Exactly what I needed! Ever since COVID-19 shutdown I have stopped my gym membership for safety and this has been an excellent replacement as it is one to one training in a room with no other people around. My muscles are sore like never before and I have been a weightlifter for more than 15 years. I saw results the first week. I highly recommend EMS training you will definitely get results if you stick to it. I am excited where I will be with continued weekly training.

If you are looking to find the motivation to make a lifestyle change and add workout to your routine, I would highly recommend working with Paul. He is not only a great fitness instructor but a wonderful individual. I loved the personalized plan that was designed for me. It has worked marvelously for me. I love being in good shape and good health. With a tough routine, there is always a temptation to miss out a workout session. But with Paul this was never the case. He made the sessions fun and something I eventually started looking forward to to unwind at the end of a long day.My fitness plan took into consideration my health, age, preferences and goals. It has been effective yet not daunting at all. My stamina, strength and tone has improved considerably since the start of the program. He was always there to motivate me to do just the extra bit that has made it possible for me to come a long way.I would highly recommend Paul from Austin Tone and Sculpt to anyone and everyone. He is very experienced to help individuals with varied health and workout

Love this system! My time is very limited and love that I can go in, get a great work out done in the most efficient way possible. My knees made it difficult to do traditional gym work outs but not anymore! Since I’ve started AS&T, my knees have given me 00 trouble and I’m super excited w/ my results!! In just a matter of weeks I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t worn in years.. Even my coworkers have noticed the glow in my face and change in my energy level when I return after a lunch work out. Love it!!

I love everything about this place. It isnt a gym, it isnt an intimidating place to go focus on your body. The use of the lipo-melt plus the ems training has been great for me. I get the extra boost of motivation because inches of fat are gone in a short amount of time, and I also get deep muscle workouts without hurting myself. Im clumsy and fluffy and weight rooms suck. Ive felt more energy, can tell a difference in my body shape and how my clothes fit, and know that Im doing good for my body. Im halfway through a package of 15 sessions and I know there isnt going back to a traditional weight room workout for me. Dont be intimidated by the ems - its cool and it works. Gus and Paul are great personal trainers and I feel like they really care about me getting to where I want to be, without shaming me or making me feel like Im out of place in the fitness and health world.

I love this place! After 18 sessions I have lost 2 inches off my thighs and a total of 6 inches off the rest of my body! Stronger and no joint pain. What a cool way to get in shape!
