Our dryer was having issues heating up and then just decided to not work at all. After looking at new dryer prices online (and being mortified at how much they cost) we called here. I called the company on thursday, Koch answered and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Friday when he arrived he was prompt and friendly. He advised us that our belt had broken, and replaced it. He did advise us, that it may come loose and if that occurs to call him and he will come back. Well as luck would have probably 30 minutes after he left, the dryer stopped working again. I called Koch back friday late afternoon and left a VM advising that the dryer had stopped working again. My call was returned on Saturday afternoon, and I proceeded to explain to Koch what occurred. He advised me that he would come monday afternoon to look at the dryer again. On monday Koch arrived on time and took another look at the dryer. The belt had snapped again, and it ended up that some metal thing was misaligned and rubbing against the rubber belt causing it to malfunction/snap. Koch completely took apart the entire dryer to fix the issue and ensured it was in working order prior to leaving. this story thankfully has a happy ending, as i now have a dryer that works. yay.
Amazing repair company, found while searching for an open repairman on the weekend and came out within a couple of hours and assessed the issue quickly and fixed it on the spot. Would definitely recommend over the more bigger and known businesses. Very happy.

I had my Samsung dryer fixed a couple weeks ago and I was very happy with their work! Scheduling was quick and easy, they were very timely, very friendly, and very reasonably priced. I’ll use them in the future for sure myself, have already referred them on my neighborhood page, and will refer them to all my clients!
Awesome service! Called and was the only person understanding that I needed my dryer fixed ASAP and not trying to wait a few days like other companies I had spoken to. Guy came within the next hour or so did a very fast and great job. Very Professional and knew what he was doing and talking about. Highly recommend, Called Sunday night on Samsung dryer not working and got to us on Tuesday morning on time. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Open and tested and found the temperature thermostat not working, replaced it, closed and had the dryer working in no time. total cost was very reasonable.
I called to have my dryer repaired over the weekend and Kosh showed up on time Monday ready to fix my dryer. He was very efficient in his work while explaining to me the issue. I highly recommend! I will definitely be using them if I need any additional appliances repaired .

I noticed this morning at about 11:00 am that my dryer wasn’t heating. I found Around the Clock Appliance Repair through Google and called for service. Kash Patel answered and said he was able to fit me in today! He gave me a window of 2:30-5:00 pm and showed up at 3:30! He was able to determine that my thermostat went out and was able to repair on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and responsive and reasonably priced!! My dryer works again!! Excellent service and I will highly recommend this company to my friends!! Thank you!

Highly recommend! They got the part I needed for my washer in one day and fixed it that afternoon pretty quickly. He even entertained my two year old who was very curious as to what what was going on. After watching him my son went and got his drill and mimicked what he was doing, so cute! I used my washer right away and it worked perfectly. Overall Im very satisfied with my service.
I will say he was here quickly and was friendly however he charged me $60 for a “service charge” then wanted to charge another $80 and $45 to repair it (part and labor) $200 to repair a 12 year old washer just seems high. I decided to just replace the set for a couple hundred more. MOST companies waive the service charge if they do the job but not this one. After reading the reviews I didn’t even bother to ask since others had quoted an average of $30 I assumed (that’s on me one should never assume) they would be about the same.The reason for the low score though is he charged me $60 and left my washing machine away from the wall and left the screws and cap off the back cover leaving it for me to do. For $60 he could have at least left it the way it was but nope easiest $60 for 5 minutes of time anyone will ever make. I understand a service charge but on a Monday at 10 am shouldn’t be rates of an “emergency” and the least one could do is leave it the way you found it. I’m sure this would be a great option for nights, weekends and holidays when you “expect” to pay more. I’ve had other appliances worked on before and never been charged this high for a “consultation”
Excellent and fast service! My husband called them today about our dryer not heating and they came the very same day and fixed our dryer immediately for a reasonable price. First time using and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Although it was last minute Kosh was able to accommodate us the same day and found the problem with our dryer and fixed the issue on the spot! Pleased and thankful for prompt response and weekend availability. Kosh was on time, very courteous and transparent on cause to why my 10 yr old dryer was no longer heating, what was needed to repair, and had part on hand. Very reasonable service and labor charges, 90 day warranty on work completed, and appreciate the added tips to keep appliance functioning for hopefully a few years to come.
I was very happy with my service. They were able to schedule me and come out within 24 hours. The problem was identified and fixed within an hour. All of the pricing was communicated upfront before any service was performed and the total cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will be calling again if I have any future troubles.

My dryer was professionally serviced by “Around The Clock” appliance repair company. The company responded quickly and Kosh efficiently repaired my dryer at the best price in town! He replaced my pulley and heating element. We will now only use them for all of our appliance needs!
Kosh came out to service our stove. The bottom element had cracked, and he ordered another one, brought it, and installed it as soon as it came in. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what other services they provide. He worked with my schedule and their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend Around the Clock Appliance Repair!Edited to add: I called them again to look at my washer on August 4th, 2019. They scheduled me for the day I was available and arrived on time. They reviewed the problem with me and told me how much it would cost to fix (and compared that to purchasing a new similar model). Highly suggest their services!
Kosh called within minutes after I submitted the Angie’s List request. He was friendly and informative and offered to come look at the dryer within the hour. He arrived on time and was clean/neat and respectful. He was immediately familiar with the brand and went right to work diagnosing the problem and his truck was stocked with the necessary parts. It was all fixed and cleaned up in last than an hour and I was back to doing laundry (unfortunately!). Thanks to Kosh, and I’ll definitely call when I’m ready to have the fridge looked at!
Adam from Around the Clock Appliance Repair was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. I set up an appointment and when the day arrived, he showed up, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. My oven was not heating properly and he was able to promptly troubleshoot the issue and address it. Ultimately, it was a calibration issue. After calibrating the oven, he tested it a few times, and it marked the proper heating setting in his sensor device. He told me they would guarantee/warranty any work for 90 days and to give him a call if anything came up again. Thank you Adam!

2022-02-25My dryer stopped heating over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised when Around the Clock answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Kosh was not only able to come to my home within a day (and on time), but also fixed my 12 year old dryer right there on the spot! Totally professional and knew his stuff, prices were excellent. 2022-05-19After another company lost my appointment time I gave them a call, within the hour the technician came and repaired my dryer. The cost was way more friendly than what the previous place quoted and my dryer is fixed and ready to go! I’ll use round the clock for any further appliance issues in the future! 2022-01-31Kosh is great! Called the company and he answered immediately. Booked up for the day so I started calling others companies and wasn’t sure about them. Called Kosh back and he said he could be at my house in 30 mins, showed up in less than that. He got to work right away and confirmed my suspicious on what was broken in the dryer. He explained the issue in detail and what current market value is for the parts. Not only was he straight up about what work needed to get done, he offered a great discount! Had the parts in his truck. The man worked quickly and efficiently. 10/10 recommend!

2022-05-16Called the company and I was able to get a service scheduled in today (5/16/22)for my dryer. The worker was able to solve the problem and advised me what it was. After he fixed the problem I was able to turn on the dryer and now it works perfectly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

2021-08-20I scheduled an appointment with Koch on 8/18/21 for today 8/19/21 between 12:30-1:30 when no one showed up I called and spoke with Koch he stated he did not have me on the schedule at anytime at all not even a future appointment. I told him we scheduled it just the day before and I wrote the time down and who I spoke with which was him Koch and he responded condescending with “well, I said my name when I answered so that’s probably how you got my name.” I took time off of work for this appointment he didn’t even apologize he just treated me like I called and made up an appointment date and time. I will post a screen shot of your business phone number with the date of our original conversation 8/18/21 and the length of time of our conversation when I get to my office tomorrow which is the number I called you from on 8/18/21.

2021-12-30I called at 9 and they let me know they were booked but going to try to get to me by the end of the day. The homey Kosh showed up a little after 2 and had my dryer motor replaced and working before 3! He came prepared for anything for my dryer and it showed. Ill be calling again if I need appliances repaired

2019-01-24Called Around the Clock Appliance Repair for my leaking refrigerator and got a next day appointment. Kosh Patel came over and was super friendly and knowledgeable of my Samsung refrigerator. I had researched the problem online and was fixing to spend hundreds on part and try to fix it myself but turns out Kosh found the problem to be a rusted clogged drain pipe and saved my hundreds on unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone with appliance repair needs. Keep up the great work and thanks for the quick repair Kosh!

2021-02-06My dryer gave out during a load one day. Next day I called Around the Clock Appliance Repair and they informed me upfront there is a 59.99 service fee. They told me they could squeeze me in immediately so I booked them and within 30 minutes Adam showed up to my house to address the problem. He had the part to fix my dryer on hand and a small fee for labor. All in all my bill came out to $140 after tax and I couldnt be Happier! I think this price is very reasonable as Adam was very Polite, Efficient, and Quick! Within 30 minutes my dryer was Fixed and placed back together. From the time I made the call to schedule, one hour is all it took to have it fixed and running and with 3 kids including a newborn baby I couldnt be happier knowing it would have taken me a several hours to fix myself. The price would have been more but Adam was nice enough to give a discount on the labor for being a good person! I highly recommend this company and will definitely call back should I run into more appliance issues.
