We had a Gas leak and CPS shut off our gas. When your staff arrived, I was very happy with Andrew expertise and Rudy absorbing his knowledge. I would like to give these two guys kudos for an excellent job and so professional. I will recommend this company to everyone. Great Job!!!!!!
We called for one commode replacement and ended up with two since it was also giving us issues. Both techs(Kristian and Christopher) were very professional and courteous. We also had some plumbing done in the kitchen. Aramendia Plumbing and Air have done several other works(AC and water heater). Always reliable and highly recommended.Thanks

Eric was amazing and super informative while being kind and professional. Had my routine maintenance taken care of quickly and provided me with a few tips and tricks to keep my system running smoothly. Gave me suggestions on upgrades I could do to extend the life on my older ac system too which Ill definitely get done by Aramendia once Ive saved some extra money.
My elderly grandmothers AC went out during a very hot, holiday weekend. I called after 8p on a Saturday, fully expecting to be told it would be a couple days for someone to come out, but was so relieved to hear someone could come out that evening to fix it. Eric was there within 30 mins and had her AC working again within a half hour. He was also very patient and kind with my grandmother, whos a talker. I had blocked drains in the bathroom. I called and spoke with John he was very nice and helpful. My clogged drains were bad. He sent someone out. He unclogged it just to clogged back in 2 days.I called back and spoke with John again. He sent someone out that day. Wade came he knew what to look for. He worked with me and found out what the problem was. Took care of it and told me how to maintain my drain pipes with a product. Thank you so much for helping me and working with me.Will call for my AC, just hoping I will have the same experience.

Last week, one of your technicians Crystal Donat came to our home for our annual service & maintenance calls for our AC system. She did a great job & spent time explaining to us key aspects of our system & other options to improve its efficiency. We hope to have her back next time we need service.
The thermostat for our Carrier AC system went blank and we had no control over the system whatsoever. We called two local AC repair companies but they didnt resolve the problem. The 1st one tried to say it was the circuit breaker on the outside electrical panel. Never even considered that the thermostat could be the problem. Tried to charge $400 to replace a $12 circuit breaker/10 minute job. Stopped them in the middle of the job once we discovered their tactic (by the way, there was nothing wrong with the circuit breaker). This stunt got me researching all about our Carrier AC system. The 2nd company determined that it was probably the thermostat but wanted $1900 to replace it. No thanks. Searched on eBay and found a used one for $300. Jumped on it right away and called Aramendia when the thermostat arrived in the mail. They sent Randall & Chris. They resolved the issue within about 40 minutes. They determined correctly that the problem was faulty contacts on the thermostats back recessed mounting plate; the thermostat itself was never the issue. Replaced the old thermostat with the used one and wekept the old as a backup. Great job Randall & Chris! They were very professional and Randall was especially knowledgeable in his trade. Advice: Do your homework by learning how your AC system works. That way you have some knowledge so as not to get taken advantage of.
Was pleased with the quickness to schedule. The team who installed my water softener and dishwasher had a tough job that turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, missing manufacturer parts, small spaces, fickle mechanics. But, they stayed long and worked hard together to get the job done right on the first visit. Very pleased with the tenacity and dedication. Will call again.
They were quick to respond on a Saturday. They were able to detect the problem and do a quick repair to stop the leak. They promised to return Monday to complete the repair, so the ground could have an opportunity to dry out. They returned early Monday and completed a very difficult repair.They were communicative, professional and easy to work with.I would recommend them without reservation. We have been with them for more than 12 years and have never been disappointed.

I had an unexpected leak happen and needed it fixed; I called Aramendia Plumbing as They’ve worked on my water heater prior. Kristian Conner and Christopher Elizondo were the technicians that came out and fixed my problem pipe. They were very professional; they explained the entire process of what would be needed and as they fixed the issue. A pair of very professional and courteous individuals I would high recommend them and Aramendia for any future issues anyone may have.
I had a pipe burst in the wall and Aramendia came out shortly after I called. The tech, Larry noticed some irregularities in the readings and brought in their expert in leak detection, Wade. Wade got everyone focused on the problem and rerouted the pipe within hours. I have a high confidence that the work was very thorough. While they were isolating the problem, Larry did notice some rust on the water heaters, snapped a couple of pics and suggested replacement as soon as possible. The water heaters are in the ceiling of two story home and it could have created very costly damage down the road. Very appreciative!!!
Woke up this morning to a water leak in the front yard. Aramendia responded and Mr. Harrison arrived in less than a hour. Great professional service. We are very happy and satisfied. They will be the first number we call for plumbing needs from now on!

I had a leak in my AC system that I had installed by another ac company back in 2020. I called Aremendia and Eric came over and found the problem right away. He did a great job and was professional and courteous. He even explained some upgrades that the other ac company forget to install. I will be calling back soon to have these upgrades installed by your company soon.
Worst warranty service ever. Our AC has been broken for 2 weeks with no solution. We’ve had multiple techs out here multiple times and even a manager. We paid for Freon, we’ve waited for new parts, and still nothing. At this point they should just be replacing the unit, but nope. Even worse the manager had a bad attitude, showed up without a tech which would have been fine except he didn’t have any equipment (not even a ladder), and to top it all off he was a perv. My elderly father with Alzheimer’s lives with us and it’s been over 100 degrees for multiple days. We thought about using the company for some mini splits and gas lines on a home renovation project, but will never use them again. If you can’t fix an AC unit after 2 weeks no way I trust you to install safe gas lines.
Living in a apartment complex with a staff that refused to fix our A/C or even come out and look at it. And numerous other companies that wouldn’t even take my call for living in a apartment I finally found this company that would come check it out for me.I spoke with John in the office who went out of his way to call the property manager and get the approval needed for them to come out and check for a diagnostic. He followed it up with a phone call back to me with the time they would be out.The technician who came out Brian knew exactly what he was doing and looking for. He spent a better side of 2 hours going through my entire system and found multiple things wrong that were overlooked by the staff in charge. The worst being the Freon leak that has been leaking into my apartment for the better part of 2 months.This company has provided my partner and I with much need relief in these 100+ degree days and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of A/C services.
Brian was the first technician on site. On time. Patient. Answered all questions. Diagnosed issue. Brought Derek Lynn on site in quick time to present alternatives for hvac replacement. Thoroughly had all options explained in great detail - patiently. Owner settled on an Advantage program - 16 SEER. I had a plumbing problem, Wade and Jacob arrived on time. I cant say enough about these two guys they represent their company very well, respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would try to hire these guys away if I could. These guys are honest, would recommend them over anybody including Goettl 1000% and I have used them, they wanted to get into my back pocket! Whatever you do please keep Carlos and Dillion in your company!!!! They are the best and an asset to your company as they went beyond the service of what I was expecting. Doing my due diligence I had two other plumbing companies (from Angi’s list) to give me an estimate on a leak that was outside the brick wall from our master bathroom. They both said they would need to remove the counter, cut the drywall and do a hydro static test to locate leak and reroute the lines above the attic costing $3k. I called Aramendia and Carlos/Dillion took the time to locate the source by testing all fixtures using a stethoscope (no leak), then checked the shower valve and found the leak, did the repair. What a great joy it was to hear that was the issue and the money they SAVED me. They were both professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend Aramendia for any plumbing issues as they are honest and care about the service they provide!!! Great job guys!!!
We called Aramendia on Thursday evening. Luis and Jacob were at our home first thing Friday. Not only were these men polite and very professional, but extremely knowledgable and caring. They fixed the problem quickly. Aramendia is now our plumbing company of choice!
This is the second time Ive used Aramendia, having previously used their plumbing services when they replaced an outside faucet. I was happy with the work they did and their professionalism so when the AC in the house I inherited gave out after almost two decades of dust, Golden Retriever hair, Texas heat, and inconsistent maintenance, I called them to replace the AC. After the initial inspection Ryan and Travis came the very next morning and replaced both the inside and outside components of the HVAC system (both were out of code because of age), and the furnace as well. They were both really nice guys, worked hard through what was probably 95% humidity, wet grass and mud, and were very understanding of the situation I was in, inheriting a house with an HVAC system that was just clogged all the way through with dust and dog hair. They were both friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable with them in my home, going in and out of the house working on the HVAC system while I folded clothes. I am very happy with the system they put in, especially the kill switch (for lack of knowing the right term) that they installed so in the event the drain system does ever get clogged, it shuts the system off instead of just continuing to run while water is overflowing all through the AC closet, which is how I discovered the problem in the first place. I really appreciate Ryan and Traviss hard work and will continue to use Aramendia, should I need plumbing or HVAC services again.This is a real review, I dont personally know anyone from Aramendia, and I was not given anything free, or promised anything at all to leave them a good review. This is my honest evaluation of the services I received.
If youve ever heard the phrase, They couldnt find their a$$ with both hands they were referring directly to Aramendia. There is no way that I could accurately relay the Charlie Foxtrot that Aramedia created in my home, but just know that it still wasnt repaired after 5 days, 100s of dollars wasted on hotels & meals because the house was in the 90s, & 9-10 guys that apparently all went to the Howard, Fine, & Howard School of A/C Repair. Thats not a joke, because at one point they attempted to tell me that it was the thermostat & I had to correct the technician & TELL HIM WHY it wasnt the thermostat, obviously this isnt what I do for a living, but apparently neither does Aramendia. Eventually the Service Manager did come out, I guess for no other reason than to tell me about his 32 years in the business, which he referred to several times, like that by itself was going to fix the problem, only to act put out when I called back 2 hours later to tell him that since he had left the house the temperature had gone from 80 to 91, and at that point I had to say ENOUGH!! My advice would be to just stay far, far away because honestly even now I dont know if it was a scam that just wasnt able to come to fruition or if it was total incompetence, but no matter what they just arent worth it even if theyre giving it away.
This company is the worst. They have come out to my house 8 times in the past 8 weeks! Their techs are very young and inexperienced. They left our AC running without freeon once and then another time without putting the filter in! We still have a hot house. 85 degrees to be exact. Whats worse is, we purchased the unit brand new from them and spent extra on the warranty and on the maintenance. They reassured that we would be on the schedule for that day at 9 am and again at 12:40. Then I get a phone call at 6:15 pm to notify me they cant come after all and would be on the schedule for the next day!We had to cancel our vacation reservations for the next day and incurred a late cancelation fee because it was less than 24 hour from the reservation. The dispatch lady told me that she couldnt force the manager or anyone else to speak to me when I asked to speak to a manager or anyone that could help me.Rodney Smith is the manager.UPDATE: it has been more than 2 weeks since my last review on Aramendia and my AC still IS NOT fixed. It is not cooling our house and they dont seem to have the expertise to fix it. We purchased our outside and upstairs AC units from them and THEY INSTALLED IT only 4 years ago and we paid into the 100% guarantee that covers all motor and parts, and labor. Instead of them fixing it, they dropped off 2 portable AC units 2 weeks ago and have yet to return!! Now, my electric bill is skyrocketing and no one has called to follow up. Worst customer service ever! My family has suffered in an extremely hot environment since June 28th, our initial call for maintenance. This is not okay!

Bill provided our family the options available to have an efficient system that would provide a healthier indoor air quality for my compromised immune system. Rafael & Marcelo were COVID conscientious, respectful and very professional installers. Our family highly recommends the dependable & puntual Aramendia for plumbing and HVAC.

I had an appt scheduled to check on my water Softner if it needed more salt. Raylon came earlier before my appt was scheduled, which was perfect timing. He was very professional from beginning to end. He helped me with my other concerns about my shower faucet not turning off completely only if I turn the faucet tightly (gave me a good estimate being a member), and told him my concern about the AC making a weird noise as the AC goes on. He scheduled my AC check for me and that was wonderful of him to do that. Also, he is very knowledgeable in plumbing and taught me some things.
They replaced my AC. The workers were quality people who did an excellent job. They new exactly what to do to get the job done. Always helpful and ensure the customer is satisfied. Customer satisfaction has always been outstanding. Quality work and great service at a reasonable price. Quality people like Jean Norval, Andrew, Carlos. and CSR Tonya. l would recommend Aramendia to anyone wanting qualitywork. .
Crystal came out to handle regular AC maintenance and was awesome! Great tech, very explanatory & helpful when it comes to understanding what’s going on with you system. We won’t be going with anybody else when it comes to our home, thank you!
Aramendia replaced my hot water heater. 5/5. Aramendia replaced my central hvac. 5/5. A warranted component of my ac system failed within the warranted window however they do not stock the part of the system they sold/installed on their service trucks. I had to choose between waiting 3-5 days for the part to arrive or purchase the part they chose to stock - between labor and material cost was out ~$300 even thought the unit they sold me failed under parts warantee. Be careful. Come to find out the component sells for ~$50 via online retailers yet was sold to me (with a generous 15% discount because they didnt stock the exact replacement for the system they sold me) for roughly $150.
They have been here over 5 different times to try and fix the AC, even the manager came out here himself. First it was a leak, next it was the part they originally replaced was defective. Now we have been waiting for 2 weeks because they didnt have the correct parts for the AC. Its consistently 90 degrees in the house, sometimes 95 when its about 100 outside. We call for any new information on fixing our issue and they tell us they dont have the part yet or they do and need to get in touch with technicians, essentially the run around. All this after paying about 3k for them to fix this issue that is still not fixed. Ended up calling someone else to fix our issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will not ever follow up with you, you will always have to call them and still be left in the dark.
The technician that came to our house, Eric Willett, was knowledgeable and thorough with the maintenance checkup that he performed. He also had a friendly personality which made for a pleasant service visit.

Just bought property and moved in. Issue with no cold water in master bathtub/shower. Also had to replace the cold water valve for washing machine.Mr Marcos Gonzales was very coutrltious profesional informative and knowledgable. I highly recommend this team.

I am a disabled veteran and I know I was taken advantage of in this contract. I called Aramindia and they say the service expert plan is not part of them so they are deflecting blame Never do a service lease its a scam. There is no early cancellation fee its pay the entire contract if you ask to terminate early. What a scam 6000 plus for a water softener. Read your contracts 50.00 sounds great till you try to cancel. I cannot believe they got paid and are still trying to collect money thru a collection agency who is as rude as them. They over talked me and after I sent proof of payoff they hung up on me. Worst company for any veteran or disabled person to do business with.
My AC has been temperamental for a few days; Its been over 100 degrees so I thought it would take at least a week to schedule an appointment. I spoke to John, Customer Service Supervisor, and he couldnt have been more helpful or pleasant. I have an appt. for tomorrow, so I will update then.
I called them for a diagnostic and they came over I told him I thought it was the blower motor he looked at the furnace and outside unit and said yes its the blower. He never took out his equipment or even opened the back pack he almost left his tools here cuz he forgot he set them down. when they showed up he had the sales guy with him so I knew he wasnt really going to try to fix my unit. My unit is too old so he didnt even offer to say they could fix. then he charged me 59 for a diagnostic which he didnt even do! I see the commercials says no trip charge n free estimate and he charged me for a service he didnt even do.
The service tech Brian was absolutely amazing. He came out found the problem and made sure that my 2 yr old had cool air before he left after us suffering all day in 95 ° heat inside our home. This man was. God send.
When I called they told me they would not be able to get to to me until the next day. However around 6:30 this evening there was a knock on my door and it was Willie h with aramindia. After checking the AC unit in the Attic and the thermostat, he determined that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I now have a maintenance plan with them.
On 6.18.22 Rayn and his apprentice did a excellent job capping off a water leak that was going into the slab, he also installed a isolation valve at the manifold for emergency shut off, Aramendia has great team members representing them.
This team of experts with plumbing, heading and air are always our go-to since the first time we used them over 2 years ago. They are very professional, on time, and communicative.
I bought a brand new A/C unit on 5/5/2018 spending a bit over $5k if memory serves me right. As they set it up they tell me they need to come back to replace the heating element for winter. Never heard from them again until I called saying my heater STILL doesn’t work. That’s my first issue HOWEVER I’ve had to call them out EVERY year since. I was seeing mold and added a black light kit to find out the entire unit was leaning causing the leak so they came and fixed that (why wasn’t it done properly the FIRST time or even the 2nd when they added the heating element? Then this year I called them to say yet ANOTHER YEAR with a BRAND NEW unit it’s not working. They said they could come out in 10 days…..TEN DAYS AT 104* so I called another company to find out I had to replace the blower ON A BRAND NEW UNIT. So after dropping ANOTHER $1,200 I will NEVER use nor recommend Aramendia again. I’d like to add I only used them since 2013, new water softener, new water heater, a broken pipe then the A/C unit but the ladies that take the calls with their “I don’t care” attitudes lost my business moving forward. Trust me when I say once you’ve PAID the whole “nice guy” goes out the window!!

I have used Aramendia for the past 15yrs. The techs can be a hit or miss. If your going to use them I recommend you ask for Kenneth. He followed through on getting my thermostat replaced where others drop the ball. He was also respectful and very competent.I used them again to fix my AC system. Rodney, Paul, and Vincent spent hours going over my system to find a short in my wiring. They were honest and fair. I have an old system and they did an awesome job of keeping running and working great.
Just had another outstanding experience with Aramendia! Water heater went out last night, found out when I ended up taking a cold shower!Called Aramendia this morning and Susan immediately scheduled me for an afternoon appointment. Wow! same day appointment,, that was great. Dakota and Joseph showed up early, evaluated my old water heater and found both elements were bad. Dakota said he could fix the old water heater for free since it still had a bit of warranty left, but I inquired about replacing it since it was several years old and probably a fix would be very temporary. Dakota began to give different options for replacement and we decided on the Rheem 12/12 warranty unit. Dakota and Joseph began the new installation, working together extremely well as a team and soon, very soon, we had a new hot water heater installed. I was very impressed with their professional attitudes, the way they offered me many replacement options and let me make the decision on which replacement I wanted. Also impressed with the way they worked so smoothly and quickly together; a well disciplined team that seemed to read each other s mind and able to quickly install the new unit. And the work area was very cramped and crowded but they were able to work around it and get the job done. Many thanks to Aramendia for having outstanding techs and a special thanks to Dakota and Joseph for the outstanding job they did quickly.

Called Aramendia on a Sunday with an emergency plumbing problem and I couldn’t be more grateful to have dealt with such an honest and professional group.Carl and Sammie were so pleasant on the phone, and Carlos and Dylan fixed the problem immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Wade after noticing water dripping from my ceiling overnight. He correctly identified the source of the leak and did excellent work with addressing my plumbing issues. He was beyond fair with the pricing and helped advise me on the next steps to take with the repair process. I called Aramendia for a plumbing issue. Within an hour they were driving up to my house. My shower drain was seriously clogged. Our house is old and it was difficult to get far enough down the drain to unclog it. Andrew and Luis had difficulty accessing the clogged pipe through an old drum trap but after much effort they where able to open it. They kept running lines through the pipe until they persevered and cleared the clog. My wife and I were very impressed. (That was our only working shower at the time.) Andrew and Luis work well as a team. They are dedicated, professional passionate about what they do. The price was fair and they cleaned up after their job. They even told us how to use some biodegradable stuff to keep our pipes clean in the future. They made us feel good when they left.
Greg form Aramendia came out to our rent house as we had a leak somewhere in the shower. He did a great job explaining to me what they had to do over the phone and keep me informed throughout the process. I was very thankful he was able to find and fix the leak right away.
Called Aramendia to troubleshoot our water heater. Guys were super responsive. Did arrive late cause they were finishing up another job. But their front office did call and gave me the heads up of them running late though, so cant complain them for that. When they arrived, they were able to troubleshoot fairly quickly and they were very professional and extremely resourceful with questions we had. They were also very honest about the brand we were using for our water heater tank, which was not a good brand. I validated through online reviews of the brand and saw they were being completely honest. Bradford White is the brand we previously had and broke down 5 years into having it. Which is bad since water heater tanks average life span is 8-12 years. One nice thing is they were able to offer us a wide variety of financing options that were really appealing. Any thing plumbing or AC-related is expensive, so hearing about their leasing and financing options was really helpful since we had to buy a brand new AC a couple months ago. The job overall took a few hours, but hauling a 40 Gallon tank into an upstairs attic is not an easy job. Overall, Joe and David from Aramendia were really great to work with and helped put me at ease by finding eligible discounts and a way to meet me in the middle financially. They also gave me some tips and pointers water tank maintenance.
FOR PLUMBINGIve been having plumbing issues and couldnt find the source of the problems. I called out 2 other plumbers and didnt get anything resolved. I decided to try Aramendia for a third opinion and they were able to troubleshoot and locate the issues. Wade and Jose were very professional and through out in their inspection. I highly recommend Wade if you need to camera to go down your plumping. I will be using Aramendia as my go to plumber from now on!
Amazing service. My husband and I ran into a tub faucet issue and we had to shut our water off to fix it. Needless to say being 8 months pregnant and needing to have water was a necessity! We were waiting around all weekend for another plumber who kept giving us a run around so we called Aramendia and they came within the hour! Carlos was so nice and professional and he had a trainee that was also very professional and nice! I’m so glad they were able to come on a Sunday after 24 hour +of no water. Definitely will recommend and keep their card info close.
Crystal was the maintenance technician that came out to do the winter service on the heater system. She was on time, pleasant and very professional. She did a thorough job on both the inside and outside unit. After Crystal finished servicing the units she came back to me with a detailed sheet listing what she did and explained in full detail everything on the sheet. Crystal also allowed time for me to ask any questions that I had in which she immediately answered. She is very knowledgeable and also offered great advise in how to continue to keep the system running efficiently. I will definitely be requesting her to come back to do the spring maintenance on the system. Shes a good one...ask for her...you wont be disappointed.
AC tech Rodney performed a service call due to an AC issue. He found the problem and repaired it. He is very thorough and provides great customer service. Look forward to having him back for another call.
When all other plumbing companies gave me excuses why they would take 2-3 days to fix ourIssue, Aramendia showed up to get it done. Staff answered phone professionally and plumbing Technicians were outstanding. Very pleased.
UPDATE: Since writing this review Aramendia has taken the proper steps to rectify my issue. They have replaced my lineset cover and covered the hole left on my eve.I had a new AC system installed which was extremely expensive. When they came to install they left a 6” hole on under the eave of my house where birds and bugs started getting in and the metal line set covering the lines going up my house was put in crooked. They sent the first guy to come fix it but he didn’t have the necessary equipment but assured me they would be calling me to get it taken care of. Nobody ever called. I called them and they sent another guy over who also did not have the proper equipment to fix it. Again I was promised that they would be contacting me to take care of it, but I never received a call so I had to call them again. When the third guy came out he had the part but it was not painted, raw metal. I didn’t want a piece of raw metal going all the way down my house so he promised to get another one out to me asap. Again nobody ever followed up with me. At the time of this review this issue is still unresolved and I have still NEVER received a call from Aramendia. Do not use this company if you expect them to back up their work.
Kristan was very helpful and polite. He came to install a new kitchen tap for us but also helped me figure out a water heating issue and fixed a second tap both free of charge. We have worked with Aramendia 3-4 times now and always great service, premium looking finishes and very polite, helpful staff. Highly recommend
Couldn’t be more impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of their plumbing department. Came out after hearing of a major leak coming from the ceiling in our dining room. Lindsey kept us calm while she was able to get her crew, Carlos and Dylan, out here within the hour. Initial shock told us it was going to be costly…turns out our 3 year old just clogged his toilet. They took care of the leak and overflow without trying to upsell. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with technicians using this type of experience to offer costly solutions that aren’t needed. Aramendia’s team didn’t. 10/10, would use again.

Another job well done by Aramendia employees. This time by Marcos who installed a new kitchen faucet. Marcos was easy to talk to, good at explaining what needed to be done, and did an excellent job. She was knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. Crystal was the first technician that has ever cleaned the leaves from my AC unit without me asking. Crystal explained all the checkpoints she reviewed on both systems fully so I could understand it (Im 75 years old). She even set me up a future appointment to have my hot water checked. I cant say enough for the expert way she handled herself. I will ask for Crystal for my next AC and heating maintenance. She left me feeling confident my systems are in good shape. UPDATE. Have real hot water for a change. Justin and Jose installed a new hot water heater today. They did an excellent job installing and giving me information on the unit. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was done. I am very happy with their work.I
David and Christopher were very thorough and upfront about what was wrong and how to fix it. They not only found our and pressure relief valve problem but also that it had ruptured membranes in our water heater expansion tanks; something I never would have thought to check. They accomplished all replacements quickly and had out household back up and running within an hour or so. I’d recommend Aramendia to everyone I know in San Antonio.

Fred Noriega was my service tech. Had extremely low water pressure inside and outside. Showed up promptly and explained exactly what the problem was and gave a quick estimate. Replaced the main water pressure regulator and reserve tank on the water heater. Problem solved and estimate price didnt change. No extra this or that. Did an extremely professional job in a short amount of time. From now on any other plumbing or HVAC issues this is the company I will call. Hopefully it will be Mr. Noriega they send.. excellent job 👍.

1.24.22 Crystal and Michael performed semi-annual maintenance on our unit. They were timely, thorough, and explained all findings in detail. Another great experience.11/12/21 Greg came out in the late afternoon to assess our 20yo water heater and installed the replacement on the spot. Fast, neat work and very professional. There was a small leak that started after he left - he returned the same evening and remedied that. Greg is an awesome plumber with top-notch customer service skills.July 2021 Marco arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and provided a detailed report on the unit’s condition. I would be happy to have Marco service my unit again.
They will NEVER show up during the time block you are scheduled for! They wait until that time arrives, and then call to re-schedule you.Usually it wont even be the same day! The do ok work when they finally get there, but dont expect them to arrive on the day they say they will!!Probably will not waste my time with them again.

We had started to notice a knocking noise coming from under our kitchen sink. We knew that rattling was not normal. I called Aramendia and was able to get their service guys to come the next day and over the weekend.They determined that our garbage disposal was the culprit. Yes, it was old!Chandler and Jacob explained that they had a smaller disposal on their truck, detailed the costs and said a larger disposal was available at their offices. We determined that we wanted the larger unit. We have learned the hard way that it doesn’t pay to go cheaper.They returned within the hour and installed it quickly.We have used the services of Aramendia in the past and have always been pleased.We are grateful that we were able to get this taken care of over the weekend! Why do home appliances always go out over the weekends?
I purchased and American Standard system from Aramendia after mine died in August of 2017. Not only were they the best priced out of all the comparisons in the area, but they also came out on a Sunday to get the system installed and us back in service. Recently, Crystal came out to perform the yearly service on the unit, was courteous and explained the checks shed performed and let me know my unit was still running great. I highly recommend Aramendia for heating and air.

Ive been a customer with Aramendia since May 2019. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five is that my ac unit has gone out a few times and one of the times it took them almost a week to fix in the middle of summer. They did provide 2 window units to use for a few days but it was not enough. Otherwise, service is always friendly when I call and I think the advantage plan is a good deal.
I just had a major hot water leak last night. When I got home, I immediately realized I had a water leak from the Hot water Heater. I immediately went into my attic to shut it off. When I inspected the Hot Water Heater, I realized immediately the leak was due to a faulty drain valve. I turned everything off, the gas, the water, etc. The next morning, I called Aramendia Plumbing, and asked them to come out and repair the Hot water Heater. All that needed to be replaced was the drain valve(about $6.50 cents from Home Depot). I got a high pressure sales pitch to replace the whole hot water heater with a quote of about $2000.00 for parts and labor. I politely declined, as I knew all that needed to be replaced was the drain valve on the hot water heater. I then did the job myself, and replaced the drain valve at a cost of about $6.50(pictures are attached) and some of my own elbow grease. Stay away from these guys. They pitch a high pressure con job. I now have great hot water again, and a new drain valve on my hot water heater, and everything is great again..

Our water heater and water softener had decided that they were old enough to retire, so after some quick research, we decided to call Aramendia. I spoke with Eric, who got me on the schedule for the same day. I was at work, but they gave me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know when the plumber was headed to my home, which was so nice! The plumber Wade was friendly and informative and made sure we were getting the best set up for our budget and water usage. Out with the old, in with the new! We couldn’t be more grateful to Aramendia for their integrity and professionalism throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using them in the future!

These folks came out first thing in the morning after we had called the evening before. Christian was the repairman and he provided amazing service in replacing our leaking hot water heater. He brought in not just a new system, but ensured we were brought up to code. He answered all my many questions in a very patient and professional manner! I can’t be sure if I got a competitive price because I didn’t shop around, but I didn’t mind paying the price I was charged. Otherwise, these folks are great!!

This is late in coming because my sister passed away 2 weeks ago.But all I can say is that Aramendia has very good people working for them. My ac unit went out completely. They were kind enough to bring me a window unit for my bedroom. Then they came back & installed a new unit in less than 4 hours.Then I had a plumbing issue. And got that fixed right away as well. I would give them a five star rating.There was the young man named Jason that came to speak to me about a new unit. Im a retired sales person myself. But Jason was not pushy or anything like some sales people can be. He was kind & understanding. As a matter of fact hes the one that got me unit for my bedroom. Instead they were able to do the repair then & there..... saving me substantial money on my water bill! Both men were courteous & very professional. And very, very reasonable. Also, the same day, a technician, Randall (Im sorry, I didnt get your last name!) came out to repair the awful leak I had in my AC condensation line that was leaking back into the house. Jean did the estimate, Ryan and Travis removed the old system and installed the new system. Everyone showed up when they said they would. And made sure to mask up and apply foot coverings before entering. After installing the new system they made sure to show me how to use the new thermostat, and cleaned up after themselves.

Aramendia installed my a/c a couple of years ago. Since that time, they call regularlt to set up maintenance appointments. I am satisfied with the unit and their overall customer service. I must mention the very professional service offered by Marco, the service technician. He was courteous, professional and did an excellent job servicing the a/c unit. We had a clog that we were unable to resolve in our own so we called Aramendia. We were able to get same day service. Greg came out to our home and was very professional. He had the job done in less than an hour. He even tightened a loose faucet for us. We are very happy with the work they did and will definitely be calling Aramendia for our future plumbing needs!
We had our current AC and ductwork install 11 years ago by Aramendia and were very pleased with the work. When we had an issue they were able to get out the same day to check the system and get the parts ordered. When the parts arrived they were able to get them installed and showed us the condition of everything as well as let us know there was some work we had authorized that was not needed saving us money. They have always been professional and done quality work.
Marco did a wonderful and professional job. Normally a 2 man task, he labored alone diligently ensuring all our units were in top condition. Pleasant and polite, he left the areas better than he found them. I have had major issues in the past with Aramendia but he has renewed my faith in individuals taking pride in their work. I give them a 10 plus. I had used another plumbing company a few days before and they couldn’t get the toilet unclogged. They worked on it for 2-3 hours, said they had to go to another job and didn’t call back next day. So I called and she said it would be 3-4 days later that they could come back. I called Aramendia Plumbing and they came out within 3 hours with 2 great technicians, Andrew and Marco. They worked diligently and tried to get the line unclogged. They kept trying but it wouldn’t unblock. He gave the unfortunate news that it was going to be a much more costly job in the thousands of fox. Of course, we were devastated but he tried one more thing and low and behold the toilet unclogged.Andrew and Marco were very courteous and hard working and very diligent about cleaning up.I would definitely recommend Aramendia Plumbing, Andrew and Marco. ❤️

After an initially bad experience and review, the management of the company reached out to me to make amends. Although I had my HVAC system repaired by a different company, Aramendia agreed to compensate me for the disagreement that occurred and refunded what amounted to be the difference in the cost of the repair and what it would have cost to have fixed at their cost; out of pocket on their end. I found this compromise to be a reasonable solution, and I will cautiously continue my maintenance contract with them. Thank you for the communication.

Wish I could give zero stars.Was away from home when shower started having leaks. Wife called and two guys showed up. Gave her an estimate of $1,915 to fix it and the guy said that even then it was a 50% chance it would solve the problem. While one of the men went to their vehicle to write up the estimate the guy still in the house told my wife to just go to a store to buy the parts. I got home and bought all the parts and tools I needed and more just to replace while I was already doing the work for less than $150. Took me 30 minutes and I had never done any plumbing before.I dont know if these guys didnt want to work or if this is how this business is run, but I will never trust them with any work.
Walked into the bathroom to find 2 inches of water. They came within hours and found the leak to be under the slab. They spent the next day rerouting lines due to the age of the pipes and errosion, which is why there was a leak. While being in the wall, they suggested looking at the pipes in the other 2 areas as well to find a potential problems as well. They were very amazing!!! Four men worked non stop without even wanting to take a lunch. I insisted they eat and their concern was to finish asap and get our lives back to normal. You could not ask for a better crew working together!!! Weve used them in the past and would definitely call them again without hesitation. Dont look anywhere else. They were honest, dependable and made sure to protect the rugs, cabinets and walls! Also cleaned everything up nicely😊
Andrew and Marcos did plumbing work for our central air unit also fixing a leak that was coming from the upstairs unit. The two young men went above and beyond professionally and were very courteous. They took their time and were not rushed. They were able to correct the problem and left us with peace of mind. Wade and Luis came same day to repair a costly foundation plumbing leak. Wades’ gut feeling told him it was not foundation leak, and he was absolutely right! They both jumped right into repairs and completed everything in less than 4 hours…quality repairs. They were very courteous to the wife and me, especially since I just had a procedure 2 days ago and couldn’t move around as much. Billing was much less than I anticipated, and Wade gave me 10% military credit. Their complete service was very welcomed and appreciated!
Following the Texas snow storm in Feb 2021, we were without hot water for days due to burst pipes in our hot water heater. Aramendia was prompt in returning our call to evaluate our property. They had next day repair/exchange of our hot water heater on a weekend! We had a plumbing emergency on Mothers Day weekend (of course!) but luckily, two great guys from Aramendia were able to help us avoid disaster. Andrew and Marcos were quick, helpful, nice, and thorough. We will absolutely call them again.
I wish I had called Aramendia first!!! I had another company come out to diagnose why my condenser wasn’t turning on and they told me I needed a new thermostat for nearly $400, and it wasn’t even a programmable thermostat!! I replaced the thermostat myself but still the condenser still would not turn on.Kenneth came out and found that a fuse had blown and my float switch was bad. He got everything fixed and my AC works perfect again! I will only call Aramendia from now on. They are trustworthy, arrived on time, and got my system running again in less then 30 minutes. Truly the best in the business!!
I have needed service a few times over the years and its always amazing and I feel good about the level of service and professionalism of the company as a whole. This last time I had an issue (defect parts) tried going through my home warranty and their service company (not Aramendia) it was a nightmare and no repairs were being made so I called a company I trusted. I had a very positive experience this morning with Kenneth Talamantez and Jean Norval from Aramendia Plumbing, Heating and Air. There were issues with my aging AC system and they spent a significant amount of time diagnosing the problems and offering suggestions to ameliorate them. Kenneth and Jean were professional, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. They engendered my trust and are excellent representatives of Aramendia Plumbing, with whom I have a long term relationship. Well done!
On July 24th Wade & Dakota came to install garbage disposal. They removed the old one & quickly installed its replacement. Wade gave advised on how to maintain the unit. Great quality and cooperative team work! ThanksApril 5th I spoke to Mr. Sylvester customer service representative. Our home has been maintained for Heating & Air & also Plumbing for several years.We have been very pleased with their work.We recommend this company to get the job done.
Art and Johnnie installed out new ac. Im very happy with the system.Update we were out of hot water for 4 days, then they claimed we would be charged for replacement parts the electric company installed specifically for the water heater. Prior to that, we had 2 sewer leaks that had to be fixed in the foundation. Tools and tarps were left everywhere. They didnt tamp the ground nor run final tests and had to be reminded at the last minute. Then, one of the subcontractors made a derogatory comment about us in Spanish. Our warranty was finally up on the water heater, so that was the very last time I would ever call them out to my house for anything related to hvac and plumbing. I suggest going with another company.
They quoted us over $5000 to replace coils and some other items. Got a second opinion and it was only $375!!!! They totally seem like a scam.
Our tech, Randall, was so professional and courteous. He found the problem quickly, already had the part and was able to fix it immediately. He also went up to make sure the AC was running properly. I can’t thank him enough for fixing the AC quicklyas the hot TX summer was making things unbearable. We have used Aramendia for both plumbing and AC. They never disappoint and techs are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
From the minute we decided to buy a new a/c unit the experience was amazing we talked to David who guided us through the process he was all information no high pressure sales as I found other people to be he answered all our question honestly and just made the process so easy he’s the best at what he does ! The guys arrived to install the unit Art and Ryan .we were worried about the whole process especially any mess they laid drop cloths and started work Art took one look at the original installation and decided how he would do it the job he did on this unit install was AMAZING I have never seen such professional work and so obliging to us he completely redid everything in the place it was in everything new . Ryan installed the outside unit and again did a job that was never done properly everything new and so neat and installed the way it should be he was Amazing it was so professional looking and nothing was too much trouble to him or Art I could go talking about these two guys but you would have to see the job that they did to know how amazing they were . Signed up for service online. Everything stated in writing did not happen. I signed up for a time, and wrote a lengthy explanation, and confirmed time frame of appointment. No confirmation via text or email as website stated. Told them not to call, but email, as Im at work and could not answer.They called 5 times anyway, which, surprise, I did not answer but returned the call.In calling back, they had no record of me despite leaving me a message. In speaking to the person who called, asked me ask the questions I already answered, and also did not have my explanation, nor did they care, instead saying the tech himself would diagnose. Would not answer hourly rate question point blank.Appointment time passes, I call again to confirm. They tell me its difficult to have my time scheduled, 5-7, the time slot they offered to me online, which I accepted.I call after hours and leave a message saying to cancel service. Not worth the run around, to be told and retold different conflicting things by each new employee.The following day they call three more times asking if Im sure. YES.They dont respect your time or effort, and internally dont do what they publicly state they will be doing. Not interesting in paying unknown dollars, for unknown times, from people that wont read the information given. Wasted 5 days of my time.
This past week, Aramendia came out to do their yearly service check of my plumbing. I was and am truly satisfied with the check and repairs made by David Daniel Sanchez. He was thorough in his check, made good suggestions as to the minor thing that needed to be replaced. He replaced the cartridge in my back shower and it works great! I really appreciate his professionalism, kindness and expertise. Have been with Aramendia for a number of years. They are great with heating and air conditioning as well as plumbing.
Crystal did an amazing job and was very professional and thorough. She explained everything that she found along with further service suggestions so as to keep our unit at the best performance level possible.
We are all desperately looking for plumbers who are in very short supply. A couple of days ago I called Aramendia plumbing company and a real person answered the phone and was extremely helpful and sympathetic and then shortly there after a plumber called me. Chris was also very sympathetic and professional and assured me that his company would definitely be able to help. He followed this up with an email and again promised to help ASAP. Of the many plumbing companies I called I received the most empathetic and professional response from Aramendia company I cannot recommend them highly enough everyone was superb
The two representative that came out were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Carlos the sale/finance rep was able to provide me with a detailed explanation about all purchasing options. Randall is a highly qualified AC Technician that was able to rapidly troubleshoot and identify the areas of concern I regards to my central unit. They made a great team and I am confident that they worked together for my best interest.
Luis and Andrew previous company couldnt remove a rock from drain. Aramendia guys came in hour later the rock was out. They saved us a twelve hundred dollars. I am not thank them enough. They are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Aramendia is a great company. We had a sewer line break. Adam & Kristian were very professional & very pleasant. They completed the job within a couple of days. You would never know anything was even done. The area dug was filled in & you wouldnt even know work was done. I highly recommend this company.
My kitchen sink plumbing had been installed wrong and they fixed it all for me. The technician Greg Enriquez and his assistant Ray Were professional ,courteous and conscientious. Marco just completed our routine check up and did a great job. Ensured that we didnt have any concerns before starting and provided an extra filter for us due to the amount of dog hair that our dog sheds. He wanted to make sure we had everything we needed so that something more concerning didnt happen to the unit due to build up of dog hair on the filter causing it not to work properly. He also came right at the expected time and was professional throughout the entire interaction.
Michael Zuniga came out late last night after another tech who was at my house earlier in the day. The first tech didnt resolve the issue it was and it was worse than before he came. When I got home my house was 90 degrees and unbearable. Michael was able to temporarily fix my A/C and install a small window unit while I have to wait for the part. Although Im not happy with the company, Michael is the absolutely the BEST. Thank you Michael.

If I could give Aramendia 20 Stars I would!! I had water gushing from a pipe that broke due to the ice storm in Texas, but I was able to turn off the water at the curb. I still had a slow leak, so I called Aramendia. They had hundreds of calls from people with broken pipe emergencies, so they couldnt get to me immediately. But they called me just as soon as a plumber was available. David and Steve arrived on time and they were so nice, helpful and very professional. David explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a fair quote. He also answered all my questions and explained to handle a future emergency using the equipment he installed. During a time of extreme stress, David and Steve did everything they could to help me, and their kindness was a plus. Kristian and Jose did an outstanding plumbing job today in replacing old pipes and pressure regulator. Poor guys had to bust up concrete to get to pipe connection since previous plumber did a really bad temporary fix after pipes burst in February ice storm and cut away piping threads! Kristian and Jose even applied foam insulators to existing pipes that were bare, replaced old knobs and washing machine water lines, and replaced huge cast iron container that houses pressure regulator with a smaller eco container. Very happy with my service today. Thanks Aramendia!!

Andrew and Marcus were awesome at identifying and repairing my outdoor plumbing issue which was not feeding our outdoor sprinklers with enough pressure. They worked extremely hard in the Texas heat, answered all my questions about what caused the multiple issues, and gave me recommendations for things to look out for in the future when it comes to pipes and valves not installed properly. Mike and his partner replaced my water heater on a Sunday. They were extremely professional and kind. They did an excellent job and took their time explaining the work they as they did it. They always asked if what they needed to do was ok before the proceeded. You could ask for better service. I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them to others.

I recently had 2 new AC systems installed and even though it was expensive (let’s face it - who wants to spend thousands of dollars), it has been awesome! Every interaction was professional and courteous throughout. They explained everything they were doing and took great care to clean up after themselves when they were done. Had a pool of water in my front yard from what appeared to be a leak in the yard. I called several companies and while they claimed online to respond quickly, all of them could t respond for at least three days. Aramendia came out within hours and repaired a leak under the sidewalk that day. There were no excuses ever made, they just began working and didn’t stop until the leak was repaired. Thank you Aramendia Plumbing for holding true to your word of responding quickly and allowing us to have water restored that day.

Potty cast iron plumbing was broken below the floor line while installers were installing relacement of flooring. Wasnt broken by them. Flange was weak and after years of rocking, finally broke, plumbers opinion. David and Christopher who helped him were very professional and showed us, spouse & me, each step of their job. So grateful for their efforts and that they were able to repair at a reasonable cost, I thought. Thank you, guys! Chandler was the technician that helped me with the water leak at my meter. He was very helpful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They came out the same day and fixed the bad leak. It didnt take very long at all.

Mistakes happen and company is only as good as the efforts they make to correct mistakes and make sure customers are satisfied. John apologized for mistakes that were made, handled my complaint very professionally, and Aramendia is fortunate to have him on their team. The plumbers so subsequent came to prove services were also very professional and helpful. All is well that end well and I appreciate the opportunity to edit my review.Yesterday I was scheduled for plumbing services for today and was told I would receive a phone call a half hour before the Plummer would arrive. About 2:00 pm I phoned to make sure I was still on the schedule and was told I was next on their schedule and I would be receiving a call as soon as they were finished with their current job. My husband and I waited the rest of the day day for a phone call and, finally, called a second time at 4:55 pm. The woman who answered the phone checked with the plumbing department and I was told they were running behind but I should receive a phone call in 30 to 45 minutes. I specifically asked if they would definitely still be coming and was told “yes, of course”. Fifteen minutes later, a man called and said they were running behind and would not be out today. When I told him about the previous call, he said he didn’t know who I could have talked to who told me that and they would not be coming today. This was to be my first experience with Armenia; but now it will be my last. A company that disrespects its customers, and the time they spend waiting for service they committed to provide doesn’t deserve my business.

I had an old AC system that didn’t meet code and was in a location that couldn’t support a new system. Ryan and Travis analyzed the situation and worked with their support staff to installed a new AC system that meets code, will be easier to access for maintenance and will save me money. I’m very pleased with the work they did for my project.

My pipes burst on February 15 at 4 pm. Today is February 27. Aramendia is the ONLY company to return my calls and keep their word on the appointment they set for today. They repaired my pipes within less than 2 hours AND with a one year warranty! I would not hesitate to recommend this fine family!

Excellent customer service with same day installation! Our water heater stopped working on one of the coldest nights we’ve had so far. We called three different places and Aramendia was the only one that could come out the same day. Dakota provided three different payment options and got us fixed up in two hours once we decided which option to go with.Dakota was very professional and went above and beyond, staying late into the the night to complete the installation.
From the first contact to schedule service until the repair was completed, everyone we dealt with from Aramendia was courteous and professional. Our service technician, Eric W., seemed very knowledgeable and repaired our AC unit quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call Aramendia for any future issues.
Randall and Marco had to run a T-stat wire after some rodents had chewed the line. They dealt with dust, insulation and other unknown items in the ceiling/attic without a second thought. After some scheduling issues and other problems, I had decided I would never use Aramendia services again. Because of their professionalism and attitude, I would call Aramendia again in the future. Hopefully to get them to be my techs to service my unit again. Great assets to your company!
We worked with Aramendia to help repair our AC. The parts were still under warranty, so we were quoted for labor. The quote was for 5-6 hours of work and we felt the amount quoted aligned and moved forward with them. The work ended up being complete in an hour and 45 minutes.This concerns us as it means either the work was not done correctly since it was supposed to take at least double that amount of time or we were severely over quoted on the job.We called customer service with our concern, the customer service rep was very good and said she would have management call us. We never received a call back. Our AC seems to be working fine, so weve come to the conclusion that we we overpaid for the job.I would NOT recommend working with this company as they will take advantage of you and over charge for the actual work needed to be done.
Joe Gomez was exceedingly knowledgeable and was a excellent educator on things to look for and do. He was very professional and friendly. He was efficient with his time. Very satisfied with our service. Will be asking for Joe by name next time we need a service.
My compressor wasnt turning on. Which is the start to a scary movie in texas. Got an assessment done same day. And the root cause was pin pointed. A bad capacitor part was ordered asap and the customer service provided by John left me completely astounded he was helpful and answered all my questions he maintained a level of professionalism that made me feel as if i was the only customer that mattered even though it is busy season. Just one more time this company has been a life saver. The part is in hand and will be installed soon. I cant brag enough about this company. They always keep running.
Aramendia does all my AC/Heating work. They also do plumbing for me. Joe Gomez can today to do annual heater service and maintenance. Joe is friendly, professional, and knows his business extremely well. Joe gave me a run down of how the system was working, what maintenance was needed, and offered his professional opinion about how to keep the system running well. Appreciate Joe and Aramendia. Replaced entire Heating and AC system with a new American Standard Platinum 18 Variable Speed 5 ton AC/Furnace/Coils. From the Sales Consultant (Justin), to the Operations Manager (Jose) to the installers (Ryan and Art), they were all very professional and responsive. They didn’t let some of the unique aspects of the installation deter them or slow them down or ask for additional fees. I have worked with a lot of contractors and these guys were great!
Im the Office Manager for San Antonio Sound & Light and 2+ years ago, Aramendia replaced/upgraded the central AC in our office. We have been very pleased with their service over the years. They are always quick to respond when you call them. The Techs are always nice and good about explaining things. They are reasonable with their prices and I never feel like we are being over billed.Today, 9/19, we had Tech Lamont come out due to AC acting up. Lamont was great! He was very polite and kindly explained everything to me and my warehouse guy. He got our system back to working properly and showed us how to keep an eye out for the repeated issues we were having.All in all Aramendia is a great company. I feel confident using them for my office and if/when I need something for my home, they will be the first AC company I call.
Very satisfied with the service Mr. Joe Gomez provided today. He performed routine maintenance on our unit today and went above and beyond by recording instructional videos of the unit inspection and also performed a carbon monoxide and gas leak search. He was very thorough and detailed oriented. I would recommend Aramendia and specifically Joe Gomez to anyone looking for a great and trustworthy HVAC company.

2022-08-13We just had such an amazing experience, so amazing I felt compelled to share it! Our air conditioner unit was not coming on at all this morning outside and we knew it wasn’t going to be long before it was 95° in our home. Aramendia sent Terry C. over to our home incredibly quickly and he was able to get our home cold again. (Simple inexpensive Motor replacement)he was a super friendly, professional and knowledgeable person and we are incredibly grateful for the prompt Service as I have two young children, a 15-month-old and a pregnant wife that I’d hate to see uncomfortable. Great team with surprising honesty and fairness! Will highly recommend and will use again for sure if needed!

2022-06-30My experience with Aramendia was flawless from start to finish. I scheduled online on a Sunday and someone was out within an hour. Justin examined the area and suggested they have their duct specialist come out. (We had been told by multiple companies that our ducts were poorly designed causing poor air flow.) Within a week we had a design and unit picked out. I truly appreciated the time that Jose took explaining his design and he provided cost efficient ideas. The team that came out to install, Gus and Mark, were the best. Any company would be incredibly lucky to have them on their team. Professional, polite and friendly on top of doing a remarkable job. My attic has never looked better. The clean up was perfect. I truly do not have enough kind words to say about this team. They deserve to be recognized and I will absolutely be following up with management to echo this. 100% recommend.

2022-07-05Great service! We had a severely backed up toilet that needed real attention over the holiday weekend. We called and the person answering the phone was very helpful and let us know that the service tech would call us when they were on the way. It was roughly an hour when we received notice that they were on their way. The 2 techs, Mike D. and Chris E. were great! They are very professional and communicated everything from what they thought the problem was and where the issue was along with what the process would be to fix the issue and costs before they did any work. No surprises at the end when the work was completed. They answered all my questions and did a great job! I give these two a 5 star rating. Great Job!Would definitely recommend.

2022-03-25I called Aramendia in the afternoon when I had an issue with my plumbing. They were able to send Carlos M. to me within an hour. Carlos and his assistant Dillon were very respectful of my property, extremely friendly, and most importantly they were efficient and knowledgeable about what was going on with our bathroom. They put my mind at ease and were able to assist with our issue quickly. I am a relatively new homeowner and this was my first time calling a plumber ever, let alone Aramendia, but after this experience I am a lifelong customer for sure. 2022-04-11They installed a water heater in my house on 5-18-2014 (see pictures)Today 04/10/2021 my heater started leaking terribly and damage my floors. When I went to call about the warranty apparently is no longer valid because THEY no longer service the DFW area. What a joke! Don’t believe their warranty! They don’t stand behind their products. It’s easy to say: we no longer service that area so you’re out of luck!Terrible company! Doesn’t deserve a BBB badge.

2022-07-30I called Armenia for a toilet bowl leak. The customer service promptly attended my call and sent a technician. Carlos came and investigated. He explained to me that the gut inside the flush and valves needed to be replaced. The company never charged any service call or initial consultation fee and gave me a free estimate. Considering their professionalism and expertise, I hired them. They completed the work in less than 30 minutes and also provided one year warranty. I strongly recommend them
