I am going again when we can sit inside. We got our food from the buffet and went to Hulen Park. Food was good and the Lady that checked us out was so courteous, helpful and sweet. We had a great time. 👍Thank you. 😊
Friends joined us and was so much fun. Great food. Place needs a little uplift and tables are still sticky need a good scrubbing.

The parking lot to get to it is a nightmare. I have to admit that the food is pretty good but they dont have a lot of food out, so the selection is limited. They do require that you sanitize your hands and put on gloves - which they provide - before getting take out plates. There is no in house dining. They weigh the food by the pound and charge you accordingly. All in all, it was just an okay experience.
The atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Restrooms are clean. Selection is decent. Some of the food was overcooked. Their salad bar itself needs to be improved on. My children enjoy the sushi there. Its within normal price range for a buffet. Overall its a decent place to eat...just have room for improvement in a couple of areas. I would eat there again.
Great place to eat but kind of expensive. Foam containers are sold by the pound. So one must be careful what they get. My container cost $14 but It great lol

I hate to say it...When it changed hands it was good and I went a few times. But over time... Its agonist like theyve gotten lazy. Their food is tasting old, its not fresh anymore. The drinks taste moldy... And some of the food tastes like its going bad. I wont go back again and unfortunately when or if it switches hands again I wont try it. Shame... I love a good Asian Buffet.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the reviews of staff. I’ve always had a great experience. We came on my sons birthday and he was very tired and throwing a tantrum. I was worried the staff would be rude or annoyed but they were very patient and didn’t stare or say anything. They even gave him a present when they found out it was his birthday!!! He hangs his Chinese roll up calendar in his room. ❤️ We love eating here. Food is great!
If AA Buffet can be open fully in Burleson, requiring the quest to wear gloves and mask, so can this place. I dont get it.But yet they allow you to come in and get a buffet to go. And nobody wearing gloves.Nope, I will not spend my money here ever again.

It’s just always been there, well the family as in the Chan’s. They’ve just always been the go to food for me since I was little and I’m kinda bummed that they can’t do buffet because that’s where the real magic was. But I love going in there to get me a whole box of rice and any type of chicken. Just love it there
I love Chinese food. We used to eat here quite a bit more often than we do now, but you have to go when there will be more people there. Otherwise the food sits under those lamps and its not edible. There food is very good otherwise. You can ask them to get more if its not good but they are funny about wasting food. Now this is only my opinion but you can try yourself, its just irritating when you have to ask for them to change their food thats been sitting for a long time and they know its been out there and they still try serving it to you without changing it themselves.
For the most part the food was good while I was eating I was robbed someone stole one of my headlights passenger side of my pickup park right in front of the door
Fantastic food. Only takeout for now, but still worth going. They weigh your box, and the price is inexpensive. I got three full boxes for my family, less than $15. Ill definitely go back again.

I have been going to this spot for the past 4 years or so when it was a different buffet under a different name till now. This Buffet is at its best during the lunch hours and early evening hours. This is when the food seems to be the freshest and still hot. At night this doesnt seem to be the case. The sushi also seems to be put out fresh around lunch time. One downside is that the waitresses dont really tend to your table as it is a self serve buffet, yet seem to expect a tip at the end, giving odd looks when not rewarded with one. The chopsticks are also missed. Those couple of things aside its not bad for a buffet. Especially when youre really hungry.
The food isn’t terrible but it’s hard to enjoy your meal when the owner is constantly yelling at the employees and sometimes customers. The last time my family tried to eat here, we left shortly after arriving due to the unwelcoming environment. As we walked out before even ordering, the owner had the audacity to chase us out into the parking lot with his temper flared and arms waiving. It’s safe to say that he’s lost our business due to his behavior.
Took my two daughters in here for dinner one night am a couple of months ago. The buffet is TINY and I swear they had more American foods on the buffet than they did anything resembling Asian foods. They were quite literally serving McDonalds chicken nuggets on their buffet. We were seated, had our drinks brought and basically forgotten about. I waited 10 minutes and had to chase down a waiter to get a drink refill. I dont typically leave bad reviews but this place just isnt worth the money.
The only problem I saw was that the soup bowls were not with the soup. I had to ask where they were. Other than that, Fabulous. And a great variety. I think five long buffet sections in the middle plus the sushi buffet bar across the back. Nice staff as well.
The food was AMAZING!!! However the service was the worst. The waitress we had dropped the drinks on the table like nothing. When my husband & I were eating ice cream the lady came by with the check & tossed it on the table. She said Pay now. But we asked if we could pay at the front & she said no we had to pay infront of her. My husband takes out a $100 bill, she grabs it & checks to see if its real. Then she takes it & looks at us from afar to see if we left a tip. My husband being the good man he is left her a tip but I wouldnt have given her anything. I was going to go back but after that Id rather not.
Definitely will not be returning here. Some of the food selections definitely looked and tasted like they were yesterday’s leftovers. The orange chicken was terrible! I felt as of it was a very limited selection of food as far as buffets go. The ice cream station some of the tubs just looked nasty. The soup bowls were 2 stations down from where the soup is. The food definitely didn’t sit well.
Ok, the best restaurant!! Food is amazing and portions are incredible. You can spend very little and get enough food for an army. We love love love this place. We have even ordered DoorDash delivery and it is fast and perfect every time! My picky kids even love it!
Great vegetarian options! The tofu dishes are wonderful and they can prepare it several ways, Black Bean Tofu or Sesame are our favorites!

Theyre currently takeout or pick up only. Their takeout price for the buffet is rather cheap and they have 4 buffet lines going. Theyve improved drastically since the last time we went there a few years ago. They will make a buffet item fresh for you, just ask. We had the orange chicken fresh and wow huge difference in taste, theyre very accommodatingThis is currently the only American Chinese buffet in Cleburne and the gentleman up front is always friendly. They have coconut shrimp which is more like a nice savoury sweet dish. Jalapeño chicken which I highly recommend. Theyre BBQ chicken doesnt taste like actual BBQ, I think they mean grilled, but it tastes great and it is nice big chunks of chicken. Theyre noodles are great too. They have all the usual fare - beef broccoli, chicken broccoli, teriyaki chicken, white and fried rice, asparagus, wontons, veggie fried spring rolls and pork fried spring rolls etc.
Im not sure if every time I go its a bad time, or if it really is just not a very good buffet. After the last time I went with my father, we decided not to go back. Very rarely did I see anyone bring out new dishes, even if what was on the line looked like it had been there for hours. It filled a spot, but I didnt feel good about it.
This family has been serving the Johnson County area for well over 25 years. I see the young children who grew up at there first location now running the business with the family. I had not been to the location for over 13yrs and the youngest son asked me how Id been and he hadnt seen me in years. Excellent service and well above the quality of food you normally get at buffets.. 5 Stars ✨ !!!
Food was old and gross. S&S chicken was hard and old. Steak and onions were cold and had an odd texture, rice was crispy from being old. Got first initial plate and didnt like it so I didnt return to the buffet anymore. Was charged full price for a plate I didnt even eat. Manager came and told me that if I ate one bite I had to pay full price. Needless to say I wont be going back. That place used to be good, but the past couple of times Ive been it has been bad.
Good price. Decent atmosphere. Ok food. There was 3 of us but the only gave us 2 fortune cookies so that was odd. Have had better and worse. Just overall average.
Several of the items on the buffet were not even warm. These people are so lazy they dont even restock the napkin dispensers, they just lay the napkins on top of the dispensers. Some of the food and condiments looked pretty old and dried up as if it was not stored properly. I will never eat there again. The watermelon, cantelop and chocolate pudding was good.
This is a very. Very good buffet. Friday night and everything is well stocked and fresh-steamy. Even a picky eater found something tasty and something to try. Restroom was tidy too. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. Buffet is loaded snd plenty of dessert options. Sushi and hibachi buffet looks fresh. Ice cream 6 flavors not softserve.
Good food. BAD waitress. When she brought drink order, slammed everything down on table and walked away. Did not offer to place drinks and tableware with individual diners at the table. Waitress very rude and did not offer to refill drinks. We had to ask her to take away used plates. Never spoke or smiled.

Sunday after church was when we went, very busy time of day. Food was mostly all fresh, and hot; the fried fish was cold, not to my husbands liking. Bathrooms were a bit dirty, unkempt. Our main issues are that because Im disabled, on a walker, there are only two handicap parks close, we had to walk all the way from in front of the furniture store next door. And we were seated at a lone table out in the foyer area (even though other tables were available) where people check out/pay their bills.. our table didnt have any sauces, napkins, salt or pepper, etc on it and the waitress had to be summoned twice for things when we couldnt get her attention, we had to tell someone else to get her. Basically ignored at that table..It was our second visit there, and well probably go back next time we want Chinese food.
Staff is rude. They stop bringing food out when They think youve had enough. They like to glare at you when your there longer than they want you to be. Urged us to leave by taking my plate I was still eating from and they did the same to my girlfriend. Kept asking us if we were ganna leave anytime soon and we were there less than 40 minutes.
Came here 2-3 times throughout the month, roughly 5-7 PM food is barely warm, I dont think Ive ever seen them restock any dish. I dont know if its because of the time of day or a lack of people to restock but some foods are not warm and not fresh. But if you are hungry youll get your moneys worth

Dirty. Filthy. Condiment bottles were NASTY and DIRTY. Employees watch you like youre going to steal from them. Rude very rude employees. Food is always old. Dont go until the rush if you want your food fresh. Lunch buffet food sits there until dinner. Never go there at 3pm. Food is nasty at that time. The restroom odors waft into the dining room. The health dept. should look into this filthy place.

Orange chicken so tough and dry not edible. I had to take breading off the zucchini to eat it so dried out. Broccoli & cheese had way too much cheese you couldnt taste the broccoli. Green beans were over cooked. Sushi was good. Mushrooms also. Tried stuff mushrooms but didnt know what they were stuffed with and they didnt put anymore out before I left. 2nd time there so I thought it would be better. Not impressed at all.

This buffet is very good. Most dishes stayed filled up and hot. There was also a long bar where someone cooked your food. The.service was also very good. And 2 people eat.and have ice tea for about 17$
I enjoy the atmosphere and the hot food. Several traditional dishes to choose from with wonderful sides. The staff are always so friendly and the establishment is is wheelchair friendly. I will definitely be going back.
Food is good but dont pay with cash or they will keep some. 22.20 for my bill paid with 2 20s and recieved 35 back. Didnt realize till we were already home and I gave them $5 for a tip and she didnt say she already kept 5.

Just awful. The only good things were the fried potatoes & sweet/sour sauce. Food tasted old, some of it was rubbery consistency. The A.C. wasnt working well, must have been 80 in there. I dislike sweating while eating. I wont go back.

$8 for lunch buffet, which is good thing its cheap cuz the food is not good. It was fresh but selection wasnt good. I hope you love chicken cuz they only have one beef dish, which is onions with beef crumbs sprinkled in. Sushi is ok, i think it had a little too much rice. I probably wont go back.

They have really good food. It is a buffet they have lots of options. It is also kid friendly; they have chicken nuggets and french fries. They keep the food fresh. The wait staff are really nice.

No Asian veggies!!! Bean sprouts, bamboo shoots lots of good stuff, no Asian buffets have it, WHY???????

2022-04-12This restaurant is horrible with the food quality, flavor and cleanliness . Whoever the previous owner was, it was awesome especially with the Mongolian grill. But now I dont think Id ever go back and give it another shot. The service was bad, waitress was rude, over charged and it stunk. Went into men’s bathroom and it was nasty unsanitary. Found a maggot in my rice and hair in the noodles. I recommend eating some where else. Unless you want to find out how this restaurant really is

2022-05-16This place has been take out only since the beginning of covid. The owner claims it will be dine in when things go back to normal. When going in they still have people scooping food into containers without following any safety guidelines. The AA buffet in Burleson is operating and many others are as well. The food quality is horrible and the resteraunt is going down hill. By charging people 12 dollars a plate of to go food is the only way they can stay in business. Do not recommend whatsoever.

2018-07-08I ate here about three years ago and forgot all about it. We decided to eat here yesterday and there is absolutely no reason for me not to give this place five stars. For starter, the buffet food is delicious. It was kept clean and well stocked. But the clencher for me was the price. Me and three other people ordered the buffet with drinks, and walked out of there paying less than forty bucks. It was well worth the money. Also, the staff was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this place for your next buffet style meal.

2021-08-13I’ve been going here for a very long time and though it might not be fancy it still is a great buffet. Options may be limited but they also get food out fast and are attentive about what’s low and getting cold. I love the owners they are so nice always call my name or ask about my family that’s just how local and friendly they are. I love this place and will go until it closes.
