Great customer service here! I worked with Salesperson Sam on getting a car and he was just great. The whole business is very honest and trustworthy. The car I purchased functions just as it should and nothing came up that I was unaware of. I would recommend Auto District to anyone who’s shopping for a vehicle.
Every single person at this lot is extremely helpful and sincerely try to go out of their way to make sure your experience with them is very satisfying. Auto District is blessing! I was so nervous and worried about buying a new vehicle(especially after an accident). My search led me here and Im so grateful it did. My salesman, Sam, was the best! He really worked with me(answered all my questions and visits) and I drove away completely happy with my purchase. Thank you doesnt seem to be enough. Id recommend this place to anyone who asks.
They say they will work with you and they do at first but after that that is it . While in middle of switching jobs they picked up my car for an insurance lapse which was corrected and my car note for one payment was made on my behalf by my Aunt and a family friend who were helping me in between pay checks. So I was not behind and my vehicle had insurance and they refused to release my car to me because the payments that were made were not in my name but made on my online account which I gave these people access to. For a small community dealership that says they try and help everyone I do not recommend this place.
Sam was our sale guy. He wears a cross necklace so I thought he would be honest. But don’t let the cross necklace fool you, Sam is very dishonest and get upset when you ask him things about the paperwork. Then he’s not the nice sale guy anymore. The paperwork says 1st payment next month on 30th but he makes up a schedule that says pay 2weeks from now. Another thing, why say the car is a good car with no problems to take the car home and discover problems with the car? Sam is very dishonest with no integrity. BE AWARE. I gave two stars because of the ladies inside office, the two guy workers in office are liars & just trying to make a sale.
Misleading people. Called got told one thing went in person and got told another. Wasnt happy with this place.Im sorry but whoever replied to my review yes Evelynn was very misleading. So, I was disappointed overall whether I liked the cars or not. I dont like to waste time
Sam was a Blessing to my husband and I. He went out of his way to help us. I would recommend everyone to call or go by and talk with him if you need a vehicle because he will take care of you. DO NOT GO HERE! Bought a car, gave them my down payment test drove it, everything seemed fine. Paid the guy, then left. Not 30 minutes down the road the engine light comes on, transmission wouldnt shift out of second, the parking mechanism goes out therefore I cannot take the key out of the ignition or even turn the car off without undoing the battery, then a week later the A.C. goes out & the headliner completely falls off. Spoke with them about what was going on and all they told me was to bring it in and have them look at it and they will be cheaper than any mechanic. Told them Ive only had the car for 2 weeks and it total crapped on me the sales rep told me I dont know what to tell you other than have our mechanic look at it and you pay for the repairs. On top of that, they charged me 9000 for a car the books for 4000 saying the title was good. I ran the vin, the title came back unknown/salvaged. Issa is a scam artist along with his son. Beware of these people! Do not go here!
I got a 2008 kia optima sedan $800 downpayment car runs great its saves up Gas is what I like the most car notes are the same day I get paid they made it a bit easier for me by paying 175 bi-weekly instead they dont run credit check you wont have to worry much I recommend this place fast & easy
This place wreaks of fruity lemon juice.The sales person that sits at the desk to the left when 1st walking in the office is a crook. He sold me a car that wasnt properly inspected. On my way home from the dealership , my power steering hose busted on I10. My mechanic said that whoever inspected it left the power steering hose on the axle. The tires that the sales guy claimed were brand new had threads showing. Had to buy 2 rear tires. There was a very bad oil and coolant leak. So I just sold the car on fb market place.
I found my beautiful Monte Carlo ss and they work with you anyway they can because like Sam has told me. “We try to be a different kind of used car lot” and they’re prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Just went and bought a car with auto district. Dealt with Sam and Issa. Both men are absolutely amazing. They have good cars and great customer service. I would recommend thwm to anyone. The time there was not stressful. They were polite and helpful and hinest people. Anyone looking for a car auto district is the place to go....

I bought a Honda Accord from Sam, the car is a good car, but the moment I got on I-10 I had 2 blow outs, fuse box fried , windshield wipers don’t work, horn doesn’t blow I WOULDNT REFER NOBODY HERE !!!! Then they only gave me $800 back out of $1000

Got my vehicle about two months ago there, it hasnt givin me any trouble since, but i do keep up with its maintenance on my part. Biggest concern buying used was how great it would run or last. I still dont trust used car sales, but these guys have my respect. There buisness is a good Baytown buisness.

I recently purchased a vehicle from them and first off the salesman was very kind and friendly as they should be...This is an update from my previous review after owning the vehicle for 3 to 4 months it started giving me major issues and problems that were very expensive to fix I try to speak with them to see if they can get their mechanic to look at it they stated and they told me that it would be at least 10 days before mechanic can actually look at it so basically I would have to wait 10 days that the problem get worse and then take it to them they overcharged me for the car I bought I was able to find the same exact car for a whole lot less better mileage better down payment better monthly payments without having to go with full coverage insurance yes Im not going to lie they were very friendly they were very kind at first but once I purchased a vehicle and drove off that lot everything changed I would advise that you do not buy anything from them after I did my own investigation I figured out that they sold me a flooded vehicle from all the problems that came now that I learned about how they are I will no longer be buying from them ever againAnd one last thing after I took them the car not even two maybe three days later they put it back on the lot for sell again (the problems it had couldnt have been fixed within a week especially since they said itll be 10 days ) so meaning that car has no AC the windows dont work the seats dont move because of Motors failed on me so basically its just for someone elses problems

My HUSBAND bought a car July 27 2018 a week later belts broke then the next week power steering pump broke then 3 studs was broken on a driver front wheel.... Then they repossessed the car August 26 2018 less then a month... And he just paid the car note August 25 2018... Nobody wanna talk just come get his stuff... Yes SAM YOU ARE A SCAM... DO NOT GO HERE

2021-11-20I purchased my car here in Feb 2020 and just paid it off today. I havent had any major issues with my car.. If you keep up with regular maintenance then you wont have issues.. I have driven my car all over the country with no prpblems. The payments are decent and so are the down payments. They give you the biweekly option but I just went ahead and paid monthly. You can pay online also. If you ever have issues with your payment just talk to them. Communication is key. This isnt a huge lot. It is a buy here pay here. They allow you to test drive the cars and make sure its what you want. No Im not gonna say the cars are perfect and before you go screaming lemon lot, make sure you look up Texas lemon law because it DOES NOT apply to this place it only applies to newer vehicles. The staff is nice. INSURANCE is REQUIRED and yes they do check. If you dont know anything about cars and are still skeptical, then bring your mechanic friend. If you need a car or something to at least tie you over until you can afford your dream car I recommend this place. Like I said above. The down payment and payments are reasonable.

2022-09-13They are unprofessional. Do not recommend this to anyone.when they came to repo my car they did it unprofessionaly. My neighbors thought people stole my car. They stacked out my house and had a female run up on my property and took off as if they where stealing it and honked(signaled) a another vehicle . And both vehicles took off. Then when I called to get information to make sure it was the dealer ship. No one could tell me anything . They had no idea on what they where doing.

2021-06-26I got a car from auto district in October of 2020 with a down payment of 1300 . Then they said you have 3 days to bring it back. So , three weeks pass by then my car started acting funny . Power steering went out , battery , engine , and air filter . Total cost of repairs cost me 1300 . So basically 2600 down the drain. All they sell is lemons please don’t buy a car from these people.

2021-06-250 stars if I could. Literally took my whole $2800 as a down-payment. Didnt let me test drive the vehicle. The salesman test drove it. Just to have the car break down same night. Claimed tires were new but were showing thread. Power steering fluid hose wasnt mounted correctly which caused a leak.

2019-04-10I currently purchased a car from Sam and I love it. If I’m ever late on a payment they work with me. The staff is awesome. They were very helpful and reasonable with the in house leasing . My husband and I will definitely be getting a second car from them.

2019-05-21I got my car fast and easy, I was even able to defer part of my down payment. The payment dates didnt line up well with my paychecks but they were able to work with me and switch around my payment days. The payments are low and easy to make and the people are great!
