Dr Bonnie was great! I was really nervous going to a new vet, since I havent gone to a new place since moving to the area and getting my cat a year ago, but they were fantastic. Vets can be hit or miss with cats, Ive bounced around in the past from vet to vet to find a vet who worked well with cats. So going to somebody else who wasnt my previous vet was a little nerve wracking for me. But they were really good with my kitty and I felt totally comfortable while there. They were honest and clear and didnt make me feel pressured into doing anything I felt was unnecessary. Additionally I love a vet who advocates for owners to be hands on and understand whats going on with the health of their pet. When Dr. Bonnie recommended Diana get a teeth cleaning she showed me exactly what she was looking at so I could see for myself. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be returning here.
Love this place. My dog was very sick. They help me to let go of her to end her pain. The compassion help me in my time of need. rest in peace Sasha

1 of the staff were being really rude, and said we can’t serve your hamster even tho they can. Then i told the staff that i made a appointment and everything thing, also told her everything i worte on the appointment thing and she said we don’t have her on the appointment list even tho i told her everything she basically she doesn’t want to serve my hamster which is messed up.
Dr Harris is wonderful as well as her staff! She not only has great care for her furry patients but also concern for their owners! I was impressed to know that she was a critical care nurse before becoming a veterinarian! Thank you for taking care of our Duke and Mom’s little Waffles!!

Dr. Bonnie took her time with our animal. You could tell she really cares about her patients. I was also impressed about their care and concern for those in the office for euthanasia services. The staff was sure to let us know, as patients, that this was occurring so that we could show our respect in relative silence.
Turned my puppy away and would not treat him cause i didnt have any money that day... Would not do a payment plan or anything... He died the next day...

Weve been taking our Buffy to Dr. Harris for over 6 years, and we have absolute confidence in her. AAH understood when I was between jobs and couldnt do all of the things that they would normally recommend for my pet, and never tried to pressure us like some vets offices do.They have taken wonderful care of our little precious and we wouldnt go anywhere else!

Great staff! Sedated our petrified pit bull so that he could get his shots and check up. Cant say enough nice things ♡ And then refered us to a kennel so that we can enjoy our upcoming vacation!
I have always adopted my pets from the street and brought them here for all their medical needs. This clinic without question is the best in arlington. I am still willing to drive across town to bring my pets here they have the best prices and the best care. Everybody working here is nice and show true love for animals.

Dr. Harris takes time with each patient and their humans. I didnt feel rushed or as if any question was too trivial. She and her staff were wonderful to me and me and my beloved pocket pet.

I wa as so scare to take my 7 year old kiwi to a new bet after the vet that we have seen lft the office they recommend us to this vet and in ine day they fix the problem nad my jiwi is foing so much better they are good with the prices

We really love taking our dog to Arlington Animal Hospital. We have not had any similar problems with Dr. Harris. The staff is friendly and accommodating! We love them!

This place has a child running the office and will argue with you about a message rather than dealing with the actual issues. Worst experience. Ill never go back to them. They used to care about your pets now they ONLY care about money! Horrible. Just call anyone else.

2022-03-30Bunny parents… this one is for you! As we all know a rabbit savvy vet is one of the most important tools when owning a bunny and this veterinarian is amazing!!!! Not only does she ooze animal care and concern for their well-being she makes sure she is upfront and clear about all possible outcomes. My baby Munchie needed to be spayed and I scoured the metroplex looking for an affordable option that was also Knowledgeable and I hit the jackpot!! I even learned her daughter specializes in rabbit care so it runs in the family! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this business… all around 5 star care!!!!

2021-06-01I brought my bunny Snowball in to get spayed. They were caring, patient and took great care of her. They let her stay a couple nights and made sure she was safe and healing well before sending her home.The doctor was very kind, called me to give updates on Snowball and did an amazing job. The surgery went great and she healed fast. I owe a big thank you to the staff and the doctor.

2022-06-13I just got my 4 month old puppy in Mansfield while visiting family in Fort Worth. I had 48 hours to take the puppy to my own vet to verify her health so I went to Dr Harris based on my brothers recommendation over I-20 Animal Hospital who have apparently increased their fees and also, they could not write a Health Certificate for my puppy to fly domestically. Dr. Harris was very kind and what I loved is that she did not recommend microchipping my puppy at this young of age and weighing at 3lbs. She empathized with what my puppy had gone through the last few days and felt that sticking her with vaccines AND a big needle for microchipping might just be too much for her. So she recommended doing that when we spay her later on. I thought this was incredible thoughtful! She was also generous with her knowledge when my mom asked about canine Hepatitis. Dr. Harris even brought her her giant medical encyclopedia on canine disease and they nerded out over medical information! I will make this place my Texas vet-to-go when I visit family in the future. Lets hope I find a great vet here in PA too!

2022-02-20I dont like that i cant be there with my pet. They take them from your vehicle. We understand that these precautions are to avoid contracting COVID-19.But these are professionals. I we love the work they do. They are and will be our pet Rabbits vet.

2021-11-15Dr Harris is a great veterinarian but her office staff needs to work on their people skills. Both of the staff members I spoke with today were rude and less than helpful. I understand if you don’t openings but do more than the bare minimum. I would have been happy with a referral instead of the attitude.

2021-09-19Good service the doctor was very informative. Ive gone to other veterinarians and I felt they didnt really look at my dog. This place, however gave us a good treatment and my dogs feeling way better.

2021-01-26Love it! Very clean everyone is nice & helpful! Call ahead to make a appointment if its not a crazy emergency. They checked me in right away & into a room. Regular sick dog exam is $50 I believe a emergency was 120? They are affordable compared to our regular vet. Two different kinds of pain meds & visit just $90. Thanks guys! My baby seems to be feeling better!
