Omg this had to be my favorite limo ride ever! We had so much fun and my night was so stress free in regards to planning and timing and pick up and drop off. We had multiple locations and it was so smoothly done. My friends and I are definitely going to book again. Our driver was so cool and professional. The booking process was simple and smooth. Awesomeness all the way!

I was looking for limo service in Austin Texas. I found Austin Limo Rental Services and was able to book a white hummer limo for wedding transportation and an antique vehicle for our getaway car. The limo rates were affordable and the limo service was excellent. I had a 5-star experience from start to finish! Highly recommended!

I’m helping plan a wedding an we want a limo for two different point A to point B trips. We asking for price information which did include date, time and locations. Ryan responded asking for all that information again as if he didn’t read the email in the first place. Then I ask for suggestions he only offers one, and then proceeded to tell the bride and myself that this was the best we were going to get in the area and etc. I then pointed out that he didn’t offer the other limos could fit our needs or mention that the one he offered also comes with a discount. He then emailed me back and said it would have been pointless and that he already included the discount. I also work in sales and any seller would know that they need to explain things fully, offer all options, start high and then go low. In the end I don’t feel like he wanted to do his job and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. In the end we will be taking our business else where, where hopefully the customer service is better and things are explained fully.Further I asked Ryan to stop emailing me twice and both times he responded so the third time I asked for his higher up email and he responded with “I’m part owner, been in business for 15 years how can I further assist you” honestly the audacity and disrespect. I’m amazed he keeps his customers when he talks to potential customers like that.

I was planning a bachelor party for my best friend and stumbled across Austin Limo Rental Service. There prices are very affordable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Limo showed up on time with all the bells and whistles and took us to all hotspots in Austin. Thank you for everything you guys made us feel like a Rockstar

Always a great experience. we used this company for our company outing. Rented 2 25 passenger executive minibuses. They were on time, and very easy to deal with. Will be booking again next year thank you guys!

First time to Austin and it was a bit overhwelming. Having the limo service was super nice because we got around much easier than walking or using Uber. Plus the driver knew the good times to go to some different attractions. He pulled right up to the Alamo and let us get out so we didnt have to walk a mile for parking! Affordable and a fun way to get around the city for the weekend! We loved that it wasnt an actual limo, but a classic car. Almost felt like the Kennedys cruising around!

Im getting married in October and needed services that I have detailed specification on in my initial inquiry. The response that I received from Ryan Thorpe was asking me to repeat myself on everything that Id previously provided, as if he hadnt even read the inquiry that I submitted. Following this, I looped in my mom and MOH on the email thread, as theyre planning and putting down the funds, and was met with only 1 option, hardly any breakdown of cost, and direct unprofessionalism. When asking additional questions, he still did not provide what we asked for, so I let him know Id be better suited with another company. He continues to respond, telling us that we clearly cant afford his prices (because we want more than one option?) even after weve told him that we do not want to continue communication, so my MOH asks for someone higher up to contact, to which he tells us hes part owner with an MBA in business and 15 years in the industry and asks how he can assist us. I politely let him know that I didnt appreciate his lack of professionalism, nor did I appreciate his lack in assistance and reiterated that I do NOT want him contacting me again.Ive never had such a terrible interaction with a vendor and I would NEVER recommend this place. Especially being run by someone who essentially calls you poor because you want to be given options to choose from and not just a flat quote of over a thousand dollars with nothing to compare it to, to see for yourself that that initial option is the best. Poor customer service. Poor attitude. AWFUL way to run a business. Im going to be telling my clients to do limo rentals elsewhere.

We host events in the Southern California area so we always have clients who ask for recommendations when traveling to other popular areas. We had a group of 8 looking for a party bus or sprinter so we referred them to Austin Limo Rental Services who after a little bit of back and forth were able to take care of them.
