Dr Landry has been treating my families feet issues for 25 years. We could not ask for any better care than what we’ve received at this practice. His office staff has always gotten us in promptly and been extremely kind. I highly recommend this office!!!

I arrived a little early and thought I was in for a long wait. But was very surprised (and happy) that I got in to see the doctor so quickly.The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming as were the nurses.Dr. Lawrence explained what was going on with my heel in terms that I could understand.
I am a diabetic of 30 years plus, I do get yearly feet exams however my last doctor retired, I found Dr. John Landry, MD as I was visiting my eye doctor. I was very impressed he did a very through exam and treated me with great respect. I would recommend him to anyone that asked.
The check in was very easy as a new patient. The wait time was short and Dr. Landry did a great job answering questions and developing a treatment plan. 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Landry is very patient and thorough with his care. I have been treated by him for many years and many issues: infected toe nail, plantar fasciitis, and most recently bone spur surgery. He explained the entire process, and has followed up diligently. He is a kind and caring doctor.
The whole experience, from check-in to check-out, was great. Dr. Landry is very friendly and gave great advice for me, moving forward with foot care and my type 2 diabetes. I look forward to seeing him again in a year.

The front and back staff and Dr. Warren are awesome. He explained the treatment plan for my feet and answered any and all questions I had. He didnt make me feel like I was being rushed or force to decide even though the office was busy. Will definitely be back!!!!!!

Receptionist was pleasant, Nurse/medical assistant was very friendly and welcoming, Dr. Landry was friendly, patient, and explained my diagnosis and treatment options very well. I should hear from the office soon about the insurance codes I was told they would be working on.
Dr. Lawrence took care of a problem Id had with my foot for many years and had seen more than one podiatrist about. He stands tall in my world. Ill always return. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

The doctors and the staff are very good At what they do. They are very knowledgeable in their field of practice. And theyre not gonna do surgery on you just to do surgery they sit down and talk to you about alternatives and different methods that you can try before surgery. They take the time with you which is rarely seen these days.
Dr. Warren diagnosed me with Mortons Neuroma in my left foot. I have been suffering with this for years and in just two visits he has eliminated the pain. I truly appreciate that he went with shots first rather than just jumping to surgery. He is very easy to talk to and obviously wants the best outcome for his patients. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Warren and his staff are very kind, patient, to the point, and very precise. As a flight attendant I am always on my feet. He gave me the information I needed to here and helped correct the problem. Thank you all so much for all you do!

1/26/22 Very satisfied with the care my husband received from Dr. Landry 11/1/21 but not impressed that we are still getting billed, and the invoice shows uninsured. I have made a 3rd call to the office trying to resolve this matter. (I have verified his insurance is on file. Hopefully, the third time will be a charm!)

I honestly dont think Ive ever had to deal with such a poorly run business. I was charged for paperwork that I neither asked for nor needed. I have now made six phone calls to the office only to be given one excuse or another as to why they cant remove this charge. I was told today that there is no way for me to contact the people who handle their billing and that those folks would get in touch with me WHEN THEY HAD TIME. Its ridiculous. I would strongly advise you not to use this office but if you do, make sure you check the bill before you leave.

I can not say enough about the staff and Dr. Lawrence. The staff is very polite, very helpful and professional they go above and beyond. Dr. Lawrence is one of the best doctors that I have ever encountered, not only is he kind and compassionate he is very knowledgeable in his field. Dr. Landry is great, he genuinely cares about what is best for you, explained everything well, and helped me with my heel pain. First time in years I woke up with no pain or discomfort on my feet. I’m a very happy. Staff was also amazing, friendly, welcoming, and attentive as soon as I walked into the door.
Appointment right on time, very little waiting between seeing the nurse, doctor, x rays, doctor again etc. and the treatment prescribed vastly improved my problem. Dr. Warren was clear in his explanations of options and treatment.

The front desk staff did an outstanding job Of welcoming me, checking me in as well as answering a few questions that I had. The schedule on this day was running a little late based on a lack of Personnel. As will be noticed, I still rated this site and staff a 5 because all previous visits were as normal for a waiting. This is by far one of the best visits i have had anywhere. The front office staff are super friendly. Dr. Landry was very knowledgeable, he took his time and explained everything to me. I was taken back at my appointment time. Dr. came in a few minutes later. She was nice and asked about why I was there. She ordered an x-ray which only took a few minutes. A couple minutes after that she came back and went over the x-ray. I got a steroid shot too. She and all the people that I came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a good experience.

The Dr I seen was great, however the office staff is terrible, I was billed incorrectly and sent several bills all because of the staffs error.The so called billing office manager assured me she would fix it and call me back ,I called her 3 times in a month not one call back ,I had to call my insurance and get it resolved myself ,there is also no reason it should take the staff a week to call back if they even call you back, staff is awful!Was told Dr Landry medical assistant would call me back to schedule my appt ,two weeks past never got a call
Front desk did not seem friendly. But Dr. Southerland and nurse staff were wonderful! They were patient, took good care of my foot and answered all my questions.My one recommendation is that the front desk work on greeting, be more patient and not rush the patient.
So far so good. Just had my first appointment today, Dr Landry is a gentleman. He has a wonderful bedside manner. The ladies at the front desk are very professional and confident and you can tell they work together well. Hoping for the best going forward.
Surgery was done perfectly. Dr. Rabjohn is very easy to work with. Her recommended solution for my Pinky Toe Bunion was exactly the correct approach. After surgery, healing went very well, with the experience being just Dr. Rabjohn had indicated.

I had a toenail removed for the fourth time, and I can honestly say I have never had it done this way before. Dr. Lawrence was awesome as was his staff. I will go to Dr. Lawrence from now on

Dr. Lawrence is a great guy. He really listens to what you have to say, and he’s had some great ideas that I’m using to try to get my feet in better shape. I walk a lot on my job, and it’s highly important that my feet can perform for extended periods. This is my go-to place for my feet.

My Doctor was Dr. Landry. He was informative, helpful, and great. He was very detailed, and made the visit a awesome experience. The stars were lowered due to front staff with unapologetic awareness of others and acted with such bad manners. A very dry spirit.
The staff at the front desk was horrible. I walked in and was told to take a seat and two other patient came in after me and were waited on while I was still sitting as directed. I mentioned, do I need to fill out the mew patient forms as well, and I was told, one moment please. I had my insurance and DL waiting, I know the drill. It was repeated to everyone in the waiting room that this was the only person working the front numerous times. I was finally waited on, they took my DL and insurance card, it was not returned while I was up front. I filled out the paperwork returned it and waited for it to be entered. The phone rang off the hook and was never answered. We went back and the only saving grace of this visit was the medical staff, the nurse and the doctor were amazing. If it was not for their great manner and care this cold have been worse. They took such great care of my daughter and were so caring to her issues. My DL was returned while I was in the exam room but not my insurance card, I mentioned this and was told they would get it to me. We were checking out and I mentioned this again, they are looking everywhere and stated they gave them all back to everyone. I am telling them I never received mine. They are looking under everything and the one that was told to give them back keeps saying she gave them back. I happened to remember their was another patient in the waiting room with my last name as well and I asked could that person have been given my card. They happened to check and I was then told, OH that person did not get their cards and we put your card in their file, by accident. I waited 3 days before I wrote this wanting to cool off, but I am still disappointed in the attention to detail, I know mistakes can be made but this is my personal insurance information. I know the job market is hard for hiring right now, but there needs to be a better solution to the front desk issue.

The Doctor was very knowledgeable and personable. She found the problem and solution quickly. The Nurse numbed my toe efficiently. The Dr. quickly too care of the ingrown toenail. I was very satisfied with the process. I will come back if I have any more foot problems.

Dr. Southerland was the BEST. Literally was in & out in a timely manner (even with being a new patient) loved his MA. Was able to fix my ingrown problem same day quick procedure. Very informative.
Being a new patient there is usually a lot of info to share with the office but there were a few forms to do it didnt take long then to meet the doc. was quick a few tests and results were found and I was out the door in 45 mins. very happy with everything
Everyone was super efficient and pleasant. On time as well. Dr. Southerland was very personable, answered all my questions, explained things well and got me a pair of orthotic inserts to walk out the door with.
Nice enough staff but not personable. Dr. Warren was professional and more personable.
Dr. Southerland listened to what was bothering my foot. Then took x-rays to make sure it wasnt something else and quickly determined what the issue was and gave me a simple treatment plan. He took the time to listen and explain what should happen after treatment.
Dr. Rabjohn took time to listen to my history, asked questions, and after x-rays were done explained my options and answered my questions. She and Joyia were wonderful. Im so glad I found her.

My son has been seen here before, but not myself until now. I hurt my foot and thought I may have broken my toe over the weekend. I called on a Monday morning and they got me in immediately even as a new patient. I was seen later that afternoon. Good news, no fractures.

Dr Lawrence explained in detail all the options available regarding my foot issue. He answered all my questions and provided valuable information. The fact that in my case not having a procedure done due to the lack of any benefit to me I found very honest and refreshing. He also provided very inexpensive treatment options for further self care. I would highly recommend Arlington/Mansfield Foot and Ankle Centers.

Quick and safe Covid check-in. Appointment started right on schedule. Dr. Landry has a great Dr/patient manner about him. Very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to you, something that can be hard to find nowadays. Very friendly and professional visit!

Called the first time set an appointment with a nice young lady, who told me I could call back in with my insurance info since I didn’t have the card on mr at the time of setting the appointment. Called in a little later to give insurance info, and a rude, older sounding white lady being smug, and very rude was giving very much unnecessary attitude. LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HER! I told her to cancel the entire appointment. I’ll find someone else.
They ripe you off for another office visit. For a FOLLOW-UP visit. They said they charge you if you dont make an appointment within so many day from the procedure date. They are scaming their patients. Be aware of them.
I was very nervous about whether or not this was the right place for me to go. I am so happy that I did! I had a very bad sprain to my ankle and saw a doctor previously then decided to get a second opinion from this place. Dr. Warren came in and right away I felt comfortable. He was outgoing and very polite with a good sense of humor. He was very patient with me and of course I had a ton of questions. He was very informative and full of knowledge about my injury. It was also very easy to get into this clinic and the entire staff was very nice and professional! I am looking forward to my treatment and hopeful for a full recovery now.
I was referred by my primary to Dr Southerland and he was fantastic. He took the extra steps to ensure there was no fracture in my foot and proceeded to give me the best treatment for my foot pain. I will be back.

Past experience with Dr. Warren coupled with new experience with Dr Lawrence has been refreshingly enjoyable. In my recent visit with Dr Lawrence he showed patience in listening to my foot issue concerns and systematically diagnosed the issue and broke down my options for improvement in no none sense terms. Then supported my decisions for care and treatment. Could not have been a better start of a Doctor Patient working relationship.
Dr. Landry is a very friendly doctor, just like he is your old friend even it was first time to see him. He tells you very detail about how to take medication, why use this medication, what needs to be done when taking this medication. I like him.

The doctor is great. Their Business Manager, however, not so much. We overpaid by $95 and Business Manager acknowledges it, since December 12, 2020, and will not refund. Just be careful with your finances with them as they are disorganized and will hold onto your money.

The doctor, staff and facility are exceptional. All aspects of an appointment with them is very professional from placing the appointment to the reminders received regarding the appointment as well as the service and total caring shown by all of the staff from the clinic lobby to the medical assistants in the examination rooms. Dr. Rabjohn is so down to earth and calm. She takes all of the time needed to explain things and make sure the patient understands exactly what is going on and what actions she plans to perform including in office procedures. She makes sure that the patient understands what her plan is and exactly what the patient should expect. Her demeanor is excellent not only with the patient but with anyone else in attendance with the patient for the appointment.I have total confidence in the entire clinic and staff and feel very comfortable each and every time I have an appointment. I am very happy to have the facility and staff and Dr. Rabjohn as an essential part of my medical health.

From setting up the appointment to walking out was a great experience throughout. Everything was easy, simple, quick, and most of all friendly. My big toenail fell off and was regrowing with fungus and going into my skin, and Dr. Ryan Lawrence treated me. He gave me options and was thorough during the treatment to make sure I had no pain while he removed my toenail. He is a very nice and friendly doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone.
It was great working with Dr. Landry. Im very pleased with the outcome of my foot surgery. The office was also very efficient at getting me in and out quickly. Wait times were short in both the waiting room and the patient room. I highly recommend this office for your foot and ankle needs.
In 3 appointments with Dr. Rabjohn, my total wait time has been less than 15 minutes. She quickly identified my problem and provided treatment and advice that has cured my condition.
Dr. Southerland takes an interest in and seems to really listen to his patients. He offers up easily understood diagnosis and treatment. I really appreciate that his office runs on time and there is not a long wait from your appointment time. He did surgery a few months ago and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. I fell and seriously hurt my ankle. I had set an appointment with the wrong doctor. But the office manager Rosa was able to move things around and get me in to see another doctor. I came and and everyone was so helpful. My appointment was great. Dr. Southerland was very nice and gentle With my injury. I highly recommend this group.
Great doctor! Dr. Southerland saw my 9 year old daughter about her feet. She has an anxiety disorder and his office was quiet and calm and he was great with her. His nurse was great and took her for x-rays. It was a great experience and they got her fixed up!

At this time I am in the midst of having my toe fungus removed via laser.Initially I tried injesting meds; however, aside from the necessary bloodwork to be sure my liver was not being damaged, it did not have the desired effect. In my opinion, I would rather try meds first. The lasering seems to be working well. Dr. Rabjohns assistant is very compassionate and appears to be doing a good job....anxious to get this done! I feel I am in the right place.

You’re greeted when you walk in the door by a smiling happy face, the staff is so helpful and kind. Dr. Lawrence is the same. Happy to always help me when my foot/ankle troubles arise. He gave me multiple options on how I could relieve my pain and fix my issue. I’m very self conscious of my feet but he makes me feel so comfortable. Dr. Lawrence has been and will always be my #1 doc for my foot/ankle troubles.

I have been seeing Doctor Rabjohn for clogged sweat glands in the soles of my feet. I can walk in there nearly limping my feet hurt so bad and walk away not knowing my feet ever hurt! Amazing!
Dr. Landry and his staff was properly prepared for the COVID protection processes. They took my temperature, asked questions about what all I have or have not been exposed to, distance protocol, etc. I was brought it quickly and satisfactory.

Dr Southerland was straight forward, told me what options were available along with their success rates. He didnt try to make me a long term patient as some doctors do. They string you along, try this, well try this, while they keep racking up the cost of office visits.

I tore both tendons in my left foot several months ago. I am 69 and have moderate to severe osteo-arthritis. In addition to scar tissue buildup over the 3 months since injuring my foot, the artheritis caused significant inflammation. Dr, Landry explained the procedure to remove scar tissue, clean out the accumulated fluid and and inflamed tissue, and repair the torn tendons. It has been 2 weeks since surgery and everything is progressing great! I have had no pain, and Dr. Landry appears pleased with my progress. At this time, I think I made the correct decision to let Dr. Landry repair the tendons.
Im so thankful for Dr. Landry! My daughters ankle healed wonderfully and much quicker than expected due to his diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Landry spent a great deal of time evaluating my daughter and was very thorough, professional and kind.

I broke my ankle in January, Dr. Ryan Lawrence was the surgeon who operated on me, 12 days after I fell on it. I could not have gotten a better surgeon to fix it. He is awesome. Dr. Southerland is an attentive doctor. He is a good listener and is very attentive to needs. I have been seeing him off and on for more than 3 years and have been very satisfied with my outcomes. I had a stem cell injection on my right ankle a few years back and it still feels like a new ankle. Dealing with plantar fasciitis now and cortisone injections have helped immensely. Very pleased with Dr. Southerland! Just recently I had to have a procedure, Topaz Fasiotomy, to deal with my plantar fasciitis. Still in the recovery period but so far so good! I do have to give a shout out to the Mansfield Surigcare facility where Dr. Southerland did my surgery. They were AMAZING!!! They eased my fears and were very attentive and reassuring! Made the whole experience tolerable. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 15. Great facility!
The doctor always listens to your complaint and he explains what hes going to do in a way you understand my experience with you guys has been awesome and I especially want to thank the office manager for working with me and for not turning me away even though I couldnt afford to even pay the office visit thank you all so much for showing some compassion and not just being about the money. My doctor, Ryan Lawrence, is young, sharp, knowledgeable, and blessed with good manners and a subtle sense of humor. Dr. Lawrence conferred with me about some calluses on the bottom of one foot and scraped them off. He then suggested three things from which I could choose to help prohibit their return. We discussed some more problems I have as well. I appreciated his expertise and manner and left pleased with the visit.

Today is my first time visiting Arlington Foot & Ankle Centers. I met with Dr. John Landry , OMG this doctor is good. They say experience is the best teacher and you can tell he has done this for a long time. The whole staff was amazing and i will definitely recommend this office.
Dr. Landry was excellent and was able to determine my problem very quickly. He explained everything very clearly and took the time needed to achieve a good diagnosis and discussion of treatment options.
My visit with the doctor was good. Clear information and timely.The administrative process is very poor. I am a previous patient. I was given a stack of papers to complete, multiple forms with my name, address, phone etc. on each form. When I asked why the forms were necessary, I was told my records have to be updated once per year. I understand that, but there is a big difference between giving me the data on file and asking me to update it vs. providing 100 percent of the data again like a new patient.In addition, paper forms with duplicate data! What about computer printed forms to update or better yet, I- pads. The system is antiquated.
He is always on time and is very considerate. Very fast when doing procedures!

I experienced an unpleasant interaction with the Manager more then once. First part of May again recently. She was abrupt and short with me regarding my insurance. I went in for an in grown nail and doctor Southerland was very nice explained my choices and took care of it. The only thing I would say that was a little strange was his nurse she came in and had no social skills didn’t introduce her self and she was the one to administer the anesthesia and I thought it was weird. But other than that it was a good visit.

I was extremely with the care received from Dr Rabjohn. She was very professional a d frienfly. She made a prompt diagnosis with treatment plan. She even suggested that if I wasnt better over the weekend to call office , staff would page her. In todays medical field that is an uncommon practice but a welcome one, which is above and beyond the call of duty today. The staff was excellent, courteous, friendly, went of their way to assist me. Even as a new patient they worked me in, which is another uncommon practice in the medical field today. These days a patient t is una let to get In to see your PCP when you are Ill. You are told to go to the ER, even if its not an emergency but urgent enough to be seen by PCP. I would give e the doctor and staff 5 stars.

I was so pleased Dr.Linnie Rabjohn. Very nice lady. Made me feel comfortable right away. Very polite and professional. Addressed my problem. Corrected the issue immediately. I had three dog hairs in my foot.I went to another Doctor at another location not affiliated with her office. That Doctor was going to take a bunion off and shorten one of my toes. Neither one was a problem for me. Not even why I went to him. I am so so glad I went to Dr. Linnie Rabjohn. She saved me from a un necessary surgery. 😀

2022-06-17I have had the best experience with some of the people in this office. Dr. Lawrence is the best. He has the best bed side manner and he truly cares about his patients. I cant sing his praises enough. THEN there his his super side kick...Mrs. Billieann. She is awesome. Paperwork and all inside workings are great because of her attention to detail and he genuine care for people. I am so glad to have them both in my care plan. One other person, but I cant remember her name. She has been there for a while and is very helpful but I think she is the other doctors MA or nurse. She is is also a good fit in this office. I love the fact that appointments are easy to get and you are in and out quickly. Most of all I love that Dr Lawrence cares enough to do what is right for his patients and not what is expensive or unnecessary. He involves you in your care and guides you through the process. 2022-01-20My visit was great. From the friendly front end staff, to the nurse, to Dr. Landry, everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Landry made me feel very relaxed. He assured me that this was just a minor event caused by my shoes and that the treatment was painless. After supplying me with some inserts for my shoes, he said that I would probably not need to come back to see him. The inserts are very comfortable and the pain was reduced immediately. I feel that all pain will be gone in a few days. What a great experience!

2022-02-18Everyone at this office is very professional and courteous. I really like Dr. Warren. He is very personable. He knows his stuff. About 5 years ago, he treated plantar fascists in my R foot. It took a while to recover from surgery---which was expected. I can say, my Right foot is totally cured. Now---5 years later---I am back but for my Left foot. I have confidence that I will get good results because Dr. Warren is the best.

2022-05-19I went in today for my first visit and I cannot believe how incredibly kind the office staff is. I saw Dr. Lawrence and he was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this place if you are trying to treat anything with your foot or ankle. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. They do seem to have a glitch in their phone system though because I called several times to figure out how to find them but she did inform she was telling the manager so that they could get that looked at so please don’t be discouraged if for some reason your call is not going through. They are working on that

2022-07-18I love coming to see Dr. Landry. Hes always so polite and professional. He gives such a heart feel welcome without trying. His professionalism is an extra. Most of the time I come in for an injection on my foot. They are always pain free. He make you feel comfortable and Hes definitely confident of his approach of performance. Ive told him no one elan do anything to my feet except him unless he has plans of retiring. Ill always come to him. Hes the best!!

2022-06-21I highly recommend Dr. Lawrence from Arlington/Mansfield Foot and Ankle Center for professionalism and knowledge, besides it has a great staff’s support. I had a hard time looking for an honest podiatry, I called three podiatry clinics centers before and they wanted to charge me a lot of money for an Inground nail procedure. I called to my health insurance and they told me my benefits and advise me get away of dishonest doctors. Then, contacting Arlington/Mansfield Foot and Ankle Center, made the difference because they charged me exactly what health insurance benefits were, they checked with my insurance before procedure, and they answered all my questions. During the surgery procedure they were very compassionate and knowledgeable.I will come back with Dr.Lawrence to this clinic.
