Showed my tank to the woman behind the counter, she still sold me the wrong coils. Made it to the parkinglot before noticing. Refused to refund or exchange for the proper coils. Will not return.

Never use these people. They have sold me a 4 pack of pods and cinnamon juice. All the pods broke so I thought fluke. I came back and bought more pods and decided to try fire and ice. I filled the pods in the parking lot and before I got out of the parking lot it split it again. I took it straight back in. They said yea cinnamon will do that. So they new it would happen sold it to me and wouldn’t give me a refund. Crooked business
Incredibly friendly staff and atmosphere. Zohra really knows her stuff and has been able to help my friends each and every time with exactly what we every could be looking for. Always able to help me find any specific flavor, even when I use vague descriptions like being too dark, light, or specific feelings from the flavors. 10/10 would vape again!

I work nearby and have been in several times. The staff is always pleasant and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They have a great selection of flavors and the last time I went in, they had a lot of products they were unpacking. Its always great to see a store stocking the latest and greatest.The last time I went in they recommended switching to a different tank style (bubble glass) and mesh Coils. It solved my leakage problem, and the mesh Coils are awesome.Thanks again!

Awesome and helpful staff, it was quick and easy they also have a very welcoming environment. the lounge area is pretty cool you can drink coffee and play some board games. I have also brought my guitar up here once and had a jam sesh, check them out.

Great place with a warm inviting decor and environment. The staff is pleasant and the manager Stephen always answers my questions with a friendly attitude no matter how trivial it is. Good welcoming and friendly attitude always has me looking forward to purchasing my juice cause I know Ill have a great conversation. This place will have my prolonged support.
Staff here is always very helpful and knows their selection well. You can tell them what you like and dont like and they will make recommendations. There is no commission for them so theyre just honestly trying to help you find a flavor you like. Theyre extremely knowledgeable on coil options too.
The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of Hannah (I hope I spelled that right) this gal needs a raise! Firstly, she actually remembered my usual juice I get; down to the nicotine level, and that is by far the most impressive. Secondly, I’ve gone in before trying to find a different juice to try only to leave with something I ended up hating or getting what I usually get (killer kustard btw.) After just a few minutes she helped me find a juice I liked! She was so very helpful, and patient with me as I tried and tried juices. She was so polite (she always is) and I am very happy with my experience. If you go to this location and this woman is behind the counter you’ll leave happy. And from reading other comments I can see she’s very popular! Keep up the good work Hannah!

HANNAH IS THE BOMB!came in needing a new flavor, didnt know what i wanted besides knowing i didnt want menthol or tobacco flavor, she set me up with a great airheads flavor that i love! Also needed a new tank and only knew that i wanted something that could run mesh coils SHE HELPED ME THERE TOO! I try to be a easy customer but sometimes you really need to sit down at the bar and look over stuff and she had no issues telling me the truth about everything she was showing me and her thoughts.Will def be returning here for all my vape needs, the store itself is so cool and modern inside. very modern-rouge esq style~

If you need any help or any suggestions on new flavors he’s always willing to help me. Very knowledgeable and knows the business.
On 2 separate occasions was sold wrong coils and not able to get money back. Juices are more expensive than other shops. Hannah is a great employee tho only reason I went back.
What can I say, every location ive been to has been consistently awesome. My guess, is the kind of employees they look for when hiring and just the chill layback bar/lounge atmosphere really works well together. Artisan really emphasizes on the shopping experience and I think its the reason why I keep going back.

Really nice place. They need to put more furniture or a couch in there though, maybe a big rug too. Great space but not fully used. Really relaxing and pretty though. Eliquids are high quality and prices are competitive. Jordan is the most helpful employee they have!

After being a customer here since they opened I will no longer be trading my money for insults. Once was great with a friendly staff (in large part to Eric), but now is maned by a condescending and rude guy named Mike. The fact of the industry is that I can get all mods, batteries, tanks, accessories, and a world of liquid so much cheaper online.

Love, love, love this place. Has great customer service, good assortment of vaping products and I really like their Cuban Tobacco . This is not your ordinary vaping store. The atmosphere is casual, great music and has a bar to sit at including comfy couches to bring your friends for trivia night and karaoke night.

They go out of thier way to accodate you in way. Wont let you leave the establishment until you are happy! They also stand by the product sold there and stand by their warranties. Great selection of capes and juice. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, equipped with two large that, large comfy leather sofas, classy long dark wood bar and comfortable bar stools as well. They provide coffee which is a nice touch to finish it off. Its definitely some place you can come relax after work with many others that do the same. You wont want to leave. I would recommend checking this place out and find your new forever Vape Home. 😉

ZOMGAWD HANNA WAS AWESOME. So it was a dark and frustrating night. I was danger low on my juice and my vape shop was like on the other side of the galaxy. I googled the closest shop to my 20 at the time and it led me to the artisan vape shop in the sky. I walked in and the young lady at the counter asked if she could help and I responded with YES. I MUST HAS JUICE but that Ive never been here before and I had no idea what I would like. I have been using the same juice for years now and was set in my way. Well this young lady said that we could try some samples and see if we could find something that fit my palate. And through trial and error and a crap ton of patience on her part, it happened. And it was like a miracle. As if the clouds parted, the light shined down into this ship while the angles sang. We found a juice that was for me. Hanna did it!!! And since then I have been back. If you are ever in doubt, she can lead you down a path that will enlighten you to a new experience. Give this woman a raise.
I have been to Artisan several times and Im always please with the helpful staff. I just recently decided to step up my vape game and went for a mechanical mod and a rebuild, Eric was very knowledgeable on these and was more than happy to teach me about the different coils I could make and even made mine for me while I was there. I will be back to see him!

I love this store and other artisan vapes. And I usually have great experiences here. But today I came in and one of the employees was wearing a tcu sweat shirt. I enjoy socializing and try to find things I have in common with ppl so I thought id ask if they she goes to tcu (maybe we are in a similar program or have had the same teachers). She said no and said it was her boyfriends. I was like does he go there? And she said no but she has a lot of friends that go there. That is when the girl with the purple hair stepped it. She was like it is ok for people to rep tcu when they don’t go there. Which I found completely unnecessary. And also very negative. She took something that I was trying to make positive and assumes something negative. I probably won’t be back to this store unfortunately. I enjoy ppl that are positive and glass half full people. Not ppl that try to find the negative in things that literally aren’t negative at all. Very sad experience with artisan vape.

The manager sold me two products that are not compatible so the only way now for me to use the CBD oil I was sold is to buy yet another type of vape delivery system costing $ 50 or more. When I went in there so show her the liquid just runs out of the cartridge the lady working called the manager and was told to tell me sorry we can’t take it back!! So bottom line I spent and wasted money and the shop will not make good on what they sold me!! Never will I recommend this place!!

Folks are nice here, but they hardly have any thing at all. You walk in and there is a big counter with three people working there. There are a few items behind the counter on display and a menu of their flavors. Other than that its just a big empty space. This was the first vape store I ever went into so I really didnt know what to expect. I recently went to another vape store in Mansfield and they literally had at least 100-200 times as many things to buy. They just need to pack more product in there...simple as that.

Best Artisan Vapor in the metroplex hands down! Stephen the manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with ejuice selection and sampling, which juices are the cleanest. Also has a wide knowledge of vape supplies for everything from the mod to the tank.

Everything they carry is top notch and they even warranty their products for sixty days. Their liquids are premade to guarantee quality and the customer service is out of sight. Their prices are standard but since they dont sell imitations they may seem more expensive. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks me where to start vaping. FIVE STARS!!!

Artisan is a top notch place for your vaping goods. They have a lot of flavors (not as many as some, but they dont have dud or filler flavors like others do) and a good selection of equipment like mods and tanks. A chill place that is different from most other vape shops!

I went in with a friend who needed a wick rebuilt and started checking out the liquids, accessories, and mods. I hadnt planned on buying anything but ended up picking up a couple items that I havent located at any other brick-and-mortar location. The salesman, Eric P., is top notch. Hes very knowledgeable and responsive to even the least experienced vaper. I dont live near Artisan Vapors Bedford location but the next time I get back to the DFW area I will definitely stop back in. Thanks, Eric!

If you want to pay more for an average bottle of eJuice then go to Artisan Vapor. They sell a brand of a liquid looks like a cow. You can get it online and most other vapor stores locally also for $16.95 they sell the same bottle for $24.95. You do the math. Youre actually paying for all the frilly Foo Foo appearance of their store none of which is necessary to vape.. that bottle should not be over $21 including tax. Run guys runUpdate Google other vapor stores in the area found one called mad Labs vapor. Walked out with my bottle of e-liquid instead of the $25 at Artisan Vapor I walked out at $21 with tax. Cant beat it

2019-06-20Absolutely love this place! Hannah (I think) is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I know next to nothing and she took the time to teach me how everything worked. We went through several options until we found exactly what I wanted. The store layout is perfect, plenty of space, and the decorations fit in perfectly. There’s so many options, it’s not super limited like some other stores I’ve been to! Edit: Ann is also super amazing. She can handle multiple customers at once without getting the slightest bit flustered and was able to pretty much have three conversations at the same time. Super impressed with her customer service and ability to keep track of so many questions at the same time. All four of us had no idea what we wanted and we all left happy!

2020-01-17Decent service, but the prices are horrendous. Even disregarding online prices, you can find anything there sold cheaper at any other storefront. Nearly double what you will pay elsewhere for fluid. Industry Standard as the girl quoted... it is not. *Update* The first picture is of a similarly flavored bottle(same ML) that I purchased at a rival store for 11 dollars cheaper. A 40% difference if you do the math.

2022-06-11Ive been going here since 2018. The staff know exactly what to recommend. Zoe is an amazing manager, Robin and Taylor are great employees. These three dont just feel like employees when I go in, they feel like family. I will go nowhere else except Artisan in Bedford, TX.

2021-09-13The name on my receipt said Stevie but wasnt able to confirm the girls name that helped me. She made what should have been a simple thing very difficult. I wanted a little education on a product that had been recommended to me. She knew next to nothing and made zero effort to answer my questions. She didnt even understand what mg of nicotine was. Definitely wont be back to this location. Grapevine is much better.

2018-03-17Sahara and Sai are awesome people helped replace my vape after it was stolen. Had plenty stock and I was able to pick the color iI preferred. My 3rd visit and each visit gets better. I definatly would give them 5 stars each. I will always come here for m vape needs.
