The lady behind the counter was so nice. She literally made my day. Plus it is a library what is not to love.
I love this library. The librarians are helpful and accommodating and if this location doesnt have what I am looking for, I place a request and its usually there in a day or two.
Best library in Arlington! They have a childrens room thats separate from the adult library which is a huge bonus. My kids have to be dragged out... 🤣 they would stay all day.We love all the staff but especially Ms. Marla Boswell. Shes truly a gem!
Take all your belongings with you before entering the library. First time here and geez Im blown away. My car was broken into. Very disappointed how this librarian explained that this happens often and doesnt have surveillances cameras installed.
People were friendly and very efficient when you needed help, everything was easy to find and there were even kiosks ready if you didnt want to ask someone where something was.
I love coming here for a quiet environment to study. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff. Highly recommended
The folks that work at this location are great.Everytime I go in they are very helpful, very polite. Im kinda a ww2 buff. The young lady remembered me and she will recommend books. Extremely helpful.

2021-06-28We like this library so much. The kids section is in a smaller room off to the right of the entrance. It only has one entrance/exit which is super helpful for parents with active kids on the go! My 3 year old likes to run around picking out books. They even have a self-checkout station in the kid’s area and 3 self-checkout stations right outside of the kids area. The staff are nice and very kind and helpful. Visit this library!My mother-in-law uses a Quantum Edge power wheelchair to get around. This library has excellent accessibility.

2019-01-09This library is great! It has a slew of weekly and monthly activities for various ages and interest groups. The building itself is very clean, spacious, organized and has a welcoming aura. The selection of literature is vast and it has a nice and helpful staff.The children’s section is impressive but needs a secluded area where small children can just in case they make loud disruptions. Other than that, the Southeast Arlington Public Library branch has great thing going for itself.

2018-01-12Of all the libraries Ive ever visited, or held a membership to , this is my favorite. I dont doubt that there are many others that can boast of newer tech, etc. , but this particular library is right next door to the best dog park and animal shelter around. There is also access to some very nice concrete paved trails for walking, jogging or biking. How and if you choose to explore these assets depends on your whim.

2020-07-25Picked up book I had wanted but was out. Received text or email that it was in. Michelle Obama s new book Becoming. Always a great experience at this library over the past years since this location opened near my home. I was do excited when I heard this southeast branch was being built. So convenient. The employees are always very helpful, courteous and professional

2021-01-21Workers are very rude. I was using a computer to print and my own to send to the library computer when I was asked to “get up” for another person to use the computer. Then I was told to move again if I wasn’t using the computer when I WAS but still moved. Then I was told to move somewhere else since I wasn’t “social distancing” when the other worker told me to sit there...Never coming here again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

2020-06-25The workers are really nice and respectful, they have a wide variety of books and if they dont have an item they can order the book from that location and you can pick it up within a couple days.
