Needed to rent a trailer to haul off some junk. They had the trailer I needed for a price that was lower than renting from U-haul or Home Depot. Customer Service was great, helped me get hooked up and even let me use one of their personal trailer hitches since I did not have the right sized ball for it. I highly recommend, even if you have to drive out of your way to get there.

Edited to add: So I would like to state that ATSR decided to refund our money after their bosses looked at the trailer. They attempted to right a wrong and we appreciate it.ATSR has had great customer service! They were amazing to us. Until today that is. My husband is currently stranded with their trailer that we rented. Hes 3 miles outside of a town with a blown tire on their trailer and has no jack other then the jack provided with his truck. I contacted Area Trailer. They never asked if my husband was okay and just said buy a tire to replace it. It is their trailer that we rented not that we are buying. When I brought that up to him, he stated that no trailer company in the world provides warranty or road service on their trailers which is bs. We will not be renting trailers again from ATSR. I was appalled by how they responded today after how many times we have rented a trailer from them and how good they have been to us in the past. Beware that they do this and they dont even warn you that you are responsible. I would be leary renting from someone who is completely okay with you being stranded with their equipment and because of their equipment. Definitely disappointed.
