2022-04-21Been here over an hour after 20 or so minutes and this store has been closed. we came back by and there was a note on the window. We also went to the shoe store and they said that who ever works there always has it closed and never is there. Would not recommend ever.

2021-01-23Can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but I believe he was a manager in training. Very friendly and personable. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting a phone and service. I’m a hard sell so I didn’t buy anything I didn’t come in to buy, but he did try! The woman was also very helpful, nice and knowledge. 10/10 experience. Best experience in a phone store I’ve had. Great job.

2018-03-31The staff was great!! They helped us get the perfect phone and watches that fit both my husband and I! I’m an apple user and he’s a Samsung and they were able to get us exactly what we need! Friendly and helpful staff highly recommend!

2013-08-15I very much appreciated Chris helping with me phone issues. She got me upgraded and made sure I got all my pic, videos, texts, voices, music, ring tones, etc transferred to my new phone even staying a little after hours to get it done. I am very grateful to her for this. Great service! Thank you Chris!

2016-01-04Dont let them tell you if you dont like your phone you can exchange it... I didnt like my phone and I went to exchange it and they charged me a restocking fee 38$$ Plus even though I bought and paid for the phone in the store they wouldnt exchanged it there either they had to order me a phone and ship it to me even though they had the phone i wanted in store. This was a very UN customer service experience!!!!!!!! for a business account!!!

2018-04-03Had a great experience with a phone upgrade at this location...I actually live in the Houston area and was dreading the whole experience because normally it’s a “take a number and wait for us to call you”. I had no wait time in Amarillo and Brady was great...answered all my questions and never rushed me. Thanks!
