At Home in other cities:
This place has it all. If you looking to decorate your house or apartment you come to the right place. They also have great seasonal stuff. I got some great items on sale after Christmas special. They have an amazing collect of art works. You can go crazy with the amount of choices. Staff is very friendly too.
This is by far the best one of the At Home stores. I typically go to a different location but anytime Im even remotely near this particular store I stop by and always leave with the car full of wonderful items. Their staffs always helpful but the very best part of them is their incredible selection.
Horrible experience with the cocky anglo female manager! We found a patio set at the back of the store marked for $199 & the identical set at the entrance of the store for $249.99. I asked her why the discrepancy on the price n why were the sets in the front hand written with a marker to $249.99?? She created a pitiful lame excuse trying to convince me it was due to shipping/import/export...really?!!The manufacturers would have done that n not the employees in the store, plus some of the boxes had 10 to 20 stickers made by a label maker gun n just stuck randomly throughout the boxes!! After arguing with her to honor the $199 price of the set in the back, I felt overwhelmed n decided I would not give her my hard earned money POOR so called management lack of skills resulted in the store losing over $500 I was initially going to spend there. I have spread the word to not support that particular store.
Had to go with the wife to keep both of us out of trouble.. of course.. needed 30 dollars worth of one thing.. almost 200 later and basket more of things we probably didnt need..Sadly the store seems more empty and shelves not fully stocked.. but still enough for me to spend more than needed..
We went there to shop for some Christmas items, which they have a huge selection of. That wasnt the problem. The problems were the fact that there were NO visible employees working the floor to assist customers. Second of all there were definitely NOT enough cashiers to handle the long line of customers wanting to pay. Not to mention the fact that several people, including us left the store because if it!
Enjoyed our visit. Went looking for a filing type of box or some sort.. didnt find that even though it did state on the website that this location had some in stock. Although what we did find pertaining to filing we didnt like. But you know they did have some Halloween decor out so we definitely had to jump on that!
Always a lovely time shopping there. I spend thousands of dollars here for my restaurants; however... The customers are the worst and customer service! Very rude for No reason at all. To each other and At Home other guests. I wish the website was much more user friendly; Id shop more online. All and all... I adore the store.
My wife and I love wandering in this gigantic wonderland for adults! As long as your interest for house equipment is vivid, of course, youll enjoy spend time to see all the nice things they have in store. It can be a little bit expensive, though, even a little bit excessive about that. But it really is worth the trip at least just to enjoy the atmosphere.
A great place to get all your home needs.Walking into the store can get you giddy especially if you’re a seasonal decorator. The selection of seasonal merchandise is phenomenal.Everything is separated by theme and the store is easy to navigate. The carts even have a map to help you navigate.Expect to spend a serious amount of time looking around and taking everything in. Never can seem to get out in under and hour and every time I came for that one thing, I leave with at least a cart!
HUGE, amazing selection of housewares, lamps, decorations (seasonal as well as just darn cute) and so much more! Prices are fair to inexpensive, with the occasional pricey selections. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and I always spend too much money here. Can become a zoo around the various holidays, but there is definitely plenty of parking!
I always find amazing things when I visit. I found an amazing TARDIS shelf that I fancied into a bar for my home. The staff is always gracious. Need help finding something or need a recommendation? Ask for Travis or Kym. Both will make you feel like a valued customer and do their best to find what you are looking for. This is, hands down, the best At Home location I have been to. Much thanks to Travis and Kym for being awesome at what they do.
Fun place for home decor and furnishings. Everything is full price or half off. Pretty straight forward. Its organized a little funny but I can imagine its difficult when their inventory changes a lot. I ended up spending a lot of time backtracking and wandering around trying to find different things I wanted. I could have prevented that by bringing a list with me, but honestly theres so much cute stuff to look at, it was more fun than annoying. Returns were very easy as well.
I always go in here for one thing and leave with 30 things. This is my favorite home store to shop at. Hundreds of styles and options to make your place one of a kind. They have everything from furniture to outdoor to seasonal decorations. We always go during the holidays. Great prices and there are things for every budget
Bought some home stuff. Employees were very helpful (thanks Eva!), answered all our questions and helped us get a good deal. Even held our purchase while we arranged a pickup. At Home rocks.PS - June 13th and I already saw Jacko Lanterns out and ready to go. This place is on it!
There are people working there or at least in attendance but they arent willing to help you.I wanted to buy a couple of outdoor rocking chairs but couldnt find the rocker part. The two gals busy chatting just said they didnt have any.I ask how they could have so many with parts missing. They said it happens all the time. That discouraged me from wanting to shop there.I wont go back
Ordered a chair for online pickup, only to show up to the store and find out there chair has been out of stock for a year. Followed my multiple excuses that did not make any sense. The closing manager Travis just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Not once did any associate offer an alternative or extra help. Worst customer service I’ve ever received and I have spent over $100k at this location, as I am an interior designer. They will never get a penny from me again. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
It is a great store but it seems to have their employees focus more on cleaning and putting back on shelves in the aisles than customer service. Twice now employee is frowned upon for helping me in the store I personally think that customer service should be number one rather than tidying up the aisles which can be done at closing because customer service will keep customers coming back again and again
Overwhelmingly large home goods store with a little bit of everything for your home. During the holidays, the Christmas selection is massive. Despite the huge collection, very few wow or unique items. I feel like Target and other general retailers have upped their game recently leaving this store in the dust.
Nice selection of almost everything, but very hard to find customer service. During one visit, when I needed help, the assistant seemed uninterested and simply told me what was on the self was in the store. I found what I needed at another store in Cedar Park. With good customer service.
They have a little bit of everything in this store. Inside your home, or outdoors, theyve got you covered. For the most part, their prices are really good. But they have so much stuff, that it can also be a little overwhelming. If youre seriously looking for something for a project, you may be in there for several hours. Because even if they dont have the exact item youre looking for, they have so many items that could be used as a substitute for what youre doing. The only thing I dont like, is that theyve cut down on staff since they stopped being Garden Ridge, so sometimes if youre in the back of the store you may have to walk all the way to the front, just to find someone who can assist you or answer a question. Otherwise, its a great place!
Didnt like the customer service at all.. ordered through curbside pickup. Waited for 10 mins, no one came. Went inside the store and there are as a place for online pickup. No one was there and I had to go through the different orders myself to find my order. Once I found it, no one was there to receive payment and then I had to go through the regular line for another 15 mins to finally pay and get out of the store. It is all fine as long as the proper instructions are present and say that there is no curbside pickup available.
Today was my second time in this store and a cashier by the name of John provided me with world-class service! He made the check-out process fast, friendly and efficient. John asked if I found everything that I was looking for and if I was a rewards member, and he explained the benefits of being one. I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.
This is a really cool place. There is everything here from dining room furniture to outdoor patio furniture, wall art, dressers, end tables, kitchen gadgets and utensils, summer gear for picnics and poolside, and on and on. I typically spend at least an hour just checking stuff out.
Close to the Brodie Lane shopping area, on the Highway 290, Access road.At Home is setup as a GIANT Warehouse.Plan at least Three Hours, to carefully browse the store. Aisles are clearly labeled.A lot of items are marked down Clearance! 25%, 50%, Off markdowns for many of the Clearance items throughout the store!I received a 10% Off Coupon, for signing up for an At Home account. Not too busy during the Weekdays, Work Week ...
This place is every hoarders dream. They have everything you could imagine in the world of patio and garden decor, at pretty reasonable prices. If youre looking for new patio furniture this is the place to go! You can mix and match cushions, pillows, etc, so that you can change them up anytime you have a whim of decorators remorse! I bought a set of string lights for $4 (no joke). This place will have you lost for hours.
We were unable to find any employees to answer our questions, unless we went to the front of the store where the cashiers were. The chairs and end tables were made out of veneered MDF. High priced goods that were made of extremely cheap materials. Almost every isle was blocked by boxes and piles of inventory. The two stars were given for the variety of art available., otherwise At Home would sadly get 0/1 star.
I went three times tonight in order to fit the larger items I needed to buy in my truck. I had a wonderful experience and the person who worked so hard each time I came to help my experience be so positive was DEMITRI! He was with me from start to finish of the hefting of larger furniture pieces, assisted with the cart through the store and out of the store, helped me get everything into the truck, worked hard to cinch and secure the straps in the truck, and had a super positive attitude the whole time! It is always inspiring to have someone be so totally there for the customer! Thank you Demitri... at the end, the manager also came out to help! Very positive experience!
I have been shopping here since the store was garden ridge. I would of stopped shopping here if it wasnt for the Manager Travis. He is the only one who knows what he is doing. If anyone from corporate reads this then you need to promote that boy. The rest of the staff is stand off, apart from Bethany, Travis and Daryl. Stay away from Richard he is the rudest Manager there.
Tonight, 2/20/19 I went in for some bedding odds and in’s & upon check out- my cashier, John, was on his PERSONAL CELL reading some email the entire time he was checking me out. That’s just plain rude - downright unprofessional - and he didn’t look up, even when I asked if I could have a bag for my smaller items. He inflated the bag & I had to bag them myself. WHAT?! Never had a poor experience at this location until tonight. I think the more surprising thing was it was dead in there...maybe 5 other customers roaming the store.
Great finds...if you can find it. Love what they offer however it is extremely difficult to.find anyone who works at the store to help you. The place is so large so it can be annoying to find the front and talk to the only cash register. Overall love what they sell but if you cant find it on sale it is a bit pricey.
The store its kind of creepy for some reason. It has a very wide selection of items for the home. However a lot of it is broken. The quality is very poor. You really take your chances here. Everything is cheap and I think that a lot of Labor is exploited to produce the stuff here. It would be no big loss if the store was not here
Garden Ridge seems to have slid in quality and service in recent years. The fake Christmas tree selection wasnt as good as Home Depot. All the vases and ornaments are very bland and arent very high quality. When we reached the checkout, there were a dozen customers and only one checkout open. We ended up leaving our basket and left.
I was told it was just like Garden Ridge but I thought my Daughter was exaggerating, as she always accuses me. Nope, it was just another Garden Ridge! The name was the only difference but their price tags didnt have Compare To! Actually they seemed a little pricey, tbh! A pic of the rug that I was considering but sz not same as shelf tag😬
Great store but their management frowns on employees giving customer service a priority and focus them on monotanous tasks such as being scolded for helping me find the right hamper I needed because keeping them tidying the lampshades aisle for the 5th time is more beneficial to them...happy customers spend more...they should work on that one.

2021-06-20This place is really hard to find, even with Google helping. I almost drove past it because it comes up so fast. The good news is its worth the trip. This place is huge. Ive been inside an At Home before but the one in South Austin is amazing. I went there looking for a blanket or a bedspread that I saw on line and the Internet said it was in the South Austin. So, I didnt think to write any of the numbers down off the webpage. At Home has rows & rows of bedspreads, so I never found it and I couldnt seen to find it on my phone either. One of the pillows I picked up I noticed after I got home that the seems were coming apart . Im hopping I just got unlucky and grabbed a defected one

2022-06-18This store is cavernous and contains multitudes. Like a Las Vegas casino, once inside you lose all track of time and sense of direction. But when you emerge, you usually do so with a few good deals. One warning - a lot of the unboxed furniture on the floor contains small scratches or imperfections, so check carefully before you take it home.

2022-03-07Clean store, we love coming to At Home for decorations and assorted knick-knacks. However, I think this particular store might have a worker shortage issue. There are constantly entire aisles with items strewn about on the floor and amongst the walkways. You can still navigate, but it can be cumbersome and is wholly unappealing to see. Still come here often, but just be prepared.

2022-07-06The Manager, Holly, was rude and unhelpful. I explained my story and it’s as if she didn’t hear a word I said in her futile attempt to help me reach a “solution”.I visit this store quite often and I’m off put by the lack of service from a store leader.

2019-09-10This place is an enormous store that had everything, is a GIANT home store with d%#* near everything. Yes, they have working electric carts for those customers who need them. Organizational items and every home item for everyday living holiday item, decor shopping, backyard furniture, gifts, rugs, lamps from a nightlight to a huge crystal chandelier. Ive literally never made it to all the sections I wanted to see in one visit! You can find great items with the great deals there, and that is before the monster clarence section that has each aisle color coded... so, you can lose a bunch of time and have a full basket before you remember you can for serving dishes and outside lighting. Then try to not get distracted by water features. They have all sorts of shower and wedding preparations for both the inexpensive and expensive taste and every decoration options besides real flowers and the actual groom. Check this place out at least once, lots of stuff for every budget.

2022-07-03They have everything you could think of, which is excellent. However, today the signs of where things were was a little confusing, but not a huge deal; the stuff I was looking for was in a nearby aisle.

2018-12-05Huge selection of quality home decor here. This is probably the best place 6o get access to a large stock of Xmas decorations on the south side of town. Its easy to get lost in here for hours and wind up spending way more than you intended to on really great stuff!
