His boss Oscar clearly enjoys his staff and supported Luis when clarifications was needed. Give these boys a raise please!!
Oscar and Eddie were very helpful. You know how when you change phones, you have to go through a kind of daunting process? These gentlemen made it actually fun. They both have great Public relations skills. I laughed the entire time. Even the manager Jorge came check on me, he was so sweet. If I could give 6 stars, I would. This store is full of smart, friendly people. I recommend this group of professionals to anyone, they set a standard above any AT&T store in TX.
I’ve been an AT&T customer for over a decade. I was having issues with a new device and service so I called the support line. I was transferred to 14 people over the course of 4.5 hours on the phone. Yep, you read that right. I was at the point of cancelling all of my AT&T services because of how difficult they seemed to be making it. I was blown away at how little the customer service individuals knew and instead of finding a solution they just transferred me again and again. I finally went in to a store for help. Miguel figured out the issue and resolved it in no time. He went above and beyond to help me and saved AT&T a customer as well. Go see Miguel!
The staff is very friendly and attentive every time I stop in. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced!Abigail Diaz is very patient and super helpful. I’ve been to other AT&T stores and this one is the best one hands down. Every concern I had was met with tender patience which is so rare these days, especially with me being very particular with what I wanted. Thank you so much Abigail Diaz and Jorge Miranda for all your help!
I went to the AT&T store to upgrade my phone. As soon as I walked into the store Sarai assisted me. She was very nice and friendly, the type of person a customer likes to see. She helped get a phone and transferred all my information from the old phone to the new phone. She did a super job.
Jorge was very nice and helpful. My iPhone was iCloud Locked due to my iCloud account being hacked and Apple told me I needed the receipt to my phone in order to get my phone unlocked and usable again. I havent been an AT&T customer for years, but nonetheless, Jorge quickly assisted me in a friendly manner and was able to get me the receipt for the phone showing that it was indeed purchased by me. Great customer service! My life hasnt been great lately due to having multiple accounts of mine hacked and losing lots of information and the ability to communicate via my phone in the process. It hasnt been easy having to piece back together my digital life. Thanks to Jorge, Im one step closer. Thank you!
This was a wonderful experience. I will be back. The customer service I received from Eddie was one of the best AT&T experiences I’ve had. His coworker Jorge was also there and very helpful. I’m grateful that they had the time to explain everything that I needed to know to make an easy, smooth transfer to a new iPhone! Thanks guys!!!
It took us a while to get our accounts sorted out, but Francisco was patient and helped us through everything until we got everything cleared. We cant thank you enough for walking us through it all and for staying late to do so. Sorry to both Francisco and George for keeping you late on a Friday. But we are thankful for the customer service provided, which was above and beyond.
Andrea was incredible. She walked me through all of the possibilities, made sure that I saved money in every way possible. I was so happy with her service that I sent my partner in the next day. Andrea helped her switch her provider to ATT with savings and quite a few accessories at low to no cost because of offerings. I highly recommend anyone go to this branch and get their phone.
If I Could rate 0 stars I would! My dad drove over an hour to meet with me to help me upgrade my phone at this location. When we first walked in it was busy (understandable), but no one greeted us or even acknowledged we were there until after 10 minutes I said something. At that point the employee seemed irritated that I bothered him and just asked for the name and I would be put on the list. He told me it would be an hour, so we went next door to eat while waiting. We came back 35 minutes later to see where on the list we were and the first guy we spoke with looked at us and immediately turned around and walked away. Another guy came up and we asked how much longer and we were told we weren’t on the list. He said he could add us on now and it would be another hour! I could not believe this especially since we had already waited so long and came so far to this location. No one even apologized or offered any assistance. I work in customer service so I understand both sides of it. This was unacceptable and the first guy did not do his job because god forbid I ask for service. AT&T has lost my dad and I’s business (I’m sure no one will care because one customer won’t break the company), but if you truly cared about customers, you will take the time to reach out and speak to the team at this location. I’m never the type to complain because like I said, I work in service so I understand when it’s busy, but this was just wrong, not even ONE APOLOGY.
Michael S. went above and beyond in order to solve a vexing iMessage non-activation issue with a new 12 Pro Max, which apparently can be an issue with these newer phones. Under the ostensibly indefatigable management of Ismael, Michael labored to resolve this puzzle for well over an hour. Entirely professional, genially amicable, and thoroughly transparent in his work, Michael’s customer service created the kind of experience all customers desire but rarely receive. Kudos not only to this particular store’s robust management and dynamic flow, but also especially to Michael S. who deserves a raise and/or promotion for his stellar commitment to the AT&T product line and brand. 💯 👍🏼
I want to appreciate Shawn Dugas, Jorge Miranda.I had a complicated problem with my account after leaving to boot camp, I was definitely frustrated but Jorge & Shawn helped me so much getting my phone back in line I definitely didn’t expect to get the results I got but I got proven wrong by both these amazing men thank you one more time to AT&T at South Park meadow!!
My fiancé and I went in wanting to transfer our lines from T-Mobile to At&t. We did not expect to waste 2 hours of our time signing up, buying the phones and then to walk out with our service not activated was not acceptable! from the start the representative helping us had the worst costumer service. He mentioned deals he could not fulfill. When it came to finalizing anything wether if it was the iphone or a an Apple Watch he would run into an error then would run to the back with no notice of what he was doing and we were stuck waiting with no update. When he would return the details were so vague and at that point I was ready to grab my things and leave. After we had purchased 3 phones and left our service was not working and when we contacted at&t customer support we learned the representative spelt our name wrong in the email and then the representative informed us that our lines were in a status of requesting our service and we had no notice all due to the representative taking our information and not confirming the details and we didn’t get a copy of what we signed up for or any information regarding the account. I wish I had read the reviews before switching services over because this has been the worst experience ever. Clearly at&t only works for their commission they don’t care about customer service or helping their customers and we have to set up our phones ourselves constantly being transferred to different departments. Don’t waste your time or money on a horrible company with no ethics or morals. If I’m correct the representative name was Alejandro and even the store manager claimed he was the most “advanced high tech” representative but couldn’t even get through finalizing a family plan without walking away every 10 minutes because of an error.
I can’t express my gratitude for this store and the sales host, Michael. He went above and beyond today to help me! I had lost my phone, and in the midst of panic, helped me pick out a new one. Not only was he kind and professional, he gave me his best advice and set me up with a plan that best fit my needs. Fortunately, my phone was located in the meantime by a Good Samaritan and I was notified while at the AT&T store. Michael was extremely patient and understanding. He patiently reversed the plan we were about to complete, updated me on next steps since my SIM card would need to be replaced, and did all of this with a great attitude! I know it couldn’t have been easy to cancel everything but he never showed any frustration, only great customer service! When I need to upgrade, I know who I will request to help me! Also a big thanks to the gentleman behind the service desk who assisted in the return. Thanks, Michael! You’re the best!! (I was fearful that the current social distancing guidelines would pose a major problem, but the store was well prepared, clean, and welcoming customers)! Thanks AT&T!
If ever you visit ATT South Park Meadows, ask for Michael. His 7 years of experience with the company clearly shows. Super easy to talk to, and even when not asked he even stays later on days when everyone else is calling in. His work ethic and willingness to help you with what you’ve come in for, in an honest way, is outstanding.Please give Michael an even bigger raise if possible, because as one heck of a strong employee, I would not be surprised if other company managers were offering him job opportunities while their visiting the ATT store.This was my best ever ATT branch experience ... unequivocally.
I am blown away by the experience my mother and I just had in here. She has been with AT&T for at least a decade now and learned more today than ever. Fernando was incredible. He was patient and thorough. He used phones for examples and wrote everything down for her and even me. And him saving us a ton of money was a plus for sure. He needs a raise. I can only hope there are more people like Fernando. Oh and the manager Ismael was so very kind in getting us bottled waters from the back. Way to go guys!!! Thank you so much for today.
Horrible! AT&T wont replace a charger I bought from them that is under a year old and under warranty per the AT&T website. The first convenienty located store said I had to go back to a distant store. Even that store, where I bought the phone and charger because it was the closest store open during the pandemic, also refused to replace the charger or help me further. They said I need to contact the manufacturer but had no contact info for the manufacturer. Its an AT&T charger, bought at the AT&T store as part of a new phone package. I am furious!
Went in to get my moms upgrade and trade her for my phone. I was created and attended to immediately, and the staff was SO sweet. They werent like other stores with employees who seem to openly hate their jobs. The process was super fast, very streamlined. I was able to get everything sorted and transfered withing 30 minutes. I live about 40 minutes north, but I would absolutely be willing to make this drive again for my next transaction.
Miguel was amazing helping upgrade 2 phones & establish new service on 2 new tablets. Ismael was very courteous getting accessories & providing helpful info. Their service made my electronics purchase seamless & enjoyable. They are invaluable to your company. Thank you so much!
Went in today with my parents to switch over from Sprint. We met with Alex and he made the experience so pleasant and easy. My parents are not tech savvy at all and I am only slightly better so he had his work cut out for him, but he took as much time as was needed to explain everything and make sure we got exactly what we needed and understood what was going on.
Everyone in our circle of family and friends is with AT&T. My husband and I knew we needed to make a change from Sprint so we went to AT&T at Southpark Meadows and met with Leslie. She was amazing, patient, informative and professional. Our time was well spent and the perks we got in our service package were so affordable. So glad we are with AT&T.
I went to a different ATT store, then Best Buy, then Verizon, and Arni and Ismael at this location were by far the best. I needed 5 phones that were hard to find and they worked hard to find them and make it super easy for me. Fantastic teamwork and great service. Other ATT stores could learn from this location. Arni and Ismael thanks so much fellas!
Aron was a fantastic help! He was able to set me up with a new cell phone and a new plan all in under 40min. The process was easy and relaxed, Aron did not push the typical “sales rep” attitude towards me at all. He listened to what I wanted and was able to do just that! Set me off on my way with all the information I needed to start my service with AT&T! A job well done Aron, I appreciate it!
Sarai was hands down the reason we had a 5 star experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and promotions so that we could get the best combos for each of our very different user needs. In the end, she was fast, wonderfully accommodating and excellent at explaining everything. Thank you, Sarai, we love our new phones and service.
I went to the AT&T store referencing the My AT&T . The change was sudden and w/o notice? Having prepaid service, I could no longer access my account thru their app. In the store, an employee indicated that I needed to access another acct. and that no one with prepaid could access an account thru My AT&T . Well, I had been for a long period of time.... Once again, AT&T employees within separate departments fail to communicate so ALL employees are on the same page regarding internal training/disbursement of information. ????
Be careful of young lady that tells you 30 day trial is risk free. If you take the phones back she will tell you there $55 restocking fee on each phone. Once you sign and hand the credit card get ready for hidden fees. When they say you will account credit get it writing and notarized. Salesperson is shady working on commission will do anything to get your business including lying about the what you will end up paying. BUYER BE AWARE!
When to At&T South Park meadows today to purchase,2- iOS mini’s which I know they will have to order anyways and an iPhone 12. Three families of Hispanics came in after me and every one was greeted and put on a list I was greeted last and put on the list last. All the employees are Hispanic I’m the only person that appears to be white but I’m actually Sicilian. Everybody know the white os the new black. My purchase was around $2,300 they won’t be getting any of my money I’ll order straight from apple just like they are going to do and will be switching my service to another company
This store has the worst Managers i ever had to deal with.I bought 3 smart phones Dec 4th, 2019 during a promotion (Article #765945) that stated the phones were free with exchange of current phones. I returned my phones and did everything required to qualify for it.Well, 6 months later and MULTIPLE visits to the store and calling customer support I am still waiting to get my credits, which should be up to $500 or more.LEX ORTIZ was the first manager I talked to, gave me her cell number to keep me updated and then blocked my calls and texts.ISMAEL FLORES was the second manager I reached out to, SAME results.Then I was given the name of their District Manager ARMANDO VARGAS whom I emailed and got ZERO response.This has been my experience with this store, I regret my decision to switch carriers so much.AT&T is the worst!!!!!!Buyers BEWARE 😡
Luis was extremely patient and understanding with an issue caused by another locations employee. When looking into chaos caused by this issue, Luis was very thorough and provided ALL details of different options available for a resolution so we could decide what would be best for us. You can tell Luis cares about the experience he creates for customers and is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile.
Had some incorrect information provided to me via the online chat representative on AT&Ts corporate website, including misinforming me of the appointment day. Roberto was outstanding in overcoming the failure the online representative created. Greatly appreciated him and the staff.
I had a bad experience at the At&t at barton creek and ended up calling the south park meadows location to see if they had the phone i was looking phone , i spoke with Micheal the manager and he was so nice and helpful from the phone call, to when i came into the store and up to when i left! He answered every question i had, got me a new phone and even helped me with my phone plan to get a lower monthly rate! best customer service i’ve had.
I was greeted at the door by Sarai. I was immediately impressed by her warm disposition, after communicating what my needs were and what I hoped to achieve from the visit. Sarai answered all of my questions, in addition to patiently giving me the pros and cons of each iPhone leading me to make the best choice for my needs. Because of the positive experience I purchased AirPods and an $80 Pelican phone case. Normally, I would have purchased a more economical case from Amazon. Today I will visit the store again for AT&T TV. Customer service at its best.
The customer service at this location was excellent. The professionalism by manager Lex was the best we have experienced .We definitely recommend this store for any mobile phone or other AT&T needs. The staff has always been courteous, polite and professional!! Keep up the awesome work their guys!!
My son and I went in to get assistance with his phone. We spoke with Jr. and he indicated that our warranty was out, which we found out later that was incorrect. My son explained to him the problem and I, too, reiterated that he was returning to school and would like for his cell to be working properly since I was paying for the services. His suggestion was that we pay another $200 and get another phone or just deal with the problem until our contract was up. He was not very helpful at all and had the attitude of an individual who was not willing to provide any type of assistance. I definitely left this store very angry, because Jr was passing the buck and was not concerned about the situation or providing assistance. Fortunately, we later spoke with AT&T and described the problem which they went out of their way to resolve. My past experience with this store was not horrible, but could have been better. When we visited this store on Sunday, August 2, 2015, I would like to express my disappointment in this store and their employee Jr for treating us like we did not matter. You should requirement a higher level of education or customer service when hiring your employees.
This AT&T store hands down gave me one of the best in store experiences to date. Roberto, Siya, and another gentleman (did not catch his name) were super professional, kind and helpful with all of my questions.Notably, I really appreciated when Siya wiped down her phone when I needed to speak with a rep over the phone to change my internet plan (they don’t handle this in store).Siya and Roberto also helped break down my plan to compare apples to apples on what I am paying for now and where I could save.You guys... I never thought I’d say it but I am actually looking forward to my next visit to AT&T when the time comes. Walked out of there with a big smile and not a head swirling full of confusion.Southpark Meadows AT&T store - y’all rock!
Michael met me at the door, I changed to another provider and my IPad would not work. The other provider kept saying the problem was AT&T. After Michael politely listened and then stated he didn’t think so. He check the settings, we contacted the other provider and he found the other provider entered the wrong ID number. I spent five days on hold and being transferred, Michael is my hero.
I am very happy they didnt charge me for the Sim this time but the service was very slow and when I came back after they messed something up they were going to make me wait in the back of the line even after I told them my dad had to be at work. We wouldnt have had to come back if the previous associate would have taken care of the issue properly but they didnt care and said you have to wait your turn. Very disappointing 😞
I showed up at 7:58 pm and these guys had the door locked and ready to go instead of ready to be helpful. I made a payment on the kiosk here a month ago and the payment didn’t show up on my account. I just need to show my receipt but instead my services will be disconnected. Instead of getting this issue taken care of it’s easier to disconnect my 5 lines and take my business else where. I have had the internet, Directv, and wireless and if you want to pay the lowest price I would stay away from att. Google fiber has been outstanding though as well as cheaper.
I agreed to upgrade my phone with a $300 trade-in of my old one. I then paid off my old phone and signed contracts for the new plan. The sales rep said, “Don’t worry, that won’t be the new price of your phone. You’ll get a $300 credit.” So, I signed. After spending an hour deactivating the phone, signing the contracts, and converting the data onto the new phone, she then disclosed that the $300 credit program ended. It was a bait & switch. (Also, the reason it took an hour was their internet was “slow”. For a store that sells internet, that says something, as well.)
I walked into the AT&T store in south park meadows feeling extreamly aggravated with the customer service I previously received from AT&T over the phone and from other locations. I was very upset that when I walked in the store I was ready to return everything I had just purchased from AT&T as I no longer wanted to do business with them I was ready to switch to Verizon. I was trying to port my number from T-Mobile to AT&T long story short the transfer was unsuccessful. I spent a whole weekend with a brand new iphone 7 that was not working, I was unable to text and take full advantage of the phone itself. I wake up Saturday morning with NO Service. Keep in mind I just purchased the phone Friday morning. Giovanni at AT&T in south park meadows was able to resolve my issue very quick and without any more stress. Previously at a different location I had been told I needed the card to return the phone. I made it very clear I did not have the card with me as I was on lunch break well at the other location I was told they were unable to assist me since I didnt have the card. Well Giovanni at South park meadows was fully capable of returning the phone, getting me a new phone, new number, new screen protector WITHOUT my card. Giovanni provided exceptional customer service and definitely went above and beyond! exceeding my expectations! He was very amicable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend you visit Giovanni at South park meadows. The service was definitely worth the drive! Giovanni is a great asset to AT&T.-Thank You from a satisfied customer.
The manager of this store is awesome Roberto Rangel ...On Sat Nov 3 I went to another At&T store where I upgrade 2 a new phone the manager by the Name Rogelio G from the William Canon store 801 sold me a phone with a scree protector that he installed wrong. Return 2 days later to let him know an he denied that he installed it wrong an kicked me out of his store an called the cops on me. I filled a complaint with AT&T about this matter . Came to the Store on Slaughter an talked to the Manager Roberto Rangel an told him what happened 2 me at the other At&T store. He did what the other manager should of done an just replaced the screen protecter.. Im very happy with his way of handling this situation even thow it wasnt his store that sold me the item. Thank Roberto . At&T u need more manager like him , sincerely a loyal customer of u guys Richard Sanchez.
I felt rushed and mistreated because I’m young?? I spend a lot of money with AT&T every month and have been for a long time If I have questions take the time to answer them please! I am young but I know what’s going on and y’all were giving me little to no information, couldn’t even tell me the color of the phone I was ordering correctly...
I recently updated my phone and was offered a tablet at a great deal by the Manager, Taylor. He advised me when I got my first bill to bring it in and he would waive the activation fee. I came in and he was not there, so I paid my bill with the exception of the activation fee and the customer service rep told me she would put it on his desk. My account is not past due and suspended because of their negligence. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store via phone and the customer service department over the phone could not consolidate me any because their were no notes. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I have, on another account, 5 phone lines and am ready to transfer them somewhere else because of this horrible service!!!!!!!!!!
I do not like this location at all. Only reason I go here is to pay my bill. They say one thing and then when you receive your bill its completely different. This is my 3rd time having a problem with this location and the manager is no help they try to blame the customer when its their employees who have no clue what they are doing and lie to get a sale. Time for me to drive further away instead of down the street because I am tired of the lies and non helpful staff, and manager. Get everything in writing!! Trust me its a must. Also they do take FOREVER to assist.
I Dont write reviews..EVER. This is actually the first time I have made the effort to post one online. This store is absolutely terrible. first, it was a 30 minute wait to talk to someone (but it wasnt busy at all) there were employees just standing around talking to each other. Finally when it was my chance to talk with rep, I told them I wanted to buy a phone off contract. he told me that they would not sell me a phone off contract as they save them for the customers who are upgradingI have been with AT&T mobile for over 10 years and I am about a pubic hair away from switching to something else.this place blows, DO NOT waste your time.
Worse costumer service ever I have been with ATT for over 15 years since they were Cingular Wireless, this locations is getting worse than ever. Stopped by for an upgrade to iphone 7 Monica was not any help at all. she started my upgrade never finished and then I got stuck with no availability to upgrade my line due to her mistake. 2 days later I went to this store again to have the upgrades reverse, spoke to Enrique, wish by the way another WORSE employee from this store. It took him one hour to try to reverse the upgrade, no apologies, nothing. didnt even tried to finished the process for upgrade. I do not recommend this location at all, the employees are too busy talking about their personal life than caring for their costumers. Now I am dealing with the Loyalty department to get all this mess fix, I wish I had read the reviews before going to this store, the manager didnt even come to me to apologies for their mistake in first place. shame on you manager,
Wow so this very pleasant guy working at this AT&T was able to help me fix my problem with my phone even though Im not the main account holder of this phone. Its in my step moms name and I usually have to wait for her to feel like it to help me out but thank God that god is watching over me and help me obtain the assistance I needed without the child like behavior of a person that has no true reason to be that way other than just to be a .....! So thank you AT&T for you help and god for all your blessings.
The sales woman I had was really nice, but I was there for over 3 hours and most of it was waiting. I give it 2-stars because she was kind and worked really hard to help me, but other than that, it took up way too much time. I should have just tried another store or went online to purchase a plan instead.
Went into this store to buy TWO new phones. I walked around patiently while two workers just sat behind the counter and the other workers explained how to work a phone to a older gentleman. The thing that finally made me walk out is the fact that once the associates that were actually working skipped right over me to a lady that just walked in and was wanting discounts on random bs. Needless to say none of them will be getting commission off of me. Horrible service glad I didnt spend my money.
If you come here, you’d better not have other plans for the rest of your day! They take forever to assist you, there should be more staff at all times! A female worker came out from the employee room laughed at how many people were waiting in line and then walked back to the room. Other customers were getting frustrated and complained to one of the workers who was just walking back and forth from cashier desk. To the manager of AT&T on SOUTH PARK MEADOWS in Austin,Tx... schedule more than just 2 “representatives” per shifts.
Staff was friendly and helpful thats a lines were very long. As I walked in, I look for a computer to sign in but nothing. All employees were busy and there was no sign to say sign in. If youre not used to the procedure of signing in as you come in, you dont know. They need a sign that says please sign-in with one of our Representatives and be seated.
My house charger stopped working and couldnt charge my phone.. so I went to AT&T store in South Park Meadows.. they wasnt busy and one of the employees took me right then. I told her the problem so she plugged my charger up to there outlet.. she did this several times.. anyways I had only made like 4 payments on my $850.00 Samsung Galaxy S8 Active.. so she said my choices was to call and use my insurance on the phone or buy a new charger for $35.00 or buy there brand for $20.00.. really.. I. Buying this almost $900.00 phone and within 4 months the charger craps out on me and you are telling me that I have to buy another charger..forget that..I wont go back to this AT&T store.. thats for sure..
Went here last Saturday and the staff was very helpful. It was slow and we were the only ones in there so that might be why but we were helped right away. They had the phone we needed in stock but wrong color so we had to order it. I would come here again as the location in the mall is always busy.
I drove from north Austin to this location for a product that I was told was here. They had it but could not sell it to me because it had been returned. Why they did not put a more on it, I dont know.2 hours later, $20 in gas and nothing to show. Customer service was poor and NO help. Especially the manager.Find another store or service provider.
Worst customer service!First walked in and there was no one there to great you. You had about 4 employees in the middle of the store laughing/talking etc..Finally an employee asked if I had been helped and I told him no and I was there.I was there to buy a tempered glass cover and a case. He told me that the case wouldnt fit with the tempered glass cover. He said something about not bonding??I was little confused and asked him again why it wouldnt work and he responded with I just told you...Rude Rude Rude!!I said you just told me and chuckled. I told him I would go somewhere else and he responded with ok and was so excited. I was definitely bothering him.Didnt get a name. I just left without making a scene. I can see from the reviews this place is garbage!!Clean house AT&T this store is garbage!!!
Very nice worker and manger ,, I buy my Apple Watch 3 Nike the Guy name Marco was very helpful and did great job explaining everything about the watch ,, next day I have problems with my watch I take it back and they was very nice and helpful and fix my problem in a short time and good solution.
BUYER BEWARE: IF THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL WAIVE THE ACTIVATION FEE IF YOU CALL THE 1-800 NUMBER, RUN AWAY!HERES WHAT HAPPENED: WE HAVE AN UNLOCKED PHONE AND WAS LOOKING FOR SERVICE. WE ALREADY HAVE VERIZON, BUT I THOUGHT MAYBE AT&T IS BETTER. WE CAME TO THE STORE AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE APPROACHED US. WE TOLD HER WHAT WE WANTED AND SHE STARTED SKIMMING THROUGH HER TABLET. SHE CHECKED AND UNCHECKED STUFFS, AND WAS TRYING VERY HARD IN SIGNING US UP FOR A BUNDLE, AND THEN DIRECTTV! WE REPEATEDLY TOLD HER WE ONLY NEEDED A SIM CARD. TOWARDS THE END, SHE ASKED US TO SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE, I TOLD HER I WOULD NOT SIGN UNLESS SHE WAIVED THE ACTIVATION FEE. SHE SAID CALL THE 1-800 NUMBER TO GET IT WAIVED. WE CALLED THE NUMBER THE MOMENT WE STEPPED OUT OF THE STORE. AND GUESS WHAT? EVERYTHING SHE TOLD US ABOUT THE 1-800 NUMBER IS A COMPLETE LIE. THE 1-800 NUMBER IS NOW TELLING US TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO GET THE FEE WAIVED. JUST WOW.
Don’t even know why this store is here, they can’t access anything nor make changes to your account. I work from home so I pay for internet, in THEIR system I’m up to date and nothing is wrong with my account, explain why my internet services aren’t working??? Pathetic. If my apartment complex didn’t FORCE us to have ATT I would’ve left a long time ago

2022-03-18When I went to go upgrade my iPhone, Jessie made it super painless and easy! His customer service was outstanding and he explained everything perfectly. His manager was also extremely nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Jessie!

2022-04-23AT&T customer service is beyond horrible. Keep trying to get tech support, wait for over an hour, and AT&T hangs up on me every single time. 5 times on a row. Been trying to reach AT&T all day. Im switching to Spectrum and never going back. Suggest you find other service provider. Anyone other than AT&T.

2022-01-16Miguel and Oscar were such a delight. I went in to purchase a keyboard folio that Oscar helped me pick out. Through conversation I shared an issue I have had with signing in and the anxiety I’ve had about calling customer service to sort out the issue. Miguel took it upon himself to call and help me sort out the issue. I’m so grateful for their help and patience. Such good people!Oscar is a great Manager and the associates at this store are remarkable!
