how to clean. Exterior is great, interior is a nightmare.
I purchased the gold package and asked that they got all the dog hair and sand from my car. When i went to get it there was still hair and sand every where. This is how the car looked after the first time i asked them to redo the inside. Still smudges and hair and gunk all over. Why do i have to ask you to do your job correctly 2 times? Very disappointing in the job done. the fact that the guy tried to get it done without getting angry was great. I appreciated his effort.
I brought my Chevy Avalanche in a couple of months ago for a windshield replacement. Since water had leaked into my truck I added a full wash and carpet clean as well. Initially I was not happy with the wash service due to my chrome rims not having the sparkle that I wanted. I returned the next day and John exceeded my expectations! He did what I was told could not be done (making my dull rims shine) by another worker the day prior. I have not seen my rims that shiny in quite some time! John went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased! I strongly recommend John if you have chrome rims! Thanks John!
We have 3 kids and to say our car was in rough shape on the inside is an understatement. So many crumbs and spills everywhere. But I brought my car to Apple Car Wash and now it looks like a brand new vehicle. Cleaner and shinier than when we first bought it. I am extremely impressed and they now have a customer for life. So happy with how clean my car is! Thank you for excellent service!
Nice car wash but the service is really slow. Got my ticket at 9:12 and my car was not ready until 10:05. Don’t know that I would take my car back here.
Terrible service, to dry your car you need to pay them. If they dont attend to the one who is filled and pays themIm not washing my car here again.
Went to the gun range today, and got my JEEP a little muddy. I brought it to Apple Car Wash and they did a wonderful job! If you want your vehicle cleaned then take it to Apple Car Wash. My family loves this car wash! We live very close, so it is very convenient. The customer service here is amazing! Every visit here we are treated like royalty. Whenever you come ask for Safi and Ian, they were very helpful and made sure our 2020 Camry came out looking as new as the day we bought it.
DO NOT EVER GO HERE!They left the sunroof open and now I have water damage!Of course they were unwilling to do anything about it.Also, my 8 year old and her toy vacuum does a better job the what they do.Another worthless company providing poor services and worst of all....do not take care of their mistakes!!!
This has been the best car wash experience ever! I spoke with John and he was very informative on the differences between the different car wash packages they offer and not pushy in any way to go for the more expensive packages. Just kind and informative. In fact I asked about the package that comes with the extra attention to bug removal (Gold package) but John told me I didn’t really need it. Wow! You mean you’re not pushing me to buy extra for something I don’t need? I went with the Silver package and it was perfect for this weeks needs of my car.I must say that my favorite part about this car wash place though, is their tipping system. I was impressed that if you wish to tip, they have a place to put your tip in. Any other place where I’ve had to hand it to a person, I always leave wondering if they shared the tip fairly. I shared a picture of their tipping system.Thank you for a great wash and excellent experience! I’ll be back!
Had an amazing experience over here. Manager Safi is THE man. He does what he says , He is the Best Manager I have ever seen ,He made sure I was in and out quickly but also made sure my car was well taken care of.
Very particular, where I take my cars to get cleaned, and Apple Car Wash is the place to go! The whole team here takes real care of your vehicle, and they always do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this place if youre up in the Cinco Ranch/S-99 area. You wont be disappointed!
Send my wife to get our car washed and we got the complete package and this people didnt clean the rims of the car like whats the point of paying extra my wife had to clean it herself when you offer a Specific package and you dont Provided and top of everything the man who had the chance to wash the car asked for a tip Demand it like what the hell very Disappointing next time ill just take time off My busy schedule to wash the my wifes car un Believable if i could i would give a 0 star

I’ve been here before and usually is decent 3/5 stars. This past time I came an Indian guy asked me which service I was going for. Since I just went to the beach I wanted to go get the 20$ (cheapest) service done to remove the sand sticked to my car. He’s went on a10 minute lecture of why the cheap one wasn’t enough and wouldn’t let me go through unless I would upgrade.Let and went somewhere else 10 minutes away for less then half the price.Really really disappointed
Apple Car Wash has done a thorough and quality job on my vehicle each time I visit. The folks there are always friendly, and their prices are reasonable too. If they were closer to home, Id get my car washed more often because I love the way my car looks after theyve given it some TLC.
Very Satisfied. My greeter was Ian who first of all listened to my needs as me being a 1st time customer. After taking a thorough all around look at the interior and exterior of my car, he then gave me a complete breakdown of services they offered with pricing and his recommendations. I selected the Platinum Apple then made my payment with an awesome courteous cashier (Delia) who welcomed and thanked me for coming in. The store was really clean and had comfortable waiting areas both inside and outdoors with social distancing. When finished a neatly dressed attendant brought my keys and took me to my car for my approval. WOW is all I could say while I inspected every detail of their work. Awesome Professional Service from start to finish and Ill definitely ask for Ian on my next visit!! Thanks Guys!!
I have been coming here for years now. It’s always a hit or miss. Todays service was the worst ever. I own a black vehicle and swirl marks were left everywhere. I showed the issue to management and they went back to try and fix it and it was the same. This is last time I come here. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here.
Amazing service. Safi took the time to explain the services to me and even gave me a ride home since my car was going to take time cleaning. After my vehicle was ready, we did a walk through and made sure every hidden area was picked clean. Amazing work! I swear I didn’t even recognize my car when I saw it. Wish I took a before picture. Couldn’t believe they were able to take out those deep stains in the carpet. I’ll be a forever customer.

Used to bring all of our cars here but won’t be making that mistake anymore. The exterior car wash is great. But the vacuuming done beforehand and the interior wipe down after is the worst job I’ve ever seen. Had to have them go back and wipe more windows down while I was still there but I didn’t see this stuff until I got home. DO NOT bring your car here.
I LOVE bringing my car here. I usually get the $7 bronze wash and it’s literally the best wash for the best price!

It is a pity that after 5 years and a very pleasant experience in which I washed my vehicles this year with the new administration everything changed, now with the new administration the new manager pretends that every time I go I stay for 40 minutes in my car under the sun because he cannot control the vehicles, he does not address clients in a professional way and in general everything is chaos, I made good friends who work there and complain every day about their mistreatment, thank you very much for all this time with your services but I withdraw my vehicles until the situation changes and if not, I wish you good luck

This location was amazing. I’d been looking to get my car detailed for about a week. Every place I called in my vicinity either weren’t accepting details due to not having enough employees or they only did detailing early in the AM. Apple was about 30 minutes out of my way but as soon as I called the receptionist was super sweet. She explained the wait time to me and communicated with me the whole day. When I came back to pickup my car it looked brand new! I’d never had it detailed in the 5 years I’ve owned it and they did an amazing job !!! On top of that they were $50-60 cheaper than all the other locations I was trying to go to. The manager/ owner gives all the cars a once over and explains aftercare to you. I’ll definitely be going back and sending others!
Ive been trying to find a reputable place to help me remove/buff out some scratches on the front fender of my car. Luckily, when I was visiting town, my brother-in-law took me here to get a quote and we BOTH were so happy with the results. Who KNEW? Nearly all of the scratches came off (surface-level ones and the deeper ones, I knew they wouldnt). We were greeted by Hasib and he took care of us from start to finish!I left my car to for 2 hours and came back to it waxed, fully washed and vacuumed. Hasib made sure we left happy & even took off a random scratch on the side of my left car door that we didnt even notice the first time around!For the price I paid - it beats going to an auto shop and having them try to buff it out. I lucked out by coming here.Definitely recommend this place if youre in the Richmond area!Thank you again!!
I took my car here to get it detail cleaned. They took over two hours on making sure my car was cleaned to perfection. I appreciated that they took their time to make sure they did a thorough job even though my car wasnt that dirty. I stayed in the waiting area and I can confirm that they did work on my car for the full two hours. I wanted to make sure my detailing included seat and carpet shampooing, and they did just that. All of the employees I encountered were kind and professional. $99 was a good price for everything they did.
I was there for an hour and 20 minutes. My vehicle sat in the drying station for 40 minutes before anyone touched it. Half a dozen cars came out of the wash after mine and got dried and on their way. Windows are smeared, body is spotty from air drying and they didnt reattach my floor matts. Very disappointed.
Highly recommend this place. I have a lifted F250 and Safi was outstanding to work with and in helping me feel assured it was going to fit in the wash and be fine. A large # of other clients were all standing and watching to see if it would go thru and it did. Very friendly service inside, Ian talked with us and was great too. Amazing place. The owner made sure to make me feel welcome and that my jeep was spotless. This place is a breath of fresh air because it seems like everywhere you go nowadays people treat you with no customer service at all. Loved my experience here!
I have become the regular customer for this carwash. The major reason for this is Safi. He is a manger there and very reliable person. I let it to pass couple of times and few months before putting a review for them to make sure, they are consistent. So Far I have done 3 hand carwashes and 1 advanced detail with these folks. Safi the manager is great. Every time he has made sure that everything was taken care on my cars. I am very detail oriented and if they forget to clean an area I can quickly notice that. Each time Safi was inspecting my cars to make sure, they are spotless. Even if I had a request for him to redo something that I did not find up to my standards, it was always taken care by him right away. Great job Safi. Keep up the awesome work and I keep coming back.

On the back end before car enters wash they need to step up their game. When you pay that price you want you car clean!
Very slow service and they don’t dry your car once leaving the washing area. Mister Car wash offers better service and is much more efficient. I’m currently waiting in a long line just for a quick exterior wash. The attendant that advises you when to pull in is always missing. Get it together!

Bought the gold wash on my denali and came out fantastic. But the kicker is that the outside host informed me one the windows would not roll up so it could not be sent for the wash but they could at least clean the inside with a rain check for the outside after I get the window fixed. 15 minutes later the manager came back to tell me he was able to roll up the window. I am extremely appreciative of their affort and the quality wash my car received. Pedro, Frank & the crew are amazing!
I have had a subscription for a Silver Apple package for my last 3 vehicles. Came in for my wash today and noticed the rims/wheels were really dirty after the car wash. I asked management about it and they pulled me into the very busy detail area, put someone on it right away and cleaned up the rims like new. This was on a busy Saturday morning. I was impressed. Just thought I would update my review of Apple Car Wash.
Absolutely love Apple Car Wash! The people there are amazing service is great, when my girlfriend and I first joined they were very welcoming. The manager is very wonderful and our cars always come out looking amazing! 5 stars for me they always do a wonderful job!

This is my favorite car wash. They always do a great job no matter what you need! I’m always impressed that after they detail the interior I NEVER have to touch anything up they do it spectacular. The Manager is very personable and he always puts customers needs first. He will make sure you leave with your car looking brand new. I suggest the interior and exterior detailing because they made my 2017 car look like I just bought it brand new!!!

Cant say enough about this car wash. Best in town and cheaper than most car washes out there. I had milk spilled in my car which led to a funky smell, I took it to the wash and they got rid of it within 20 mins. Manager Safi is the one who recommended the service needed and was very friendly & professional.

Apple Car Wash and Lube Center was extremely professional and trustworthy. I called in asking some simple questions I had no experience with, and their customer service was very patient and informative with helping me on the services I was looking for. Easy 5 star service here. Will be returning for my usual oil changes and maintenance.
Pedro was super nice when I brought my car in! I asked him some questions about some car accessories I needed and he told me where I could get them. He was so very patient while I searched the bottom of my purse for my key fob - no rushing. A great employee!!
After inquiring with a manager, Mr. Safi, as to which package would best suit my needs, I purchased the Platinum Package. Although it would be over an hour wait, the end results were worth it. From the great customer service shown by Mr. Safi (he took the time to personally inspect my car to ensure a smudge was removed), and Mr. Perfecto (who was kind to my boys and my vehicle), to Mr. Josue who detailed with such precision as if it were his own, I highly recommend this business for your auto detailing needs. I think next time, though, I will try to come during the week to avoid the long wait time.

I am sorry about the owner of this place; it was Sunday, and about 35 minutes to close, their employee refused to change my cars oil, saying not enough time while checking something on his cell phone.
The manager and staff were very friendly, the waiting area was nice and clean, and my car was cleaned very well! I felt like they were really putting in some effort to clean my car and earn my future business, and they did! I will be back for sure!Update: Just returned 9/29/20 for my second visit and Ian was so friendly, and checked out my car to be sure I got the right package to make sure my car was clean but that I wasn’t overpaying, which is something I really respected! That went a LONG way to earn my business! Best car wash I have been to, and the only one I will be utilizing from now on! Ask for Ian or Safi for great service!
The management at Apple Car Wash really care about their customers if a problem occurs. My initial experience with my interior detailing was not great, I told Frank he introduced me to Safi. Safi really wanted to make sure I was fully taken care of. Safi was very friendly and professional. He ranks high in my list of top managers. Horrible vacuum job and interior cleaning. I literally could have done it better myself. When I got in my car there were visible crumbs and hair on my dashboard and on the floor. Not worth the money at all. I had to send the car back to the vacuuming station and once it was returned to me it looked the exact same even after pointing out to the guy what he missed.
I went in on my lunch break to get my car detail. The guys are always friendly and professional. Safi is Awesome.If you’re int the area stop by and visit them, they go great work.
Great place to get your car washed! Busy at times but it shows how good they are. Very efficient and great customer service. I bring my car for the silver package but the full auto detail is awesome as well and I love the shuttle service 👍🏽

Theyre usually pretty friendly when coming to your car to find out which service you want. Everyone is still wearing masks and Dale was very detailed/ helpful when making sure my car was ready to go. Its a nice spot to have in the neighborhood, Ill return next time Im in the area and need my car washed.

I paid $69 for the platinum apple service and it was horrible. They did not even vacuum the car. Interior and exterior was visible dirty. Call the manager who tried to vacuum and clean the car but still brought it back dirty. I just left as I figured I will be wasting my time trying to get my car cleaned.Worse car detail i have ever had. My kids could have done a better job. Got pictures if the owner or manager cares. I will not recommend this car wash. The only thing they did was shine the tires reason for the 1 star. A total waste of 1 hour 30minutes. Expensive for no reason.

I frequently patronize Apple Car Wash & Lube and I must say I haven’t had any bad experiences. Staff’s always professional and my car is treated with care. The attention to detail provided by the cleaning crew is superior to most and manager Safi’s great!
This is the only place I take our cars. I get the 69.00 platinum cleaning every time and love it. Safi is the manager and is very polite, personable, and professional. All staff are very nice and they dona great job on all my cars.
I used this place for the first time today and would not return. I wouldn’t recommend this place because it’s a waste of money. Paid $33 For a good package and got the worst car cleaning ever. The interior wasn’t properly cleaned. Still had bug splat on my windscreen and mirrors. They had to redo it and still didn’t get it right. I guess they were in a hurry to leave. I’m never going back. They treat the business like a fast food. Car cleaning requires thoroughness. If you can’t offer that, please close your store. I usually don’t write reviews but the level of service was so appalling I had to.
Im only giving it four stars instead of five because they never get my windows clean. Lol. Seriously, their prices are exceptionally good and their customer service is tremendous. They even have a drop off and pick up service. If you leave your car for extensive work, they will take you home and come back and get you when the car is ready. Highly highly recommended!!
I take my truck here all the time Iam a gold member. But I keep having problems with my truck not beeing vacuumed or wiped...The Wiping part is the biggest problem . I love how clean my car looks on the outside but when I get In i still smudges and stuff on my dash and cup holders. I might get a cheaper plan next time if this doesnt get fix.why Im I paying 50 dollars a month when all im getting is the 30 dollar serve .I would give yall 5 stars but that last part gets me all the time . if it progresses I would love to give yall 5 till then 3 .

10/10 affordable and very, very good at detailing vehicles. I’ve been coming here for years, but moved to Houston, I moved back to Katy last year and haven’t been disappointed by Apple. They are also very good to nurses, first responders etc. Saffi and Ian give excellent customer service. They got a huge coffee explosion off my headliner which I thought would have been impossible... gone without a Trace!!! I am very impressed with their company & hard working staff.
I have been coming to this location for quite some time with my wife’s, my kid’s and my vehicles. Every time I come in I am welcomed and made to feel at ease. Every time I get my truck back it looks and smells like a new vehicle. For the value and service, we will continue to give Apple Car Wash our business.

Safi has been very helpful the times that I have came to get my car detailed, I only ask for hand wash.This last time I came in he remembered who I was and already knew the package I wanted! Definitely recommend!

One of the male employees spit about 3 feet from the doors that customers walk out to pick up their cars. Also, he brushed his hair continuously. He can do both but should be asked to do so in other areas. I’m taking my car elsewhere going forward.
I needed to get a car washed and detailed so it would look immaculate for my end of lease inspection. They made the car look brand new again! Flawless!! Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a teacher discount! I didnt have my badge, so didnt think I could get it and was prepared to pay full price, but one of the girls at the counter said they could even take my health insurance card as proof that I worked for the school district. Amazing. If I was staying in the area, Id never go anywhere else for my car washes!
I brought my car for a car wash on Sunday. Safi the manager was very humble and nice. I took a car wash and shampoo package. As he promise he got me out within 1 1/2 hour. Did a great job on my Camry. I had my son spill chocolate milk and gum which was melted on the seat and back carpet. I definitely bring my car back there for car wash.
Safi and Frank are excellent managers. Each and every time I come, they greet me with a smile and warm welcome. The staff is extremely professional and I highly recommend Apple Car Wash!!

The service at the lube ship needs to be better. I didnt feel like they were very courteous and actually kind of rude. The car wash was better, but still not very personable.

Went to this car wash for the first time on 6/30/2020. I am very disappointed. Even though I purchased the basic was and vacuum, my truck had water marks on the windows and the wheels were wiped half. The worse that happened was, I had my work boots (dirty steel toe work boots) on the rear floor behind the drivers seat. Well, someone decided to move them and placed them on top of my rear seats which are cloth seats and stained the seat. I noticed this when I got home. Very upsetting. Never going back .
I bought their Golden Apple wash plus leather cleaning. Very courteous quick service. At the end the car was reasonably clean for the money although there were some bird related leavings that they did not get. I thought that purchasing their top wash would mean this would be take care of. Despite this I’d say it was a good value. That is the good side. The negative is that they didn’t do the leather cleaning that cost me $40. When I picked the car up it was clear the leather was not cleaned. When I pointed it out to them l, they did take care of it. Of course my car was now at the back of the line and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I know they did not do this intentionally but still that was half the cost of the cleaning so it is a rather important thing to get wrong. I don’t know that I would come back, except maybe for a quick wash only service.
The manager safi is the best!! The way my car was clean was amazing. I told him I wanted to remove all the dog hair in my car he said leave it with me for 4 hours and everything will be done. I came back and this car looked brand new inside and out and btw all the dog hair and smell was removed! Great place ask for safi his job is amazing and what he says he does!!
I would only recommend this business to someone with a lot of free time on their hands.-Oil change with air filter $111-Car wash $20-Total money spent $131.74-Arrived at 4:00pm-left at 5:50-total time spent 1 hour and 50 minutes.Full review of my experience:After the oil change, we were told that they would move our car to the car wash lane and we could go wait in the car wash lobby.Considering it was a Saturday and the car wash was busy, I was a bit annoyed at how long it took them to move the car from the oil station to the car wash station. It took them upwards of 10 minutes to move the car. I could have moved it right away if given the opportunity.As we sat in the lobby watching cars go through the washing tunnel for another 20 minutes, I decided to see where we were in line and found my car still at the end of the line and it had not even been vacuumed yet.I tried to raise awareness as I was starting to get really frustrated. I was told “Saturday’s are our busiest days”.I reiterated that my car has been sitting outside for 20 minutes and 10 more at the lube station. The employee tried again to give me another explanation, “the oil change usually take about 20-30 minutes”.I explained again that I had already finished the 30 min oil change and my car has been sitting around for another 30 minutes, untouched.The receipt time stamped at 4:36 is when I paid and left the oil change station.My car went through the car wash tunnel at 5:32.Car wash complete and keys in hand at 5:50.
I took my truck to a shop for an oil change about 4 months back and was told my truck needs brakes with a cost of $600. It didnt sound right since my truck is a 2017 ford with only 20000 miles. So i took it in for a second opinion at this car wash at their lube station and they told me the brakes were fine, one of them even showed them to me. I went back yesterday for their full detail and they did a fantastic job. They are honest and create good service.

If I could give zero stars I would, this place lacks customer service and honesty. I brought my car here for a quick state inspection, the said it failed the inspection due to an emissions issue. I got the problem fixed it needed a new vapor canister. I went back to get the inspection done again and was told we cant do the inspection because of the window tint. Now why did they do the inspection the first time if the tint was the real issue. I tried to talk to the manager, yet he started to argue with me saying his tech had notified me which he didnt. But my question is why tell me to get the emission issue fixed then say we cant do the inspection due to the window tint. I was appalled at the way the manager spoke to me, very disrespectful and dishonest. I took the car to Cinco auto and they passed it, they never said anything about the window tint. I would advise anyone to avoid this place for state inspections, all they care about is taking your money and not giving any service in return.

This is one of the best car washes Ive been to in the Richmond area! I bought the Gold Apple Wash, and my car looked amazing! The Inside was vacuumed extremely well, and the exterior of my vehicle looked great! The staff are very friendly, and the wait time wasnt bad at all. If you need a car wash I would definitely consider coming here.
I have to say this is a honest car wash. I went in yesterday for a wash but when i got home i noticed my wallet was missing.I wasnt sure where i had left it.i went back to the car wash and asked the cashier about it.The cashier said she has my wallet and tried to call me but the phone number on file was not correct.I had over $300 in my wallet and it was all there.They always do a great job on our cars and their customer service is excellent.We will be a loyal customer.

I’ve come by twice for the disinfectant package since covid hit because of my line of work. Each and every time I have been greeted with professionalism and great quality work. The manager has made a point to speak with me each time to ensure I’m happy with it. He is wonderful! Not to mention my old floor mats look BRAND NEW. They do excellent work! Highly recommend!!

Fast service. The cleaners sometimes dont move the seats and clean underneath so I have to remind them. But after telling them they respond well.

This place has great service! My family and I get our vehicles washed from this location. They always do fantastic work. My most recent visit included getting the vehicle waxed/detailed. They have different packages for what you want to do with your ride. I got one of the mid level packages. They did an awesome job of cleaning the inside and the out. They do some hand detailing as well. After you deliver your car, you go and wait inside--and can see the car as it passes through the automatic part of the carwash. They did an awesome job. Theres even a rain-check on your receipt--that if it rains in 3 days of your visit, theyll rewash the car for free. Sweet! Will visit again.
My car lost her virginity and got her first car wash here. Great team work getting car detailed. I had just moved and have a hairy dog and they did a great job in just over 30 minutes. Price is amazingly affordable🤠.. Thank you Apple

Slowest car wash on the planet. I’ve been here for an hour and my car still hasn’t been washed. Poorly managed operation. I could’ve washed my own car and done a better job in the amount of time I’ve been here today. It’s not even that busy. I’ve been to other car washes that were far busier and got you out much quicker. Clearly not enough people working on a weekend when we had rain during the week. Again, horribly managed operation
I came here for the first time on MLK day to have my car washed. I prefer to wash and wax my vehicle myself but had limited time.I drove up and two young men came to my car immediately. I ordered the basic Full Service Wash and went inside. The ladies at the counter were very warm and nice.Once my car was finished I was very impressed. They managed to vacuum my car to perfection (there was quite a bit of dirt and debris on my floor boards) and dusted the interior. The exterior was washed thoroughly as well. No remaining dirt or water spots from improper drying. Wheels and tires looked great too.I was very happy when leaving and would recommend this car wash.
Went in on 12/29/2019 for a car wash and was checked in with no problem. Sat inside while I waited for my car to be cleaned. Paid for there “Gold” package. Which should include a wipe down of the dash and so forth. I get my car back and noticed immediately that the exteriors and interior of the car was not cleaned thoroughly. To make matters worse my son goes and sits in the back seat and immediately jumps up and said the seat is wet. I go check and to my surprise the seat is soaked. I ask one of the employee’s what happen and said “oh yea the window was cracked a bit and it got wet inside so we took it to the back to clean it and shampoo the seat.” So now I’m upset at the fact that 1. The car was poorly cleaned for their “Gold” package. 2. The rear back seat got soaked due to a issue on there end and fails to mention this to me until I had to get back out the car and ask. First and only time I will ever come here.
Great place! My Subaru Forester came out really clean, and prices are fair, and this is really close to my house unlike other car washes. If you need to go to a good one, come to the The Apple Car Wash .
LOVED IT! I had stains on my car seats they got everything out polished my tires gave me a full cleaning my car looked brand new! The manager saif and ian helped me a lot. It was supper cheap I was so surprised every other place was charging me 100+ for the stuff I needed done! They most definitely got me and my family as a loyal customer.
Tried this place out because i saw the raving reviews but the interior clean was horrible. i complained the first time and the manager in his defense did all he could to get it washed again. but the interior clean for the gold package was terrible. it was obvious it was rushed. my mats were dislodged, not cleaned properly, floors, dash, not cleaned properly. It was a waste of time and money
I was presently surprised by the service from this car wash. I know this may not be a big deal but the waiting was very clean! After my car washed they vacuumed and detailed my car which I did not even know that they did! All the staff was very friendly and I will definitely be going back in the future. One thing that I would recommend for them is that they work to improve their public internet speeds.

This place is great. Come here during the cooler months as it’s closer to me than Mister Carwash. Had a membership at MCW and their service has gone down the tubes for what you pay. Being greeted by Safi (general manager) and his staff are great. Their wash is far better than what you get elsewhere and their staff take their time and wipe down all areas of the vehicle. Top notch!! Well done Safi and crew!!!

Paid for the Silver Apple Package which turned out to be a complete RIP off. I would not recommend this car wash if attention to detail is important to you. I explained to the guy when I pulled up that I had been to the beach and there was sand. He said not a problem. However after the car wash was done the interior of the car was in the same condition. To top it off Abraham who is the manager told me the $24.95 I paid does not cover them cleaning the doors or getting the sand out. I would really like someone to explain what my $24.95 COVERS?I can do a $7 drive through for the same service.
So i went to google and typed car wash near me and Apple Car Wash popped up and upon reading some of the reviews i was kinda hesitant to go but they definitely are wrong as soon as i pulled up i was greeted with a friendly smile the whole staff was very nice i even signed up for there loyalty program which was free of charge and you get points you can redeem for free washes. So said all that to say this 5 out of 5 stars i rarely write reviews but this place definitely deserves one!!! And my car came out perfect best bang for your buck.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The car wash packages are reasonably priced for the wash, vacuum, and hand dry. Other car washes in the area offer self serviced vacuums, and no hand drying for the same or higher pricing, so this place really is the best deal for the price. I typically go during rush hour so I expect to wait a little while, but with the free WiFi offered I typically take this time to catch up on work. Great selection of snacks and beverages is a plus as well!
It is hard to find a car wash with such attentive employees. I was taking out the trunk rubber mat so the guy could vacuum underneath and before i was able to take out the mat entirely out, out of no where another employee who i believe looked like a manager grabbed the mat from me, scrubbed it, dried it with air really clean, vacuumed underneath, put the mat back, and even thanked me for coming in. I have used them for two years now and they are always courteous and do very well with all of my three cars.
We have been using this car wash for over a year. They clean our cars, do maintenance as well, and do a good job. Today they did an oil change but as iwas about to leave, they noticed one tire was flat. I told the lube manager i would put on the spare on myself but he insisted that he and his coworker will do it for me and at no charge. I even wanted to tip them both but they wouldnt take it. AMAZING!AMAZING!AMAZING!
I come here and get the gold apple wash because not only they do a good job but also theyre friendly and if sometimes something gets missed they take care of it right away without any hesitation.
I like this car wash overall as it’s closely located to my house. I have a membership and go their often with both of my vehicles. My biggest complaint is that there are not enough workers on the finishing end. Even on days after a rain and the sun is out bright and everyone is wanting a car wash, apparently the management is oblivious to the need to increase staffing. But it’s not just those days. I go there all the time and there will be two dryers and 10 cars backed up to be wiped down. You might as well plan on at least 45 minutes to get your car cleaned. That’s entirely too long for just a simple vacuum and wash.
No matter what your car wash needs may be, simply ask about what it is you need when you are greeted by the awesome sales associates and the Apple Car Wash team will make it happen. I’m always super satisfied with the service and quality washes this establishment always provides. I will continue to bring my car here and I encourage anyone reading this to see for yourself what the Apple Car Wash experience has to offer!

Got back from a hunting trip and both inside and out side need a major cleaning. I also had them clean the engine. Sifa was a great help in getting me the best packages for the work I wanted done. They did a great job. The engine cleaning made it look like a new vehicle.

Took my 2006 H3. Oil change no problems, inspection no problems. Car wash....not so great....when it came off the track and they parked it to dry it, I immediately noticed the license plate and personalized cover were all bent....they offered to give me another cover but I told them I really preferred to keep the personalized one I had.....they offered no discount for the damage. They did not remove the antenna and now its flopping in the wind....my husband will have to go through the glove box and fender to fix it. Car was clean but they damaged my truck. I will not be going back.
Im always greeted with excellent customer service from the staff and Manager Ali at the wash lol!! I get my vehicles washed there regularly and Im always satisfied. Today I decided to get a wax in my car. Its not something that I really wanted to do because my car is black and I thought maybe it would be left with swirls or wax lines. However, I was wrong! My car looks brand new and Im super happy with it! If I could give more than five stars I would..
First time and definitely last time using this Car wash and detail service. I paid $70 for the Platinum Apple package on my Maserati and they did a terrible job! They obviously did not pre-scrub the exterior at all, they did not remove floor Matt’s when they vacuumed and the left greasy finger prints on my interior cloth roof which is light cream. There was still finger prints on my mirrors, windows and handles. What the heck did I pay for???
I purchased the Gold Package which includes Bug Off and Armor All on your tires...I was watching my truck being dried off, which by the way, was done by some guys with literally NO MOTIVATION in life...I understand that is not the most glamorous job in the world but it is the one you have, so take some pride in it, do a good job. This was my 3rd visit and the workers are always like this...slow and unmotivated. I also noticed that no one put the Armor All on my tires, but they were bringing me my keys...I asked the attendant if they did my tires and he had this confused look on his face. I explained that I paid for that to be done so, sent him back. That took all of about 5 minutes to get done. He brought my keys back and I inspected the vehicle. I checked the front and there were still a ton of dead bugs on it and on the side of the bed there was a 2 inch white spot (bird poo) that did not come off when the truck went through the car wash. The attendant took my truck back to where the Bug Off is done and brought it back to me about 15 minutes later. I was there for over an hour and it was not a busy day. I think someone needs to pay more attention to detail because I should not have to monitor this and make sure my vehicle is cleaned and services paid for get done.

Ive been using this car wash for almost a month now. I used to use another car wash for about 4 years which was OK but i think APPLE is better and has a better customer service. I used their lube service last Sunday for an oil change on my navigator and was also very satisfied with their service as well!

Horrible wash. took forever to drive it through the automatic wash and then it wasnt even clean, water marks left all over the vehicle, windows were dirtier after the wash than before the wash. Ill drive the extra miles to Crystal hand wash they do a hella better job and cost less. who wants to pay 70$ wait over 2 hours for their truck to be washed and then get it only to find out its still dirty. no thank you.
I spent 2 long hours to get my sedan to be washed they pass my car 5 times through the wash tunnel and they never make it right I am paying month to month membership.the manager didn’t vacuum and didn’t wash my car floor math and the manager keeps saying sorry ma’am and nothing accomplished in 2 hours people coming and going and they couldn’t wash 1small sedan in 2 hours the most poorest service ever horrible experience

My neighbor told me they do a good job so I took my granddaughter with me and headed to this car wash. We were sitting outside watching the gentleman who was cleaning my car. He did such an amazing job that I went and told the supervisor how clean my car was. My neighbor was so right. My granddaughter liked the inside decorations too.

First time and Manager allowed other cars to go ahead of us because a car in front of us stalled even though we had been in line longer. Instead of making excuses, Manager should have apologized and given us a free wash on our next visit! Its all about Customer Relations and well trained staff, especially Managers. Lost a customer that purchases the monthly package. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Centrally located, different car detailing packages to choose from, and I even got the crack on my windshield fixed by a super nice guy named Abraham and it was free! Im here all the time and highly recommend this place to anyone that loves keeping their car clean!
We love Apple Car Wash! We’ve been coming once a week for about 3 years. The price per month for a membership is fantastic. The outside is always washed and the inside is vacuumed and wiped clean. The wait can be long but we always bring something to do or lunch to eat so we can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Always satisfying to jump in the fresh car afterwards 👏🏼
So I took my truck in to get the state inspection completed Mr. Fawad (inspector) refused to even look at my truck because he said the tint was too dark. I explained that the truck had always passed inspection and has never had a problem. Ive had the truck examined by other Apple Lube Center employees in the past. I needed to know how much tint is excepts or for a state inspection. I do not have time to argue but the young lady (Aliraza) at the front decided to argue with me and just turned this experience into a terrible one. There is really no reason to argue or get an attitude. I’m not a hostile person but one who wants to understand what to do. Listen I get it, all I wanted them to do is to show me that my tint was too dark instead of just saying oh its too dark but their attitude was so bad that I chose to just let it go. I will never visit this place again, and will encourage others to do the same.
Apple Car Wash does a great job of cleaning and paying close attention to detail of the interior and exterior wash. I’m thankful they’re so close to my house. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else to get cleaned.
Got my car washed and the left to realize that they took my air pods out of the middle console. I just used them before I left my car. I told them what happened and they said they will get back to me in 24 hours because they had to review the tapeQuestion: why does it take 24 hours to review 10 minutes worth of tape? During business hours!?!Don’t go here they are a bunch of thieves and if you do, make sure you don’t put any valuables in the middle console because they go through that too
This place is great. My car was covered in dog hair and they took the time to get it all out. Even though I told them it wasnt necessary. The was came out great and they wiped the car down inside and out. Very happy and will definitely be back.
I wish I could give this place NO STARS! I went there on a Friday afternoon to get my yearly state inspection. I was told my car didn’t pass inspection due to my front window tint being too dark. Mind you, I’ve had my car for 3 years. I went to another place and passed my inspection with NO PROBLEM. So if you have tinted windows DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!

Its great to go somewhere to have your car washed and it would come out so clean!!!! Not only this place cleans my cars well, but they make you feel comfortable and even have holiday music playing throughout the lobby. I live about 4 miles from them but well worth the drive.

Apple Car wash service has been excellent for our first year. With the Apple packages, we do not worry any more if it rains 5 min after washing, just come back the next day for a complete car wash or use the express lane... just worth the money!

I have to say apple have done a great job after the mistake they may have cost after the oil change on the 6th of Oct. I have went back on the 13th of oct. cause the oil keep leaking, when the manager and owner know about the problem the owner have contact ask about the problem and try everything they can to make it right. On friday the 16th i have call frank and he have able to have my problem fixed, also that day my tire pressure was not balanced he make sure all my tires have the correct air pressure, i also have problem with my battery. I have ask him to check and ask him to replace the battery with the new i have purchase. Now after i have no more oil leak. Thank you Frank, you and your team are awesome.
They always do a fine Job. I read a time base review, I will say, it was a little slow when they FIRST opened. It has gotten faster, and is as quick as any other full service car wash, now.I think they do a better job than other local washes.
One of the worst part about moving from Houston to Katy was having to be so far away from our old car wash...We had developed a routine and really loved the service and staff. However, the moment we discovered Apple we felt more at home and they take incredible care of all of our vehicles! best car wash EVER!
They were fantastic! I even signed up for a membership. Ask for Safi, he explained it really well it really is a great value especially if you like getting your car clean often.
I asked for better packaging to clean the inside per their staff recommended the Gold package. They basically vacummed and nothing else. I could have done that my self instead of spending $36. Didnt wipe the dashboard or anything. The outside was good but was not definitely worth that much money.
This carwash is okay compared to other carwash businesses Ive been to. The people drying and adding tire shine look extremely lazy as if they dont want to do it and do a not so great job. This isnt my first time coming either Ive came a few times as I live down the street but they need to step it up.
Great place to get your vehicle detailed and they offer a wide variety of services. Exceptional customer service as well. Highly recommended.
I brought my truck in after taking it fishing in the rain. I had mud and dirt all over the inside and out. This crew took their time and gave me back a truck that sparkled. My wife is so jealous that I now need to take hers in for the same treatment. Highly recommended, especially with the new management.
Safi and Frank are great! Made my 15 year old headlights like new! Made the appointment for a full detailing! Can’t wait!
WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE!Paid for the silver wash and clean package for $24.95. Windows were not cleaned at all. Smudges still all over front window. The dashboard wasnt even touched. First and last time coming here. Will not be back. Not worth the money at all!

2022-04-23Probably the worst experience ever. Truck was recently bought and painted. I was doing my first first wash and interior cleaning on the truck. I took it in for a interior detail told me 125 plus tax dropped off around 10:13 showed up at 5 now my sub doesn’t work, one of my all weather mats are missing in the rear and my truck is scratched and dent on the tailgate . Interior was just as dirty as I brought it in nothing was done besides a basic car wash. Talked to who ever the manager was and he tried giving me some cheap carpet as a loaner. He said he would call me if he found it.

2021-08-25I cannot speak to enough - about the professionalism, care and genuinely amazing customer support these guys give to their customers.I brought in my X5 that got DUMPED with tar while driving through highway 6 this weekend during construction. 2 other car washes refused to take the car in fearing issues while removing the tar and taking liability. There are not many business out there who take on risks - but these guys not only are willing to go the extra mile - but have enough confidence in the amazing work force they have - to take on a job like mine.This is a review from the bottom of my heart. I wish you guys all the success in the world. And Mr. Saifi - you are one amazing guy. May you succeed in everything you do and i can only hope the love your employees have for you continues to grow. EVERY manager should learn from you.Take a look at these pictures - and judge for your self. What they did to a car that was absolutely destroyed by the negligence of a city worker - and they made it like as if came off the assembly line in Germany.

2021-10-10In looking for a new place to get my truck detailed, I came across Apple. In speaking with the general manager, Safi, whom I was surprised that a general manger was actually there, he explained the services and detailed how thorough they were. I decided to give them a try and I was thoroughly pleased with the job done.There are other places to go if you are getting extra services like clay bar or waxing, so you do not have to leave the vehicle and come back. Thank you so much Safi for a great experience and a very clean vehicle.

2022-07-11I live in the local area and went to this location on a Saturday for a full interior and exterior detail. They were very busy; however, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman who assisted me and got me started right away. It took about 5 hours for a full detail and I was amazed when I saw my car. I have had my vehicle for 10 years and am the original owner. My car looked better than when I first bought it! They spent a great deal of time meticulously detailing my car. The interior looked brand new, my leather seats were so shiny and they even detailed the engine under the hood. I am so happy with the level of service and attention to detail and will definitely be a repeat customer. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend this place!!!

2022-03-10Highly recommend this place for a car wash. This place really provides you the best personalized service. I brought my car in and they had done a great job. So I thought I would bring in my mom’s car that needed a lot of detailing. Well when they started the cleaning we discovered the battery died. This store went out of their way and got the battery replaced and offered the detailing as well. They earned my trust and my families. I will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you.

He was very helpful and professional and worked hard in solving my problem. No doubt the best car wash in the area. I have no reservations about recommending them.

2022-03-29Took my car in for an oil change and interior detail. My car... needed some work so I had to drop it off and come back for it latter. Mainly because they where hopping and extremely busy.Valentina did an amazing job cleaning my car. Looks like I just pulled her off the lot. Hakeem was super clear and helpful in making sure I understood the situation and what they coul/would do for me.I couldnt have asked for better or more professional service.

2022-08-17Brought my car in to have it detailed; however, my car was damaged. Paint was chipped off the hood after going through the car wash. I attempted to resolve this matter with the owner; however, my car was not repaired as he suggested he would pay for it. We met in person to discuss the matter after going back and forward in email. During the meeting Frank contacted the body shop who would repair it; however, the recommended detail shop never contacted me. I reached out to Frank to let him know that my car still hadnt been repaired and would it be better if I contacted another shop. Frank indicated that he was out of town and would call me back. Still this day, I still have not heard from Frank. Its really unfortunate that you cannot trust companies to keep their word, nor did Frank offer to refund my money after my car was damaged.
