Popped in last weekend because the stem/crown of my Rolex got detached from the movement. The watchmaker was able to fix this in just about 10 minutes. Will most likely be back for servicing when the time comes.
I had two vintage Omega watches sitting on another Austin jewelers bench for 4-5 years. One was a 50s bumper automatic, and the other was a 60s Seamaster. Another Omega had just died, and I saw that the Old Time Clock shop in my neighborhood had a new sign outside that said ATX Watches.I took my just died vintage Omega into ATX and was surprised that they were so confident it could be repaired. When they called three weeks later, I went by the other Austin jeweler and retrieved the Omegas that had been sitting there 4-5 years. I just picked up my second Omega repair in as many months from ATX.I am beyond ecstatic to not only have my favorite vintage watches to wear again; but also to have a relationship with Vlad and his watch shop that will conscientiously take care of me and my vintage watches.
Great fast and friendly service and they didn’t even charge to buff scratches off the bezel of my watch. Some really cool clocks and vintage watches too.
So helpful to have somewhere with such good customer service so nearby. They not only replaced the batteries on all of our watches but also fixed a second hand.
I had not been in this clock shop for several years and went in recently for a small clock repair. The shop now has a new owner under the name ATX Watches. Vlad was very personable and helped me immediately. He was able to fix my clock on the spot while I shopped around in the store. I was very happy with the service and to use a small locally owned business.

I called ATX watches after having an absolutely horrible experience with another place that was totally rude to me for just asking for someone to come look at my grandfather clock. Brian came to my house and serviced my grandfather clock, tuned it, and had it back in working condition before I knew it. He was great! Vlad was also patient with my ability to only pay with a debit card, in spite of them normally accepting checks. I just called and he took my payment over the phone, easy peasy! Thanks to ATX watches for their amazing service and fixing my off-time and out of tune grandfather clock for an extremely reasonable house call price! Brian even showed me how to change the time on the clock for daylight savings time changes so I wouldnt accidentally break it. :) Thank you!!!
Awesome place! He fixed our watch quickly and then gave me some really great prices on a Tiffany & Co pendant as well as a ring. Highly recommend and I will be back.

ATX Watches made a 50 plus year old watch come back to life! Its not super expensive or a high-end brand but its priceless to me. They took the time and care with this watch to ensure it was back in working order. I now proudly wear my dads watch that hasnt been working since he passed in 1983. Thank you!
Vlad answered the phone right away and invited me to drop in for a quick diagnostic on my automatic watch thats been running slow. After checking it out, he took the time to show me on a big diagram exactly what is going wrong and how it could likely be remedied. He explained that given the price of the watch, I should probably consider whether the cost of such delicate and tedious servicing is really worth it, for example if the timepiece were to hold some sentimental value. I left feeling so grateful that we have an honest, capable watchmaker in Austin.

Ive consistently been blown away by the customer service provided by Vlad and the new team at ATX Watches. Its clear that Vlad really values the relationships he builds with his customers. I bought a vintage watch here a few months ago and came in twice for minor repairs (a spring and a new watch band). Vlad didnt charge me for labor either time and gave me the new watch band for free! He even spent time explaining the history of the different watch mechanisms which was really cool to learn about. Its also clear that Vlad takes a lot of pride in his store and his inventory, which both look amazing since he took over. Needless to say, Im a huge fan of Vlad and of this shop and see no reason to shop elsewhere when it comes to watches and watch repair.

Vlad was very helpful, heres how. We bought a cuckoo clock for my daughter when she was 1 (shes 27) from here. 20 years ago the minute hand broke in half during a move. We put it in a closet and forgot about it. We move again recently and found it. We went by ATX Watches and Vlad fixed us up by replacing the minute hand and giving the clock a through check... while we waited! I cant recommend ATX Watches more.
I highly recommend them. The best service, fair prices, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have an antique French marble clock that I took someplace else and they could not repair it. I took to ATX watches, Vlad was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful explaining the potential issues and revolved the issue. His prices were very reasonable. Any watch or clock repair in the future, I will be going them.
Excellent experience! Went in for a repair to cracked crystal. But repair would be almost as expensive as watch because of shape and cut. I am really used to using/wearing a watch. Kirby was extremely helpful; I looked at several which were either not the right look or too expensive. She took my email to be able to send photos if she came across one that might work. As we waited in the parking lot ordering lunch, she came out to say she found one I might like and it was perfect for me. Great service! Very happy! They have a wonderful selection of watches they buy in lots and many older, vintage pieces. Will definitely return when ready to spend more on beautiful old timepiece!

I went to several places including an authorized dealer before finding ATX Watches. Everyone said taking a permanent link out of my watch band was impossible. Vlad was able to do it in 5 minutes. Excellent service!

ATX Watches fixed the date on my Movado Zenith watch after it did not work for over 15 years. 3 other shops (1 in Florida and 2 in Texas) told me it was not possible. The owner was the first person to take the effort to identify the issue, locate the elusive part, and make it happen very quickly. I was ecstatic as it was originally my Grandfather’s watch.
This place is under new ownership— you can see and feel the difference. While the clutter of the old shop had some charm to it, the new environment feels like the place where surgery is performed to put the time back in timepieces, and you trust the doctor. Vlad and Kirby were very helpful. Got a watch redialed- something you should generally avoid at all costs- but this one needed it. It was outstanding, especially for $130.

I took a very old clock in from the 1800’s in to get fixed. I was nervous about it as it has been in the family for a over a hundred years. I got it back sooner than expected and it works perfectly. It keeps time and is awesome. I love the clock and so glad I can actually use it. Thank You !!!

They are so professional! I left my 25 year old watch for repair and not only did they find parts that the company no longer had, they custom made some tiny pins needed to hold the links in place without me asking them . I forgot to ask but they saw a problem and remedied it! I highly recommend them! Outstanding work and service. Very friendly staff!

I was in the market for a watch that I wouldn’t have buyers remorse with and I was so amazed at the plethora of watches ATX Watches have everything from Rolex, AP to the most affordable of watches and to top it off I was given a opportunity when I’m ready to upgrade I can bring back the watch I purchased and get into something fancier. I purchased a breitling colt and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase price and condition which I researched and found that ATX Watches not only have a vast variety of watches quartz and automatic they also have a solid understanding of fair market value which a lot of jewelry shops have no concept, of overall I would 1000% recommend ATX Watches to whoever’s in the market to sell buy and trade

I had a pocket watch that was my dads from the 60s. I looked all over town even shipped it to new York. Found a but he couldnt find the parts ATX got right on it and I had it back in three days. The people were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

2022-07-16I just had a really positive experience at ATX Watch repair. I came in with as the back of my watch had fallen off. The owner quickly repaired and didn’t charge me. Who does that anymore. The other customers in the store we being treated with a friendly knowledge person who helped them select a watch. Another lady had been help in front of me and was so happy with her watch and showed everyone in the store.I love family owned businesses like this!Thank you ATX Watches.

He taught me a bunch about some of the wide variety of beautiful collectible vintage watches and jewelry he has in the shop. And the services were all completed super quickly! 2021-11-12I needed a replacement battery for my watch and decided to check them out -- I couldnt have asked for better service! Both the gentleman who assisted me at the front of the shop and the technician who worked on my watch were very welcoming. They have a great selection of beautiful luxury watches for sale (Omega, Cartier, Piaget, etc.) as well as these gorgeous grandfather clocks, including a Tiffany one that is not to be missed. They also have some very affordable vintage fashion pieces for under $150, so theres something for everyone at this shop. Im planning on going back very soon!

2022-09-07So I went to a few places and this was by far the best place. They know everything and have the knowledge of watches and gold. They fixed my bezel and new crystal in my Rolex in one day and looks incredible. My 1970 Rolex looks like it came out of the factory yesterday. Will be doing more business with them in the future

2022-08-16Bought an older watch online and the bracelet it came with had some pins stuck. The certified brand dealer and jewelry store down the street attempted to get them out but couldn’t help me and offered to sell me a new bracelet instead.Took it to these guys and in 10 minutes they had the watch sized up and cleaned up some scuffs around the pins. The reviews speak for themselves.

2022-08-28Went to Rs before I came here. My watch had wonky minute and hour hands, R said he couldnt t fix it or wouldnt try, that watches are to tell time not to look at..... Came to ATX and they took care of it in 10 minutes. Will be bringing my watches here from now on for Repair or Mods. Great Service & Knowledge.
