Always get my nails done with my girl Heidi and as always she got me right ! I will definitely be coming back not just for my nails but for the other services they offer. On top of that the environment felt so welcoming and they make sure you feel comfortable. Definitely started recommending to everyone!

BAD BAD BAD HORRIBLEI would hate to work here very unprofessional the guy that is manager was very rude the vibe here feels very heavy and nasty hate it wont be going back and will be going to the other salon the own workers talking bad about clients and about other people who work there very unprofessional who is the boss in this place?! She/he needs to educate their workers better and have more class like the other shop wayy to much gossip makes the client bot even feel comfortable very poor service coming from the manager
I am very disappointed with my last experience here and I will not be returning… Since Julieta left, I made an appointment with Diana because her work looks really good on Ashly’s IG page. Diana had two of her small children running around the salon during my appointment. It was so obvious that she was rushing my nails. While she was doing my nails, she said that her back hurt. She also told another nail tech who was walking by that she was “ready to go”. The other tech said “I can tell by the way that you’re filing!” (while Diana was in the middle of doing MY nails) and they both laughed about it. She cut my cuticles four times and did not match the pic I showed her for my nails. I could be a little bit more understanding if I was a walk-in but my appointment was booked in advance with a deposit. I expect much better service than this when I am booking $70+ sets!

The atmosphere of salon is very welcoming. All the ladies are so amazing. Especially my nail tech Blanca! She always does an amazing job on my nails, always delivers a great service, and such a great person overall! I would highly recommend stopping by!!
Amazing salon these ladies are here to slay your nails , I went today and got a full set and a pedicure price is just right in my opinion. Very welcoming place ,I was a walk in and got seated in less than 15 minutes you DEFINITELY must come here 💖🌸
Joana did my nails today and they literally look like as she called them “instagram” nails... yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for I love my nails and excited to actually have my nails done the best nails I ever had. Will be a loyal customer! I

Always satisfied with every set that i get! Ladies here are very kind and always do what they can to satisfy you. They never say no and always give their opinion on what they recommend. People say its too overly priced. What i pay now is what i paid with the asian and never lasted!! You wont be disappointed with your set. Ladies are very kid and welcoming. Take the chance and get ya nails done here. Worth every dollar spent!

Don’t go here to do pedicures!!!!! Would be the last time I go here honestly I thought they where going to leave my toes pretty but a receptionist did my pedi which she just washed my feet and I wanted acrylics to have them shaped pretty well I give 1 star just for her cause she wasn’t professional but she tried she needed help and no one wanted to help her.. and for $55 for a non professional job..

I arrived at 10:32 Am and I was never greeted to begin with I signed in and I asked the lady at the front desk so I write in pedicure if as well because most places I go to ask you what you are getting and she responded with an attitude “yeah”. I already knew from there I was going to have a bad day, I ended up leaving at 12:15pm and never even got my nails done I left because I waited to long and no one even approached me to tell me why they are taking so long or we are sorry for the delay so very poor customer service. Next as I waited there were two women ahead of me and they ended up leaving due to them taking so long I stayed thinking they left so I should be next and maybe I would leave faster but i waited 2 hours for nothing. There were other women’s who arrived that had appointments and they kept attending them and all of the walk ins just sit there and look because no one was ever sat even in a chair to be worked on. If this place runs under only appointments they should just say appointments only, why have walk in and not ever attended a walk in! I have a party tomorrow and had other things to do and get ready and messed up waiting this long and choosing this place due to good reviews and pictures of pretty nails. But I won’t be returning, there were even scheduling mistakes with women who had appointments there conning in at times they have scheduled and having to wait because they apparently mixed up times and squeezed in other women and had them waiting, they were upset as well having to set up an appointment and still wait 20-30 minutes. I am very upset because I waisted my damn time here!
Been coming for a while now, went last week for a full set, they always short staff , plus they didnt have any of the good nail techs like they used to have . the new techs had ppl complaining while they were working on them, no no i had to leave plus the worst their receptionist suck , some ugly girl with glasses ,ppl complaining for not being on their schedule and they had appointments so annoying and fake AF trying to be extra friendly, man they beed to bring baby girl Alondra back ,this place sucks now, so dissapointed, just lost a costumer

Most horrific experience in my life, Graciela burned my hair so bad that I lost over 5 inches of my hair and I now have unfixable gaps. She bleached my hair for over 4 hours and it turned my hair into mush. I am so devastated....I tried to get my money back for I can get it fixed somewhere else but they basically called me a liar and only refunded me 1/4 of what I spent that day at the salon. DONT GO TO ASHLEYS HAIR SALON IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR. Its worth the drive to rockwall or rowlett... If anything, you still have a better chance at walmart or have your kid cut it for you than this God Forsaken place. Graciela thinks too highly of herself and wont recognize the damages she did and her boss backs her up... disgraceful. She will be reported to the state for damages.

I got my nails done on the 23rd and 2 of them already came off ! I had an appointment at 9am and when I showed up they told me that my appointment was on their journey but luckily the lady recognized me . The lady legit took 4 hours on my nails ! Also some of my nails are uneven and when I told her she said that they was all a number 7 which some aren’t , I unfortunately will not be going back
They can do any design you show them but it goes beyond just the art. They ASSUME you dont know Spanish because it isnt your first language and talk and joke about you. They add things to your bill then when you question it they magically know the correct total.

MS Trena is a cosmotologist there she does hair & lashes etc.... & its a VERY NICE & CLEAN place they also do nails & pedicures there & a lady comes there & sells food & some delicious smoothies its a great location on Lake June Rd in Balch Springs near Cottonwood St GO GET YOUR HAIR DONE IN A NICE SETTING NO VULGARITY

Asistía muy seguido al local y me quede por el Gran trabajo de Lupita, excelente servicio y nunca ha lastimado mis uñas,además realiza un excelente pedicura. Trabajo que Muchas que trabajan allí no les gusta hacer. Deje de asistir porque las últimas dos veces que asisti, no estaba Lupita y decidí que me atendieran otras y fue una pésima decisión. Las uñas 💅 las hacen muy finas y apuradas. Partieron mis uñas y lastimaron mi cutícula, provocándome uñero en dos de mis dedos. Las eh escuchado hablando de las clientas y de sus propias compañeras de trabajo. Y la verdad no volveré a ir. Si así hablan a las espaldas de sus compañeras y clientas, que quedará para uno cuando se va después del servicio. Perdí mi dinero 💰 en las dos ultimas ocasiones. Ya no recomiendo el lugar para nada. Se concentran en terminar rápido, hablar entre ellas y estar pendiente de las conversaciones de las demás.
The service is excellent. I dont complain very nice about his work and what one pays is worth it. But nail techs are not worth it. A few days ago I went and a lady named Blanca and another girl with blue hair, like other girls who also work, spend their time talking badly and criticizing their clients. And to one as a customer who has to sit back and listen to how badly people speak it feels uncomfortable. And they still expect tip. The guy who charges also harasses customers to leave a tip. I always tip but sometimes others don’t and that’s Ok because we all don’t get the same experience. Leaving a tip is optional and no employee should be making a customer feel embarrassed in front of all the employees and customers for not leaving a $ 15- $ 20 tip.
The boy who is faced with the cashier is such an unprofessional person yesterday I called to see if I could go they were available and they told me that they were busy ok I made the appointment for today and I am a little late 12 minutes and in what I hope to pass in front Because they had people paying and other clients a complete disorder, well he told me that they could not attend me, I explained that there was traffic, I made an appointment for the same reason, I do not have time to work every day and he did not give me the opportunity to wait, he told me that he did not and that he was lost The deposit to me they explained to me that if you do not arrive at the appointment, the canselas is lost in the end for 20 dollars, I did not claim I just wanted the service, I lost my time but the owner lost 4 clients today, as the workers do not have anything of consideration anymore or in a clinic Hospitals that are doctors understand you that you are late 12 minutes and they take care of you, let alone a room that there are many and more professionals and better, more modern prisons, just come back because I liked Lupitas service. I had already done a bad job before, me and my daughter
They kept my money and didnt want to make me another appointment just because Im 10 min late, theyre rats.And they did not give me the option for someone else to attend to me that day and the boy in front told me that the 20 dollars were already lost that day.
I love nice work the Haircuts also nails BUTThe place has an unbearable smell of acetone from the nailsI do not understand how they can spend so much time in honest talk I get a headache when Im going to make a cut.
I liked very much they did a job to my precious daughter the only bad thing for me is that it is very far away but for the people that are left dry or d.C.When I look for good quality I recommend it

2022-04-14I just moved to Dallas and was looking for a new nail tech. I was hesitant on going to a salon bc it’s hard to find salons that value quality over quantity. i was pleasantly surprised when i booked an appointment w heidi. i loved how she took her time to make sure my i was happy w my nails, i absolutely loved them! definitely would recommend booking!

When I came to Ashly’s a couple years ago they def delivered on my expectations and the staff is awesome! All the girls there are amazing and take pride in their work, you can def see the passion for what they do! I highly recommend Ashly’s nails and beauty salon 💯

2022-06-08I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years. I love the customer service. They are very welcomeing. My job tends to be stressful but every other Wednesday I know for 3 to 4 hours Im going to be able to relax have girl talk and enjoy myself. I highly recommend this place. It is a Latina owned business with great prices and quality work.

2022-06-28My suggestion is if you want to go all out on your nails (jewels and length) then this is the place for you. BUT if you are looking for dip/ombré (they don’t offer dip just overlay) then you will pay way too much here. My sister got short ombré nails and paid close to $80 for it smh. I should have just went to another salon for French tip on my natural nail because they charged me $55 and I didn’t even get nail extensions. I have several lines and marks in the nail color I got and when I told her about it she just said that’s the acrylic and didn’t even fix it.

2018-11-29They always hook me up! I recommend Elvira, Patty, and I forgot her name but she sits at the end. I love them. Their always so nice and friendly and they never say no. Literally have every color and the crystals! Girl, let me tell ya! Definitely check this place out!

2021-12-29I do NOT recommend this place unless you have an appointment and it’s for acrylics. I saw the ratings and thought I’d try this place with my family but we weren’t received the way I had expected. The staff seemed to care very little about us having a nice experience. My nails were so horrible that I took them off as soon as I left the salon. The woman was on her phone the majority of the time!I had asked for gel and some of my nails weren’t even fully done! From what I saw they only take care of the clients that want acrylics done. None of our nails turned out how we wanted, we didn’t even want to pay. Don’t accept a client if you aren’t going to treat them all the same just because of what type of nails they’re getting done! Very disappointed with this experience.

We came to Ashley nails to buy a few items and while looking, Ricardo showed her the proper products to get , gave her advice on how to properly clean her brushes ,told her what the numbers meant on the nail file & gave her the correct one for shaping. He was also VERY professional , Extremely knowledgeable about products , answered ALL of our questions , & was very willing to help us out . Thanks Ricardo , you were amazing . We appreciate you!

2020-05-18Joanna charged me $75 for these nails .I think that is way over priced for them being short and also asked for coffin but they look square and are super thick definitely not returning!
