Had a billing issue again 2nd time in a the same month went to this store and was treated with Disrespect and disregard for my issues that I had not even the manager, basically was told pay the bill and what wasnt owed would be credited to my account and I only wanted to pay what I owed, the staff was too busy on their own cell phone devices from the get go, customer service really needs to be improved on or communicating with people, I did get upset but was enraged by the staff treating me Disrespectful and talking $%!/ so ended getting told leave the store with billing issues still present.I feel they never intended to help me with my problems on my billing issue but did get it fixed through the app and my girlfriend helping me navigate the at&t app ended up 2 hours later getting the billing issue resolved via texting an at&t rep through the app. I feel someone should go in there and retrain the whole staff and get rid of the cancerous staff because I or any customer should not have to beg for assistance on anything related to at&t and our needs as a customer should be heard by them the at&t staff not just rushed out the door so they can get back on their phones.
I never leave bad reviews but this was horrible. I waited for 30 minutes before I was helped just to be told they don’t have hardly any iPhone in stock. The guy that waited on me was so rude and kept skipping over details on my bill. I asked the same question 3 times just for him to tell me that I waited to long to ask these questions and now he has to get out of the commitment and start over. He was telling me to sign things and commit to a price before we even discussed a trade in, or length of term. The staff here needs some serious work.
Justin at AT&T was such a great help! He was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about available deals, plans, and products. I highly recommend asking for him if you go to this location! He helped me get the exact plan/phone I wanted and made every effort to get me the best deal available. He made my switch from another carrier easy. He also went above and beyond as he helped me set up my new phone and transfer all of my old data which took a while, but he never lost patience and made the wait enjoyable. I can’t recommend this location enough. Other staff that we interacted with were incredibly helpful and kind as well.
The AT & T store on Coulter in Amarillo, Texas did a wonderful job of helping me upgrade my cell phone this week! They were polite, friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in trying to assist me!! Since I am not technology savy, they were very willing and helpful to make this a positive experience to change phones and transfer my information!! I was very pleased with their professional services and will go back to them in the future!! Thank you for a great service team!!
My wife and I walked in to this store on 45th to upgrade both of our phones. We were met at the door by Perry, who was very rude and opinionated. All he had to do was put us on the wait list to be helped. Instead he thought he knew everything and told us no you dont want to do that to everything that we said we wanted to do. Went to the AT&T on I-40 and they were more than helpful. Ended up with the new z fold phone and an iPhone 13 max pro. So 45th needs to work on their customer service.
This is a really nice location. I came from out of town, made an appointment online and was helped by Julie Portillo. She was so kind and helpful. She helped me add two lines to my current plan and made recommendations to help me save money on my account while also solving all my problems! I’m so grateful I came in here. The service is great, location is clean with plenty of parking and I was helped within just a few minutes of showing up. I did have an appointment but it was super easy to make the appointment online. Thank you Julie!
Ruben Jimenez is the BEST customer service rep ever! He took so much time helping my brother move files to his new phone, new tablet, and helped me by looking up information I needed on my account and gave me the number to AT&T Customer Service. We took up almost his whole morning and he was so patient and kind to us. This store has the best reps every time we come in here, but Ruben has surpassed our expectations. We appreciated his help so very much. Thank you!
Apparently if you have prepaid you can’t get the promotional stuff if you want to switch to the post paid side. So they treat prepaid and post paid as the same service. Rather than a separate thing that I think it should be. Went in and my account was switched to post paid and more than what I had for prepaid. Without the new phone. The associate was great but the decisions on AT&T are what gave this review a 1 star
We went to ATT to consolidate our cellular service because half the family was in a personal ATT account while the other half was on a commercial account with Verizon. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. He walked us through the process and got everything out together for us. We were trying to open a business account for all our phones. The thing that appalled us was that ATT wanted us to pay a deposit if $1000 per line, which added up to $7000. Which is completely abserd!! The deposit is basically paying for a year and half up front. We were using all our own phones. This is why we will be switch as soon as we can and would love to help as many others switch also. Verizon business plan allows for fewer lines to get a discount and has never asked for a deposit especially one that seems more like extortion than deposit. It’s not the deposit. It was the astronomical amount.
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. We switched to AT&T during a promotion where if you turned in 2 qualifying phones, you got a $700 credit per phone off your bill. I did not have one of the phones with me that day, so I brought them in the following week (which is what I was told to do). When we got the next bill, they did not put the phones towards the promotion, but rather gave us less than $100/ phone. AT&T customer service said it would be an easy fix for the store to change to enter them under the promo, but instead of changing it, the assistant manager, Leslie, proceeds to tell us that they didn’t make a mistake at all, and that one of the screens was cracked, so it didn’t qualify. Now, let’s say that was true....why would we not be notified that the phone didn’t qualify? They could have told me THAT day, and I could have easily fixed the screen for less than $100 to save $700. The problem is we WEREN’T told of the cracked screen (we do not believe it was cracked, but still). Then, it was “let me see what I can do, but I might not hear back for a month.” It’s been over a month, so my husband calls to check in (because Heaven forbid they answer a text). Now Leslie states that I am a liar because watching the video (without audio) it is CLEAR that I am made aware of the cracked screen! A screen, that if it were indeed cracked, I would have taken down the street to repair and been back within an hour. I would stay as far away from this train wreck of a store as possible. Our point is, we were told one thing, signed a contract UNDER THAT PROMOTION, and now we’re being told they changed the contract without notification and without even bothering to tell us the phone they said would qualify, didn’t. HORRIBLE customer service!
I came to the store in Amarillo on Coulter and 45th to get a new phone. I had an issue and the store wouldnt help me even though they caused the issue. I called AT&T and was told I needed to go through the Regional Manager. I went to the store and the stores Assistant Manager wanted me to let him try first. He was able to fix one of my issues.When I went in to trade out the phone (this process took 4 months), the employee walked off without telling me anything. After 10 minutes or so, another employee must have noticed I was not happy and told me she would go check on them. She came back and said they would be up shortly. The employee came back about 2 minutes later and said there was an error on the promotion that they were trying to fix. About 10 minutes later the Store Manager and the employee came out to tell me they would not be able to complete the transaction as promised.The regional manager said she could only commit to a partial deal. I asked for her name and number and was told by the manager I could only have her email as that is all the Regional Manager Brandi Harris wanted to hand out. I told the manager that I would take the email and call AT&T to let them know I was being refused the number. She came back out with the number and email address.AT&Ts representative Regional Manager Brandi Harris apparently does not care about customer service or fulfilling the commitment I was given by them.I am disgusted and disappointed with what I have been through over the last 4 months, especially the lack of help AT&Ts Regional Manager Brandi Harris has given me.
The lady that helped me was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable in all the phones & that helped me to pick the right phone for me (which I happen to absolutely love!!) She had a great personality and treated me like a person should be treated, especially being a guest/customer there. Im sorry, I wish I could remember her name; Because she took the time to answer all my questions & she double checked everything to make sure all was good with my new phone before I left, I love someone who takes the time to be thorough. All in all I just really appreciate HER all around, and I enjoyed my experience in your store.THANK YOU!
I was greeted at the door by Eduardo, told him about my issue (stupidity). He was able to fix my issue in a matter of about 5 minutesI might add, when I parked, I figured my broken otter box lens would take a while or I would have to come back at another timeThanks Eduardo for proving me to be wrong!!!
Mallorie did an amazing job! Made it super easy for me to switch from suddenlink and get fiber internet. Had me set up and scheduled for installation the following Monday (3days later). Deffinetly recommend Mallorie and her awesome customer service. Everyone should switch to fiber!!! F SUDDENLINK!!!
The people in there a great, they know what there doing! That get you taken care of and they answered all the questions I had! The reason they get a 4 star and not a 5 star is because there not the best with time management.I had called and set-up an appointment and it took almost 2 hours before they could squeez me in. Even though my appointment had already been set.
Fabiola and Justin Jordan helped my mother, sister, and myself in completely transferring all the data and settings from old IPhones to new devices. They also helped in putting on the glass cover and cases. They were exceedingly helpful, friendly, and all around did a great job quickly. Thank you for hiring great people AT&T! - Subhani
The Store Manager (Kristi) was ok, but overall, AT&T remote customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to forget that we are paying for a SERVICE, not a product. I know AT&T owns and operates a majority of the cellular infrastructure and perhaps that is where they derive the majority of their revenue, because if it were from the retail side, they would be more customer oriented. Their account protection policies are more for the company (AT&T’s protection from litigation) than the customer’s convenience.
We walked in around 5:45 to get a new phone and we were the first ones on the screen, but no one wanted to help us, everyone was with a customer but once they were done they all walked to the back and never came back out but once this lady came out and made eye contact with us, she helped the first person in the door instead of us! After waiting 52 minutes we asked for service because we were waiting so long, and the only response went got was “we have other duties to do.” Needless to say we walked out and went to AT&T 6605 W I-40...... Ask for Josh, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt to serve!
Robert at the 45th and Coulter location is incredible. Hands-down the most thorough and fully dedicated employee I’ve dealt with during my time using AT&T. Robert jumped through hoops and dealt with all kinds of twists and turns from most of two hours to help us get our Tv services set up. After helping us set it up he thoroughly went through, explained, and demonstrated how to use our new product. 10/10 Robert Thank you for making it easy for us!!
Went in for internet service at my home they told me that I can get 18 meg the price and what not and I had to put $100 down to start waited for the tech to get out and set it up a couple guys show up and tell me some Bs about a cable getting cut down the street and they couldnt hook it up till the next Monday today annother tech shows up and says they cant provide internet out there at all. So I paid $100 for nothing someone or all of them are lying. They manager out there is useless if you leave messages for her she never calls back when you call and actually talk to her she will tell you shes doing something and will call you back but doesnt. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had of any service provider.
Drew was outstanding from the moment he started helping me. Even after he saw that I had 4 phones to transfer over from another company, he was patient, thoughtful, considerate and answered every question I had & explained every detail I needed to know. I am thankful & grateful for every one at this AT&T especially Drew for going above & beyond to help this Veteran & my family. Drew is definitely an asset to AT&T & is the reason my family & I will continue to do business with AT&T. You knocked it out of the park Drew!!
Was going to switch to at&t but not now am going to stick with my current carrier first they were not offering me anything to switch to their company would not buy out my contract with my current carrier and then today my father who has been a customer with at&t for over 3 years was forced to wait in his car to get his contacts changed to his new phone while he watched other customers who went in after he did. and the man that we dealt with at at&t tried to make a sale any way he could whether it be having us get cell phones, switch internet providers. he would not let us leave the store until he made the sale.
This store kept us waiting over 1 hour and 1/2. We noticed that others were being taken care of before us, got off to ask and they said we were next. Continued to wait about another 30min pass, when my husband gets off to ask they tell him “you’re next after this guy” keep in mind that guy had just walked in!
Lovella was amazing! She did everything she could to help fix the issues I was having with my new phone. She didnt give up even though the problems were created by someone else over the phone with customer service. She was kind and so helpful she made sure everything was perfect before I left! I recommend her to anyone that is looking to get real help and real results! Thanks again Lovella!
AT&T I must say you have one the best representatives Krista. After a stressful season of holiday shopping this was the last place on my list and Krista gave excellent customer service. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to these new phones and Krista took the time to explain everything and walk me through it step by step! I was so sad to hear she was leaving. San Antonio is so lucky to be gaining such a professional and friendly person!
I called the store and asked if a particular phone was available as an upgrade to one of our phones and was advised they had them. I advised I will be right there. When I arrived I was advised they didnt have any color of the phone I was interested in and it would a week or so before they could it. I asked about the stores ability to order the phone vs the call centers and was advised its the same however, the call center can apparently provide the phones faster.
We ordered three phones online and have had issue with one of the phones that was on back order. We went into the store for further assistance and the associate who helped us couldnt give us any information on the order and lied to us yelling us what we wanted to hear and made us have to call the 1800 number for assistance. The associate was not friendly to us and we are new customers who transferred our service from T-Mobile. It has been a completely terrible experience all the way around and frustrating when an associate doesnt show great customer service. At&T is supposed to be well known for their customer service and we were not impressed and considering cancelling our new service.
I’m new with AT&T internet and Direct TV so I do not know what I think of them yet but I just met Ashley Milward and she is my hero. Words that describe her include professional, thorough, knowledgeable, caring, courteous, friendly, and tenacious. I’m retired but if I was still in business I would try to hire Ashley out from under AT&T. If Ashley is a reflection of what this company is like I am going to be a happy guy.
After a miserable week trying to get answers regarding insurance, I came into the Coulter store. I was not a happy camper when I came in. A huge shoutout to Felicia and Kristy for the exemplary customer service provided to me!!! The best!!! Now, I am a happy camper!!!
Initially signed up over the phone for new cell service, 4 horrible customer service reps and a wasted month later.... I walked into Coltons store. As it was kinda complicated, it took a bit, but to walk out with 2 functioning lines, smiling! Wow!Awesome customer service, listened to all the complaints, was sympathetic and reassuring that it would be handled with same day service with him. Keep up the fantastic work, youve got a customer for life Colton!
Julie is the best representative here. She goes above and beyond her position. She has helped me on and off the clock and has bent over backwards. I refuse to see any other employee due to the lack of effort to strive for ultimate customer service.DO NOT SEE ANYONE EXCEPT JULIE!!!
Placed in the que...waited 30 minutes as each of the assistants finished with a customer then proceeded to go on the back only to hide out...when questioned the greater rudely replied with the I-40 store has no wait...when I pushed the issue and asked why there was a wait now since I physically watched 3 assistants finish with clients and leave the floor...I was met with attitude yet again. Greatly dissatisfied with the customer service here, will not return. Am currently seeking another provider who will respect that my time is valuable...left after another party was placed in the walkin queen ahead of me. I do not appreciate snotty staff and will not support ANY business that employees such.
Superheroes at this location! My old phone stopped holding a charge and wouldnt recognize the charger anymore while I was stuck in quarantine after an exposure at work. Two weeks without communication of any kind with the outside world seemed pretty daunting...AT&T Coulter came to the rescue! Mallorie got a new phone set up (complete with new FirstNet SIM card and activation) and delivered contact-free to my front porch. Oh! AND she put on the screen protector and OtterBox for me. Literally all I had to do was log in to my iPhone account. All of this was done contact-free. OUTSTANDING customer service by Mallorie and the team! Thank you so much! May you have many more happy customers.
We went into to this store and wanted to switch our phone service. The store was extremely busy and we were greeted by a work promptly. We told the guy we wanted to switch service because our current provider was bought out by AT&T recently, but wanted to use our own devices. Upon hearing that we were not interested in purchasing phones, he became much more rude towards us and rushed us to make a decision about which plan to choose. After looking at our plans online, I noticed he signed us up for insurance which was 10.99 more expensive which we made clear we did not need since we brought our own devices that were owned outright. Our experience was not pleasant at all at this store!
Ive never had a problem at this store, Ive worked for a phone carrier in the past and Ive had different providers. The service is always excellent. Please keep in mind many phone carriers do not have technicians or service and repair centers this is why they do not train their representatives on the technical side because the purpose of the store is for sales, any help you receive from these reps for technical support is actually a courtesy. Just trying to give some perspective on from the other side of the wall. Many dont know that these representatives do have many company policies that they have to follow, and while many do not know these representatives do have a monthly commission to meet, this is why they are restricted on many things they have access to Im the store system. A friendly reminder and suggestion is that Google is amazing and just about any question you search for using this engine you shall find and answer, the representative trying to help you 9/10 times probably just googles it to find a resolution. YouTube is also great for tutorials on how to use applications and cool stuff your phone can do.
Will never go to another AT&T store this one has everything we need plus they are always quick to help us and give us the best deals, If you go in ask for Perry one of the greatest employees I have ever met.Always know exactly what we want and need in our business.In fact if Perry aint there then we leave and wait till he is there to conduct business.Thank you Perry I hope they Are appreciative of you and know you are a great asset to their Company.
Horrible store. The staff is lazy and demeaning towards you when they speak. The worst part is they dont carry the products for your phone that you actually want like: aux cord adapter, glass screen protectors, or even a decent case for dropping. But theyll sure sell a phone to you
I was at the Coulter road store yesterday for an hour waiting on someone to help me. When I got there I was logged in and was #1 on the waiting list. After being worked around several times I finally asked someone and he said thatEveryone had other responsibilities! I told him I’m a customer and I want to buy a phone! Needless to say we left without a phone. What is more important than selling phones?
Very unprofessional staff. Seemed to care about the music playing on their boombox instead of helping actual customers. Will not return to this store. Would not recommend going to an authorized retailer. According to customer support they do not have to follow the same customer service standard.
Normally we have a great experience when we come to this store, but this past Saturday was not as great. We had a guy named Rodrigo and when he set up a plan he didnt ask make sure the address was correct he didnt ask for an email he didnt do anything properly he didnt set anything up or give us the right information to set up everything in the MyAt&t app and weve been having to call customer service and they dont know what is going on because they added a security pin and now that dont work they cant update the address for some apparent reason and we cant for 30 days, tried to upgrade phone and cant do that because the address is wrong and it just has been a huge A** MESS.. We dont live in amarillo and its not easy for us to just come and go as we please to the store. Been basically fighting to get everything fixed since Saturday Evening.
Just wanted to share my experience yesterday at this location Diane Gates did an Awesome job helping me out with a DirecTV issue that was driving me crazy but she keeped it together all the way to the end she got things taken care of to where I can say Im a very happy camper today where my son can watch TV in his room with no complaints.... If I could give Diane Gates a star or two I would give her 12 stars in overall for all her hard work .. Thanks Diane Gates

2022-08-13Ismael Palacio was extremely helpful and provided the best experience Ive ever had at an AT&T store. I needed a new case, screen protector & grip / stand for my phone.He assisted me immediately and showed me all the options, then cleaned my phone and quickly put it all together. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He spoke highly of AT&T as a company to work for. I appreciated the pleasant efficient assistance.

Took his time with me to explain how everything works with my iPhone trade in and that our AARP pays the activation fees. Definitely had a great experience with this store. Give the man a raise!

2022-08-15(this specific store) I started a line that didnt end up working, and they made ME pay extra money for THEIR OWN mistake. Unfortunately there was no way around this. More specifically, i paid the sales tax on a phone to start it up, but the service stopped working about 2 hours in. Many days and frustrating hours of waiting/talking later, i was told repeatedly that theres nothing or no one else i can do/talk to, i must pay the restocking fee to send the phone back that i already paid the taxes for, AND pay the NEW taxes on a new phone. So that was an unneccesary $160 that shouldnt have been needed just to have a dang phone to make calls and texts from.Anyway I just went to Verizon in the end. It may be a bit more expensive, but there have yet to be any issues in the 2 months Ive had it.

2022-02-26I received amazing customer service at this store. I am a first responder and my phone suddenly stopped working a couple of days ago. When I called customer service yesterday I was told my phone was no longer compatible with First Net and I would have to buy a new ATT phone. The phone I have is a Samsung S Galaxy 21 Ultra and I was told that it was compatible by Att costomer service before I purchased it new IN October from Samsung for $1400. (Just 4 months ago). I explained the situation to Felicia and with her help as well as Auston (Manager) and another Employee they tried every possible solution to get the problem resolved without me having to buy another phone. AND THANKS TO THEIR PERSISTENCE AND COMMITMENT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT DONE. Their customer service skills are top notch and they worked together as a team for me. This was well worth the 5 hour round trip and they turned a very unhappy customer into a very happy one!! I will never go to any other ATT store ever again.

2022-01-06Went to the store today to get answers on my bill and also find out why my phone hasn’t been working the same. I went in asking to speak to a manager because I assumed that’s who I needed to speak to to get my issues resolved. The representative at the door said instead of waiting longer to speak to a manager she felt she could fix my issue and assured me she would get a manager if needed. She took her time and explained my bill in great detail so I could finally make sense of it all. She also ended up saving me money and swapped my SIM card to fix my phone issue! Ashley made me feel like a valued customer again, which I haven’t felt in a long time! Ashley provides the customer service that so many companies fail to do! Thank you Ashley.

2022-05-10Colton was Great Help with changing 2 of my kids from another carrier and adding them to our family plan. Kind, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything so we could all understand what we were getting and he didn’t leave us alone until everything was completed and accessible from the new devices. He even helped us figure out why our iTunes accounts were linking to the wrong devices. Such a good experience… we have referred others to the 45th & Coulter Store in Amarillo. I’m sure they are all great but Colton certainly earned my family’s business!
