This was a great experience! So excited to have my first new car! An ILX!! I love it! Charles was very helpful as I determined if I wanted to lease or buy! Very knowledgeable. He worked with his management until he got me the monthly note where I needed it to be. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car.
I bought my vehicle at Autonation 4 years ago and I could not be happier with the service I received then and that I have continued to receive from the service department since that time. The service manager, Bud, is such a great guy and every part of the service from online scheduling to dealing with the service department is such a breeze. I love that they text you videos if there is any discovery during the maintenance! This is just a great group of friendly people working here that obviously values both your time and money. There is no doubt where I will continue to get my car serviced and where I will purchase my next vehicle. They have my business for life.

My alternator went out unexpectedly and they were able to receive my vehicle late afternoon and provide me with loaner without notice. Since I live in Galveston this was a huge help. They had the vehicle ready to go before noon the next day. Bud always does a great job in the service department and he made sure all details were addressed and that I was kept informed about the status. Thank you!
I just purchased my first car from AutoNation Acura and it could not have gone any better! Being a young female, I was a little nervous going car shopping alone, but the team at this dealership was extremely nice, informative, and not pushy! I had the pleasure of working with Charles Christiansen. He was able to answer all of my questions, was great at keeping in touch and made the overall buying experience enjoyable! RUN!!!These people are unbelievable. We were repeatedly lied to during our purchase.They promised to replace the windshield. Now they deny it. They said we had free oil changes for one year with purchase. Now they deny it. They did NOT tell me that our additional $6k warranty could not be serviced by them because it’s a Cadillac. I now I have to drive to south Houston to have my car serviced, in order to receive the $200 deductible.I warn you now, this is NOT the company you can trust. It’s all about making the sale and forgetting their word.Do not trust ANYTHING you are told. Worst experience buying a car, ever.If I could give a negative number review, I would for your safety and sanity.****UPDATE****I was just called by the finance person as AutoNation and told that I declined the oil changes. Wow. She was extremely dismissive of my issues with this company. Go back and read the part I wrote earlier about selling the car being their only goal. Their customer service is complete trash
Bouth was great to work with as the service leader! I was in town visiting family and needed an oil change prior to my trip home. He was thorough about the process. Ray, the shuttle driver was also prompt, friendly, and a safe driver. I had great customer service and that seems to not be as common these days. Thank you!

We needed a car while changing cities and we looked at many dealers. Auto Nation Acura did not have up charges that other dealers forced upon us. Another huge plus is that the quote & vehicle promised over the phone EXACTLY matched what was offered when we arrived at the dealership in person.Our salesman was efficient and nice as well.

My experience at AutoNation went very well. Matthew the service writer was ready when I arrived and had the MDX going to service within a few minutes. Needed to recalibrate my wifes phone to the cars system and he helped me get that done also. The service time was spot on and the car was detailed. Much appreciated their professional service and efforts.
I took my vehicle here to get serviced and get a recall done after dealing with a nightmare from a personal mechanic and they took great care of me. They got my car in and out in and Ronnie even took the time to take my calls and keep me updated on his day off. Best experience I’ve ever had with any service dept. Tried purchasing a vehicle from them, they gave me nothing but the run around for 3+ days. I didn’t try to haggle with them on the price and was willing to pay the listing price plus whatever extras. I gave them all the valid paperwork they needed and would ask them is their anything else but they would respond back a day later asking for something else. I tried calling the Sales Manager Connor OKeefe, never got an answer or returned a call back. Both me and my Credit Union tried calling during business hours and again no answer. The vehicle I was trying to obtain wasn’t a cheap one either so I didn’t expect them to treat a higher value customer this way. This makes me glad we are going away with this method of selling cars and going towards being able to buy vehicles online or straight from the manufacture.
Ive always had a good experience at AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway. We recently bought a car from Frederick and he was a great salesperson, very honest and easy to work with, professional all around. And we have used their service department for years for our cars and Bud is a great service technician. We would recommend AutoNation Acura for anyone.

I called in a week before a certain car was suppose to come in and never got a call back. I called in again and was told it had arrived that morning to view. My husband use to work in a dealership and said that it won’t be ready and this is a tactic to get people to come to the store. Sure enough, we showed up just to see and they told us the car was NOT ready. Tried showing me a different type of the car and I wasn’t entirely impressed. My husband is not a fan of Acura and I was mostly interested in it because of all the reviews I was hearing about and seeing online. They told us the car would be ready in 30 minutes to one hour. That we should go out for lunch and they would give us a call that it’s ready to be test driven. They never did. Never called us back. I guess we need to “look” like we can afford the car, only reason we came here was because the Mercedes GLX has a long waitlist. They must not want to make money
I like this place. I can see they help me maintain my car up to Acura standards. They do a full safety check and help keep my vehicle up to par. The customer service and techs are also friendly and a nice enough waiting area where I drink coffee and watch Tv while I wait.
Everything went great until I left the dealer. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed the suspension made a loud noise on bumps that wasnt there during test drive. I was told they would fix the suspension issue along with 3 other small things that were put in writing during the purchase. 2 of the 4 things were fixed, the suspension not being one of them. The salesman and GM will no longer return my call. Make sure to return within your 5 days/250 miles if you are not satisfied. Their promises(even writen ones) are not worth the paper they are written on.
The service team at AutoNation are the best around. They always take care of us when we bring my wifes car in for service. They are very helpful to my wife and I with any issues that need to be addressed. Bud has especially been great at taking care of any issues with the needed service. We are very happy with AutoNation service.
Service Representative Matt Danner is an excellent representative for AutoNation Acura. He was polite, efficient and courteous and ensured we received the appropriate service discount. We always use ANA for service on our vehicle and have very pleased with their customer service.
Kynal did an outstanding job keeping me informed about the service session and any findings with great details. He even went above and beyond by offering to test drive the vehicle with me to verify the service. The service manager was also very courteous. Great Service!
I am happy to get the car I want here, and I habitually give five-star reviews to all the shops. However, the after-sales service was very disappointing this time. The agreed time to replace the glass was repeatedly delayed, and the promised repair of the back door was also brutally violated. For this reason, I gave up the opportunity to work overtime on weekends to earn money, ran far away with wasted gasoline, and waited for several hours in vain, only to be told to wait for the next weekend. Up to now, my cars trunk door is still not fixed, sorry, I can only give 2 stars.
Was able to book my routine service online. Love that they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee, water and snacks. My service advisor Matthew explained everything and once I agreed to the work that would be performed, the service and carwash was completed within the estimated amount of time that I was given.
The salesperson was very helpful and did not pressure us which I greatly appreciate. I hate going to car dealerships because of the pressure tactics. AutoNaton Acura was not that way. The only reason I gave 3 stars is that the week I bought my truck I noticed the cruise control was only working intermittently. I called the service department and left a message with a particular person and he has yet to return my call (5 days later). I will call again, hoping I will not have to pay for fixing the problem.
Salesmen and GM will not answer your call after you leave.had 4 issues with a suv I purchased. took it back day after purchase and they said all 4 would be fixed but they were not. car still has suspension issues and nobody will take my call. return your car within the 5 day window if its not perfect as all promises of repairs to keep it are false.
After a very frustrating day of getting caught in the dealerships automated phone system more than once, and being left on hold for long periods (this wouldve been a 5 star review, however yall really need to fix this and get a human to answer calls), then leaving messages for people who did not call back, I tried one last time in desperation and Tripp in the Sales Dept answered the phone. He explained and clarified what I would need to do to turn in my lease vehicle, and then asked me if I had considered just selling the car. As this was my first lease, I had no idea selling the car was even an option for me! When I said No, I hadnt and didnt know I could, he then offered to arrange for me to bring the car in for an appraisal, and I agreed to do so within the hour. My car was due to be turned in within 5 days anyway, so I figured I would either sell it to Acura or just leave it there and turn it in early. You see, this all started because the Tru-360 Inspection company said they had no time to come back out to inspect my vehicle after canceling their appointment with me halfway through my appointment time yesterday. Tripps knowledge of the system and his quick thinking allowed me to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. My RDX was in excellent condition, so everybody came out a winner. The process took a bit longer than expected (problems with the check printing or something?), however I was out in about 2 hours.
Most positive experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Went in expecting one thing and was introduced to a multitude of opportunities. Very helpful, insightful, and respectful. I am now in a much better situation than I likely would have been had I went anywhere else. Thank Autonation
My experience with having my car serviced with Autonation Acura’s service department has been good. The get right to me and never have to wait long. With this latest service, they utilized cameras and text to show me what was needed and being done which was really appreciated. Buoth is the guy I try to always schedule with because he is thorough and fair.
I have been coming to this location for many years to get my TL serviced and I can honestly say that my experience here is always top notch! Their service department manager Bud Peung always goes the extra mile in delivering exceptional service and care every time my wife and I need our car serviced! Highly recommend this place!!
The service team did what they should. I expected no less. My vehicle has been serviced by Acura dealership service since I bought the vehicle as new. It was a little disconcerting the prior records are not linked within the dealerships. If they were, the history would not have been so vague to the service manager handling my vehicle. The attempt to upsell services was really unnecessary.
Ive been to a couple Autonation locations, as well as dealerships in general, and this location is by far the best!! I wish I would have bought my car from them so I didnt have to deal with the other Autonation that has continued to put me through the ringer.See yall soon at Autonation Acura for my car maintenance and for your amazing customer service!!
My experience with Auto Nation Acura League City has always been excellent . The employess are always friendly and a pleasure to do business with. That is why I keep going back . I purchased my last two Acuras from Champion , which then became Auto Nation . I am very pleased with this business .Will be looking forward to purchasing my next vechicle through this dealership.
I’ve been using Autonation Acura Service Department at League City every time I have owned an Acura. Bud was my first service advisor for years when I owned my first ILX, and now Ronnie takes care of my service on my new MDX. Ronnie is very honest and makes sure you are charged what he quotes you. I appreciate the snacks and water provided when we have service done as we have about am 1 1/2 hour commute to Autonation and it tides us over until lunch time. Thanks for all you do gentlemen!
I went to look at the MDX here but it was a weird experience. I want to add that it was after closing so that probably has something to do with it.We were completely ignored when we went in. No one even acknowledge our presence there. I understand that it was closing time but they could have at least say that they are closed or even a simple hi.There were multiple people inside (they were working on some sales). The only person who even acknowledged us was Luis. He is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1.He isn’t a sales person but he still pointed us to the locations of the car we wanted to look at and even showed us inside a few of them. He was friendly and great!He was the only good experience I had. Idk if it was the way I dress (hoodie and sweatpants) or the race but any acknowledgment would have gone far.Due to this I will be buying a car somewhere else. 🤷🏽♀️
So i bought my honda pilot at auto nation ford. Had an issue with my transmission. They replaced with no issue. Then i had an issue with my wheel hub bearing. Matthew hooked me up. My next veichel i buy is from auto nation acura. Ford had very rude sales representatives, gave me run around. Wont be buying from auto nation ford again.
I spent a long time searching for the right vehicle for my family. I was 99% sure I was going to go with a with another brand but once that dealership tried to tack on fees and warrantys that took the price about 10% above MSRP... I was done.Autonation Acura did not have ANY hidden fees or dealership markups. They even slightly discounted the final price after we could not agree on color choice. Sayed Hasanzada, Balal Rauf, and Tory Nguyen all made buying a new vehicle a breeze.My wife and I left completely satisfied. Thanks
I drove from Tyler, TX based off of an internet listing on the Auto Nation Acura in League City. This could have gone either way. But my salesman Sayed Hasanzada treated me with the utmost respect and displayed a refreshing amount of integrity not normally displayed in the pre-owned vehicle market. The process was simple and straightforward with no haggling and a fair price which beat every other dealership in the state on this particular product. I would definitely purchase from him again. Just Make sure you bring your A-game to get through the Business Manager’s (separate person) add-ons pitch.
I purchased a used 2019 RAM 3500 from AutoNation Acura and traded in a 2011 BMW X5M. The business transaction went smoothly, though slowly it took about 4 hours to complete the sale. Mark was very helpful in getting the sale completed, whish he had been my salesmen, as he follows up after the call. The actual salesmen Hussein, never returned any calls or e-mails and has generally been unresponsive, was too busy on the day of the sale to actually process the paperwork which is where Mark comes in (wish mark had gotten the commission). This is where things go downhill further. The actual vehicle was supposed to be a certified pre-owned. It had multiple problems that were missed by the staff including an alignment issue, a/c issue, failed TPMS, and none of the required maintenance at its milage had been done save for an oil change. The car has been in the shop more days than Ive had the car out of the shop. Not terribly satisfied they didnt fix known issues, and didnt do most of the required maintenance. Certified only in a sales name, not in reality. But things are looking up the manager is attempting to at least do the repairs, not the fuel filter changes, and oil changes. I purchased the car on Tuesday, and only had it 2 days and its been in the shop 6 days and counting. Ill improve the rating once things get sorted. This should have been a good experience.update 6/23/22. I met with the manager and they did not resolve any of my concerns. Their response is to give the appearance of customer concern. AutoNation during their certification process never did complete mandatory service on the truck as spelled in the manual, fuel filter life was at 9%, DEF was empty, no air filter, and lack of fluid changes. Worse of all they wouldnt even provide a front license plate bracket, so I had to purchase one from the RAM dealer for $36 to mount my license plate. The trucks front bracket was mysteriously missing when I purchased. Overall I had to spend $1350 for an oil change, diesel fuel filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter, front and rear diff change (required at this milage), and transmission fluid change. Then another $500 to replace the missing keys, and $36 for my front license plate. Certified pre-owned is really a marketing gimmick than real service from AutoNation. In the end, the sale was slow, things were not fixed, and maintenance was not done on a certified pre-owned. Buy beware, that certified does not mean maintenance has been done.
When friday to purchase my lease RDX and my sales person Hillary sold me the car. I got one payment left and it was included in the total of my new loan, however today Acura lease draft my last payment.Also the finance Manager was verry pushy and told me that he similar to mine and the new technology that turn off the car is not good for the car sow i need to get extended warranty ,like my car but not Auto Nation,bad experiece.
Salesman Matt and his manager Roger are a terrific team. They helped my wife and I purchase a 2020 MDX and we could not be happier with our purchase. They were patient and the entire team there were really welcoming and patient with our toddlers running around the place. My son even got a die cast car to keep. Awesome experience.Update 05/26 - Went in for routine maintenance on the above mentioned vehicle. Service department provided exceptional service. I was greeted promptly and given a seat at a desk. My normal service advisor was busy but another gentleman checked me in so I wouldn’t have to wait. Although they the seemed extremely busy, my service job was completely in a timely manner. The advisor came back and reviewed the multi point inspection with me and go me out quickly. For a dealership and service department, this location definitely knows how to treat customers. Very satisfied.

By far, this was the worst experience Ive ever had at any dealership. They sold me a car they cannot even pass their inspection and they wont give me my license plate. Mr Steven Cook told me its not the responsibility for them to pass my state inspection although I paid for tax title and license. As a United States veteran I feel so insulted
I was very disappointed when i was in the process of buying a vehicle they sold it from underneath me. The salesman was very forward in saying that as soon as i signed the sales menu it would be reserved. I signed it and he said that they would call me in a few hours for purchasing. After that they stopped responding and didnt message me back until the car was sold.Not very happy with the lack of communication.
My place to go when taking care of my high mileage Acura. My car was actually bought new at this place and I stay with regular oil, brake fluid and transmission changes. This place has necessary expertise and equipment to test my car including quite software. Every time after simple service such as oil change my car runs smoother and quieter. In my last visit they seemed to fix my recurring message (for the last 3 months) about low battery charge even I spent hundreds on diagnosis. They didnt charge me but they fixed it! Pricewise they are competitive and you can always take advantage of existing coupons that are available on their website. I usually wait on site enjoying great coffee and the company of newest cars and when car is ready, it is usually washed and vacuumed.Update several visits later: Acura stays on top of service offered and they added cool feature for mechanical inspection; they record video from inspection and send you a link. I was actually able to see condition of my brake pads, filters and other sent in separate short films. Most importantly, I do notice my car driving better after each service performed. Keep up good work Acura Gulf Freeway!
We recently leased a 2019 ILX A-Spec Edition from Autonation Acura Gulf Freeway. Our salesman Matthew was awesome. He was very professional, polite, and patient. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Sales and Finance managers Connor, Ronnie, and Dustin were all super laid back, respectful and made sure that we got everything we needed. We feel great about the deal we made here, and look forward to doing business with this team in the future. Could not have asked for a better car buying/leasing experience. If I could give more than five stars here I would. First class all around!
We were looking to buy a pre-owned car for our daughter. We wanted a reliable, mid-size 4 door car with mileage preferably under 100k. I conatced AutoNation Acura and Mark Capel was the salesman that I reached. Mark was very nice on the phone. He gave us details of the car he had in their pre-owned inventory. I asked about having any Altimas. We set an appt to go see Mark th next day, Mark called to follow-up and we were on our way. The Nissan Altima we liked had already been sold, but we were determined to find a car so I asked Mark what else do you have in stock? He brought up an Acura TL. That car was awesome. Mark and the whole team at AutoNation Acura were all so professional and pleasant. The car was price well. They truly made the car buying experience easy. Dustin in finance was great. He had our paperwork prepared and explained every page were needed to sign. This had to be the best car buying. I would highly recommended AutoNation Acura and GO SEE MARK CAPEL!
Had one of the most pleasant car buying experience ever here. They offered a great price even at a time like this when the car market is crazy. Im the type that loves to haggle. But They offer a no haggle price and it was definitely the best price in the Houston area. Maybe even in the country. I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Acura in League City. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (2022 RDX A-Spec with Advance package in silver and black). Although they didn’t initially have my vehicle on the lot, they called me the day the vehicle arrived at the dealership and I closed on it the next day. Nurun and Connor took great care of me, and I was able to wrap up all the paperwork within an hour, and that included trading my vehicle. I plan on holding on to my RDX for a while, but when it’s time for my next Acura, AutoNation Acura will be my first and only stop.P.S. The 2022 RDX A-Spec with Advance is an amazing vehicle and fun to drive.
Tripp at AutoNation Acura was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated his no-pressure style and Tripp focused on educating rather than selling me. He was very clear about discovering what my needs were for a vehicle and then he went above and beyond to find a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. I had the vehicle I needed the very next day and was driving off the lot later that evening. It is extremely rare to be able to say purchasing a used car was a pleasant experience, but this certainly was!
Needed a new car, was looking at so many cars and visited so many dealership. My last stop was Acura gulf freeway. While I posted a somewhat poor review regarding a service issue I had on our 2019 MDX, upon more reflection it was not a good day for me. Our experiences subsequent to that service visit have been nothing but exemplary. We recently purchased our third MDX from Autonation Acura and a large part of the reason is their service department. Our service writer, Bud is always prompt, coming out to greet us before we have even gotten out of the car. He is unfailing polite and informative regarding our scheduled service appointment. We are moving from the area to the Texas Hill Country and can only hope the level of care we have experienced over the last 13+ years can be found in the San Antonio area. Thanks again to Bud and the service department and the entire Autonation staff for providing us with good experiences through the years. We would recommend the dealership without reservation.
Great salesperson but underwhelming “delivery” of vehicle. We drove all the way in from Austin and felt it was worthwhile because they had the best selection of pre-owned vehicles and Hillary our salesperson was awesome to work with - I had been texting her about other cars and then she texted me when my dream car came in as a trade - a 2 year old RDX in my first choice color and trim with extremely low miles and certified preowned. I actually came in and did the sale before the car was out of service. When we needed to come back and get the car though, my salesperson was out of town (she had told me this would be the case) and nobody at the dealership called us to say it was ready, the handover was basically “here’s the keys”. No explanation of technology or Apple CarPlay, no help setting up the Acura link, the different seat settings for driver 1/2, etc. I like to think had my salesperson been there she would have explained it all - she’s incredibly thorough, but just thought it was kind of poor taste by the dealership in general to seemingly not care at all once the sales papers were signed. Maybe because it was CPO instead of a new car sale?
I had a lot of experience with almost all the dealerships in clear lake area. Acura AutoNation was a great experience. They are very professional. My car battery was not holding charges as I have to jump start it every other day. I went in and spoke with Matthew, my Service Advisor. He listened to my concerns. He said he will have his technicians take a look at it and will tell me what needs to be done. Well he came back and said since my car is only over two years, it still cover under warranty and that they will replace it free of charge. This is the transparency that make great business. Love it. I will definitely go there again to get my car service. Acura stand by their products. Highly recommend it.
Great smooth experience. Make sure you ask for Mark Capel. He was the salesman that helped me with my vehicle purchase/trade-in. Very nice and welcoming staff, drove down from Spring, TX with my kiddos. Before getting in contact with Mark at Auto nation, I’ve gotten the run around from other salesmen at other dealerships, due to my current situation being far less than perfect. Communication was great! Deal was done on a beautiful Volvo XC90. Would definitely recommend vehicle purchase from this location, and also from Mark. Thanks!!! 😀
Had a really great experience right from car viewing to purchase. The staff is really friendly and there is no sales pressure whatsoever. Fredrick from the sales has been so wonderfully helpful and all the way to the GM! They do recommend protection plans with attention to detail descriptions and provide comparisons. Tory, the finance manager was in particular very detailed in explaining the options and providing recommendations. I am so glad that I did get it as I had a road hazard situation with in 2 weeks of purchase. Lucky enough everything was covered and paid for without any questions asked. It was a swift process and I was very happy with the customer service. Keep up the good work!
I bought my 2019 Acura TLX used from another dealership. I took it to AutoNation Acura to have some small concerns of mine checked out. From the moment I walked into the service department the customer service was top notch! Even though I didnt technically buy from them they treated me like I was number one priority from the gentleman that helped me before my advisor was ready, to the man who holds the door open for you. Good dealership even better salesperson. Just leased a MDX and cant say enough about our excellent salesperson Fred Brown. Fred was patient, knowledgeable and was able to put up with a difficult buyer (me). The people at the dealership we dealt with we kind but Fred stood out. Came here for an oil change and checking if the air filter needs to be replaced based on the recommended schedule. After they inspected the filter, I was told that the filter was still fine, just needed an air pressure cleaning and they did it without charge. The oil change with inspection on safety critical parts and car washing, plus the cozy up scale waiting area with provided snacks and drinks made me feel very comfortable here. Very happy with the services personnel and the check out clerk, a highly recommended car service location.

Went all around the League City/Webster/Dickinson area looking for a small suv and I had no idea what I wanted. After visiting multiple places I really liked acura. Their customer service was far better than anywhere else. I enjoyed working with Mark. I felt like he was very honest and not at all pushy. He even followed up after the purchase to see if I had any questions. Would highly recommend!
Scheduled and took wifes 2018 RDX for oil change. Drove over 50 miles each way. Scheduled as a waiter. Was waiting over 2 plus hours. Oil change and tire rotation and inspection. Bud, took care of me and was the service advisor. I got to Autonation Acura at 1105 for my appointment at 1130. Bud checked in my car. I did not get my car back until around 1420. Bud went to lunch and did not give my keys to any other service advisor. I finally had to ask where my car was and have Josie the cashier find my car. Very disappointing.
We purchased a TLX from AutoNation Acura this week. The service was excellent. Matt was very professional and comprehensive in his explanation of the car’s many features. Moreover, he listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly. He also quickly responded to our email inquiries. Tory assisted us in the Business Office. She was a pleasure to work with and displayed a full understanding of the financial side of the transaction. Both Matt and Tori are great assets to the AutoNation team.
This review is speaking solely about customer service. I acknowledge that due to the pandemic and chip shortages that delivery times on parts are taking a long time. That being said it is entirely unacceptable for me to be left in the lurch for over a month on a part that was part of the we will fix within 30 days guarantee. I have emailed and called on multiple occasions (always a week apart on each contact) and have been given 0 updates. If you expect good customer service when buying a vehicle search elsewhere. I get the pandemic is happening but keeping customers in the know is the least you can do.
I live out in Atlanta and decided to buy a car out here because AutoNation Acura had the specific one I was looking for. I got to work with Nurun and Tory over the phone and through email. Overall, it went great and smooth.They had to send documentation for me to sign at another Autonation (Ford in Marrietta) dealership here in Atlanta and it wasnt the greatest experience. But thats not on Nurun or Tory.Please consider using docusign for other people looking to purchase online. That way it cuts down on wait time for papers to be delivered and folks dont have to deal with a dealership that gets upset the car wasnt bought from them and they have to do some work.

I had the most positive experience here! Hilary walked us through our needs and offered the best options. She was extremely pleasant, courteous, and friendly to speak to. I liked that they didn’t pressure us into buying and truly wanted to help us make the right choice. Roger was the manager available when we went and he was kind enough to offer us an extension test period. Not only that, both Hilary and Roger tried their best to meet us in the middle on the pricing and gave us the BEST offer. I typically have high customer service expectations, which simply amounts to what they all normally advertise should be expected. However in my experience, this usually not the case. I was surprised at the service I received at AutoNation Acura, especially since I had not purchased my vehicle there. I felt as if I were the only customer they had and each one of the service managers were willing to help any time I called, they didnt just punt me to my rep that wasnt available ending up in leaving a voicemail that isnt returned (what Im used to). They exceeded my expectations, their communication and updates were timely and made all the difference in the world. Ill be returning there for any of my future Acura needs. By the way Dont buy your car from Vroom! Unless you enjoy repeated disappointment.
I have been an AutoNation Acura customer for over 3 years. I have bought my last two Acura RDXs from them as they have an excellent sales department and their service is top notch. I always bring my vehicles in for service. Bud and his associates always treat me with kindness and respect and their service is second to none.
MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU ABOUT THE 5 DAY RULEI came to AutoNation Acura in league city to get another car after a bad accident totaled out my vehicle. I didnt get approved the day I signed or so they told me, they held the car for 5 days. I had the car 24 hrs and returned it because it wasnt to my liking. Acura is now telling me the 2019 RDX that I returned is the vehicle I have to keep. I dont know what is wrong with this company. I will never do business here ever again. MANAGERS OF ACURA ARE SO RUDE. All this started last month and this company is still try to haggle me...never again will I do business here.

I purchased a 2021 Acura RDX on 9/18 from Auto Nation Acura. By far one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. The negotiation was fair, the finance work was smooth. The staff reviewed all they offered and decision was left to me to make those adding so purchase, there was no push or haggle from them to buy anything extra. Hillary was my sales rep, she was very detailed on her overview about the vehicle, safety, paperwork and everything else. The GM himself came and had a chat with us which was nice. I made an appointment to get an inspection on my car. They did the inspection in about 30 minutes and I got back to a clean car. They actually washed my car while doing the inspection. Without any request or anything, it was just done.Great customer service and if I needed a vehicle, I would go here first.
I am very dissatisfied. Everything was great until something went wrong and I needed help from them. They would not listen to my problem said there was nothing wrong even though it was breaking down. I ended up having to go to a different dealership to figure the problem out. The point of having a relationship with a dealership is so they take care of you…. If they don’t there is no reason to stay their customer.
We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new (to us) 2017 Honda Pilot this week. Their prices and trade in offer were fantastic. Our finance manager, Caleb, was warm, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and very fast with the mountain of paperwork that comes with any car purchase. Tripp helped me with a used Honda Odyssey that had a dead battery he didn’t discover until I was on my way to look. By the time I arrived they had replaced the alternator and fixed the issue. During the test drive he noticed the transmission had a stutter, so they flushed it and also fixed that. The honesty meant a lot to me and it didn’t feel like they were trying to hide issues just to sell the car. Very positive experience and would recommend!

Had battery problem, thought it was the alternator. Customer Service Rep Matthew Danner was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the technical details. Got an appointment. Battery was replaced under warranty. Work done in the expected time frame. No surprise except a pleasant one; was not aware that the service included a car wash.
Buying a car from Autonation Acura was very easy. Just about everything was able to be done via email and on the phone. I was given a great price initially so there was no haggling. This is my first Acura and my first lease, so far the experience has been great. My salesman was wonderful and had my car ready when I got to the dealership. I wanted weather tech mats and they had those in stock and installed them for me. The dealership was clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. I am so happy I called and chose this dealership to purchase my Acura. I highly recommend them.

The whole staff is awesome! I wanted this to be a fast and easy process, at some dealerships, you spend countless hours doing paper work and talking. I wanted to cut to the chase and make a car deal, and they gave me just that. Anthony the fiance manager, made me feel comfortable with what I was getting myself into. Hilary also did a great job providing us with details about the car and what we were working with. Tory, another fiance manager also broke down what we needed to do to get us in the car we wanted. Good experience with the service department. Matthew helped with everything, and he was nice, knowledgeable and easy to communicate. The only problem I had was they only offered a small sedan (ILX) as a loaner while my MDX was being fixed. It would be better if they could offer a same size car as a loaner.
Stopped by because I seen a car I wanted to look at and was immediately greated. Charles asked me what I wanted and after I gave him the run down, he endulged me like a long time valued customer. I was not pressure by any of their staff at all, and to be honest Charles and his sales manager was extremely accommodating even though I told them that I was only llooking. Even more so, Charles has been one of the best car salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and if you have looked at my other reviews, you will see that I dont mind calling out horrible salesmen, but this guy was awesome. Definitely a five star experience. I will be buying my next car from here, and I will make sure to go straight to Charles when I do decide to buy...

I wasnt really in the market for a new car but after recently test driving a Range Rover Sport, I was able to find out how much my 2016 VW Passat was worth. Because of the chip shortages & new/used car mark ups happening across the industry...I received a surprisingly great deal for my trade in. After visiting a few dealerships in my area....(including another Acura dealership which I will not name becuz their service was TERRIBLE!!)....no one was willing to work with me as I was paying cash for my car. I was debating on the BMW X3 & the Acura RDX. I absolutely loved the interior of the X3 but wasnt a big fan of the body style. I loved the interior & exterior of the RDX I test drove at the other Acura dealership but was completely turned off by the hustle tactics they were attempting & when I called them on it, they acted like I was the incompetent one. That said because of that experience, I almost gave up on Acura & purchased the X3. I decided to do a little bit more research with comparing the RDX & the X3.Then I found the AutoNation on Gulf Freeway and looked up their inventory. I gave them a call and spoke to Nurun who was very accomadating from beginning to end. I asked a few questions about a couple of cars they had on their website and he called me right back with the answers I needed. I scheduled a test drive with him and when I pulled up, they had a reserved Welcome sign in their VIP section when I arrived. VIP was only a little parking area on the side of the building, lol, but I still felt like a Very Important Person!! Nurun was VERY knowledgeable about the RDX. I asked him all kinds of questions and he had the answers. The questions he was unclear on, he found the answers for me. I wouldve never guessed that he was only 2 weeks on the job had he not told me. I was impressed. After the test drive, I cut straight to the chase. I was not interested in wasting any time on haggling or going thru the entire car sales game. I was fully prepared to walk out of there like I did the other Acura dealership had I received 1 sign of those tactics. I must admit that during the negotiation process, I think I gave Nurun more of the back & forth with the questions I asked and the price I was willing to pay. HE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME!! Needless to say, I was able to get very close to my asking price and he walked me thru all of my new bells & whistles and helped me set everything up in the vehicle before I drove off the lot with my Brand New 2021 Acura RDX!!! Oh I failed to mention that the car I purchased here was The Exact Same Car, Color, Rims, Interior, Exterior, etc as the other Acura dealership, haha. I am so glad I decided to give Acura another chance and that my instincts lead me to Nurun & AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway. My experience since the purchase has been very considerate as they have checked on my by email or phone call about every other day. Bought a 2020 Acura RDX for my wife a few weeks ago from Fredrick, by far hands down, the best experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle over the last 18 years! I have very simple rules I follow when buying a vehicle that I keep to myself, if any of those rules are broken by the dealership, its 1 strike (3 strikes you are out). My wife and I arrived to the dealership after we found out her vehicle was totaled by our insurance. We started looking at some vehicles and was greeted by Fredrick. He showed us what we wanted to see and we explained to him we were just looking because we were waiting on final paperwork from insurance. Not once did he ask us about price, monthly payment, and credit /financing (HUGE PLUS)! Never did he try to run our credit or ask any questions about Money! He let us choose what WE wanted. A week later when we got everything settled with the insurance, we scheduled a time to come in, and we drove out with an even better vehicle (in our opinion) at an even better price! Great place to shop for vehicles, amazing support staff, and the Best Salesman. Every step was smooth sailing and we are very satisfied with our purchases!

This was hands down the best car buying experience. From first contact through finance and to taking possession. I cant recommend Tripp and Ronnie highly enough. Tripp was super knowledgeable about the vehicle, its features and took the time to walk me through them. He was up front with what he could and couldnt do (I bought a limited edition) and worked to make the process seamless. Ronnie in financing was super nice and did not try any high pressure sales tactics. Both Tripp and Ronnie approached our transaction with knowledge and education which was much appreciated. I would gladly make the drive to purchase a car from them again!
This location does my routine servicing for my 2015 MDX. Servicing is always performed quite quickly, so I simply wait at the location until the work is done. They assign a service manager to manage the work and to keep me informed as they go. He describes what they find and discusses suggested responses, such as replacing a dirty air filter. Once they found a failing strut; they took me into the shop to personally view the problem and arranged for replacement of the strut. My car operates perfectly and reliably, and I appreciate the diligent and friendly care that they provide.
I generally work with bud, my service advisor for the last 7+ years. My Acura TSX has 150K miles and runs like new and that is partly due to excellent service throughout out from the Auto nation Acura. Routine service costs are good, but other fixes are typical dealer level charges but work is excellent, so I am satisfied. I found that they will stand behind their work.. once I had concerns with brake pad change they immediately fixed it to my satisfaction no questions asked. they matched the advertised prices for OEM tires and hazard warranty is outstanding.. I have been through 2 tires changes with them so far... if it is not for the excellent product and service, I would have ended selling and ending up with a new car (even more expensive I suspect) at least once, if not more...
I went into this Autonation store and was serviced superbly. When I initially called to inquire about a vehicle I talked to the general store manager who handles business with a swiftness. Then I worked with Husain who was an amazing car sales man and pushed the deal through with promptness. I bought a used infinity q50 and I couldnt be happier with the quality and performance of the car. It also helps to come in there extremely prepared (Get a prequalified offer, make sure you have money down IF needed, know what cars you want and dont be persuaded from such if thats what you have your mind set on). My only feedback is the car was not detailed with care and good quality smelling soap or conditioner of any sort. It has stench as the mats were still wet and smelled like mildew and other unpleasant smells. The windows had not been wiped down and had water spots. When I buy a car I want if whistle clean, used or NOT. I am hoping they can make this right! Other than such I would come back again. Beware of the Autonation on 8526 North FWY terrible service and had the audacity to not take me seriously. Well I took my great credit score and business elsewhere. Goodbye!

Just before ending the year 2020, I find myself back with Acura looking at an MDX. I still get the excellent service. Matt was very patient and knowledgeable about all the new features. Amazing value, Awesome service!We live on the other side of town but when we saw the great prices at the Gulf Freeway location, we figured it was worth the drive to check it out. Man are we glad we did! Matt, our sales guy, had everything ready to go for us. It was as close to a concierge service as Ive ever had in a car-buying experience! Caleb, our finance guy, made the process so fast and smooth that I was shocked at how fast we were done! They also managed to beat the crazy low rate we had pre-approved through our previous lender. Im a little jealous that my husband got such a nice car with such an easy process...But we will definitely be coming back when its time for my next car!

By far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. First, the vehicle pricing was great but the staff made the experience quick and painless. I know nobody ever thinks of a fast experience with purchasing a car but I mean that in a good way...not a “hurry up and sign” way. There was no waiting around for forever and not knowing what was going on or any hardcore sales tactics. They have a good product and at great prices. After more than six months of researching and looking for a vehicle to purchase for our son in college, Cedric, our sales rep was extremely helpful with answering and adding our needs and concerns, including the entire service technicians team, lead by Toby responsible for my sons car.When my wife and I took the new purchase pre-owned Nissan Maxima, just purchased to a local Nissan dealer for a courtesy inspection and certify warranty, it was found that the lights appeared dim and break fluid was darker than recommended. I had gone to another Acura dealer closer to home but the salesman there was rude and unhelpful whereas at AutoNation, Caleb was patient, friendly, and took his time explaining all the features of the car. Even in our initial emails, he was very responsive, helpful, and informative. Dustin in financing was also wonderful and Connor the manager took the time to meet with us too. This was my second Acura MDX purchase, but my first from AutoNation. I wish I found them sooner because no other dealership will compare now. Conner, sales manager, assisted via email prior to my trip to the dealership. He offered a more than fair price for their vehicle as well as mine allowing me to skip the need to negotiate back and forth. He was able to give me financing scenarios without pushing me towards a credit application. I appreciated all of his time invested before I even walked in the door. Dustin, sales, was incredibly patient and informative. He answered every question I had without once making me feel inferior or pushing me towards purchasing more than I wanted or needed. He went above and beyond and moved everything from my previous car to my new car in 100 degree weather. I could not have asked for a better sales experience. Ronald, financing, was the most pleasant finance person I have encountered. He was informative, but never made me feel pushed or pressured towards additional services to protect my investment and give me peace of mind. Based on my own experiences at other dealerships, Autonation Acura’s customer service can’t be beat from Houston to Louisiana.

2022-01-15By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Christian the sales person was honest, patient and up front with me through the entire buying process. I purchased a jeep and decided I wanted another jeep from a different store. Christian and the general manager took care of me no questions asked. Awesome people that actually care about customer satisfaction. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The best!

Husain was fantastic, they gave me a decent price on my trade in and worked with me on getting where I needed to be on my monthly payment. And when it came time to sign it was quick and easy and they didn’t try to tack on any extra fees or expenses. I would definitely recommend Autonation Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new Acura!I love my new ILX! It even came in early!

2022-07-12Will never attempt business here again or at another AutoNation since they all supposedly have the same black and white rules. Was trying to purchase a vehicle and was going to pay the full pay off price. My bank only allows $10k on the debit card per day and I had no checks. They would not budge and take even that to make sure we could purchase this vehicle. Okay fine, we go to leave with intent on coming back next morning with check and my son goes to get in his truck and they had broken the side panel on the drivers side. When he went in to tell them the manager stood up and said very quickly that it was like that when he drove it in. There was no, what piece? Where? Can I look at it. Just wow! Ive never been to a car dealership first that would not take money down and then to not tell us they messed his truck up! Unacceptable. The only good thing and I dont know his name, was our car salesman we were dealing with initially. He was very good and helpful but obvious his hands were tied.So disappointed.

2021-12-10My sale rep Charles was great and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. We love our new MDX! Acura has stepped up their game with all of their vehicles. When it is time to replace my other car I will be highly considering the new Acura TLX Type S and would visit AutoNation Acura due to their upfront honesty and straight to the point deal without the need to play games to make a deal happen.

2022-01-07By far the best car buying experience I have had. The sales associate was friendly and helpful without being pushy and aggressive. Be was knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was a used vehicle that was different than their primarily make if vehicle. Even after the purchase he was able to help with an issue my purchased vehicle was having. I really expected to be told “good luck” since I purchased an “as is” vehicle but they took care of me anyway. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start with the Autonation team.

2022-02-11I knew what I wanted when I walked in to Acura AutoNation. But the fact that Frederick Brown still took his time to explain to me how my new Acura worked was amazing. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there making the purchase. Would definitely recommend to a friend looking to buy a new vehicle. Ive worked for the brand and can honestly say I would most definitely purchase an Acura again in the future!

2022-05-23I had to purchase a new vehicle because mine was hit by someone and totaled otherwise I wouldn’t be buying at this time.I’ve been a lifelong fan of Honda, owned 7, and was super excited to be able to upgrade to Acura. In this market, inventory is low so not much to choose from. Salesman was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, I realized this wasn’t the car for me.I called immediately and was told nothing they could do but trade it in and I’d now take a $6 thousand dollar loss. I understand losing value when taking it off the lot but that seemed excessive. I called back trying to work something out. I went in person to look at different cars. Nothing. Not even a call back. I suppose because they can sell cars so easily and quickly now, why bother with someone who has already made the purchase.They’ve taken a super fan of the brand and made it to where I do not want to buy another one. Any maintenance will be done at another dealership.I will trade this car in as soon as it’s not such an economical loss to me. It will not be at that dealership and it will not be to get another Acura.

2022-04-17Best, easiest deal ever!I called the dealer 15 minutes before closing time while I was busy at work, Hilary Hart told me the used Expedition was still available in less than a minute. I was driving from Conroe so I wanted to be sure it was there. The next morning-checked it out & couldnt find anything wrong with it, it looked almost brand new with 115k miles, did have some minor paint work on it but it was excellent quality & not unexpected for a used car like this. Test drove it with Charles Christiansen, ran/drove like new. We had already looked at 2 others before & this one was far better than the others. Did the deal with Woody in finance without the dreaded dealer finance baloney, probably 30-40 minutes. The drive back to Conroe was fine & weve been driving it ever since, we expect to put well over 200k miles on it.Charles was very professional, friendly & didnt waste our time. Didnt get the chance to meet Hillary, she was nice & quick on the phone & they both texted us to follow up afterwards-we appreciated that. After looking for the right used Expedition for a few days before & dealing with plenty of used car slim balls, they were a pleasure to work with. Thanks a million!

2022-03-01I had a pleasant experience with Autonation/Acura dealership in League City. The sales person and the managers were honest and forth coming. The trade-in value was fair and the service department did an outstanding job inspecting the used vehicle and preparing for retail sales. The 5 day money back guarantee is really good with the used cars. Hilary Hart, the saleswoman was good at follow up and communication. Ask for her next time you in the market for a good used car

Yesterday, we drove in with a tire issue - no appointment - and the service was excellent and quick.
