Ted did install our air conditioning last year in August and came today because some wires were shewed by rodents eitside and he fix it and said it was under warranty (no charge!). Great service.
Ted, Travis, and team were wonderful. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and willing to answer any questions I had. Extremely happy with everything these guys do. Highly recommend them.
Ted is awesome! Finally someone I can trust to fix my AC. His prices were very fair and he truly cares about taking care of his customers.
I told my landlord about the AC not working on a Sunday and, with the temperature still being pretty mild, I wasn’t in a huge rush but mentioned it would be nice if someone could come out the following day. On Monday morning the owner of Arlington AC & Heating, Ted Jessup, called me to check my schedule & try to coordinate a time for him to come out that same day. Ted kept me updated via text messages throughout his morning appointments & was able to fit me in late Monday afternoon. If I had to describe my experience in a single word, it would be AWESOME. Ted was professional, personable & extremely knowledgeable as he had my AC problem diagnosed within about 15 minutes. It took maybe another 15 minutes to remove & clean various parts before getting to the blown fan motor. Ted didn’t have a new motor with him but found a supplier across town who had one in stock & within an hour Ted was back with the new motor. Roughly 30 minutes later, my AC was blowing ice cold. Ted was genuine, honest an all-around great guy and also gave me several maintenance tips to keep my AC running more efficiently. I highly recommend Ted Jessup and Arlington AC & Heating!!
I cant say enough good things about Ted and Arlington AC & Heating! After having a terrible experience with another company and not trusting their diagnosis, I knew I had to get a second opinion and Im so glad I did! After reading Teds reviews I called and he came to my home and was able to fix the issue I was having with my air conditioner. During the course of his visit I realized that I had found a gem, if you will, with Ted. I HIGHLY recommend Arlington AC & Heating!!!
Ted is the most knowledgeable AC repairman with extensive experience! He came to our rescue when the AC cover on the outside unit was damaged during the winter storm and a replacement was not available from Lennox. Another company told me they had no idea when a replacement cover would be available. Ted had the AC running very fast by securing the motor to a brace. I am very thankful to have found Ted! He is very professional and courteous!
Ted came out the same day confirmed my diagnosis that the compressor was beyond repair. His team came out the next day install a more efficient air conditioner and also noticed some items in the air handler. His team help me work with my previous air handler installation company to deal with the items.
I could not be happier with Ted and Arlington AC & Heating. He promptly returned my phone call and was out to our house for an estimate by the next day. His estimate included multiple options and he explained the pro and cons to each option, without overselling one unit vs. another. His prices were significantly lower then his competitors. Teds crew were friendly, professional, and installed the A/C unit within one day. When its time to replace my next A/C unit, Arlington AC & Heating will be my first call.
I shopped against the known ac companies and a few other companies that I got as recommendations. My ac went out during the hottest time of the year. Totally understand why labor is an issue. They were absolutely as responsive as anyone can be! Totally new system installed for about 75% of the quotes from companies that advertise on radio and tv.
Ted came to our house to see what was going with our old AC. It turned out we needed a new unit. Ted is definitely different from other companies. Instead of telling everthing has to be replaced (just take a loan). He gave us a few options that works for our budget. We eventually we decided to replace everything, the outside and inside units. He was very helpful and even went over our energy bill to see if we payed to much.A few days later his guys came in and replaced the AC unit, even though I didn’t know he came back to give us a bigger slot for our filter.The best thing so far has been the energy bill is now half of what I payed before, even with the August heat. AC stopped cooling. Not good on a hot August day. Called my regular company who installed it. It was going to be a week. Called Arlington AC and they were there in a hour Brian was friendly and efficient. Replaced a part and we were cool again.I would definitely reccomend.
Service Tech was very thorough and communicated each step. I Googled Arlington AC at 8:30am and technician was there by 10:30, which will very convenient for me since I work 2nd shift. Shout out to Arlington A/C on a great job!
Mr. Ted was very informative and shared exact details of what was going to repaired and what was to be expected.Travis (service technician performing the work), arrived on time and explained what work was going to be done. Updated my wife and I on what was found as the work progressed.

We had concerns with another company not diagnosing our AC problems. I finally called Arlington AC and heating, And I’m so glad I did. Ted the owner was so nice. He could tell I was upset and frustrated over the other company not correctly fixing our AC.He came over that day checked our units and correctly diagnosed the problem.The next day his team was here to do the work. Ted is the greatest for repairs. Fixed a broken down AC that needed a new motor in just a few hours and even went above and beyond for minor things. Definitely a go-to and would recommend for future repairs to anyone. Wish I could give more stars

We worked together to come up with a solution that best fit our needs after our unit went out. We managed to do the install ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Ted answers the call and can usually be at the house on the same day. He is courteous and professional and gets the job done right and will work with what you have, not trying to sell you with what you may not need. All hope is not lost on humanity. Ted is AMAZING!!! Our central air went out on a Sunday. To avoid paying an emergency rate I convinced my husband that we would be ok for 1 night. What a rough night it was. We got very little sleep and lots of sweat. I looked to see what the temperature was and it had reached 96 degrees. We have only lived in our home for 1 year, no prior occupants. We called the company that had installed the AC unit prior to us moving in. They came out Monday afternoon and spent 2 hours looking at the AC. After thoroughly staring at the broken unit the young man decided that maybe a supervisor was needed. He went to lunch and came back with a supervisor. They walked around the compressor outside, came in and looked at the A-frame coils and informed us that they did not need to test the unit because our BRAND new 1 year old coils are cheap and known to leak. Our options were: 1. have them fill the refrigerant for $400 and eventually that will leak out and we would be in the same situation. 2. use the parts warranty and pay $1800 in labor and an additional $400 for refrigerant. 3. fill with refrigerant $400 and they would be out on Tuesday or Wednesday with another unit for $1800 in labor and another $400 for the refrigerant top off. OR my favorite option... #4. drop $8000 on them installing a brand new AC unit. Needless to say, I did not proceed with that company. I called my brother and he called Absolute Comfort Solutions. It was late in the day and Ted wasnt able to come out but he came the next day. Tested everything and for a fraction of what the Other Co was charging installed a brand new, trusted, made in Texas coil unit, and filled the refrigerant. Ted is a blessing. Thank you

Absolute Comfort Solutions are/is AWESOME!!!! They came to my home and fixed my old, hanging by a thread, air conditioner! Its over 27 years old! They were Professional and Efficient! They took the time to explain what the issues were and what my options would be to solve them. They did not judge, criticize or tell me that there was no way to fix this old unit. They listened to me and were aware of my budget! They did not try to up sell me! Absolute Comfort Solutions did the Absolute BEST to make me Comfortable and worked with what I had and found Solutions! I now have a Cool House!!! WOOT!!! Thank you, Absolute Comfort Solutions and thank you, TED!!!For those that like to read, here is what happened;A month ago my central heating and air coils started to freeze, literally, ICE up! And, no matter what I did it gradually worked less and less. Its 27 years old. 5 years ago I called Absolute Comfort Solutions and spoke to Ted and they came out to service it. They treated me well then and I figured they would be no different now.They answered my call and as expected, would not be able to see me until the next day, but would keep me informed if there were any changes to the schedule. 15 minutes later I was called and was told that if I was available, they could fit me in between clients to get me seen within the hour! YES, PLEASE!!!As promised, Absolute Comfort Solutions came and in the hour that they were here they got a valve in my Air conditioner unstuck (which was preventing it from receiving freon, it was super low, which is why it was freezing!) and got it blowing strong and COLD!!! I Highly Recommend to anyone that isnt but wants to be Absolutely Comfortable, use Absolute Comfort Solutions as the SOLUTION!!!

2022-06-15Ted was amazing! We have an older home and we thought that our old AC unit had finally given up on us. Ted came out and inspected our unit and got right to work. Hes incredibly knowledgeable in his field, very polite and respectful and works quickly. Within a short amount of time, we went from sweating in our own home to being cooled down by what felt like a whole new unit. His pricing was also fair and competitive. Well be using this company for all of our future HVAC needs. Were very happy with your service, Ted! Thank you!

2022-04-19Ted and his crew were great! They were very thorough in explaining my problem to me. They helped me when another company was trying to deceive me to charge me more money than I need to pay. Ted got me a new unit for the price the other company was going to charge me to repair my current one. These guys do GOOD business. 2022-07-15I called Arlington A/C & Heating set up time, he came out on schedule appointment called me stated he was running 10 -15 minutes behind because of another job took longer that was okay with me. Ted showed up within that extra time that he quoted me, got my A/C working within 30 minutes. I have had other companies to come out and they wasnt able to repair stated I need to replace the main board when it only needed antifreeze. I couldnt believe it. 3 companies stated the same thing, my A/C is the top of the line by Coleman company and the main board is out. Well thanks to Ted that was not true, my A/C is working just fine with just a antifreeze.Vern

2022-06-04Ted is a thorough professional, who took his time to check and recheck my two HVAC systems.in an effort to eliminate a number of issues that were associated with neglect prior to my buying this home.Prior to hearing of Ted, another HVAC company tried to high pressure me into buying a new unit. Early on, Ted informed me my equipment is a little unusual for this area, but he also said it was made by Lennox, and should be capable of doing the job for me. He was absolutely right.After he spent a number a number of hours tuning thing to “just right”, I have two units that both work very well. Ted replaced several parts including the capacitor and a couple of fuse links that control heat strips.I found Ted to be a genuine nice guy who believes in giving back and helping out. He certainly helped me out when I needed help and he did the same for the lady who referred him to me. I have met few people as interested in doing the right thing for others as Ted.He’s simply the best. He does it all, and he does it all correctly.Bill Sisul

2022-07-13Ted has become my new best friend as of today! I’ve had 3 other HVAC companies come out only to tell me my ‘vintage’ unit was too old to find parts to repair and that my only option was to replace with a new system ranging from $10k to $14k. Well Ted, with his many years of experience, spotted burned out wires which was the reason the fan wasn’t working. He said he would try to replace the wires and see if that would do the trick-and it did!! So he was able to get my system up and running for $125 and I was overjoyed! I will never call another big HVAC company again. I am a customer for life!
