If you are ever needing mobile or TV service, this is definitely the store to go for amazing service.My wife and I switched our TV service from Suddenlink to AT&T TV with the help of Michael. This young man epitomizes customer service. He made himself available and answered technical questions I had while setting up our new TV receiver.Michael goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is taken care of to the customers satisfaction. That is so refreshing these days, when so many businesses have forgotten what it truly means to provide customer service.At this store the customer really feels the caring attitude of the management and the staff.
Lovella Was an absolute huge help when it came to solving my issue. She was very friendly, very personable, she saw every bit of my frustrations and did the upmost in her ability to solve the issue. I will be making the hour drive back to this location from now on, 10/10 recommend.
Back in April 2021 AT&T customer line cancel our account because of a misunderstanding because of personal identification. After months of many problems Drew and Irving in the Amarillo I-40 store have restored my confidence in AT&T. Both of these gentlemen have worked hard to re-establish out account. Side note to parents be careful naming children close to parent’s name. Thank you Drew and Irving - You guys are awesome!
Left the AT&T on Coulter after a terrible experience and was helped quickly and had a great experience and service from Josh even though it was closing time. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had and didn’t rush us out. I know he will appreciate your business if you ask for him!
Change cell phones from Verizon to AT&T went through corporate to bundle That account didn’t go very smooth so we went to the store and Coulter Street worked with Lovelle She was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful and syncing all of our devices ended up buying earbuds from her on top of new phones for my husband and I she was excellent in sinking in assisting our accounts she’s a real asset to the company especially in today’s Environment I’m not sure we would’ve stayed with AT&T how do we worked with anybody else we were ready to just cancel and stay with Verizon however she was able to walk us through it step-by-step
We went in today with a hundred questions about the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note10. Michael was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. This was top notch customer service even after we told him we werent planning on making our purchase next. I definitely recommend this AT&T store! Ask for Michael!
If you want horrible service, annoyed that you walked in the door, a staff that loves telling you they are out of the things you need without hesitation and will not try to help you resolve your problem (in fact to tell you to go to best buy) and a manager thats just as unhelpfull, this is your perfect store to go to. I have a business account with them with 11 phone lines and I will be moving my account to a REAL phone company.
I was having difficulty connecting my phone to the hands free option on my new car. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Michael. Explained the problem, and he walked right out to my car, and immediately got the problem solved. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Thank you Michael!
Went to the store on the back side of the Note 7 debacle after spending 3 hours on the phone with customer support/retention/account management and showed up to hold them to their promise that after Note 8 was released that the phones we were forced to change to after begrudgingly turning in our Note 7s that our EDGE agreement would be ammmended and we could return the devices and sign a new installment billing contract.Of course this was not honored because Roy didnt have notes in his tablet about this from a year ago. This impacted hundreds of thousands of people and their answer was well you could pay off the phone for $500 and be eligible.Even the customer service rep we spoke to literally said the situation was bollocks and wed be better off taking advantage of one of the competitors buy out options.There are 7 lines and been customers for 16 years. This kind of hide behind policy and absence of anyone who can actually make decisions is how billion dollar companies fail. Our agreement with AT&T ends tomorrow. Thanks Verizon for your customer-centric service. AT&T only cares about their shareholders and c suite golden parachute chumps. It works the other eaay around. Take care of the customer and the customer will take care of you. Good riddance.
I would suggest telling your workers to follow the laws of the road. I was behind one that looked like they were pulling over to the side of the road and at the last minute turned left, into the ally, without using a turn signal and cut me off. Then by the school ran the stop sign at Bush and Adirondack cutting a van. I live in Belmar. So whoever is driving around our neighborhood at 300pm needs to be more careful!!!!!
Terrible. Truly Terrible experience. The consultants ranged from useless to downright rude and condescending. If you want an AT& T store, I’d find another one. on the other hand, Fix It Repairs was great. corporate America just got showed up by a local small town store staffed by a bunch of kids.
I recently bought my 13-year old nephew a text messaging phone, Pantech Renue. Amanda helped me tremendously explaining all the features I can put on his phone, like internet limits, call blocking, etc. The whole experience lasted approximately 20 minutes without any pressure of buying cases, holders, extra chargers.If you want no-hassle customer service, see Amanda for all your AT&T inquiries.Thanks, Amanda.

2022-08-19After Best Buy screwed us over on our new tablets, we came here to remedy our problem. We wound up needing new devices and while we were there, my mother in law decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T and upgrade both her phone and tablet. Julie was extremely helpful and great to work with! We will certainly be coming back and working with Julie for any future needs!

2022-05-04I was very surprised with the customer service at this AT&T store the associate that helped me was so extremely nice and helpful unfortunately I forgot her name but she is in the mornings she was the only woman. I am going again to get a new cell phone tomorrow. Great work AT&T thats why I keep being a loyal customer.

2022-08-10Ive had AT&T for my phone service for decades and never bothered to compare prices because their service was so good. I bought a new phone elsewhere and took it in to have the data from my old phone transferred to the new one only to be told that I would have to do it myself. A wasted trip and obviously not helpful at all!

2021-12-18The girl did what she could so she would get 5 stars. The company 1. They just cant seem to help people who lost account info. So a 900$ cell is totally worthless. Wont be back. Happy Verizon customer.
