This place is terrific. I just moved to Texas from Virginia and called the Jaguar dealership in Dallas to service my car. They declined saying my 2007 Vonden Plas was too old for them to service. They referred me to Autoscope. What a wonderful experience. These people are friendly, competent and professional. They diagnosed my problem, inspected my vehicle and delivered it back to me. They even washed it and had it looking like new.I would refer them to anyone needing help.
Hans at Autoscope was incredibly helpful. First time maintenance here and they not only did what I went in for (oil change, alignment) but they also conducted a thorough inspection of certain areas Id asked about and provided me with a wealth of information. The service and overall experience was worth the european-car repair price.
I have a 2020 Range Rover and came here for an alignment and to have my cabin air filter change. They delivered amazing service and even found out that something was wrong with suspension. Great pricing and great service. Can’t go wrong with this place if you have a foreign car
May not have the names completely correct but spoke to Ron over the phone, told him I just purchased a e46 M3 and and wanted the car fully looked over good and he told me thats normally a ppi thats around 350 to 400 but since I already bought the car they would do me a favor and do a full inspection for 150 diagnostic fee and I scheduled a appointment. Came in and Ron was busy on the phone so hanz was helping me and told me the 150 is just a look over for leaks and not really a full inspection. Told him about my discussion and he said Ron would call me after he was free and never did. Basically wasted a trip out there with my wife and kid so they could drive me back. Never got a call back either.Im sure the work they do is great but this was not a good first impression, they couldnt quote any cost without me paying the 150 even If I asked for specific work.
For example - Autoscope replaced my battery for a charged of $513.11 ……when I checked the local oil/lube shop - the same battery replacement cost was $189! My total invoice was $3,143.49 (replaced value cover seals - which were not leaking) Replaced front thrust arms! I can’t imagine that they needed replacing considering the car was bought new in 2005 from Park Place Mercedes (2005 CLK55AMG convertible with 23,000+ Miles). My son had been driving the car for a couple of weeks and said “Dad …..the battery might need replacing and took the car to Autoscope - asked them to check the battery - do the State Inspection ($51) and check out the TSI notification. When I went to pick it up I had a $3143 bill!! And a broken center console - that they claimed was broken. I took it over to Mercedes and they fixed the Console.
You see these reviews?!!! Hurry up and just go! I promise you will NOT be disappointed I have never had more professional and thorough customer care ANYWHERE. I just moved to Dallas weeks ago and my car just died on the freeway. I didnt have a clue where to take my car. So I googled and found top notch reviews, and decided to just give them a go!! Robert is the best, they dont make service reps like him no more!!! thank you guys for everything!!.
Robert is the best. He is personable, intelligent and professional. He makes having your repairs/services less of a headache and makes sure that you understand what is going on with your car. (Even if you aren’t auto savvy) I recommend this shop and Robert to anyone! They are honest, timely and do immaculate work. I have a few friends that come to see him at Autoscope due to their excellence and reliability. Again, this shop is 10 out of 10. You won’t regret leaving your car in their care!
I came to AutoScope after a terrible experience getting my oil changed at a subpar shop. Long story short, the bad oil change resulted in epic damage that nearly blew my engine in my Porsche Cayenne. I’m visiting from out of town on business and was in a bind…and AutoScope took me in same-day, figured out why my car was on the edge of certain death, fixed it, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me get the other shop pay for the damages in full. They had my car ready for me the next day and I could not be more thankful for Rod and the AutoScope team for their wonderful help. In my case, they were more than an auto shop, but a partner in helping me get what’s right from the other shop that screwed up SO badly. Good people, they did great work, and they did it fast. What more could you ask for?! Thank you AutoScope….if I ever find myself in Dallas with car problems, you’re my first call.
Autoscope has an extremely high level of customer service. The process is so automated and smooth. The quality of their work is superior. I have yet to have any major problems with my BMW M5 since they have been regularly servicing it. They also detail the car before you pick it up.
Patrick with Autoscope went above and beyond to help me with my Rolls Royce Phantom. It would not crank after filling up with gas so I called the roadside assistance for Rolls Royce. That number disconnected and no after hours number for the Rolls dealership in Dallas. Patrick stayed on the phone with me until a tow truck was secured AND gave me his cell number in case of any issues. I left the automobile for repairs abs returned to Dallas at Thanksgiving to pick it up. They were closed the day after Thanksgiving but Patrick arraigned for someone to meet me and let me pick up the car. This is customer service you just dont see any longer. Would DEFINETLY recommend them for any foreign car repairs.Allen Sullivan
Excellent past experiences not withstanding I was not pleased with my recent experience with Autoscope Park Cities. Our vehicles issue was apparently mis-diagnosed thus our 2009 Range Rover HSE remains without heat in spite of our out of pocket expense for services rendered including a diagnosis fee. Our efforts to reach a resolution have thus far fallen on deaf ears.
We have been bringing our Porsche here for a few years. Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. After he left, things have changed. We had an over $1500 job done that was warrantied. Despite this, we were stranded hundreds of miles away from Dallas, and had the Porsche dealership assist us with our needs in a different city. I contacted autoscope about the issue and asked them about their warranty, which I understood to be two years. I was told on the phone initially, it would be 3 years and that somebody would contact me regarding the problem. This never happened. Management knows exactly about the phone call I am referring to above, and will never address or warranty any of the work that they do. Dont believe it. Well be taking our vehicle(s) to other PCA recommended mechanics. And no, this is not foul play from a competitor, but rather a true review from a multi-year Porsche club of America member, and track day aficionado..
Awesome experience at Autoscope as we had our 2016 Range Rover in for its annual service. As always, we were able to schedule a timely appointment and Robert expertly worked with us to define the services to be done. Robert kept us up to date on the progress of the work and also quoted us replacement of our front brakes at a cost almost 40% less than dealer pricing. We could not be happier with our experience with Robert and Autoscope, like dealing with family who know us and care about us!
I had them inspect my old Mercedes to find what work needed to be done. They were thorough and professional and provided images and estimates for all the relevant work. I also received a follow up email from the manager (owner?) of the shop to make sure I was satisfied with the work (inspection) done.
My wife has utlized Autoscope for years without issue and I had a nice experience when replacing my spark plugs, brakes, etc on a recent visit after she recommended their services. However, my last appointment was far less than desirable. I dropped my car off for undercarriage repair after a rain and was informed at drop off it would take 1-2 days for repair. Due to this information I did not obtain a rental for work; planning to use my wifes vehicle. After a few days of no communication or updates, I called leaving messages (daily) regarding the status and never had a phone call back or any other communication. While I understand the potential for delays the issues should have been communicated to me; especially given my desire to be kept in the loop. Eventually after the 4th/5th phone call, I was informed of the delays at a week out. I wasnt going to review this and was just choosing to take my business directly back to the dealership but when the company sends a response to fill out a review I figured I would oblige so others can be aware of a complete lack of communciation and follow-up.I will say the work has always been done well, i just would have appreciate a commitment to my time and inquiries.(My name is Scott, not Matt)
We have been taking our vehicles to this family owned business (Plano Location) for over 10 years. It is always a pleasure doing business with an owner and employees that care about quality work and an honest business relationship with their clients. I have used Autoscope for projects ranging from the addition of Dinan high performance parts to everyday scheduled maintenance. They speak to you about your service needs at your level of understanding and can become as technical as you require. Their technicians are very knowledgeable about the products they service. I would always prefer taking my vehicles to Autoscope.
I never met the technicians but I do know they took excellent care of my car’s timing chain replacement. Identified other concerns while completing the repair and addressed them.Robert and Mark kept me informed every step of the way.I’m not sure if Robert and Mark are as friendly with me as with everyone else, but I’d have to say that the one on one personal experience makes me feel welcomed and at home. Like I have a friend that’s also a mechanic!
I have known Pat for several years. He has a lot of knowledge on high end imports as well as high end American cars. My wife drives a 5 series BMW and he also takes care of my c7-Z06. Pat has decades of knowledge with the car industry. You can feel great about taking your vehicles to him as he services my Z06 and our BMW that my wife drives. There staff is absolutely fantastic to deal with. I only have praises for Pat and his staff.
(Updated) A coworker told me about this place a while ago. I added it to my Notes tab in my phone and went on with life. 2 years later (2020), I was told by the Audi dealership that I needed a new fuel pump. After learning of this news, I went back to my Notes tab and contacted Autoscope. They did their own diagnostic and confirmed. The customer service was impeccable the very first call. This service remained throughout the entire process from making the appointment, to dropping my car off to picking it up. Robert and the receptionist are great! Dealing with Autoscope Dallas instead of the Audi dealership also saved me $300.HOWEVER, my car shut off and would not start exactly one week after auto scope supposedly fixed the problem that was causing this exact issue. So unfortunately I have to go back to Autoscope.I texted Robert the night my car shut off and he called first thing the next morning, before the shop even opened. He offered to have my car towed in and took care of it immediately. Also offered access to the conference room so I could work and lunch. Top notch service.
All my experiences with Autoscope have been nothing but the best ! The communication , the work , and their truthfulness . They are good at telling you how it is and not giving u fairy tail stories to get money out of you like my past experiences ! I’ve actually taking my car to Mercedes then to Autoscope to learn what they told me i needed at Mercedes was a lie ! You wouldn’t be disappointed with Autoscope highly recommended . My recent visit with Robert was exceptional! He is awesome ! He took the time to speak with my father about my car and discuss any details we didn’t understand! Thank you Robert !
My check engine light came on in my Audi so I took it to Firestone and they let me know that Audi cars are difficult to diagnose and it takes them longer to find the problem. I then took it to Audi and they just told me what part I needed and the cost. That’s it. I did a quick Google search and read the reviews for Autoscope. I called and spoke with Robert. Omg, he was amazing. He gave me so much detail and information over the phone that I drove my car immediately after leaving Audi straight to him. His technicians looked at my car and called me with detail information about what was going on. He taught me something new that I didn’t know about my own car. He was patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely bring my Audi back to him. Oh yea and his price was lower than what Audi quoted. Thank you Autoscope.
AUTOSCOPE European Auto care was awesome , a bit more expensive than the regular dealership I go to normally ,although much more attentive . Super nice and clean service center , nice waiting area& conference room if needed, I will return definitely. Sincere thanks, Curtis O
Brian & Doyle are WONDERFUL. Took my E350 in with some concerns over the brake system. Turns out it was aged tires which were replaced the day before. Checked the entire suspension and braking system and after finding no faults and the car in perfect working order they came back and gave it a clean bill of health when they COULD have had me on the hook for a substantial amount of money. Let’s be honest, finding a shop these days that does decent work is hard to do. Finding a GREAT AND HONEST shop that you don’t have to worry about being taken advantage is usually a once in a lifetime thing. Autoscope you have made a customer for life!Update: They are now working on my Audi S4. Been very easy to deal with. Again I can’t stress enough how great Doyle is and the owner.
Great service and very attentive and friendly staff. This was my first time visiting Autoscope and the process was super smooth from start to finish. The customer service is A-1 and they explain the work being performed in detail. I also really appreciated the measures everyone at the shop took to social distance and wear masks. I’ll definitely be back for future services!!
Having an uncommon vehicle always brings the risk of complications arising preventing routine service from being completed. When this happens most shops will return the vehicle and give up, however, Autoscope (and specifically Robert) went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle still received the service I had requested despite such a complication. Thanks again for the excellent service!
Great company! I worked with Brian on getting my BMW 550i fixed and he took the time to explain everything about the vehicle that needed to be done and about the company. I could tell that the people here genuinely care about doing a good job. The wait times are minimal, unlike the dealership. The place is really nice, and the service is good. After one visit, I will now become a regular customer. Be warned, this is not your cheap, run-of-the-mill mechanic shop. Its for owners of a premium vehicle looking for a premium quality maintenance and service on their vehicle.
Robert and his staff went above and beyond in providing us an in depth informational diagnostic within 24hrs of dropping our vehicle to them. A friend referred us to AUTOSCOPE after we explained our awful experience at BMW Classic service department. We had an answer and explanation of the issue, within 24 hours of dropping our vehicle off at AUTOSCOPE. We are so pleased with AUTOSCOPE’s knowledge and service and look forward to doing business with them in the future! Highly recommend! Great people!
Excellent service, friendly people. My Plano Mercedes Benz dealer said I needed to pay them $1300.00 to remove & reseal a cover to stop a bad oil leak all over the top of my engine. AutoScope looked at it, and found no problem with the seal, and no oil leak. The oil on the engine was where the dealer had spilled oil all over, when they changed the oil & filter.AutoScope cleaned up the mess, charged me $60 and saved me over $1200!Thanks Autoscope! Guess who does all of my service from now on.
Outstanding! Honest, qualified, dependable car service and repair. These folks know what they are doing, and wont rip you off. My dealer told me my MB needed a $1,000 oil seal replacement because it is leaking.Kevin at AutoScope looked at it, and found the problem was that the dealer had spilled oil all over the top of the engine when they changed the oil 30 days ago. He cleaned up the dealers oil mess, and there is NO seal leak.AutoScope saved me $1,000!
It is my pleasure to acknowledge excellence in service which we received at AutoScope Park Cities. We took our 2009 Range Rover to Autoscope after a horrific experience at Land Rover Dallas. I was totally impressed with the entire experience we had at Autoscope Park Cities. As a first time customer, we were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Carson Garrison the general manager who greeted us on arrival at the service facility. We stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment just to check out the facilities, and maybe get an idea what may be causing some of the issues with our vehicle. Since we did not have an appointment Mr. Garrison escorted us to the very comfortable waiting area for a short wait while he took care of a scheduled customer. Mr. Carson was so helpful and accommodating and explained what he thought was causing our issues. We left our car over the weekend, and the first thing Monday morning we received a call from Carson detailing the issues and his suggestions for repair. Our extended warranty covered a considerable amount of the expenses, but we were totally impressed by the out of door cost for the services rendered, especially from some of the estimates we had gotten from several other dealers. Once our car was ready Carson arranged for our vehicle to be delivered to my office. The car had been washed and detailed, and is running like the luxury vehicle we expected when we purchased our Land Rover. The service, follow up, facilities, technicians and price for services rendered is second to none. We will be visiting Autoscope Park Cities for all of our future service. Thank you Mr. Garrison for restoring our faith in quality of service.Marvin Arnold
LOVED my first experience at Autoscope. Nerces - President of the company - came out to the driveway to greet me when I drove up. Great, old-school, personalized service levels. Was told by Grapevine BMW that I needed a new wheel, new tire and an alignment....estimate was $1300. Went to Autoscope instead - their BMW-certified technicians welded the wheel, put the same tire back on (they said it was fine) and told me no alignment was necessary. Total cost - $178! The dealer service departments need to pay for the fancy showrooms, all the sales people, and the fancy espresso machines.
I have been taking my car to Autoscope for three years now, and I have consistently been happy with the service Ive received. The staff is extremely professional, and always transparent and honest about the services being performed. The shop is immaculate, and, unlike other places, welcomes you to see your car being serviced if youd like. Carson has always taken such great care of me and makes sure I leave happy. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else!
If youre like me, because you work hard everyday, you take the time to do comprehensive research before you set out to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on something. Well, Ill try to save you some time by keeping this review short.Honestly, Id rather not write this review at all and keep this hidden gem to myself, but that would be just plain selfish. The truth is that I really cant say enough good things about Autoscope Park Cities. From my very first visit a year and a half ago to now, my customer service experience has been excellent.Autoscope Park Cities has been my partner in maintaining my daily driver, a 2001 BMW M5, for about 18 months now. The team at Autoscope has been nothing short of courteous, efficient, and cost effective. I continue to be impressed by the expertise and depth of knowledge as well as the quality and advanced technology of the facility.Trusting your car to a car care service provider is not unlike selecting a primary care physician for your body or a contractor for your home improvement project. You definitely want to take the time to make sure you get it right the first time. I highly recommend Autoscope Park Cities and encourage you to visit so you can converse with the management and technicians and take a tour of the facility.
I came here with some concerns for my car and was met with friendliness, respect, and honesty regarding the condition of my vehicle. I was able to come in within the hour I called to do a test drive and take the car in for an inspection, and within 3 hours was called regarding its condition. Brian and his team were incredibly helpful in assessing not only my car, but also my personal financial situation. They helped me find ways to cut costs and figure out the best solution for me. Not to mention, there is a shuttle service that dropped me off at work and picked me up to come get my car as well! I am extremely impressed with the service provided and definitely recommend this place to anyone with a car in need of some TLC.
This is the most professional, honest and excellent vehicle care I have ever received. They literally saved me thousands of dollars that the Jaguar dealer was going to charge me. They kept me informed every step of the way, and Robert went over and above to make sure I was very well taken care of. I will continue to give them my business from now on..I highly recommend them!
Quick, easy, no fuss! I had new tires put on my 2014 BMW 228i and the tire dealer did not have nitrogen. I set up a convenient appointment with Carson, and could not have been more pleased. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and within 20 minutes from start to finish, I was out of there! Their nitrogen service beats the dealership price handily and the facility was within a 5 minutes drive of my home. This is the second time I have used this facility and I highly recommend it.
Our experience with Autoscope was fantastic. We always had our Audi Q7 serviced and repaired at Audi Dallas. After a high-pressure fuel pump failure, the dealer quoted $20,000 to repair the vehicle and dismissed us out of hand. Rather than helping us out on price or getting us into another Audi, they suggested we get our insurance company involved so they could total it out. I did some research on some Audi forums for reputable independent Audi repair shops and Autoscope came up multiple times. I called Carson at Autoscope and he gave me about 20 minutes of his time as I described the issue to him over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and was a great resource to discuss the issue with. Ultimately, I had the vehicle towed there to be repaired. It was a complicated repair that was done correctly and in a timely fashion. They communicated well in that they called me with updates and I didn’t have to pester them. They repaired the vehicle for a little over half the estimate from our dealer. Here is an example of my great experience at Autoscope. As I said the repair was a little over half the dealer’s estimate. At one point during the repair Carson called and told me that the engine was spraying a great deal of diesel and that I need to be prepared for a possible engine tear down or replacement. I took him at his word and was looking forward to an additional $5,000-$10,000 cost. He called me a week later and told me that the replacement fuel injectors were defective, that they were replaced and that the vehicle was repaired. Everything was covered under the new parts warranty. Some repair shops could have said they did the additional engine work and charged for it after diagnosing that the injectors were defective. They did not. Autoscope = knowledgeable, great work and trustworthy.
I have been taking my Mercedes to Autoscope since I purchased it, as I did my previous model. The customer service team has always been responsive to my needs and the service staff is totally thorough and honest. They are much more cost effective than the dealerships and, more importantly, they are dependable. If I want to schedule a service or call, their online reservation capabilities are available 24/7 but I normally call anyway to speak with Carson, Jason or Nerces. Maribel, at the front desk, is also sweetheart and always has a smile. I recommend them highly.
If I could give Autoscope more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot begin to tell you the level of customer service I receive coming here. I first came to the shop with my brother when he brought his Audi to Carson and I knew after one visit that our cars would never be serviced anywhere else after that. He sees and services all my cars and I dont ever hesitate to bring them here when something is wrong or when its time to do some upgrades. No matter what the issue is, big or small, I trust that Autoscope will get it done right and in a timely manner. I never once questioned their work and they never give me any reason to. Carson is as straight forward and transparent as they come and I genuinely appreciate and value his opinion on everything I do to my cars. Its only been a couple years, but I can say that I view him as not only my mechanic, but a friend. If you care about your cars, bring them here because I promise you, they care about them just as much. You will not be disappointed.
Coming here feels like going to the dealer. Service is super nice, fast and easy! The facility is very clean and organized and waiting room perfectly peaceful and chill. I love that you get good value for the service you get. Not one complaint at all!!! Totally recommend!
An incredible good, professional and honest repair shop. I consulted them for a pre-purchase inspection of a Chevrolet Tahoe. The service advisor Robert was very professional and helpful through the whole process. They really value their customers on such a high level, which makes me as a customer extremely confident that I probably found the most trustworthy place in the business.
We have used this shop for several years for Audi, VW, and Mercedes maintenance and are consistently happy. The service managers are good people and they give you straight forward and informed options for your vehicle. I really wouldnt go anywhere else. I cant tell you how much I prefer working with Autoscope over a dealer service strategy.
Always a great experience at Autoscope. Brian & team are excellent and experienced mechanics. The reason I continue to take my foreign cars for servicing here is summed up in one word: Trust. I never get surprised with recommendations for additional work, because the diagnosis is always complete at the onset of any service - no add-ons . The repairs/servicing administered are thorough and lasting. Robert Salisbury
This might seem like a long drawn-out story. But here we go. On my 45th birthday I bought me a 2018 certified pre-owned Jaguar from Jaguar of Dallas. I love the car its an absolute great car. But when it was time for an oil change I called the dealership. They told me it was going to be over $400 for them to service my vehicle. The roof was blown off the top of my head. So I started looking around. I didnt want anybody like Firestone or pep boys or anything like that working on my car. I wanted some place that really worked on cars like mine. So I ran across AutoScope..I was skeptical. I mean really really really skeptical. They gave me a tour of the facility where my car will be serviced. This place look better than most factory service dealerships . Their service centers is state-of-the-art and not only do they work on Jaguar. They work on any type of premium European car. So when I got there they greeted me. They treated me well. They quoted me a price. They stuck to the price. They didnt try to overcharge me stick me with stuff I didnt need. So the oil change was much less than what Jaguar Dallas quoted me. So in the future I will be going back to AutoScope. And I would recommend them to anyone who has a premium European luxury car. They will treat your car like a newborn baby. And to all the people at AutoScope.... Thanks and I will check in with you guys when my car needs service again. You have truly gained a customer for life.
Truly the best value for any service to your foreign. I’ve taken many of my cars there for service including a bmw, Mercedes, Range Rover and Porsche for the last decade and only have the best things to say about I often spend HALF or less than what the dealership quotes me! Always exceptional customer service. You won’t go wrong by coming here.
Ive always been the person that takes his cars to the dealership where I bought them from even when my warranty expires. That is until I found Autoscope. Their knowledge about what my cars need and their honesty when it comes to telling me what needs to be done is amazing. I trust their opinion blindly and I recommend them to every single one of my friends. Their customer service is extraordinary as well. I will never take my cars anywhere else but Autoscope.
Autoscope is AMAZING! Ive been taking my car here for 10+ years. Their customer service is hands down the best. Car repairs can be an upsetting experience but the folks at Autoscope always put a smile on my face and make the process so easy. If youre not taking youre car to Autoscope, youre missing out. I recommend them to everyone! Love you guys..Keep up the amazing work!
The service I received at Autoscope was excellent. Carson, Jason and the team provided a level of care that I thought only existed at the high-end dealerships. I was completely satisfied with their service, even though I eventually elected not to repair my 2004 SL55 AMG Mercedes due to the extraordinary prices associated with my first-ever journey into the world of foreign-made sports cars. In spite of the fact that I did not spend thousands of dollars with them, they treated me like their best customer. They were the fourth shop with whom I had dealt (including the Mercedes dealership), and their price was better, and they spent the time explaining what was wrong. They earned my trust because of their expertise and the fact they genuinely care about the customer relationship.
This is by far the best shop I have ever taken my vehicles to. The GMs name is Carson and every single time you pull up he or someone else immediately meets at your car before you even get your door open. What impressed me the most is their knowledge about what they work on. Not once have I ever doubted their ability to fix my issue or do a thorough inspection on my car. Theyve fixed it right the first time every time. All you have to do is just spend a few minutes with them and you will see how passionate they are about the Automotive industry. The shop is always clean. I cant see why anyone would go anywhere else. These guys have been working on my two cars for over 4 years and I dont know what I would do with out them.Once you go you will be convinced that they are there to take care of you. Many times Carson has educated me on areas of my car I didnt know about. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain things to me like that. Its a level of respect that puts them above and beyond the rest.Thank you guys!Ethan
Awesome service with folks you can actually trust!!! Theyre extremely helpful and keep you updated on the status of your car. Carson, Jason and Chris Williams (out of the Plano store who has saved me $20k from pushback of warranty work from the dealer) are the best! If I dont have to go to the dealer for warranty work, theres no other place I would take my Z06 than to Autoscope!
My car has been to Auto Scope several times this year and last, and each time Im met with exceptional customer service & extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy employees. While no one enjoys shelling out a bunch of dough for repairs, you can feel comfortable knowing your car will be in the right hands, with the right parts, at a good price. Kudos to Brian & Carson for helping me out, everytime.
First off I work here, so I may be a little biased, but we do offer the best place to have your precious vehicle serviced after your factory warranty has run its course, I love my job and all the cars I work on during my busy days at autoscope! We honor most extended warranties and have extensive knowledge of all European vehicles on the road today, we work on an appointment based schedule, so please call ahead before showing up, ask for baker😉, thats me!
Excellent customer service without a doubt. All maintenance done on my vehicle has been well performed. Autoscope does excellent work year round and can get jobs done within reasonable time. All staff members are very knowledgeable and very helpful with whatever concerns I may have, professionalism at its best. Autoscope truly my go to auto shop.Manuel G.
This review is regarding my August visit.Im very pleased with my experience at Autoscope. The level of service was outstanding. When dropping it off I was in and out very quickly. They gave me a ride home and picked me up from my house. Everyone was very friendly.I had just purchased my Porsche and was concerned that it might be due for some major maintenance (or might have some serious issues that would require attention) but Autoscope inspected the vehicle and didnt find anything wrong with it nor did they try to get me to do any crazy expensive maintenance (for the record, sight unseen the Porsche dealership wanted to do major maintenance 10k miles before it was actually due).
Best experience out of all places i have every dealt with. Carson, the GM had me scheduled for an appt immediately after i called about my car issue. Once there, he offered to take me into the garage where my car was lifted to show me the actual problem which i immediately saw and understood whereas BMW just told me my suspension was bent severely and I shouldnt drive and it could cost anywhere from $1000 upwards to $3000.Carson gave me an estimate for best case scenario to worst which i thought was pleasantly surprised but also appreciated considering im always called with a higher price than the one i am quoted at other places. My estimates at Autoscope for my specific issue ranged from best case around $980 and worst around $1800. These estimates included parts, alignment and labor. Let me remind you, BMW wanted $1800 for the one part alone. I ended up having my car repaired with Autoscope and Carson updated me throughout the process letting me know it looked like the repair only needed one part instead of multiple which was obviously the best case scenario so, music to my ears! I work close in the area so they were able to have someone take and pick me up from work around the times i requested which was very accommodating. Im used to BMWs last pickup time at 2pm which makes zero sense. Anyway, went to pick up my car and once i paid, it was still 60% less than what BMW wanted to charge me. I felt Carson was genuine and honest in wanting to fix the repair efficiently and correctly rather than finding ways to rake in more money. Also, the shop is nice and well kept with everyone i encountered being very pleasant.Overall, this was literally the most easy going, hassle free experience i have ever encountered and with it only taking a single day to repair. I dont think i will ever go anywhere else to have my car repaired. I have already recommended this company to family and friends.
I called about having a 4 wheel dyno. The manager said they would give it a try but had trouble with their machine last time they used it months prior.I took my car in but they stopped the test saying my clutch was bad and couldnt complete the test. Since it was my fault, they charges me for the dyno.A week later I got my car into Boardwalk and guess what? My clutch was in good condition and didnt need to be replaced.Autoscope refused to return my money which was clearly a scam. I dont know anyone who is happy with their service and this was enough to turn me off forever.
Dissatisfied with how any car I owned was being serviced by their respective dealership service departments or other independent service facilities, years ago, I initiated an exhaustive search and came across Autoscope. From my initial phone conversation with Carson, the General Manager, I knew I was likely in good hands and that thought was thoroughly backed up, in every aspect, upon my first visit to Autoscope. Since then, with every subsequent visit, it never ceases to amaze me how meticulous the technicians at Autoscope are and how well my vehicles are cared for and serviced. There technicians are experts independent of make or model, whether your car was just freshly delivered from the factory or you pull up to their facility in something vintage, your car will be meticulously cared for and serviced accounting for every little nuance for your respective year, make and model of vehicle. The treatment your car receives in the service area is equally reciprocated and actually trumped by how well you are personally treated when you interact with the owner and staff at Autoscope. They endeavor, focus, and succeed at establishing a rapport and relationship with each customer and never are you treated like just the next person in line. When I come in for service, I get to visit good friends as well as have my car serviced. Other facilities should solicit them to consult regarding how to provide an exemplary customer experience. Autoscope sets the bar and has established a benchmark which all other automotive service companies should be measured.
In 35 years of car obsession, I’ve owned four BMWs (from ‘81 forward), five Porsches (‘88 on), English cars, Italian cars—1you get the idea—I’ve dealt with lots of independent shops and dealership service departments. Right now I am putting Autoscope at the top of a long list. My experience is recent but in-depth. I believe Carson and others at the facility understand customer service as thoroughly as the technical side. The facility is spotless, the service and communication are thoughtful and cost-conscious. I make this recommendation after paying a LARGE invoice for multiple issues on a 2000 M Coupe recently purchased sight unseen, so this was not an oil change. The variety of cars in the shop (two 70s Rolls Royces, numerous 993s) tell me that discriminating car owners are trusting Autoscope. Check it out, I doubt that you will be disappointed.April 2019 update: More recent visits with the M Coupe and another classic European car introduced me to Robert Brown, who has replaced Carson. I have found Robert and all the personnel at Autoscope to be courteous and professional. Their work is thorough and timely, and they will go the extra yard to make life as easy as it can be with a car in the shop. I continue to highly recommend Autoscope for your foreign car service needs.
I was happy that Autoscope could quickly get the part that my car needed, and that it was ready just a few hours after I had dropped it off. Robert at this location, Park Cities, was polite and quick to reply with the diagnosis of the issue and cost. They also took precautionary Covid19 steps to make you feel safe!
Carson is extremely honest, knowledgeable, and a great communicator when it comes to explaining what needs to be done to my vehicle. I have, and would recommend Autoscope Park Cities to anyone!!! Plus the staff is always great and the facility is gorgeous!!! I DO NOT trust anyone else with my 335i :)Mrs. B. (a loyal client till the end)
I have two 2002 BMW 540s (Six-speed manual with M-Spec suspension and a Touring station wagon). Its not easy to find a shop willing to keep an older car running, but Autoscope has done it for me for more than a decade. The staff is knowledgeable and they stand behind their repairs.
After several bad experiences at dealership and other repair shops, i had a very pleasant experience at Autoscope. Carson is a reasonable guy and he made sure that i get the right and necessary repairs on my 2009 335i. I would definitely take my car here for the next servicing.
AutoScope is the place to go if you are tired of the upselling and overcharging at dealers. They are very professional and tell you what your car actually needs versus what they need to make their monthly revenue targets. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Rafi at the East Dallas location is also absolutely fantastic. I have been a customer for over 3 years.
I have been a customer here for a while for the cars in the household. Its easy to get an appointment and they are friendly and courteous. Pricing can vary. Its usually reasonable, but now then there are stunners. The rear wiper blade service for a VW Tiguan was quoted at $146.83 + tax (parts and labor). I was able to get the rear wiper at AutoZone for $11.99 + tax and it took me about 2 minutes to replace it myself. This is where I think more reasonable pricing would actually work.
I have been a customer of Auto Scope since 2012 and I continue to be a customer because of the wonderful and trustworthy customer service. The team is friendly and they do everything possible to ease the frustration we experience with car issues. They provide me with a ride home after I drop off my vehicle and pick me up as soon as my vehicle is ready. This alleviates the need to coordinate with family or friends for rides to/from. They explain the causes of the car issues, the necessary repairs, and costs prior to doing the work. Most importantly, if they identify something that may need to be repaired in the near future they advise of it, but dont try to pressure the need to get it done sooner than it truly needs to be (informative without being solely focused on bringing in the money)! It is a great team and I will continue to take my vehicles there for as long as I live in the area! Thanks Auto Scope!
Autoscope is the only place I take my vehicles for service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to assist me in any way. If I need a ride back to work or home they provide it. If I need a quiet space to work while I wait they have it. This has become more then a client relationship and developed into friendships. From the owner down Autoscope is A+. If you have a service need go see Carson! Takes care of and he will take care of you!
Everything went smoothly from the check-in process, to diagnosis of the issue, estimate of the cost, to performing the work. They went out of their way to make sure I had transportation to where I needed to go, making the experience painless. Offered service at a reasonable price with an excellent customer experience. Would strongly recommend.
I used Autoscope as an authorized installer for a set of Pirellis on my Jaguar XJ. The tires were shipped in 48 hours, they were installed the next day. The balancing was perfect, and the drop off/pick up system was flawless. Michael and the team are great. Unequivocal recommendation.
The only shop in Dallas to trust your car to. They take care of their customers cars like they would their own. Always 100% honest and very thorough. Well worth knowing youre getting the best quality care available. I have had multiple bad experiences at the dealer and other shops before finding these guys. .
Ive been taking my CLK 500 to Autoscope since it was new. It still looks and performs like a new car! Outstanding professionalism. They do the work they describe, and the price is always what was agreed. No changes are made without contacting me.I recommend Autoscope to all of my friends.
If you own a foreign car with some miles you probably cringe at the mention of a repair or even routine service. We tend to believe that only the dealership has the skills to handle our issues properly and their prices reflect that confidence.Im thankful that I found Autoscope Park Cities. Thier knowledge rivals the dealership and prices are half. Their customer service is gracious and proactive. I loved that my service manager could adapt to my preferred method of communicating - texting. I wont dread my next service check up because I found a great, reasonable and clean shop to take my Audi to for the rest of its life..
I moved to the DFW area 5 years ago and after careful consideration chose AutoScope to be my car shop. I have a few nice cars and dont trust them to just anyone. I did significant research and even tried them out with a few small things first. They have always exceeded my expectations which are admittedly high already. Carson is a perfectionist and that is exactly what you want. He treats my cars as if they were his own and always shoots it to you straight. They do not recommend or charge for work that is not necessary. Often times they have talked me out of maintenance that i just simply did not need. It would have been easy for them to just take my money and do the work, but they are of high integrity and it would not have been right.Carson is the best. He personally coordinated a major car build for me that spanned multiple different shops where much of the work was not even coming form AutoScope. This is the ultimate in customer service.Highly recommend this shop to anyone that cars about the service and quality of work that goes into their car. They are very knowledgable, and can take on just about any request. They have worked on my S5, RS7, SQ5, TTRS, and C63. They do an amazing job and I throughly trust them.
As someone who is maticulous when it comes to cars, I hold the highest of standards when repairing my vehicle.I have always leased my vehicles in the past, as I use my primary vehicle mainly for work. I have always taken my leased vehicles to the dealership for service and repairs because of the easy access to the information if there was ever to be questions at the time of my lease return.I recently was in the market for a 2012 Audi TTRS and needed the vehicle inspected and thoroughly checked before I purchased the vehicle. I found out through our local Audi group that Carson (shop manager) at Autoscope is very active in the Audi community. I gave him a call and he told me to bring it in. I was impressed the moment I pulled up to the shop. Carson greeted me at my vehicle when I pulled up with a Good morning, Sir! and a firm handshake. We walked the car together and he showed me in depth the visual concerns of the vehicle. Not only that, but then he drives the vehicle into this amazing work space where they have all their repair bays. It looks like no other shop I have been to, even better looking than my Audi dealership in Plano. He introduces me to the mechanic who will be inspecting the vehicle. What an amazing personal touch.I make myself comfortable in the waiting room and make a cappuccino at the coffee bar. Carson comes and sits next to me and we start a casual conversation about cars. Come to find out, Carson was an Audi mechanic and holds a pretty impressive resume within the European car group. That in itself relaxed my concerns about having anyone else other than the dealership look at my cars. I had a great time talking with him.The mechanic comes over to me and walks me back into the work bay and begins to point out the concerns he has on the vehicle. He points out that the brakes need to be replaced, which was not disclosed at the dealership who I am purchasing the vehicle from. That being said, the brake job on a TTRS is over $2k. There were a few other things that the mechanic brought to my attention, but he felt it was a good car and I would be happy once the brakes were replaced.I get my inspection on paper that shows everything that was discussed with me in person, as well as all the personal contact information from Carson in case anything was needed additional. I was walked out to my car and was given the best compliment... I am so jealous. I wish I had one of these cars!! Given by Carson, himself.Went back to the dealership and now had negotiating leverage from what was found. I was able to work in a free brake job at the dealership that saved me $2k. But what really is the best deal, is now I will be taking my car to Autoscope for all my future work, as they have built my trust overall.Bye Bye Dealership!!Hello Autoscope!!
I have had an overall excellent experience at Autoscope. There was one issue but they took ownership of it and took care of it in the right manner. I recommend Autoscope to all who have European vehicles. They give personalized care to vehicles that are brought in and they give the client a great experience that is unmatched by others.
I have been coming to Autoscope for several years, and what keeps me coming back is the honest communication and incredible customer service. Being a woman and having your car worked on... being routine maintenance or fixing parts after an accident...I feel I can be an easy target to be taken advantage of. However I have never felt that way with Autoscope... They communicate with me... break it down and explain it all to me, they truly have my best interest at heart. They are friendly, whole heartedly good people, who know car situations are annoying and they try to make it a stressLESS hassle free process. I will continue to count on them. Best place!!! :) :)
The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough about Brian and Dave, specifically. They went above and beyond to make sure I was not only taken care of, but that I actually understood the services my car needed and the steps taken to address the necessary maintenance. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
Expert maintenance on my Mercedes by certified mechanics. Definitely cheaper than the dealership, but a little on the pricier side. Also both times they did take longer than promised to deliver the car back to me. This time it was only a couple hours, last time it was 2 days off.
This is my second time to have my 2013 S4 serviced at Autoscope. Both times they have been courteous, prompt and uber-professional. They also offer a free shuttle both ways (you may have to schedule) and are competitive on price. To recap: good service, competitive pricing and a free shuttle. Ill be coming back.
This is the best shop Ive ever been to. Great service, good communication, attention to detail. They always take care of my 911, and instill confidence. Forget about taking your car to the dealer and just take it here – see some really amazing cars when you visit too.
I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to share my experience because it was honestly so great! They were very professional, maintained a good line of communication & were very clear, and provided just an excellent service in general! Would definitely recommend!
Peter and Dallas are very good people, and the work is as good as any Mercedes dealership without the hassle, attitude and up charge. They make you feel like you are important, their noses are not turned up and again as good work if not better as any major Mercedes dealership.
These guys are awesome! Love the shuttle service so that I could take care of my car without having to take time off of work. Carson is amazing and took the time to explain the entire decision-making process of the service. I appreciate his transparency and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Dishonest at its finest!!! Three times I have been there. One time I had a diagnostic done at the dealership and had them do repair. There charge was half the cost. Fortunately, I didnt need their expertise at what needed to be repaired. They did great on the repair------but keep reading! The next two times I got OUTRAGEOUS quotes, one for $5000 and one for $7500-two different cars. Both times, after paying the diagnostic fee, I had cars taken to my trusty car shop and the repairs were $400 and $266 compared to $7500. Both misdiagnosed!I called back to Autoscope and spoke with my con artist advisor his comment was, yes replacing a ground wire is a way to fix the issue instead of replacing an entire steering column. We dont do those types of repairs. I wonder why now I dont even need a battery as they suggested. DUH....it was the ground wire. This place SUPPOSEDLY specializes in European cars and this is the only reason, I went there first. Believe me FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I purchased a used TT 3.2 that was dealer maintained to what appeared to be a very high standard. I noticed some odd vibrations as soon as I drove it home. I was referred to Carson who drove the car and quickly identified a few major issues. Due to Autoscopes extensive experience they didnt need to spend hours doing costly diagnostics, they just told me what needed to be done with a straightforward price. They also took the time to learn how I would use the car and made expert recommendations on suspension upgrades that stuck a balance between sport and comfort I was looking for. I will be bringing my european cars to Autoscope.
Wish Id discovered Autoscope years ago instead of going to the dealership for tire changes. Somehow my appointment was lost in the shuffle but Carson still worked me in on a busy Saturday.I screwed up and ordered Grand Touring tires for the back instead of the factory Ultra High Performance tires on my 335i with the sport package. I figured as long as its the right size, Id rather go with a more comfortable tire since I dont drive that fast anyway. Bad idea - having different tread styles front and back made my car dangerously unstable!Carson explained in detail how the mismatch affected handling and even offered to have UPS pick-up the wrong tires and have them returned to Tirerack. Great experience...wish more auto shops were like this place.Ajay
I can’t say enough about Carson and his staff at AUTOSCOPE Park cities. The level of customer service and the attention to detail his staff provides their customers is unmatched. They actually brought our car to our house one night at 11 pm because it wasn’t ready when we arrived after work. How does that, let me tell you NOBODY! I have never had to take either of our cars back for same reason. When they fix something it’s FIXED. I’m not an easy customer to make happy and usually have higher standards than most shops can provide but not AUTOSCOPE Andy that’s why I’m a customer for LIFE! For you AMG guys, I’m lucky enough to drive one, his guys are excellent with that platform. I don’t stress about car repairs at all anymore since I found Carson. I HIGHLY recommend letting them service your car. Btw they wash you ride and use nitrogen in your tires!!!!!
I drove from Norman Oklahoma to Dallas to unlock my BMWs potential, and it was worth it.If you are like minded, the idea of leaving your car with a mechanic can make you nervous. Joyriding, shoddy work, and cheap parts are common at service centers. Dont waste time with someone trying to sell you an air filter and a coolant flush on a new car. Take your car to Autoscope and ask for Carson.Carson took my 135i and made it a 1M for far less than it would have cost for an M badge. There were two things that I appreciated about his business: honesty and professionalism. I asked him to modify the car to make it faster without sacrificing its its balance or the ability to be a daily driver. He did that. When I asked about other things we could do, he didnt try to sell me a bunch of additional bolt-ons that would sacrifice reliability. When I asked which set of wheels and tires I should get, he called several BMW tuners to ask exactly how much rubber can we get on the road. Ultimately, he didnt make a dime off of those wheels, but he was willing to put in the effort to ensure that I got the best fit with Dinans stage 3 suspension. Why? He enjoys tuning and wants the customer to get the best out of their car. Like any good professional, Carson is a problem solver. His experience on the track shows when he is building and tuning your car.
Ive taken our BMW 335i and 740i, Volkswagen Toureag V8 and Mercedes to Autoscope for several years. Nerces, Carson and the crew are honest and provide state of the art repairs and facilities. The will pick you up and deliver your car and communicate their progress frequently. They also keep abreast of extended warranty items and recalls and do not hesitate to send my car to the dealer if it is an item that the dealer will handle at no charge to me. Autoscope is the best repair and maintenance facility I have ever taken our cars to.
Yessss! Its as good as it gets at Autoscope. Carson has been helping us out with our cars for the past few years and we have had nothing but great experiences every time! Im almost sad to say that we have two very new cars now and wont get the chance to work with them as much in the very near future. Im thinking about inviting the entire staff to Thanksgiving though since they are like family now. heehee! Thanks for all that you do, guys! Youre the absolute best!
After a discouraging experience with a dealer, it was nice to encounter a group that pays attention and takes the time to work through a problem. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. The garage was clean, well-organized, and did the job quickly.
Pros: This place is exceptional when it comes to customer service and the service prices are not too bad.Cons: Pass on the complimentary car wash detailing. The wash service was a little slow and my car(Black) now has many wash scratches showing the rotation of the Wash/Dry.
As long as they are in business, they will have mine. I wish there were more stars to give. Thank you so much Carson and Brian for such awesome customer service/communication, pricing, turnaround time, quality of work, and honesty. Autoscope Park Cities, you are the absolute best.
I have been going to Autoscope for over a year now. They have done some pretty extensive work to my 2002 BMW 330ci, including the most recent visit of replacing driveshaft, brakes, rotors & door lock actuators only to name a few... Carson has been very thorough and knowledgeable on anything we have discussed and if didnt know answer, he was able to find out and respond versus just telling me something not may not be correct (like so many other places do). I live in Atlanta, so most times I have been to their shop I was travelling thru and unfortunately pressed for time which usually is not something any other shop takes under consideration therefore delaying a trip until work has been done to car. Autoscope has taken this into account everytime and I feel had me back on the road in record time compared to previous experience with dealerships and/or other repair centers. The facility is extremely nice, clean, and modern. Actually feels like you are at the dealership, only smaller scale. Very boutique-like; a nice change of pace. My car has always been done when promised and have very prompt and consistent in returning calls or letting me know any updates as needed. This communication is key to someone like me when travelling and may run into delays, so is MUCH appreciated. They have far exceeded my expectations hands down, and will always be my fist choice when having a car worked on while home in Dallas. I only wish they had a location in Atlanta...
Excellent service. They detailed everything they did and printed out what needed to be done in future with prices. Everything was very clear and they even waited for me to get there a few minutes after regular hours to get my car. Additionally, car was spotless on inside and out when I left.
Carson and the team at Autoscope - Park Cities were beyond helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problems Ive had with my Audi RS4. Everyone there is extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have been back a number of times and intend to continue to go back for any future problems.
Great service and excellent communication. I was particularly impressed with Carsons willingness to go to bat for me and work with not only my 3rd party extended warranty, but also a shop that had serviced my vehicle while it was with its previous owner, saving me close to a thousand dollars, possibly more.
Felt very comfortable from the beginning. Carson was great in explaining what needed to be done rather than pushing over-service on a low mileage vehicle- which the dealership tried to do. Location is great. Work was done fast. Will be using them for both my Mercedes and my Porsche!
When looking for an auto shop, the one hindrance for anyone is finding a trustworthy one. I recently had Autoscope bid on a job while my Porsche was at the Porsche dealership. It made sense for the car to remain there since it was dissassembled, but by Autoscope bidding on the job it saved me over 1k since the Porsche dealership matched it.Autoscope couldve attempted the quick buck, but by walking away from this deal, they gained my confidence in using them as a lifelong customer.
I live in Virginia and had auto scope to check a 2011 Audi i was interested in purchasing . They did a awesome job informing me of issues with car and would not give a thumbs up on car until all checks had been completed on car . i m very thankful i found them . thanks Carson for all your help and input . it made me a lot comfortable making a out of state purchase sight unseen.Henry Artis
If you want the job done right by people who will pay attention to your needs then call These guys.Reasonable wait times and comfortable wait rooms, although they did offered me rides to and from work. I opted to stay there and be quick. Will return for continued service. Which is the highest praise in my book.
Carson and his team there are consummate professionals. I have been a long-time customer of Carson for many years, and trust him with all my vehicles. I do not foresee that changing anytime soon. They bring the latest knowledge and techniques, and stay abreast of emerging technologies to stay current in their craft. And in that I can only say that there is no substitute for education and experience. Carsons teams brings that to the table every day.
Friendliest people Ive met, from the receptionist to the technical advisors to the technicians. They take care of your needs the first time. They always treat their parts suppliers with respect and dignity they help us unload heavy items or large orders. They even offer you refreshments from their mini- fridge. Thats a blessing on a hot Texas afternoon.
We take both of our cars to Carson and his team... they have taken EXCELLENT care of The Beast and Maggie. But tonight, after a little misunderstanding earlier in the day, Carson (and his wife) personally delivered my car to our home.I cant even begin to express how impressed I am by this level of service.
The worst place ever. Delt with a man by the name of Carlson. He was very insulting and rude. Never fixed my problem. Made problem worse. Now it will cost more because he never refunded me anything. I feel bad for anyone going through car trouble to have to deal with bad service. I wish my friend knew of me going to autoscope on Denton drive for service before I went there. They also had a problem there. They told me after the fact not to ever go down there for any kind of service. Place isnt worth one a one star rating.
While their service is professional and work is well done, they are extremely overpriced compared to similar european car shops in the DFW. Unfortunately my car broke down and I had to take it there without being able to shop around. They are around 20% more expensive than other shops and basically youre paying for their state of the art facilities that wont make a difference to your cars work.
Took my girlfriends new BMW 335i to have some Dinan upgrades performed. Nerces was absolutely phenomenal with his knowledge and recommendations. The end product turned out fantastic. Communication was excellent. Facilities are top notch. I could have probably found somewhere to do the work cheaper but this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. Certainly worth the money. I cant imagine using anyone else in the future.
From the moment I called Autoscope about my car Robert was very helpful...He went over and beyond to make sure I had a ride home by sending me an Uber after I dropped my car off to him...He even sent a Uber to me when my car was ready for pick up...I’ll definitely be going back to Autoscope for future car repairs because of the excellent customer service I received and fair prices on the work I got done on my car...If you ever go to Autoscope make sure to ask for Robert he’ll definitely take car of you...😊
I decided to revive my low mileage 1996 Carrera It had been sitting in the garage for 6 years. That is not a good idea!. A friend recommended Autoscope. Long story--short, the service has been excellent, Carson and Nerces are not only knowledgeable but are passionate about Porsche. Ill never go to a dealership again!

2021-12-15For starters, never been a write a review kind of guy, I probably written 2 reviews in my life and those were times that I have received such sh*t service somewhere I had to get my experience off my chest. Not this time though. Stopped at Autoscope to get an oil change on my E Class. I was assisted by Joe, very professional and personable. Comfortable waiting area, and good coffee. Service was complete within 45 mins or so and they brought my car out washed and vacuumed. But what really stood out to me, there was a bottle of water for me in the cup holder. Im not sure about anyone else but those little details stand out to me and I put great value on. I just got a tire replaced at the Mercedes dealership a few weeks ago and didnt get nowhere near the customer service Autoscope provided.

2022-05-18I usually do not share information publicly, but this time I will. First time I have ever had my car serviced at Autoscope. I must tell you that I have this great experience with them. People were so nice, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. I thank Pat Arnolds and Hans Hoffmann for taking care of my car (Porsche, 911 Carrera 2S). I must also mention that when I picked up my car, it looked brand new. They performed a courtesy wash. I know where to go next time if I ever have any problems with my cars. Again, thank you so much, Autoscope...

2022-02-02Ive used Autoscope twice so far and they have always been super honest, professional and speedy. As well, they offer great advice on the current and future maintenance of my X3. Alexander Miles is especially professional and an all around great guy. Hes super friendly and personable and his customer service is top notch. He goes above and beyond to help out his customers and he seems to love his job. Its hard to find good customer service these days but Alexander and the Autoscope staff hits the nail on the head. Ill never go anywhere else for my BMW needs.

2022-01-25I highly recommend Autoscope to everyone due to the quality of work and professionalism they provide. I have been bringing my Audi here for 4 years (with a wide range of issue) and have had nothing but fantastic service. Rhod greets me by name every time and always provides a thorough analysis of the diagnosis while discussing my options in detail. They always repair and return my car quickly while taking the time to hand the wash car before returning it. When the work is completed, Alexander always delivers my car to my home with a smile and a great attitude. They go above any beyond to make the customer feel valued while providing top notice servicing.**Edit - They even know my dogs name (see comment below). If that doesnt tell you the level of customer service you receive I dont know what will!

2022-02-17Rhad and Joe were extremely helpful with everything from arranging my towing to making sure that every detail of my repair service was completed. The communication was outstanding, so much better an experience than just being a number at the Dealer. I will be using this group going forward and would recommend to anyone needing service on their European investment.

2022-07-14I went to auto scope to replace all 4 of my TPMS sensors on my Porsche Cayenne and couldn’t be happier with my experience. They got me in quickly, kept my car for only 24 hrs, they were honest, pricing was fair, and they worked with my warranty company to get a large portion of my bill covered - which I appreciated. We worked with Hans and he was awesome. Highly recommend this shop for any European car repair needs!

2022-03-03By the looks of this beautiful business you would think these people would be very Pretentious. They are not. They do amazing work with outstanding customer service. Joe A. was knowledgeable and very helpful. Steve was there to assist. I have never been a better auto repair business. Thumbs up to Autoscope!! I highly recommend them!

Together they thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle, fixed the essential repairs and provided additional recommendations; all without overstep or unnecessary sales gimmicks. I can assure anyone of concern, that all my European car needs will be conducted here.My accolades and congratulations on a phenomenal job well done Autoscope. I look forward to future business together.

2022-06-07I have been using Park Cities Autoscope for about 14 years for several vehicles. They have always performed excellent, reliable work with great follow-up. The staff and the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to be helpful. As a side note, I am a girl that likes cars and no one at Autoscope has ever talked down to me or patronized me. They always treat me with respect and courtesy.

2022-03-23I live in Tulsa but was in Dallas to pick up a 528i for my daughter. Ive driven BMWs for years and thought we had a simple battery charging fault, but I wanted to take it to a professional service center to get a thorough review of the vehicle. It turns out the car had some more serious issues, which involved repairing some oil leaks, replacing the belt, as well as a few other minor items. Their schedule was quite full, and I walked in without an appointment, but they understood I was in a difficult spot being from out of town. They found a way to work in our repair and pushed to get the job completed by the end of the day, so I could get back home. Their techs work was meticulous, and the car runs great. Many thanks to Pat, Rod, Alex and the entire Autoscope team...I appreciate your fantastic customer service, BMW expertise, and skilled workmanship. If I lived in the DFW, this is where I would take our vehicles. Highly recommended!
